Introduction
The leader is the person in any group (organization) holding big, recognized authority, having influence which is shown as managing actions. The problem of the phenomenon of leadership occupies mankind already long ago. Many philosophers, sociologists, psychologists and people of other activities devote to this phenomenon the whole works, asking questions and answering not everything from them. One of central is in appearance very simple question: why this or that person becomes a leader?
The phenomenon of leadership originates in the human nature. Leadership is rather obviously expressed among the animals leading a gregarious life. There is always a leader – the strongest, smart and resolute individual whom all other individuals follow and to which decisions trust.
Social groups represent more complex systems which are based far not only on natural factors. Need for the leader at any social group increases in process of increase in joint collective actions which in turn demand accurate differentiation and specialization, efficiency of management, rigidity of subordination, etc.
Leadership has several psychological qualifications, styles, it is inseparably linked with activity of collectives or groups.
The phenomenon of leadership affects, probably, the majority of spheres of public life (economy, policy, culture, science, etc.), and also different levels of interaction of people (beginning from relationship in a family and finishing, for example, with management of the whole state). But, nevertheless, this phenomenon is not studied completely and will hardly be ever studied as time goes forward, views and relationship of people change, but this problem is more interesting to those.
One more complexity consists in different views of different people on a problem especially as different approaches focus attention on this or that party of a complex of the social relations in which the leader and group acts.
The purposes and research problems of this problem consist first of all in studying of a phenomenon of leadership, its essence and theoretical approaches to his understanding, identification of the mechanism of influence of leadership in social group, and also in the social and psychological analysis of a problem of leadership.
Let’s investigate this subject by means of any analysis of literature, studying of domestic and foreign practice then we will analyze the received results.
