Hello, thank you for downloading this book! I truly thank you for putting your trust in me, and pushing that download button. I hope you try out some of the recipes in the book and leave a review on how they tasted. I made this book because I enjoy eating healthy smoothies. They are easy to make nutritious, and filling. I am very passionate about helping people lose weight because I was once 40 pounds overweight, and I felt very embarrassed.

I was very insecure about my weight. I began to have trouble breathing, and my clothes would not fit. The last straw was when I round up at the hospital, and I was informed I had high blood pressure. That day I made a commitment to myself that I was going to put in the work and lose this weight. I began my weight loss journey in May 2015 at 210 pounds. Over the next year and a half, I lost that weight by exercising regularly and eating clean. I weigh around 168 to 170 at the time of this writing. My goal now is to help and motivate other people all over the world in their weight loss journey. I hope enjoy the recipes gain immense value!
