Introduction

First of all I want to thank you for purchasing my book but you should really be thanking yourself for taking the initiative towards good health. Today begins the first day of the rest of your life. The rest of your life can be the best of your life if you just stay consistent with your diet and exercise. The best way to start to do this is through the great benefits of juicing daily.

You will begin to notice positive changes such as better moods and clearer skin as you start to and continue to eliminate harmful toxins from your body. You will also be lowering your cholesterol & blood pressure all the while losing weight at the same time and these delicious juicing & smoothies will help you do just that. I’ve have even added a!!!!BONUS 40 + PALEO & SLOW COOKER RECIPES!!! This book has it all in one spot! Your one-stop-shop towards health. It’s time to enjoy the rest of your life!

Preparation for all recipes

You may need to cut fruit and veggies in halves or quarters, it’s probably wise to pre-package all your cut up fruit, put them in individual zip lock bags and store them in the freezer. This will help save you lots of time and hassle instead of having to do this every day, plus cutting up your fruit into smaller pieces will keep the food from jamming up the blender. I like to add between a ¼ to a 1/2 cup of ice to each juice because this makes a refreshing smoothie. If your juice ends up being too bitter try adding some bananas, this helps reduce the bitterness nicely!

Now, I do recommend you get a high performing blender such as the Nutribullet or Ninja. Now there are plenty of great blenders out there so by all means don’t just go with my suggestions, shop around and find the blender you think is best for you.

The reason why I recommend the Nutribullet or Ninja blender is because I personally use them on a daily basis and have for years and let me tell you, you’re not going to have to worry about your juices and smoothies turning out clumpy or under blended. Now, you don’t have to go out and buy both of them, YOU ONLY NEED ONE BLENDER, either one will do a great job and they both are fantastic food processors as well.

They will help with everything from blending great juices and smoothies to mixing up cake batter or anything else you could imagine you need to do with a food processor although I will say the Ninja has a better food processing system but the Nutribullet is slightly better for juices and smoothies. Both systems have all the power you are going to need to crush through all the fruits and veggies and they also crush up the ice very well. This is the key component to making those delicious smoothies like the ones you get at smoothie king, tropical smoothie or any of those other professional smoothie joints.
