Heart Psychology, Secrets of the Human Heart

Short booklet, a series of topics, covering aspects of heart-healing for self-healers and Energy Medicine practitioners.

Dr. Thomas Cowan’s book, Human Heart, Cosmic Heart, demonstrates in the area of cardiology, Heart Psychology can be a carrot, to lever readers to think outside their old mental boxes. More topics exist in the area of Heart Psychology than are covered in his fine work. Even short of muscle testing and deeply esoteric topics, more topics exist. This is in effect, an un-authorized companion booklet.

To grasp Heart Psychology, we must first become familiar and friendly with Cell-level-intelligence. It’s the entire lower one-third of our waking psyche. Cell-level-intelligence includes our metabolic functions; as well as, all seven of our kinesthetic (feeling) senses. The time seems right for these topics to expand beyond small circles of Energy Medicine practitioners.

Ultimately Heart Psychology connects with loving expressions of all kinds. Curiosity about new aspects of loving is a good entry way for perceiving and working with mental-emotional heart-healing. Loving attitudes and behaviors are built upon multiple layers of intelligence. As more and more underlying levels inside us learn what gentleness and tenderness is for them, loving attitudes and behaviors become more habitual.

Your Habit Body; An Owner’s Manual, 2nd ed.

…Gut-brain Axis 2.0 ~ Best Practices in Energy Medicine Series #5

Second revised edition of Your Habit Body; An Owner’s Manual

What’s a habit? One or more behaviors, conditioned to repeat. Habits are also reactivity conditioned to repeat, stored so they can be played back more automatically, with less conscious effort, than focusing to make a deliberate choice.

We have many habits, both conscious and unconscious. We have so many, categories help: Physical habits, Imaginal habits, Emotional habits, Mental habits, and Mythological habits. Convenient to talk about the sum of all these as a Habit Body.

Sound like a lot to manage? Our Habit Body manages these automatically for Conscious Waking Self. Our Habit Body is our nearest and dearest friend. It records and remembers daily routines for us, so we don’t have to re-learn the same behaviors every day anew.

Our job as Conscious Wakeful Self? You and I, we’re the Habit Sequencers, the Behavior Schedulers, the Habit Managers and Superintendent of Behaviors. We manage-edit-revise-upgrade the habits our Habit Body readies to play back moment to moment.

This begs a question: If this is so, how come the thing human beings do better than anything else, is make the same mistake over and over and over again?

Bruce Lipton and others say only 5% of our psyche is exercise of conscious waking choice and decision-making. That’s us from the neck-up. This 5% must balance the other 95% of our psyche which is memorized behaviors. Do you think the 5% feels overwhelmed at times? You’re not alone, join the club.

Find new language here, built on the Three Selves, to get familiar with and gain access to managing the other 95% of your psyche, the Bigger You.

Within a modern study of the Habit Body are keys to practical epigenetics, best practices in belief change work. The Habit Body model is much clearer language for interfacing and navigating to—and when desired—changing unwanted habits. “Habit Body” is more user-friendly and substitutes for “subconscious” and “unconscious” in thousands of contexts.

Short booklet, 8,830 words, plus additional front and back matter.

Your Drama Body, Seven Ways to Measure It; How to Manage It

For purposes of self-healing, how do you define “drama”? Conventional dictionaries are surprisingly un-useful here. Drama: conflict, a situation or series of events having vivid, emotional, striking or interesting results; An exciting, emotional, or unexpected series of events or set of circumstances; a serious story not meant to make the audience laugh.

Drama definitions at Urban Dictionary are more useful: Something women and especially teenage girls thrive on, where easy and obvious solutions to conflict are avoided. Instead these girls choose to inject emotional intensity and add conflict: gossiping, betraying the confidentiality of friends; leading to, pay-back, backstabbing, blackmailing and so on. Pouring emotional intensity onto a molehill to make it into a mountain of drama, for unconscious purposes.

Doreen Virtue’s definition of “drama” ~ “You’re stressed-out and tired; you’re overwhelmed by your sensitivity. You don’t feel good about yourself; you push yourself to go faster. You’re forgetful and can’t focus. There’s too much drama and negativity in your life. Your relationships are difficult. Your body isn’t cooperating.

“You’re experiencing burnout in your career. …there is a way to break the drama-trauma-stress cycle, and it all begins when you gain awareness of unhealthy relationships and behavior patterns lowering your self-esteem and sense of self-worth.”

[Because of various possible unconscious pay-offs (benefits)] “your experiences with …drama can be highly addictive patterns… Even if you protest, “I can’t stand drama,” “secondary gain” rewards of involving yourself in dramatic situations and relationships may keep you coming back for more over and over, such as:

-Receiving sympathy and attention from others,

- Focusing upon someone else’s issues instead of your own,

- Giving yourself a great excuse to procrastinate,

- Feeling needed, either by rescuing others or by being rescued.

The key to healing from trauma and regaining your sparkle in life lies in understanding the link between drama and trauma, and discovering and resetting your patterns so that you can let your inner light shine.

Maybe you know Spiritual Geography 101, PACME, how our human experience is a hologram of capacities, memories and expressions on five frequency levels: Physical, Imaginal, Emotional, Mental and Mythological.

Our Drama Body can be looked at in this same way. How much of my unwanted drama is about:

- My health, finances and physical things?

- My internal spam, negative self-talk, ambition or lack of ambition?

- My unresolved grief, longing unrequited love, loss, hatred?

- My faulty beliefs, faulty judgments and evaluations, about my self, others, world, God?

- How I continue living unworkable fairy tales and follow unhealthy role models?

Thru our choices and decisions—and by failing to make healthy choices—we allow, promote and create unnecessary drama on each of these levels of our psyche.

What if you could find which level was causing you most of your drama, so you could address it and heal it?

33 Beneficial Side-effects of Muscle Testing

Self Muscle Testing: Two Reasons to Use and 33 Beneficial Side-effects

8,550 words, short booklet; plus, additional front and back matter.

Muscle testing and self-testing emerged in the “do it yourself” 1970s. In both physical healing and in mental-emotional healing many became self-responsible, active participants in their own self-healing. If you are someone who can’t go backwards, can’t stay where you are, and must go forwards now, here is a way to go forward.

Two Reasons and 33 Beneficial Side-effects of Self Muscle Testing

8,550 words, short booklet; plus, additional front and back matter

Originally in the 1970s, holistic health and healing was strongly tied into the new “do it yourself” ethic. In healthcare, many—not all—patients evolved from being primarily passive recipients to learning and doing much more for themselves.

In both physical healing and in mental-emotional healing many became self-responsible, became active participants in their own self-healing. A significant fraction of holistic health consumers became holistic practitioners.

One place where self-help, do-it-yourself-ism was strikingly prominent, in holistic healthcare, among those studying muscle testing, especially self-muscle-testing (SMT) including dowsing.

Q: If self-testing is so wonderful, why is it so obscure?

A: Before he died John-Roger, suggested the average person (mainstream) would catch up and be ready to consider muscle testing [as a path of self-connection] in about 100 years. that’s approximately 2115.

Prior to 2115, persons practicing, employing and enjoying the benefits of SMT can expect to feel like, throw-forwards, ahead of their own time. If you are up for this, fine. If not your adventure—also fine.

Consequently this booklet now may only be for a few persons. If you are someone who can’t go backwards, can’t stay where you are, and must go forwards now, this is a way to go forward into greater self-awareness, mindfulness and self-healing.

Goethean Holistic Science

…and the Three Sciences We Use Everyday for Holistic Practitioners and Self-Healers

Book description:

19,900 words – 103 6×9” pages of new material and a few images.

A 100 page booklet on why Goethe was our first modern holistic thinker and how his ideas are a more solid foundation for holistic-humanistic activity today.

The criticism of hard science materialists to holistic health and healing is this:

Humanistic Psychology, holistic healing and Energy Medicine lack:

- a comprehensive holistic theory; and

- a general holistic experimental method.

In 2014 this problem was solved by reaching back 250 years, to the German playwright, poet and scientist, Johann Goethe (GER-tah) (1749-1832). Goethe’s ideas of science and scientific method support everyone engaged in holistic health, holistic healing and Energy Medicine. We simply did not recall the useful history.

- Goethe’s scientific method—in modern language—serves as a comprehensive holistic theory, and

- His method points to a general holistic, experimental method already widely in use: self-testing, 20 or more methods; including, self-muscle-testing.

Converging Goethe and the Three Selves, the Three Sciences we use everyday are easly inferred.

These ideas make modern holistic healing activity more coherent and credible.

With Three Orders of Science, the push-back from “hard science” skeptics and Materialistic proponents against holistic-humanistic activity dissolves. The larger paradigm of Three Orders of Science makes a safe place for both “hard” science and subjective perceptions.

Balance on All Levels – article

Chapters 1-31 about 620 words

“Who am I?” Up to about 1985 basic psychology research was dominated by research academics, talk-therapists and talk-psychotherapists and their academics. In the 1900s they likened the human psyche to a three-legged stool: physical, mental, emotional. A three-legged chair, three legs make a stool stable. That was the mainstream model of psychology in the 1900s.

By 1985, the engine of basic research of basic research in Psychology had shifted far away from those worthy elders. A younger generation os holistic practitioners took over strongly influenced by Humanistic Psychology (1955-1975). This much smaller group of influential innovators, freed from Freud, re-booted psychology starting over and based on:

- Identifying, penetrating to and accessing Unconscious Patterns,

- Uncovering and redeeming healthy Feeling, at deeper levels than was possible with talk alone.

Psychology was rebooted from one direction by NLP (Santa Cruz, Bay area); from another direction, by kinesiology testing which soon evolved into self-testing (Pasadena-Rosemead, CA). The methods we “hang our hat on” for this historical period are Touch for Health and its immediate parent method, Applied Kinesiology.

These two new streams of younger basic researchers both gave much less credence to “talk” and “understanding” from the neck-up. Both streams highlighted uncovering sub- and unconscious intelligences, from the neck-down, and how to lift them out of stuck patterns.

Identifying, documenting and working directly with Unconscious Patterns was an order of ten more direct than talk therapies alone. NLP and about 20 methods of muscle testing in the period 1980-2005 made possible navigating unconscious stuck issues much more directly. Up to 1985, Conscious Waking Self had restricted itself to the role of “observer” of the sub- and unconscious. After 1985, for those practitioners and clients interested, Conscious Waking Self could now participate in the workings of the human psyche towards co-creation, collaboration and love.

In both new streams of basic research were blessed with abundant clients to practice on in clinical settings and in private practices.

Yet, successes and results proved discouraging to document, according to Second Order, “hard” science criteria. Effective results with clients overwhelmingly applied only to single individuals, one person at a time. Successful results were rarely applicable to populations larger than single individuals or vey similar cases. New uncoveries, new methods and new Unconscious Patterns remained largely unknown outside of very small circles. Few of these innovators (NFs) published in peer-reviewed journals of any kind (NTs). Case studies which were produced were little-read and even less respected (NF~NT conflict).

New First Order science criteria did not exist until 2014 at the earliest. The clash of Second Order “hard” science criteria applied to First Order Goethean Holistic Science phenomena (subjective responses of the experimenter) resulted in the gruesome public spectacle of holistic health and healing sawed off at the top and bottom to fit on the Procrustean Bed of Second Order “hard” science criteria.

This painful dilemma accelerated study of Unconscious Patterns as these were indeed broadly applicable to large populations and to the human psyche as a whole.

Balance on All Levels, PACME+Soul (BOAL) attempts to fill the gap, the hole, where a comprehensive holistic therapy ought to be; and the gap, the hole, where a general holistic experimental belongs.

To the extent the present effort is successful, more people will have access to basic research uncoveries in Psychology made outside of academia and corporate research, since 1970s.

For example, what if each of us as a waking adult, has five, or more, multiple intelligences? What if “intelligence” is not three-legged but multi-legged. Each leg contributing stability to soul’s experience in human form?

What if your was simply a balancing act, between various polarities, extremes and choices? “Balance” then is simply middle points of harmony between the two ends of a child’s seesaw or teeter-totter. Soul in the human experience is tasked with maintaining balance between multiple seesaws.

The biggest seesaw we have to manage each day? Balancing between reacting via learned habits; and, responding with deliberate choices, for the highest good.

Another metaphor: the human psyche can be viewed as a 3D hologram. The whole is accessible from any angle or single node. At the end, each reader is invited to compose their own vision of the whole person, which intelligences are most relevant to you to manage actively.

A hologram view of our psyche soon takes us to notice fractal patterns are used for memory storage. It appears Angels used fractal patterns to solve the design problem of storing massive numbers of memories and learned behaviors, from multiple lifetimes. Have you seen the animated cosmic zoom videos on YouTube? Don’t miss out. These suggest a close analogy to how Angels designed human memory storage.

Q: I got enuf trouble just living my life. What benefit is a more complex model?

A: Because our post-2012 world is at a crisis of values. Corporate-academic psychology and religion no longer serve and inspire us. Some kind of Holistic-Humanistic Psychology 2.0 must evolve. It looks like The German Romantic, Goethe is our guide here. He was a throw-forward, our first modern holistic thinker.

Will you and I ever go out of balance again? Sure. The more awareness, tolerance and compassion we have for our psychic “standard equipment,” the faster we can get up one more time than we fall down.

If you find yourself stuck, please give me a call.

Balance on All Levels PACME

+Soul and Above, Full book, Chapters 01-31

Also avaialable in ten volumes of 1-3 chapters each

“Who am I?” In the 1900s, psychology likened the human psyche to a three-legged stool: physical, mental, emotional. A three-legged chair, three legs make a stool stable. That was the 1900s.

By 1985, the engine of basic research in psychology shifted away from from academics and talk-therapists to holistic innovators: NLP, muscle-testers and self-testers. After corporate-capitalism took over medicine and psychology, these were the individuals still passionate about the question, “Who am I?”

Holistic-humanistic researchers, mostly outside of academia even, uncovered and documented additional intelligences and Unconscious Patterns in the human psyche. By 2000, this dramatically improved therapeutic direction, developed new eyes to see; and, capacity to navigate in the sub- and unconscious of individuals and for client support. In comparison, psychotherapists limited to talk alone, to talk therapy alone, were literally and figuratively “blind.”

Suddenly more legs were visible on the old three-legged stool of our psyche. 12 or more function-intelligence were now perceived, verified and validated, each leg contributing its intelligent function to stability, health and happiness in human experience. Welcome to Multiple Intelligences 2.0.

How can individuals balance between a multiplicity of intelligences, on multiple levels? This book proposes soul in the human experience as a balancing act. Like on a child’s seesaw or teeter-totter, each of us enjoys the rhythmic moving up-and-down, between all the polarities and extremes as soul is tasked to choose between.

The biggest seesaw? Balancing between learned habits and free choice (decision making). The 5% of waking adults which is focussed, deliberate, conscious choice, can indeed balance the 95% of us which is learned behaviors conditioned to repeat, our Habit Body.

Beyond seesawing to find our balance between various poles and extremes, the human psyche can be viewed as a hologram. The whole remains visible from any angle or node. In the end, each reader is invited to compose their own vision of the whole person. Which intelligences are relevant to you to actively manage?

A: Because in 2016 we are at another crisis of values. Conventional psychology and religion no longer serve and inspire us. A new Holistic-Humanistic Psychology 2.0 must evolve.

You Are a Hologram

…Becoming Visible to Your Self

This booklet suggests and explores explores how the structure of hologram technology is analogous to how the human psyche is naturally patterned.

Michael Talbot’s Holographic Universe: The Revolutionary Theory of Reality (1984, 2013), questioned, ‘How do we apply the metaphor of a hologram to human psychology and self-healing?’ Only since about 2000 has it been possible to write the answer.

What if our waking psyche is a hologram of physical, imaginal, emotional, mental, mythological and immortal-eternal potentials? This would connect it with Spiritual Geography 101, PACME, wouldn’t it?

When he wrote in the early 1980s, experiments were being conducted by practitioners of Applied Kinesiology, Touch for Health and Babinetics. Since the middle 1960s AK made public how muscle testing was workable and reliable, in the domain on one single person at a time, for exploring, measuring and assessing facets of an individual’s unconscious, hologram-like, psyche field.

Everyone understands using lasers, a hologram image is primarily non-physical; yet, produces a three-dimensional image. If you’ve read a few articles, you understand holograms have unusual internal structure and cohesiveness, related to fractals; where, the entire image can be stimulated from any small piece of the physical hologram material.

When in the 1990s, holistic healing modalities began converging methods and techniques from NLP, Touch for Health and ecumenical spirituality, a handful of new modalities emerged: Psych-K, Theta Healing, Babinetics, PTS MSS-DSS program, and a few others even lesser known.

The more we learned, the more our Habit Body began to remind us of a hologram. The similarities of one to other became more and more instructive, especially for students of Energy Medicine. How our unconscious hologram fields are organized began being more clear cognitively.

Our merely logical waking ration self has the most narrow view of our Three Selves. Sometimes we characterize this narrow viewpoint as “Island Man” or “Island Woman.” Unless we are exercising some chosen method of self-connection, Island Man is where we spend most of our waking time, from only the neck-up.

Island Man can see more of the entire hologram, if he or she wishes to. The hologram metaphor supports Island Man imagining connections with our upper and lower helper selves, the Bigger You, the Bigger Me.

Next, imagine multiple inter-penetrating holograms, one for each body we use here in the human experience: physical, imaginal, emotional, mental and mythological (PACME).

Each individual has variable strengths and weaknesses among these five “bodies.” Some fields are more activated than others. Each person’s hologram is somewhat unique. Which are strong on you? which are weak on you?

The techno-metaphor of a hologram is shown to serve very well to perceive real aspects of our etheric body. A hologram can be a useful metaphor to grasp the reality of and mechanisms of our etheric body.

Unless you are already a gifted clairvoyant, a hologram metaphor can help you imagine your ether body in your own terms.

Once the etheric body-hologram analogy is grasped, many phenomena open to view. For example, how the inner child and immune system and habit body are all functionally equal, each an overlapping function in our etheric body.

This web, this hologram, is what enables the diverse energies contained in a single human psyche to come to a point and say, “I am.” Metaphysics tells us the etheric is the organizing principle on the physical plane, for one person, one planet, one solar system, one galaxy, one universe.

Unconscious Patterns in the Light

…of the Inner Child and NLP

What makes us human is primarily invisible ~ Rudolf Steiner.

That’s not all. What makes us TRULY human is ALTOGETHER invisible: honesty, compassion, love, willingness to serve our self and others.

Add to this, our unresolved disturbances are virtually 100% invisible as well.

If so much of us is invisible, you’d think unconscious patterns would be studied sooner. Alas, several memes had to come together first; this happened only recently in the 1990s. NLP, Touch for Health muscle testing and ecumenical spirituality first had to converge. This creates a few influential Energy Medicine methods: Babinetics, Theta Healing, BodyTalk, LifeLine and PTS MSS-DSS.

Most readers grew up learning our psyche is a locked “black box.” We were taught the contents of our psyche are unknown and probably unknowable. Now we know better. Building on NLP and the Inner Child, a list of Unconscious Patterns very useful for self-healing and client support has been documented.

Q: How much of our psyche is patterning?

A: Up to 95%. Only 5% of us is NOT patterned, the 5% of us where active, deliberate, conscious choice occurs. “In my choices I am free.” Soul is choice.

Q: Do you rehash pattern recognition?

A: No. Gestalt psychology in the 1920s was probably the entry into mainstream thought, of human capacity for pattern recognition. Wikipedia has an ultra-detailed origins article and visual examples here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gestalt_psychology See also a conventional intro article on “pattern recognition” in the Appendices. Early Gestalt activity, even up thru Fritz Perls, did not enable useful comprehensive theories of Unconscious Patterns nor any general experimental method.

NLP ideas, especially, metaprograms, were the beginning baby steps. Uncovery accelerated in the 1990s when the first reliable general holistic experimental method began to be used more widely—reliable primarily in the domain of single individuals, one person at a time.

The big Aha! for most people is our unconscious is highly patterned. Even tho, Conscious Self remains functional blind in the realm of our unconscious, we can understand these patterns. We simply play the blind game, the game of the Blind Detective.

When we are stuck in a particular healing experiment, we are not yet asking enuf good questions to determine adequate and sufficient Therapeutic Direction. Science is the art and practice of asking good questions. Unconscious Patterns are major landmarks to navigate and chunk down invisible disturbances into bite-sized pieces, so we can bring Love and redemption to them.

Q: How many Unconscious Patterns exist?

A: Probably thousands in Western culture alone, possibly millions. A comprehensive encyclopedia would be useless. Our psyche is like the internet. The goal of reading and learning every page is futile. Better goal: learning strategies and tactics to locate a particular page when we wish to find it.

What one book can do is:

- Show Unconscious Patterns are basic in all psychology,

- Show UPs are very worth learning for purposes of self-healing and client work,

- Show NLP Metaprograms was only Day One of UPs,

- Outline some major and minor patterns. and categories.

The more aware you are of these patterns, the less likely you are to be run by them. The more aware of them, the more likely you are to “be at choice.” Soul is choice. Don’t leave Home without it.

Forgive From Your Soul, Slow-Motion Forgiveness

...the Missing Manual, Forgiveness 101 How-to-eBook

New Directions in Holistic Brain Balance series vol. 4

In 2016, Self-forgiveness still remains the forgotten super-hero of growth for most people.

Slow-Motion Forgiveness(SM) increases your effectiveness as a forgiver by clarifying and simplifying hands-on use of forgiveness.

How? It converges the wisdom of NLP, Habit Body and ecumenical spirituality into a sequenced method for self-healers or client support.

In a client situation, Slow-Motion Forgiveness shifts more responsibility away from the facilitator and onto the client. The client has to do the counting; and so, is more likely to claim the healing action.

Since NLP, we’ve learned more about habits. We’ve learned we learn everything thru repetition. This means all our issues and PTSD are created he same way, thru repetition. Any issue we wish to reduce or release can be viewed as a habit pattern no longer serving us.

Once we understand ‘repetition creates habits,’ we can use repetition to release them. The easiest repetitive behavior Conscious Waking Self does is counting, so we use counting to delete the repetitions thru which we learned to feel jealous, or abandoned, or angry, etc.

Slow-motion Forgiveness is a good way to go thru inner drama and stories no longer serving us—for the last time.

There’s more detail. Composing an effective Forgiveness Formula is an art you can improve on for a lifetime.

This all works best done with ‘God as your ’Partner.’ Beginning with a prayer of protection and ending with a prayer asking our Higher Guidance to remove any and all negativity released, makes the process safer and more Grace-filled.

The indivisible smallest units in psychology are one habit and one choice. Each of us as soul balances between our habits and conscious, deliberate choices.

Our internal ratio between these two, is not a 50-50 ratio. Bruce Lipton says the ratio is 95% habits to 5% free choice.

All these learned repetitions together are called our Habit Body. Our Habit Body is run by our Habit Librarian who knows where all our habits are and how many repetitions it took to learn each habit we wish to be free of.

Experiments suggested here are for home use. To get the most out of this method, work with a Healing Buddy, where you trade time with each other. Readers already able to self-muscle-test will get the most out of this method and this booklet.

SMF has been field-tested since 2001 with clients, with consistently excellent results. Anyone who can self-test, or who is willing to learn can use SMF. No counseling training is required to do this. Counseling training can only make you better at this.

Healing intention is your greatest Tool That Heals. We activate our soul by attention-intention. This is why everyone can forgive. Be aware of what moves and shifts. With practice self-sensitivity increases.

Heartfelt Facilitation Manual

Real title: Group Process as an Art-Form;

Best Practices for Facilitating HEARTFELT

Live, Group Events, Large and Small

10,100 words

To my knowledge, the first new book written for facilitators of live group events since 2001. While a sizable literature of Best Practices in cooperative-collaborative group processes was documented in the 1980s-1990s, this is the FIRST book written for facilitators arranging events with a HEARTFELT look and feel for everyone involved.

Personal growth events here are groups of 12 to hundreds, going thru a scripted sequence of group process formats. Insight Seminars remains the touchstone for the heartfelt look and feel consumers desire.

Intereatingly, women will be better at facilitating than men until more men internalize the heartfelt ethic.

Logistics of facilitating and sustaining live personal growth events is the topic. Topics here are organized as I think useful to experienced facilitators and facilitators-in-training. Feel free to skip around per your interests.

A companion book in this Series is actual milling and dyad scripts and sequences. Other volumes are full scripts for live events; along with, facilitator briefings on each theme.

Younger generations are losing interest in talk-only live events. The ideal, repeat customer demographic for live personal growth events is Cultural Creative Progressives.

What do they want? FUN, FACE-TO-FACE, SOCIAL, INTERACTIVE events at various price points. What do they want to do there? They want opportuniteis to work on personal and professionalo problems, of their own choosing, at a rate and depth of their own choosing.

Where else can people do this? Personal growth events are virtually the only activities left where people can do this with an independent spirit and a balance of right and left brain hemispheres. Participants come to pesonal growth events because they are not getting what they need from synagogues and churches or not enuf processing time.

This is NOT about using NLP ideas to manipulate audiences; see bibliography for that book. This is NOT a step by step “how to facilitate” course. Existing academic books for group leaders are discussed briefly. Free online PDFs for facilitators are listed.

Written by a Health Intuitive, Insight participant and composer-presenter of 60 live events. The author is also Waldorf, USM and NVC trained. Other book series: Best Practices in Energy Medicine, Holistic Brain Balance.

Scripted Closed-Eye-Processes

…for Live Personal Growth Event Facilitators and Group Leaders

Group Process as an Art-form Series; Putting group process at the center of thriving, Progressive orgs

About 30, mostly original Closed Eye Processes (CEPs). Access to three other authors.

CEPs are a common exercise live event facilitators use to add variety to sequences of group process formats. CEPs are a Game Trainers Play, tho I think not well-represented in that wonderful book series.

Event attendees with low self-esteem about their capacity to visualize internally, can be addressed this way:

Wherever you are in your ability to visualize is a good place to start. If something is fun to do, like swimming, or riding a bicycle, it’s worth doing even poorly or badly. You don’t have to be good to start visualizing. If you practice, you will improve. Closed Eye Processes work when you silence your inner critic and allow imagery to flow.

Closed Eye Processes (CEPs) can be “sold” as ‘self-connection experiments.’

A long history exists for CEPs as both personal growth exercises and as healing exercises. These two categories also overlap considerably. In this booklet, I do my best to separate the two categories. Still, some exercises overlap spectacularly.

It’s first of a several booklets in the Best Practices in Group Practice Series, my third book series.

This script is part of a larger series of scripts written in 2016 as an experiment: Could the look and feel of Insight Seminars Training, Insight I: The Awakening Heart, be transposed to new material, without plagerizing content or sequences?

I was unsure this was possible. Turned out it was much easier than I thought.

FYI Insight Seminars is the most heartfelt of the LGAT orgs. Best franchisee website is here https://InsightSeminars.com.au I believe NVC can learn much from Insight, from their successes and errors.

You’ll see more intro in the document.

Publishing this because, after either months of work, plans to produce and monetize the scripts has gone no where. Also, I can find no significant LGAT literature published since the 1990s.

Sending you two versions for greater access. Maybe you can make something profitable with these. Feel free to invite me if useful to you.

Milling and Dyad Questions

…for Learning Conversations in Personal Growth Live Events

TAGS group process facilitators, heartfelt group facilitation, large group awareness trainings, more games trainers play, cultural creatives progressives, profitable personal growth events, live local fun interactive events

Creating healthy, live, face-to face, group process.

Milling and Dyad exercises are one of the simplest antidotes to boring meetings.

Your group going stale? Milling-Dyads are among the simplest, most effective ways to meet the unspoken needs of your audience.

Milling-Dyad exercises are scripted sets of questions for two partners; each asks, each listens, each responds.

When it’s your turn to speak, you “fill in the blank” of a stem sentence. This is a fast way for people to create new language around new ideas and clarify their questions and next steps.

Milling-Dyad exercises support us learning from each other. Assisting each other to learn is a big part of the human experience.

This is a companion volume of scripted exercises to the Heartfelt Facilitator Manual. Many of these are original; many already live-tested, some adapted as noted.

Exercises are connected into sequences as much as possible. Okay to use these to build your own workable scripts and live script fragments.

Milling-Dyads are opportunities to have a deeper experience of self-connection with your own deepest, innermost thinking, feeling and values.

A safe, supportive, confidential environment must first be established. Then the potential of milling and dyads can be unleashed: learning conversations and doorways to peak personal growth experiences.

The genius here is inviting participants to peel away their own layers of yadda-yadda, habitual, canned responses, repetitious self-talk and outworn defenses.

The more repetitions a single exercise permits, the more participants drill down into their own psyche to explore what is present and identify what’s true for them.

A well-set-up dyad process invites participants to go deeper, at their own rate, to a depth of their own choosing. Each person chooses how much to open, how willing they are to encounter new truths inside.

The endgame I’m interested in is profitable, sustainable, regularly scheduled gatherings around personal-spiritual growth and other needs Cultural Creatives have. More successful formats developed can become for-pay weekly events. Weekly events then act as funnels for higher cost and longer events. All events funnel those interested into political-environmental actions at local, city, state, national levels.

We need each other to heal. With mutual support, individuals can awaken their own Aha! experiences.

As Earth re-tribalizes into groups of like-minded persons, people with similar values, dancing and facilitated group processes are part of the FUN which makes the hard work of building new community worthwhile.

Spiritual Geography 101 PACME

…You Have Five Bodies, PACME

Short booklet with short chapters; plus, additional front and back matter.

What makes us human is not primarily our physical body. Our physical body is only about 10% of our waking personality and character. The other 90% of us, what makes us human and unique, is invisible. Handy short video on this: youtu.be/fXt6cx3bjwc

Specifically the 90% is our imagination, emotions, thinking and personal mythology. All of these invisible--yet still worth exploring if you are on any kind of Heroes Journey.

What’s spiritual geography good for? Directionality. Are you going up? Down? Sideways? Where are you now? Which direction is your goal? How far is it from where you are now?

Am I my physical “meat body” or am I an eternal-immortal soul? Can I be BOTH?

Which direction is Home, the Home Office? What is “Soul and Above”?

PACME encourages asking, “What frequency level is present here NOW?”

Maps were famously valuable and useful in the Age of Exploration, the earlier centuries dominated by ships and seafaring. Accurate mapping of lands and oceans were considered state secrets and closely guarded because trading was a major source of wealth.

If you have ever worked with yourself or a client where a mental-emotional problem was challenging to name in words, a map can be a useful “locational” tool for navigating a human psyche.

Q: Is PACME the same as “body-mind-spirit”?

A: Related, not the same. The PACME+Soul model is much more precise and comprehensive while remaining simple. In comparison, “body-mind-spirit” is more fuzzy and abstract; still, a convenient, metaphor.

What about other, competing and alternative spiritual geographies? They exist, for sure. Rather than as “better” or “worse,” let’s compare them in terms of “more” or “less” complete and comprehensive. The PACME+Soul and Above model aligns with the more complete maps. They appear principally in the literature of Light & Sound groups, spiritual groups aware of the Sound Current, going back to the 1400s at least.

Our higher-frequency bodies, above our physical body, allow us to express capacities of:

- Imagination, creativity,

- Emotions and feelings,

- Critical-independent thinking,

- Ideals, role-models, positive myths, stories,

- Truly human positive values from Soul and Above.

Our immortal-eternal soul inhabits these five bodies in the human experience. Soul’s chief expression in our lower-frequency bodies is to be a Perceiver and a Chooser. Make all the healthy choices you can every day.

The PACME model is shared here with additional comments and concepts useful for a modern understanding. Alternative spiritual geographies are discussed. Comments and corrections are invited.

John-Roger (MSIA.org) and Michael Hayes (AwakeToLove.com), are the two most recent Western proponents willing to “go public” with their personal, out-of-body directly perceived spiritual geography. Three authoritative direct personal accounts are pointed to: Tigers Fang, 2nd ed, When Are You Coming Home? and a chapter by Michael Hayes in The Light Book.

PACME+Soul is endlessly useful for all Energy Medicine methods on the Skill Ladder of Energy Medicine. Indeed, increasing Energy Medicine activity is likely what is pushing the PACME model into wider awareness.

Psychic Self-protection

Adequate and Sufficient Psychic Self-protection: For Healers and Energy Medicine Practitioners

Article, plus closely related topics: 6,200 words

If we work with body fluids, we have to have self-protection routines in place. If we work with invisible energies, our self-protection routines have to be even more robust.

Many healers and students working with energy, to my eye, do so un-safely. I wanted to share what I’ve learned in my self-protection study and practice seeing Energy Medicine clients.

Adequate and sufficient psychic-self-protection is the art of avoiding negativity from polluting-contaminating you. We are not so vulnerable from our neck-up. From our neck-down in our Sub- and UNconscious, we are plenty vulnerable, especially if our unconscious boundaries are weak..

Your conscious intention to be safe and not traffic in negativity counts. Worry is useless; worry itself is another opening to negativity. Simply do the best you can, and ask for God to be your Partner in as many ways as possible.

This book comes in part from reviewing 17 books on psychic self protection available in print a few years ago. Many varied self-protection ideas and exercises exist. What struck me in looking at them as a group was I could find only one with a frequency of loving. This was John-Roger’s book, Psychic Protection. I decided for me, I’m sticking with self-protection methods aligned with loving. The present book doesn’t repeat John-Roger’s exercises and ideas. It attempts to add to and expand upon them.

This is primarily for persons already self-muscle-testing, in some form, or who are willing to learn. You may use muscles; you may not. In either case, try to find and trade time with a Healing Buddy.

Muscle Testing as a Spiritual Exercise

[Build a] Bridge to Your Body’s Wisdom

Book #12 in Best Practices in Holistic energy

NOT your mother’s or your father’s kinesiology handbook.

How to use self-muscle-testing experiments to re-connect and get back into balance with the Bigger You, for those looking for this.

If you ask for Love, Light and Sound at the beginning of each of your sessions, KEEP TESTING, keep going. If you surpass us as instructors; great, keep going.

To write this, much of the modern history of muscle testing had to be stood on its head.

Since 2014, the old unstable-crumbly Cartesian-Newtonian Second Order Science foundation can be replaced with a First Order Goethean Holistic Science foundation.

Our small intestine villi already muscle tests 24/7 deciding if this tiny nutrient is safe and beneficial to take into my bloodstream now.

All 20 or more methods of self-testing do is magnify these tiny responses in our immune system. We use muscles and bones as levers and pulleys to amplify these responses so we can re-cognize them consciously. In this sense, muscle-testing is “manual biofeedback.”

Self-testing is harmonious with all methods on the Skill Ladder of Energy Medicine; and, Skill Ladder of Self-connection methods. It’s the middle skill on these Ladders. Self-testing is useful on any Hero’s Journey of Self-healing.

News ~ Arm-length-testing is now preferred for beginners over arm-pull-down and most other methods.

Holistic Neurology, Our Two Nervous Systems

Vol. 1 of New Directions in Holistic Brain Balance

Neurology as if self-connection mattered. A neurology of connecting body-mind-spirit, of personal choice and personal responsibility.

In brief, we each have two nervous systems, two neurologies. The two have closely equal nerve fibers by weight (1907 research). One nervous system is mostly in front and below, our gut brain. Our other is mostly above and behind, our head brain, spine and lateral spinal nerves.

Having two neurologies is a good thing. Like two eyes, two hands, two feet, our two brains can work together, as a team. Our two eyes provide binocular vision; our two neurologies—if they communicate, consult and collaborate—support us triangulating healthy decisions everyday. Two neurologies is the physiology behind John-Roger’s ideal of a thought for every feeling and a feeling for every thought.

Where do our two brains meet? In the loving heart center. If you are only using one of your two nervous systems, you’re missing out on half of your natural intelligence.

Much is known about “gut brain, head brain” which can now be reframed correctly and more widely shared.

Conventional neurology in 2015 is still mired in Sympathetic-parasympathetic, motor-sensory, central and peripheral nervous systems. These ideas come from the 1880s and very early 1900s. Gut-brain axis is only the start of Neurology 2.0. Holistic Neurolgy advances the updating of neurology begun with the GAPS book (2004). We have TWO neurologies and this is a good thing.

In 1955-1975 Maslow updated psychology to include personal improvement. Thus began Humanistic Psychology 1.0. Holistic Neurology begins Humanistic Psychology 2.0.

Old neurology is a problem as our nervous system is NOT “no-fault” as Sympathetic-parasympathetic, motor-sensory, central and peripheral nervous systems tells us. Choices and consequences flow thru our two nervous systems and DO matter.

In older neurology, choice is irrelevant, personal responsibility does not exist or is optional, soul is irrelevant. No one is ever challenged in any way. “I think, therefore I am,” is the ISOLATED soul in the human experience, DIVORCED from body, emotions and biology.

The biggest “wound” in the human experience is two neurologies split, separate, isolated, not communicating, not cooperating, not working together.

The bigger topic here is the waking human psyche balances between free choice and learned habits. Holistic Neurology concerns itself with clarifying how this is and how it comes to be in the puberty process.

Becoming aware of your two neurologies can be a big opening to self-awareness, to self-healing and to brain balance. As well, for supporting clients.

Beyond physiology, are the benefits for psychology. Two explains, “Why am I of two minds?” It practically addresses, “How do I get my two minds working together?”

Individuals can learn how to facilitate inner cooperation, top~bottom. Inner child work of any kind is the biggest support.

Maryann (Mimi) Castellanos is a gifted healer, clairvoyant since childhood, assisting clients for decades (HealthyEnergetics.net). ENS~CNS expands on her topic, coupling it with other holistic brain research.

Combining gut-brain with Conception Vessel creates a neurology of self-esteem. Combining head-brain with Governing Vessel creates a neurology of self-concept.

The author does not pretend to be a neurologist. Conventional brain research is taken into account. Topics here are testable, in the domain of one person, via self-testing (Muscle Testing) of any kind.

In Three Selves terms, each of our two lower selves has its own distinct neurology. First, Immune System Self, inner child, Habit Body comes into its own in our digestive organs, esophagus and tongue. At puberty Conscious Waking Self comes into its own in the cerebral brain, spine and lateral spinal nerves.

The more aware you are about your gut brain and cerebral brain, the sooner both can work together as cooperative teammates.

The sooner both of your two neurologies can work together as cooperative teammates, the better.

Four Brain Quadrants

Who do you say the human being is? 5% of our waking psyche is conscious choice-making. Our immortal-eternal soul contributes the capacity to make deliberate choices and decisions.

95% of our waking psyche is learned behaviors, habits, playing-back from where they are stored in our Habit Body in a Habit Library.

Initially, brain quadrants give us a close-up view of our inner child in our gut brain.

Soon after, we learn each of our two brains, gut brain and head-spine brain, has a Habit Library, laid out in quadrants. Our habits are stored in quadrant systems in each of our two brains. Our two quadrant systems offer the most direct access to 95% of our psyche, our Habit Body. This includes most of what we call thinking and feeling.

We can reliably access and address our Habit Body only in the domain of one single individual. The most modern experimental method is self-muscle-testing (Muscle Testing 2.0) of any kind.

Imbalances in each quadrant can be addressed, measured and balanced with self-muscle-testing.

Holistic Brain Balance is a First Order Science practice, acknowledging, measuring and addressing brain-head imbalances in a safe and supportive context.

Quadrant systems in each of our two brains make possible a more body-based, more personally perceptible model of our waking psyche. This is new. We’ve only had the possibility of this understanding since 1985. It came out of basic research in holistic Energy Medicine, not thru conventional neuroscience.

“Connectivity” is the prime characteristic of our psyche. Healthy connectivity and broken connections can be measured. WHERE we are connected and HOW MUCH we are connected, can be measured.

With self-muscle-testing, any of 20 or more methods, connectivity can be assessed, explored, measured, addressed, explored and remediated.

Because we are inevitably addressing and handling invisible-unconscious energies, best results are achieved using ‘God is my Partner.’ The best psychic self-protection and Higher Guidance comes from this.

No quadrant, nor any one physical or etheric structure, is claimed as the primary location or origin of our immortal-eternal soul. “Soul” is primarily conceived and discussed as free choice and decision-making. An ecumenical, technique-agnostic, tradition-agnostic approach to soul, is required everywhere now.

Holistic Brain Balance acknowledges Waldorf-methods stage-developmental theory (Rudolf Steiner), Paul Dennison’s early work and Dr. Melillo’s Brain Balance Centers.

Reactivity Is Our Best Friend

Third volume in New Directions in Holistic Brain Balance

Want to understand why and how you react to things better? Here’s reactivity 101.

Also written for self-testers (Muscle Testing 2.0). Contains self-testing exercise experiments you can do at home.

The term “reactivity” is only a category, nebulous and abstract. “Habit Body” is the more useful term for self-awareness and self-healing. “Habits” connotes flexibility; we can change a habit, if we wish to. Our Habit Body overlaps 90% or more with our “child within.”

You know you have excess reactivity if you find yourself saying:

“I knew I shouldn’t have eaten it but I ate it anyway.”

“I knew I shouldn’t have said it but I said it anyway.”

“I knew it was bad for me but I went and did it anyway.”

Why do we react when we knew better? Excess over- and under-reactivity is the biggest category of disturbances in the human experience. Most of the time, we are reacting too quickly to life (John-Roger). Self-discipline is largely a matter of disciplining our reactivity on multiple levels.

Why are we “of two minds”? This is a top~bottom split. When someone is of two minds, the cerebral nervous system has one point of view. Our gut brain has another, different idea, goal, project or need. When our two nervous systems are not aligned, we are “of two minds.”

“Reactivity” is also “liking” and “disliking.” We’re all learning to moderate our EXCESS liking and disliking. It’s okay to outgrow habits and behaviors no longer workable for us.

We have one visible body, physical, and four more invisible bodies: imaginal, emotional, mental and mythological (PACME). On each of these levels we have reactions. Reactions we practice over time become habits. Habits we perceive working for us are our “comfort zone,” the habits and behaviors we prefer to use to respond to life. We have a comfort zone on each level PACME.

It’s possible to go thru the human experience devoting most of our time, attention and creativity to setting up and maintaining just our comfort zones. If we do this, then we feel like, “How come I’m not getting anything accomplished?”

One job of Conscious Waking Self is Comfort Zone Editor, making sure we are growing and moving forward in life—not just treading water, going nowhere.

Excess reactivity is the first obstacles we work on in personal growth. Reactivity is likely to be the last issue we ever work on. Habits are all-pervasive in human experience. Perhaps this is why John-Roger said, when asked what he does in his spare time, he said, “Work on my bad habits.”

Self, Others, World, God

...Our Four Categories of Relationship and Support (SOWG)

Our relationships are highly patterned. Four categories encompass them all: Self, others, world, God. Don’t take my word for it. This comes from one partial line of Genesis 1:1, uncovered by Bertrand Babinet and introduced in Babinetics in the 1980s. Someone told me Alcoholics Anonymous and 12-step programs address issues in these four categories. I celebrate this too.

Each category ought to be one-quarter of our inner-outer support system. Each category is 1/4 of our inner-outer support system. Anyone feel equally supported in all four categories?

How supported do you feel in each category?

Guess what else? Any unresolved concern about our support will fall into usually one or two of these four categories. This narrows down places to look considerably.

Pretty much any issue we wish to address or resolve can be found among these categories. This is an efficiency of using Unconscious Patterns for self-healing.

This booklet describes each category and simple home experiments to measure your health in each category and how to strengthen weak categories.

S.O.W.G. is perhaps the easiest Unconscious Pattern of all to understand, the gamut, the range of relationships and support possible in the human experience.

Testing thru the categories of Self, Others, World, God, is by far one of the most-used Tools in my Healing Toolbox as a practitioner.

Which category of relationships supports you MOST now? In which category do you feel LEAST supported in?

Guessing or self-testing answers to these questions can provide therapeutic direction—for those looking for direction. It’s applications for personal-spiritual growth appear to be endless. These simple categories make Therapeutic Direction easier to find. It’s always going to be to strengthen our weakest link.

The four categories are especially useful to sort out mysterious-unknown felt-sense (kinesthetic) disturbances. Virtually every mysterious disturbance we feel, falls somewhere in Self, Others, World, God.

Inner Sunshine, How to Make More

…Assess neurotransmitter production with self-testing; The simple complexity of our unconscious

Fifth volume in the New Directions in Holistic Brain Balance series.

Who else wants to feel more loved on the inside? Inner Sunshine is a metaphor for this.

Inner Sunshine is our capacity to feel bouncy and “light;” such that, the “slings and arrows of outrageous fortune” roll off us like “water off a duck’s back.”

Adequate and sufficient neuro-transmitter production is the neuro-chemistry of Inner Sunshine.

I’m on a Hero’s Journey to more Inner Sunshine. Want to come along? This is written for self-testers, holistic practitioners who muscle test and anyone willing to learn Muscle Testing 2.0 with “God as you Partner.’

A “seesaw” exists in our UNconscious. On either end, “misery” and “sunshine” go up and down. If you prefer, picture this as a tug-of-war, back and forth. As one gains strength, the other must get weaker and vice versa. Misery blocks us from making Inner Sunshine. The game of Inner Sunshine is simple: Release inner misery—increase Inner Sunshine.

Increasing neuro-transmitter production is two things:

1) High quality protein and clear metabolic pathways to assimilate it,

2) Willingness in our UNconscious to make more NTs while we sleep.

We make the majority (80%?) of our neurotransmitters only while sleeping. This means 50% or more of how we make neurotransmitters (NTs) is unconscious, in the area of our psyche where “willingness” and “willingness to heal” live.

Guess what? Our UNconscious is plenty smart enuf to block production of NTs if it feels either unsafe to make them; or, does not trust the purposes Conscious Self will put more Inner Sunshine to.

In both the 1980s and early 2000s optimal protein and amino acid supplements did not produce expected NT production in about 50% of individuals. Holistic Brain Balance is about another 25%: willingness in our UNconscious.

Increasing Inner Sunshine, NT production, requires a two-pronged approach. One is iNtuitive Thinking about amino acids, metabolic pathways and the like. The other prong is iNtuitive Feeling, sensing and attending to where in our psyche we have low willingness to allow more Inner Sunshine.

This is the first book written on NTs from this perspective.

The final 25% is addressing the gut and brain microbe biome, a topic begun in the GAPS book (2004).

Find self-assessment experiments here for those who can self-muscle-test (Muscle Testing 2.0). Okay to guess and track your numbers over a period of days if you cannot self-test.

This book builds on the topic of four quadrants in each of our two brains (Vol. 2), which builds on the insight of our two neurologies (Vol. 1).

Practical Epigenetics, Best Practices in Belief Change Work

“Epigenetics” is Bruce Lipton’s word for DNA changes caused by our beliefs—not our genes. His idea of maleable genes is spreading, penetrating more and more deeply into popular imagination.

Over our lifetime, as we change our beliefs, our habits change, even the lines on our palms and feet change. Our face changes. Why not also our DNA?

When it’s possible, permitted and clear, disturbed mental-emotional baggage can be released from our unconscious, all the way down to the level of our genes. This allows our genes-DNA to heal as well.

Given the innovations since the 1950s in belief change work, a summary of Best Practices in Modern Belief Change Work, is timely.

Bruce Lipton updated DNA-change theory. What about methods? Bruce endorses Psych-K’s use of muscle testing for uncovering and addressing faulty beliefs as effective. I hope every Reader will try Psych-K personally. However, wonderful and effective as Psych-K is, professional grade methods offer much more.

Belief Change Work has been popular in the US since Albert Ellis in the 1950s. Since then, scores of Belief Change methods have been innovated:

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,

- Touch for Health muscle-testing,

- affirmations,

- NLP,

- meridian tapping,

- DNA-change-work and

- ecumenical spirituality.

These are compatible and can easily be used together for more effective Belief Change Work.

The Hero’s Journey of Self healing is a path of exploring out-dated beliefs and habits, upgrading them to more workable ones, aligned with our highest good and brightest future.

Let’s pack for our Hero’s Journey of Self-healing. We’ll need curiosity and courage to uncover the origins of beliefs no longer working for us. Along the way we’ll uncover and learn from our earlier choices. We’ll clear the recording media of our psyche, erase old programs and re-record it with new habits, beliefs, behaviors, more to our liking.

Self-healers are like Theseus in the Labyrinth hunting for the Minotaur. You decide to find the Minotaur in your own internal labyrinth when you uncover and realize the havoc it’s wreaking inside. The Hero/Heroine decides it’s up to you to go down there, root him out and transform him. Wait, before you jump, you need a method to deal with the Minotaur once you find him. Theseus carried a sword with him. What’s your method of choice?

In 2016 we have many more Tools That Heal. We don’t use a sword any more and we don’t use violence for Belief Change Work.

This book is one person’s method. It’s repeated in four versions, each one more detailed. If you get stuck, find a Healing Buddy or a safe paid coach you can trust and learn from.

Table of Contents, abbreviated

Skill Ladder of Energy Medicine Methods

…Techniques, Arts, Incorporating Skill Ladder of Self-Connection, Law of Gentleness, 22 Names for the Inner Child

A clear Skill Ladder of Energy Medicine methods, techniques and arts exists.

A clear Skill Ladder of Self-connection methods, techniques and arts also exists.

Guess what? They are almost the same ladder. One is for lay persons. The other is for holistic practitioners and serious self-healers, those walking their own Heroes Journey of self-healing.

Together the methods range from simple five-sensory exercises, all the way up to conscious dreaming. Anyone who wants to can climb up or down to their level of comfort. Organizing charts like these will always be evolving as methods come and go and additional human capacities appear.

What is a Skill Ladder good for? Use it to find a method workable for you now. The endgame is finding a comfortable method for performing small, simple, safe, home experiments, on a regular basis. Each experiment you do is one more step forward on your Hero’s Journey of self-awareness and self-healing.

Q: Why not an alphabetical encyclopedia of holistic healing methods and modes?

A: A holistic methods alphabetical encyclopedia was published in the mid-1980s. It was 400 pages. It was out of date in six months. A second edition of 600 pages was its last gasp. The internet took over this function.

But guess what? The Skill Ladder idea makes it even easier for you to find which “rung” is right for you now, easier than the Internet. A ladder graphic shows you a progression of steps, a progression of skill level, talent and expertise. The way up? One step at a time.

A ladder helps us avoid overwhelm. A ladder shows how self-healing methods rank in difficulty to learn and achieve meaningful results. Beginners can start on lower rungs. Health professionals can begin higher; and, perceive what their next level of expertise might be. A ladder supports you taking baby steps in your own progression and self-healing.

Since early 1970s, the number of holistic healing methods, from all origins, has grown to 300 or more. Each year a few more new ones come and a few old ones are lost. What self-connection method is working for you today?

Two Reasons and 33 Beneficial Side-effects of Self Muscle Testing

8,550 words, short booklet; plus, additional front and back matter

One major benefit is the effectiveness of medical and/or holistic healing interventions, one client at time, can be previewed prior to use or application.

Another benefit is self-testing is free. For matters of diet, nutrition, determining supplement dosage, and lifestyle—no technological testing out-performs muscle-testing or self-testing.

Are your Conscious Waking Self and Immune System Self, partners? Connected? Communicating? Collaborating? After 45 years of this some observations are becoming obvious.

Remaining benefits pertain mostly to those on a Heroes Journey of self-healing. Why? Self-connection and direct connection-communication between users and their own immune system is an early stage of such a journey. SMT is also the middle skill on the Skill Ladder of Self-connection methods, applicable to more methods than any other single method.

In the 1970s, holistic health and healing in general; including, arm-pull-down muscle testing in particular, was strongly tied into the new “do it yourself” ethic. In healthcare, many—not all—patients evolved from being primarily passive recipients to learning and doing much more for themselves.

In both physical healing and in mental-emotional healing many consumers became self-responsible, became active participants in their own self-healing. A significant fraction of holistic health consumers chose to become holistic practitioners.

At the time, becoming an acupuncturist was emblematic of alternative health care. By 1990 do-it-yourself-ism in holistic healthcare was characterized more in some circles by muscle testing, especially self-muscle-testing (SMT) and dowsing.

If this is not your adventure—also fine.

Consequently today, this booklet may only be for a few persons. If you are someone who can’t go backwards, can’t stay where you are, and must go forwards now, self-testing is a way to go forward into greater self-awareness, mindfulness and self-healing.

Q: Doesn’t the mis-match with Galilean-Cartesian-Newtonian science bother you?

A: Nope. Sooner or later people will ‘get the memo’ Three Orders of Science exist which we use everyday, all of us, especially parents. Each science paradigm has its own domain, its own unique intelligence and contribution to make. Self Muscle Testing is in the domain of First Order Science, Goethean Holistic Science, the science most able to connect-communicate with cell-level-intelligence.

Your Symbol of Peace and How to Use It

A systematic way to imagine creatively

Best Practices in Energy Medicine Series

Finding and using your Symbol of Peace is a healthy form self-connection, connecting your two brains, gut and head. It honors how each person does this somewhat uniquely.

Inner and Outer Cooperation are the biggest games on Earth. Using your Symbol of Peace exercises healthy inner cooperation for self-healing and whole-brainedness.

Increasing your ability for inner sensing is a beneficial side-effect.

Bertrand Babinet (Babinetics.com) says we don’t come into a place of peace; rather, we let peace come into us; we accept peace is present for us.

In the West, we know how to work hard for peace. That’s 50%. The other 50% of peace challenges us more, is the receiving, letting go, surrendering half. Go-go Cultural Creatives can find inner~outer balance using their Symbol of Peace as a mehtod of Inner Connection.

Bertrand encourages us to become receptive to peace, to honor peace as a state of beingness, to make it a value for us personally. Peace is already and always available among and around us. It’s a choice. All we do—all we can do—is choose into it. Use your Symbol of Peace to choose into peace.

How to begin? Find at least one workable sensory imagination to practice with. The five categories of Symbols of Peace are described in a script you can make your own copy of.

Symbol of Peace is a stepping stone for connecting with your own loving and your own Divinity.

Where there is peace there is love; where there is love there is God; where there is God, there is no need ~ Bertrand Babinet, Babinetics.com

VAKOG to KAVOG, NLP Senses Updated in Light of the Inner Child

12 senses, nlp senses, history of senses, inner child senses, energy medicine senses

8,900 words

Best Practices in Energy Medicine Series

Written for self-healers, mystics and Energy Medicine practitioners using muscle testing of any method, including dowsing. The ideal readers here is a person interested in both human energy and having ‘God as my Partner’ in all experiments with invisible energy. Why? Because that’s the best psychic-spiritual protection when working with the unseen.

Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory (VAKOG) was all well and good 1970s-1980s at the beginnings of NLP. It’s 35 years later now.

As well it’s 40-50 years of muscle testing. Now we can see the bigger picture around VAKOG. It was only ever a top-down view of our senses, the view from Waking Conscious Self, from the neck-up, down towards our sub- and unconscious.

Since we have two brains, gut and head, a bottom-up view of our senses is equally valid. This is KAVOG.

Our SEVEN senses of FEELING have priority in our child Within, in our our sub- and unconscious., in our Habit Body:

Sense of Warmth ~ Am I warm enuf; too hot? Too cool? Goldilocks assessing whether the porridge is too hot, too cold—or just right.

Sense of Touch ~ continuous contact, dis-continuous contact. Simply touching or not touching.

Sense of Texture ~ texture, roughness, smoothness.

Sense of Weight ~ capacity to sense the weight and “heft” of an object, independent of size. Capacity to sense at a distance if something can or cannot be lifted, to evaluate physical mass at a distance.

Sense of Balance ~ perceptions of things as in or out of balance, physically, emotionally, morally in or out of balance; fairness and unfairness. Closely related to our vestibular sense. Relates with intuitive hunches as in, “Something feels off here,” “That sounds “funny” to me;” and, “That feels really right on target!”

Sense of Movement ~ capacity to perceive direction of movement, inferring a direction as in look over there and pointing (recently proven to be present in some dogs). Also our sense of relative motion, one thing in motion relative to another thing.

Sense of well-being ~ capacity to feel good, “I feel good today,” “I don’t feel well today;” and, I feel better today compared with yesterday.”

Arranged in the above manner, human beings have SEVEN kinesthetic senses.

OrganTalk for Self-healing

...All the Ways to Connect with, Communicate with and Talk To

Your Organs, for Self-healing

Small booklet 10,900 words plus additional front and back matter

OrganTalk can be thought of as inner child work used to talk with organs and resolve disturbances.

Are your organs communicating optimally? How do you know? Did you know you can ASK them? Did you know you can MEASURE how much or how little they are cooperating and collaborating? The key is your ability to self-test.

Talking with your organs overlaps with talking with your immune system. Your immune system is the expert on your body, not your rational mind. Want more vitality?  Your immune system self has the answers.

More technically, OrganTalk has two origins. One is TCM ideas of “liver attacking spleen.” The other is a BodyTalk muscle-testing idea from the 1990s.

Primarily a holistic practitioner topic, if this is your cup of tea, lay self-testers can explore this. OrganTalk models how to talk with any two organs, learn if they are friends, enemies or ‘frenemies;’ and ideas, on how to resolve conflicts.

A more advanced stage is increasing communication between organs and our energetic (etheric) heart center.

Q: How do our internal organs divorce? What separates them? Isn’t our immune system in charge of keeping everything inside connected?

A: Good questions. The answers lie in the nature of our Etheric Body which in 2016, in English, is equivalent with our “immune system.”

Yes, it is in charge of keeping everything connected so we can walk, chew gum, talk on the phone and walk the dog all at the same time. Yes, it is intelligent.

Yet, compared to the intelligence of Waking Self, it’s intelligence equals that of a three year old.

How are you at talking with three year olds? Are you wiser than a three year old?

How do people learn this? Very individually; by doing many experiments.

The “language” you can use as a bridge between you and your organs will be one or more of the following: Feelings-movement, Sounds-voices-music, Colors-shapes and Smells-Tastes.

If you can talk with your Inner Child, you can talk with your organs. Same language for both. Some of us had no choice but to learn this language. Not everyone has such strong motivation. No problem. No since effort at self-connection is wasted.

Did you know women’s Ovaries are the most fun to talk to? In women, Ovaries are creativity itself. Women are easier to talk to about creativity than men. Women understand creativity starts within; and then, moves out. Men often think backwards on this.

So far every woman I’ve talked to about Ovary imbalance is aware where they feel creative; and, where they feel blocked in their life. It’s a short step from there to talking directly with the Ovaries. Are your two Ovaries cooperating? Working together as a team? You can find out.

Q: Why not go all the way down to cells, cell-level-intelligence?

A: Yes, another, deeper intelligence level exists; it’s even less accessible. For a very large fraction of wellness concerns, you don’t need to go this deep. It’s room temperature butter; you don’t need a hot knife to cut it.

Many or most cell-levels concerns need the organ level resolved before teh cell-level can resolve. Do organs before cells. Practice regularly and you will gradually work your way down to being more awake and aware of activity at the Delta frequency of intelligence. Cellular intelligence is perceived there.

You don’t need to go this deep to learn the lingo of your immune system and ask it its opinion on diet, health and all lifestyle questions.

Meridian Metaphors; Psychology of the Meridians

[_ ...& Major Organs; also, Waldorf way to learn meridians _]

For self-healers, acupuncturists, chiropractors and Energy Medicine practitioners. Meridian Metaphors permits people to understand and perceive how meridians, major organs and mental-emotional states reflect each other.

Ever wonder how Meridian-organ dysfunctions and mental-emotional dysfunction create and cause each other? Here it is.

Ever think Traditional Chinese Medicine had some accurate intuitions about psychology yet was partial and incomplete?

Ever wonder what has been learned about meridian-muscle-organ-psychology after 50 years of Applied Kinesiology and Touch for Health?

Here’s a 100 page reference manual to look up insights into wellness concerns, cross-referenced with meridian under- and overcharge.

After significant material pertaining to all meridians, each of 14 sections provides comprehensive psychological language for:

- Which meridian-organs absorbs which emotions,

- HEALTHY expressions of each meridian and associated organ,

- Disturbed expressions of meridian and associated organ,

- UNDERcharged disturbed expressions of each meridian

- OVERcharged disturbed expressions of each meridian. Earlier literature is rectified.

- Each meridian-organ has an Axis of Dysfunction between its dysfunctional OVERcharged condition and its dysfunctional UNDERcharged condition.

Special attention is also paid to the Conception Vessel (self-esteem) and Governing Vessel (self-concept).

Written for counselors and practitioners of all kinds, this is a reference MANUAL for wellness coaches, intuitive counselors and holistic practitioners. It condenses and organizes more clearly the brilliant insights of William F. Whisenant’s monumental Psychological Kinesiology (1994). Added to it are a few hundred observations from other sources and the clinical practices of the author and other practitioners.

For a complete encyclopedia of the meaning of pain anywhere in the body, see the 700 pages of Messages From the Body, by Michael Lincoln. Meridian Metaphors adds the meridians piece of that topic.

Finally it’s possible to move easily—back and forth—between meridian-organ dysfunction and underlying mental-emotional dysfunction.

NEW Energy Anatomy

…Nine new views of human energy that don’t require any clairvoyance

Illustrated handbook-textbook-manual to empower simple, practical, at-home Goethean Science experiments. Written for:

- Intuitive self-healers,

- Energy Detectives,

- Students-practitioners of all Energy Medicine methods,

- Intuitives working with clients.

NOT your father’s or your mother’s old chakra book; NOT a rehash of chakras, auras, meridians.

NOT Metaprograms in NLP (see Unconscious Patterns book). NOT a how-book on muscle testing (see Muscle Testing as a Spiritual Exercise).

A CONSTRUCTIVIST approach to learning invisible human energy anatomy. Dozens of possible experiments in perception are outlined.

The ideal reader is ideally:

- Someone already self-testing by some method,

- Working with ‘God as your Partner’ as this benefits everyone handling invisible energies,

- Someone who conceives of “self-mastery” in terms of self-connection and heartfelt encounters with others.

Meat and bone anatomy uses body planes, simple locational tools, to make useful distinctions in a physical body. These same locational tools remain useful for our four more invisible bodies in 3D space. In fact, the more invisible your target, the more useful simple location in 3D space becomes.

Testable distinctions in human energy begin with:

- top~bottom,

- front~back,

- RIGHT~left,

- YANG~yin,

- cool-cold~ warm-hot

NEW Energy Anatomy shows how these distinctions are not energy neutral. They are full of useful information by which you can navigate.

Our acupuncture meridians flows flow across these ranges. Our skin makes the outside of our physical body somewhat homogenous. Inside, our physical organs are not homogenous, have distinctly different shapes, textures and functions. Our etheric body also has regions and quadrants—but much simpler.

Our invisible etheric body, our Immune System Self, is the “other half” of our physical body, our “pre-physical body.”

If you think about it, our energy pattern HAS to be simple and utterly obvious for our cells and Child Within to apportion resources and navigate towards homeostasis.

Individual patterns of energy function and dysfunction can be discerned and mapped. Locational mapping is ten times simpler and easier than trying to map target client concerns to auras, chakras and acupuncture points. Locational mapping is many times more simple and direct than older esoteric anatomies.

NEW Energy Anatomy can also start with, our TWO nervous systems, gut-brain and head-spine-brain, our two lower selves of our Three Selves. Are your two selves working together as teammates?

These same simple locational tools also support advanced clairvoyant ability for those who have that.

MORE;

NEW Energy Anatomy suggests our most obvious ‘frequency structures’ are polarities and pairs of polarities inhuman energy:

1) Right & Left in the body, right & left as YANG~yin in our body,

2) Top & bottom in the body, the human hourglass, our two nervous systems,

3) Front & back in the body, magnetic & electrical potentials,

4) As four kinds of laughter, from head to foot,

5) Two-fold organization of our gut brain, into desire & willingness,

6) Four quadrants of our gut brain, an Inner Family,

7) Four quadrants in our cerebral nervous system, the Inner Court,

8) Back of our head, willingness to heal our past,

9) Hip stability as a Ring of Loving and how to strengthen it.

10) Three Selves, each in charge of a range of frequency response in our psyche.

Each view of invisible human energy is testable and measurable with muscle testing, dowsing, or inner testing of any reliable kind.

You Have Three Selves, 2nd Ed.

...Simply the Clearest Model of the Whole Person, Vol. 1: Orientation

The Three Selves is the simplest, most elegant model, of the whole person yet proposed.

Not theory, this is a model from clairvoyant observation. In a nutshell, soul in the waking adult, human experience is supported by:

1) A middle, rational, Awake Conscious Self, either thinking or feeling-dominant. Conscious Self is supported by two subordinate helper selves:

2) A lower frequency Basic Self, Immune System Self, inner child, etheric body intelligence, Habit Body (22 or more names),

3) A higher frequency High Self, Guardian Angel. It provides access to higher spiritual Beings, on an as-needed basis. High Self is our capacity to connect with the Bigger Me, to live with ‘God as my Partner’—when and if Conscious Self chooses to connect with its own Divinity.

Three Selves is the Western version of Ho’oponopono, Hawaiian shamanism, Huna-Kahuna. Hawaiian Kahuna priests preserved this model of the whole person from possibly Lemurian times. The human experience is emphatically placed in a the context of soul having a human experience, including reincarnation. In the Westernized 3S, the Kahuna emphasis on self-forgiveness persists.

The 3S is body-based, not theoretical, nothing “quantum” here. The inner child, the lowest one-third of the Three Selves, remains the most widely used holistic model of the human being at this time. Its versatility for counselors, healers, and therapists is un-disputed. The Three Selves is the whole of our waking psyche; inner child is the lowest one-third.

A map is not the territory; yet, the better the map, the easier to navigate the territory. Compose your own vision of the whole-person. This is source code for the human psyche, the nature of human nature.

With practice, each of our two helper selves is accessible thru self-muscle-testing of all kinds, useful for verifying and validating your own subjective impressions and intuitions.

If a simpler, clearer map-model of the hologram of the whole person exists, please contact me. If valid and body-based, we will all gladly move on to that one.

The Three Selves has its greatest use as a model of the whole-person. The 3S remains the most inclusive candidate for a “Big Tent” in Goethean Holistic Psychology. Thru its lens, psychotherapeutic growth ideas, methods and practices, from the 1900s and earlier, can be more easily aggregated and compared objectively.

This is a revised, shorter, second edition of the first comprehensive textbook attempted so far, volumes 1 of 2. Written in an interactive, fun style by a Waldorf-trained school teacher and Health Intuitive.

Guess what else? The 3S corresponds exactly with the Three Orders of Science we use everyday.

The Three Selves is FUN! Pop cultural reflections are all around us and are taken up in Vol. 2. The two volumes of the 3S show the strong natural connections between the 3S and:

- Emotional IQ,

- Compassionate (nonviolent) Communication,

- psychotherapy and body-based psychotherapies,

- talk therapy of all kinds,

- Transactional Analysis,

- NLP and Brief Therapy.

The Meaning of Illness Is Now an Open Book

…Cross-referencing Illness and Issues

Virtually unknown to the public, as of 2016, seven excellent, peer-reviewed books exist correlating illnesses and mental-emotional issues.

It’s now possible to simply look up peer-reviewed guesses of the unresolved mental-emotional issues driving physical concerns.

When you find the guess(es) that float your boat, employ any method on the Energy Medicine Skill Ladder (separate booklet or Mr. Google will show it to you).

The unresolved mental-emotional issues are the “meaning” of your illness, calling your attention to disturbances yet-to-be-addressed.

Persons with their own Healing Toolbox, will be more able to locate, address and resolve their issues. EFT-TFT, meridian tracing, muscle testing are all appropriate.

Want support navigating your journey? Find a holistic Energy Medicine practitioner. Choose someone working with Love as their Partner.

Q: Is this the same as “psychosomatic medicine”?

A: These seven reference books do fulfill the promise of original psychosomatic medicine, 1955-1965. Whether you then choose allopathic or holistic remedies is your choice.

Q: Are their any books I should avoid?

A: Yes. Therapeutically useless and eccentric literature in this field does exist. This highlights the best peer-reviewed books.

Chapter Five has some original contributions, guesses, on the therapeutic metaphors for Cancer and tumors in general, Stroke, SIDS, Autism, Alzheimer’s, ADHD.

Self-Healing 101! 2nd ed.

…Seven Exercises in Self-healing

You Can Do at Home

To Awaken the Inner Healer,

revised 2nd ed

A practical, timeless manual of language and exercises for self-healing.

People can do much more self-healing than even recently thought. Self-heal methods exist at all skill levels. Wherever you are is a good place to start. You can start NOW.

Not everyone has a life appointment to be a health practitioner, seeing clients. However everyone has something to heal.

Looking to go deeper into self-healing? Looking to deepen your practice of Energy Medicine? Are you teaching self-healing to others?

Here are seven original experiential exercises cultivating:

- Self-acceptance, self-love,

- Prayers of self-protection,

- Self-sensitivity, safety, self-trust,

- Permission to try just one more experiment comfortable for you.

Most people begin their own Hero’s Journey of self-healing by choosing a method that appeals or piques their curiosity. They perform simple, little experiments, at a rate and depth, of their own choosing.

Learn—then do just one more experiment. That’s all there is to walking the Hero’s Journey of self-healing.

Any attempt at self-healing is a “Yes,” for self-development. This connects self-healing with Goethean Science, the science most allied with cell-level-intelligence. Any experiment where you intend to grow as a person, is both self-healing’ and Goethean Science.

No penalty for failure, none at all. If you learn one thing—the experiment was a success. The only wrong way to experiment is—attempting nothing at all.

Self-healing experiments are by far the most-practiced Goethean Science activity today.

Self-healing 101 exercises promote awareness of how your body responds to explicit questions. They

complement, augment and strengthen practice all modes of Energy Medicine:

- Touch for Health,

- TFT-EFT-TAT,

- Immunics,

- Theta Healing,

- BodyTalk,

- Emotion Code,

- Peace Theological Seminary Masters & Doctorate programs,

- Soul travel,

- etc.

If you practice using self-healing tools, at any skill level, you will improve.

Conventional medicine provides significant access to physical symptoms. Energy Medicine provides access to invisible energetic causes, for those looking for them.

Advanced Energy Medicine methods arose from the converging of Touch for Health with NLP around 1990. In the 1970s, T4H popularized arm-pull-down muscle testing. In the 1980s, NLP advanced energetic analysis by clarifying how the inner child represents memory, habits and behavior.

Since 1990 the converging of multiple holistic techniques has produced the most effective access to unresolved issues yet seen on Earth. Psych-K, Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine, EFT, Immunics, Theta Healing, and PTS Masters & Doctorate programs, all took off after this convergence.

Wonderful as this is, many students and lay persons still need a lower-slower more gentle “ramp” to experiment with the middle, transitional skill on the Energy Medicine Skill Ladder, self-muscle-testing.

Self-healing 101 is a more compassionate and organic “ramp” of basic—not simplistic—exercises, to assist people towards energetic competency.

Self-healing 101 was always intended as a Waldorf-methods curriculum into self-healing. This challenge interested me as a Waldorf-trained school teacher. Composing such a “ramp” was a service I wished to create. Comments invited!

Radical Cell-Wellness—Especially for Women!

Why cells get sick and how to help them; Cell psychology for everyone

Cellular awakening explained

A sane starting place for holistic health and Energy Medicine is all our cells are born as healthy as they can possibly be.

The joyful creation of cell-level-intelligence is where health and wellness from the inside out starts.

Healthy cell-level-intelligence offers a coherent Theory of Wellness and Illness; and, How We Heal. This is for everyone and women are likely to grasp this easier than men.

The magic of “new matter” is one of the miracles of healthy newborns, animals and sprouting plants. In optimal birth outcomes; for example, water births in the context of Birth Without Violence, each newborn is a happy Buddha Baby.

Given optimal conditions, undisturbed, cells remain healthy and reproduce perfectly.

Only external and internal pollution and appropriate aging interferes with cell health and reproduction.

Q: Then why do we get sick?

A: If we handle environmental toxins, nutritional deficiencies, injuries and accidents, the only other possible disturbance to cells is internal; that is, mental-emotional negativity held in our sub- and unconscious, until we find, address and release it with some method of Energy Medicine.

All this is discussed with an eye to solutions, self-healing and Energy Medicine. More topics like this at HealingToolbox.org

Inner Family + Inner Court

…The Four Archetypes of Our Gut and Head

Inner Family-Court model is appropriate to grad students and ANYONE interested in counseling, coaching, training, sales and personal-spiritual growth.

The Inner Family topic expands in many directions quickly. Best orientation for studnets is to start with how the four archetypes of a single family unit correspond with the four classical Greek elements:

Guinever-Mother ~ Earth archetype (pancreas-spleen, sweet taste)

Lancelot-child ~ Fire archetype (liver, warmth, blood)

Merlin-Wise, accepting Grandparent ~ Air+Metal archetype

King Arthur-father ~ water (steam-liquid-ice)

Functional~dysfunctional expressions of each archetype are described for navigation purposes.

The intelligence of our Habit Body is here. The book, Your Habit Body, An Owner’s Manual, prepares readers for the current topics.

Next we learn how in the gut brain, these four archetypes, occupy one of four quadrants of our etheric body, in our gut.

Using self-muscle-testing to navigate the Inner Family in our gut, it’s possible to see where our habits and comfort zones are running us; and where changes are needed. With muscle testing of any kind, everyday disturbances can be tracked back to their quadrant of origin, a tremendous advance within Goethean Holistic Psychology.

Leaving the gut brain, after puberty, as adults, our conscious locus of control shifts from gut to head brain.

Inner Family names can be used in teh head. Alternatively so can the four archetypes of Arthurian legend, Guinever, Lancelot, Merlin, King Arthur.

Each quadrant of our etheric body, in two systems, stores learned behaviors, memories, values, talents and responses to life. Our Habit Body plays back these recorded habits, to the best of its ability, as appropriate and according to maturity attained. Which habits you choose to express, when and how—is your uniqueness.

Q: Are four quadrants visible in our physical anatomy?

A: No, not on any dissecting table. Quadrants are only stable and testable in our etheric body. Our etheric body is most easily accessible by self-muscle-testing.

Q: why do we have two brains?

A: Our task from in-utero, to just before puberty, while we live in theta, is building up self-esteem. The task of adulthood is to define-refine self-concept. These two together equal self-confidence.

This is a modern starting place for Etheric Anatomy. The four quadrants of our etheric body, in our gut and head, appears to be stable, across all genders and races, and for our entire lives.

Inner Family+Court makes visible 95% of all behavior patterns and comfort zones for viewing, editing, managing and upgrading.

This partial anatomy of our etheric body, begun by Bertrand, has been tested by him with hundreds. The present author has practiced since 1987 and with clients since 2001.

Inner Family-Inner Court builds on and expands the work of Paul Dennison, Ned Herrmann, Katherine Benziger and Bertrand Babinet’s Babinetics.

These can now be brought together under the umbrella ecumenical spirituality, “God is my Partner.” The ecumenical spirituality piece contributes adequate-sufficient psychic self-protection when dealing with invisible energies. All these pieces together, give us adequate and sufficient complexity to model our psyche and personality.

Willingness to Heal

…Is the Prerequisite for All Healing

NOTE ~ This booklet assumes familiarity with self-muscle-testing or dowsing of some kind.

What do infants have? Willingness. When we are born, A happy new baby’s behavior is primarily willingness, not “will,” not “willfulness,” not “will power.” Willingness is healthy expression of “will.”

Healthy babies exhibit willingness. This is what we try to get back to as adults on our paths of personal-spiritual growing: healthy willingness.

The general lack of language for the two-thirds of our psyche that is sub- and unconscious, is a big challenge in Energy Medicine. This booklet offers new language, so readers can gain insight into more of their own psyche.

Willingness to heal necessarily precedes actual healing. It can be measured with self-muscle-testing; low numbers can be raised.

Willingness is only half a topic, one end of a see-saw or teeter-totter. The other end is reactivity, over- under-reactiveness.

Just like on a see-saw or teeter-totter, as either reactivity or willingness goes up—the other goes down.

Most of us are “reacting too rapidly to life,” (John-Roger), reacting too much to the Outer Game of Life, out of balance with our Inner Game of Life, our values, boundaries, replenishment. This book suggests why wrangling and reducing excess reactivity, is a great benefit and the first order of business in personal-spiritual growth.

Pick a concern you wish to heal on, measure your own willingness to heal on a simple scale of 1-10; use your Energy Medicine method of choice to moderate and release blocks and obstacles. A step-wise method is presented for this.

Holistic counselors and practitioners in all fields are encouraged to estimate with the client, AHEAD OF TIME, before beginning a session, the willingness to heal present. If this is low, make it a topic for discussion. Find full discussion of the whys and hows of doing this appropriately, getting the inner child of your client aligned with the client’s conscious-waking self.

Willingness may be invisible but it is still HIGHLY conditioned.

Like “personality” and “relationships,” “willingness” has many familiar conditions easy to grasp, determiners and antecedents that can be discussed, measured, known, worked with.

“Willingness to heal is the pre-requisite for all healing”

This quote from Bertrand Babinet begins an exploration of:

- Willingness to change

- Willingness to serve

- Willingness to love

- Willingness to live.

Willingness to heal is a key to aligning and integrating with the “bigger you,” beyond our waking-conscious self, who lives isolated on a tiny island of awareness compared to the “bigger you” the bigger me” above and below in frequency.

Rudolf Steiner’s Fifth Gospel in Story Form

Paperback or eBook ~ All Rudolf Steiner’s Fifth Gospel material, published and unpublished typescripts, are finally collated into a single chronological narrative. This edition betters the published, translated but unedited transcripts for reading aloud over Winter Holidays.

Steiner grew up as a Freethinker, not as any kind of Christian. It was his clairvoyant exploration of Jesus in the Akashic Records that persuaded him towards to planetary significance of Christ’s Deed. His original Fifth Gospel lectures aimed to update the biography of Jesus of Nazareth in light of his astral investigations; and, an intellectual understanding of karma and reincarnation possible only since 1880.

Our imaginative capacity-ability to process metaphor, demonstrated by Depth Psychology and Jungian topics asks for more honest and transparent insights into Jesus of Nazareth—and what he transformed into at the Baptism.

RS’s Fifth Gospel remains the most psychologically astute portrait this author is aware of.

One of the wonderful experiences of my Waldorf teacher training was reading this aloud, round-robin style, with a group of friends, in a comfy living room, a chapter each night, over the 12 Days of Christmas. If you’ve done this, perhaps you also feel a pull to draw closer to this material.

Waking UP 1-2-3, Personal Growth 101

…Our Three Levels of Creativity and Responsibility

Short booklet 8,470 words; plus, additional front and back matter.

They say that “Waking-up Is Hard to Do.” Wasn’t there a pop song about this around 1975?

More true is Waking Up is as simple as knowing about and managing your three levels of intelligence, while awake.

Our three levels of waking intelligence are Consicous, Subconsicous and Unconsicous. We are each awake on three levels at once during the day.

As children, we were all taught to live up in our heads, in only the top one-third of our psyche, from the neck-up. This mis-education has been hardest on women.

This booklet is for persons who like to expeiment being awake more and more deeply, in their own body and psyche.

Conscious, Sub- and Unconsicous. is exactly the iceberg model of our psyche proposed by Freud and echoed by both Jung and Rudolf Steiner. The lower two-thirds of our psyche we know primarily as our feelings, our un-met needs, immune system, body sensations and body intuitions. Even if neglected, these parts remain aware, inelligent and active.

How easy or challenging it is go you to Wake Up, is largely a function of you first KNOWING about these three levels of intelligence; then, practicing Tools That Heal for unresolved disturbance on each level.

“Waking up” is so close to “maturing up,” it may be difficult to separate the two.

“Maturing up” can be characterized as taking responsibility for your habits and behaviors on all three levels, Consicous, Subconsicous and Unconsicous—to the best of your ability. Effort counts.

Growing up is teh hardest thing ever asked of us ~ John Bradshaw

Waking Up is largely a function of your willingness to heal and mature. Did you know if you set a scale of 10/10 being optimal health and maturity for you, you can GUESS where you are today in relationship to your Ten? If you are not already at 10/10, you can check regularly and track your progress towards optimal health-maturity for you.

What does “waking-up” mean to you?

Within “waking-up” is the whole answer to the big question people have about human beings: If we’re so great, how come what do better than any other species, is to make the same mistake over and over again?

Come on, you’re invited to the conversation.

The Shadow Hero Workbook

…Lessons to purify the Hero archetype in you;

Healthy vs. Unhealthy Hero behavior;

Unconscious Patterns 201

http://www.amazon.com/Shadow-Hero-Workbook-archetype-Practices-ebook/dp/B0164XV9MY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1447198251&sr=8-1&keywords=shadow+hero+workbook

Sooner or later everyone in personal-spiritual growth, purifyies their gifts and talents of unwanted Shadow Hero behaviors. Anyone NOT doing this?

Perhaps the first booklet in Hero Archetype literature attempting systematic access to disturbed sub- and unconscious Hero patterns; along with, therapeutic directions for resolving them.

This is NOT my Hero story, NOT a rehash of Campbell’s hero cycle. The Workbook is stages of the Hero’s cycle re-arranged by psychological category, as possible to do.

18 short lessons designed to increase awareness of dysfunctional Hero patterns. 18 categories of functional and dysfunctional hero behavior are outlined. Therapeutic direction is suggested to clear each, compatible with methods of your own choosing.

All shadow behavior tends to be UNconscious. We’re only most conscious of our waking human experience from the neck-up. Still, we’re responsible for all habits-expressions in the two lower thirds of our psyche, sub- and unconscious.

Again, self-muscle-testing remains the easiest, cheapest, most direct method to navigate invisible-unconscious issues.

Surprisingly, the lens of the Shadow Hero metaphor, enables us to to view most human problems. Virtually all of our modern problems can be discerned thru the lens: The moral and ethical shortcomings of Wall Street’s culture of greed are wholly Shadow Hero behaviors.

“The American Dream;” and, Horatio Alger rags to riches, are heroic myths.

The Shadow Hero lens lays bare what needs purifying in our behavior informed by heroic archetypes.

I’m willing to be more aware and work on these in my spare time. That’s all we can do.

I recommend working thru no more than one lesson per day on your self. Remember, as Arthur Clarke said, “focusing on pathological behavior to an excessive degree—is pathological in itself.” The returning Prodigal Son focuses on being back in the Home of his Father and how wonderful this will be.

Also for coaches and therapists designing workshops around the Hero’s Journey. Flesh out these insights into sequences of fun, social, interactive group processes for groups. The author is available to give trainings if you need to see how this is done so you can do it too.

A companion to the 2014 work, Unconscious Patterns 101, Tools for the Hero’s Journey of Self-healing https://www.createspace.com/4899109

Were you encouraged or frustrated to play Hero or Rescuer as a child?

Acting out our Heroic Archetypes is a driving force in our Child within, especially before puberty. Did you play and act out Hero behaviors (more masculine) or Rescuer behaviors (more feminine) or both as a child?

The drive of our Inner Hero must be channeled into expression, direction and purpose. If this does not occur, this drive can ferment, corrupt and become Shadow Hero behaviors, self-focused into negative, unproductive expressions.

Unpurified Shadow Hero behaviors can be worked on and slowly purified by practice of any method practiced regularly. This can be artistic: painting, dancing, muscle-testing, calculus, mothering, writing, counseling, etc.

The more self-mastery we have, easier it is to take an honest look at what lurks in the shadows of our own psyche.

Concludes with The Hero’s Journey as Soul Journey, how the Prodigal Son is a Shadow Hero where the Hero is soul’s Journey Home to the heart of God.

HH 500 Holistic Paradigm applied to human health: Energy Medicine 101

Course description for a course I used to offer.

Audience: self-healers, Energy Medicine practitioners, students of Energy Medicine.

Energy Medicine is not supported by second-order Cartesian-Newtonian “hard science.” To skeptical, conventional hard-scientists, all energy Energy Medicien, not just the outrageous claims, looks like pseudo-science, junk science. Even documented successes are disbelieved.

The naturally supportive scuene for em- is first-order Goethean holistic science. This is the science of cell-level-intelligence. It works primarily in the domain of single individuals. What you feel and what’s workable for you alone, is all you are responsible for, no one else.

Experimental science, the sequence of hypothesis > experiment > new experiment still exists but at cell-level-intelligence.

For example, your small intestine is tests whether nutrients in your gut are safe and beneficial to allow into your blood stream. Your small intestine is doing this 24/7. If it fails to do us this service, we’d all be dead in days. This makes understanding the WHAT, WHY and HOW of muscle testing easy.

Goethean Holistic Science (GHS) understands the range of methods on the Energy Medicine Skill Ladder as different methods to maintain, access and heal the child within, our immune-system-self.

In GHS, our inner child, etheric body and immune system are all virtually identical. Why? Because the conscious-waking self communicates with all three identically.

Second-order Cartesian-Newtonian scorns Energy Medicine. First-order GHS is the naturally supportive science for all holistic health and healing activity; including, Energy Medicine.

The principles of Energy Medicine overlap 50% with the principles of our etheric body. Understand one, you understand them both. The Habit Body is a better model of how our sub- and unconscious work,

The often vague terms: Holistic Healthcare, Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Energy Medicine, hands-on healing and hands-off healing are clarified.

Your Healing Toolbox is defined as the unique set of Tools That Heal you personally are comfortable with to perform experiments in your healing practice.

- Introduce you to the latest language for the holistic paradigm applied to human health,

- Contrasts the benefits of both conventional and holistic healthcare.

Includes handouts, reading list, optional homework. Optional reading assignments.

Optional Homework ~

Homework empowers students to think thru some basic questions they face in self-healing of any kind; or, towards health care careers and re-training to switch modes of practice.

Messages from the Body. By Michael Lincoln. 694 pgs.  $110.00 new from the publisher and no used copies, it is THE book to have for practitioners and serious self-healers.  Get the 2006 second edition.

A description of the interaction of physical, emotional, mental, symbolic and sacred processes as they precipitate outcomes in the form of diseases, disorders and disruptions. There then follows a dictionary of the psychological and sometimes sacred meanings of hundreds of disturbances ranging from sneezes to cancer. A must have PDR for any holistic practitioner!  Because of its high price, bookstores do not even carry it except by customer order.  If you can afford it, get it.  Otherwise start with these less expensive options.

Healer’s Handbook (Messages from the Body, handbook version)

Dr. Lincoln extracted the disease section from the Messages from the Body book ($130 and worth it) to create this valuable handbook just for practitioners. A must have PDR for any practitioner!

Your Body Speaks Your Mind, 2nd ed, 2006

Compared to Messages from the Body, this book is the lay person version.  Deb Shapiro is apparently not a practitioner of any kind but is one heck of a researcher.  This book lives up to its promise; if you have a physical complaint, you can look up many of them here and find suggestions for the mental-emotional issues likely being expressed in those symptoms.

Meridian Metaphors, Psychology of the Meridians & Major Organs, 2011

This 80 page handbook-manual for practitioners provides comprehensive language for the disturbed energetic conditions of each meridian and associated organ.  Each meridian-organ is presented from the viewpoint of:

- healthy optimal function,

- which organs absorb which emotions

- overcharge and undercharge.

- axis of dysfunction

- the myths for each suggested by William F. Whisenant.

Psychological dysfunctions associated with each meridian-organ are divided into UNDERcharged and OVERcharged expressions.

Written for counselors and practitioners of all kinds, its especially pertinent for users of kinesiology testing to “see into” meridians and organs issues: self-healers, self-testers, Touch for Health, etc.  It condenses, categorizes and expands on the insights of William F. Whisenant’s Psychological Kinesiology (1994) adding to it many observations from the clinical practice of the author, other practitioners and sources.

HH506 Holistic Careers

Course description for a video magazine I made.

506 descriptions, several

Ten hour introductory course of 5 to ten hours for anyone wishing to understand holistic health, become a more informed consumer, considering a career in holistic health; or, making a mid-life career change into this field.

The course covers:

- What the holistic paradigm is,

- How it applies to human health

- Displays the range of currently practiced holistic modalities for student consideration as career paths.

What is the holistic paradigm?

A hologram, a 3D construct where each and every part communicates with every other part, is emblematic of the holistic paradigm. The human being and human health are easy and naural to view as holograms. Each holistic care mode addresses our hologram uniquely.

A hologram is additionally a big open door to understanding the human psyche, inner child, immune system and etheric body. They are all living holograms.

The range of practitioner careers is surveyed in this light.

Additional topics ~

- The often vague terms: Holistic Healthcare, Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Energy Medicine, hands-on healing and hands-off healing are clarified.

- How holistic health literature is organized.

- Career counseling resources are provided to identify your own personal brain preferences for the purposes of selecting a mode of care you will be happy in for a lifetime.

- Energetic modalities and kinesiology testing are addressed at length. The etheric body is shown to be the best and easiest place to begin a study of holistic health because the inner child, etheric body and the immune system are all virtually equal.

- Your Healing Toolbox is defined as the unique set of Tools That Heal you personally are comfortable with and confident with in your healing practice.

Resources are provided to identify your own personal brain preferences for the purposes of selecting a mode of care you will be happy in for a lifetime.

Addresses energetic modalities and kinesiology testing. The etheric body is shown to be the best and easiest place to begin a study of holistic health because the inner child, etheric body and the immune system are all virtually equal.

Course Description ~

A ten-hour course articulating the holistic paradigm, using hologram metaphors to explain human health, the psyche, our immune system, the health care system, and our etheric body.

General “ballpark”: Holistic Healthcare, Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Energy Medicine, hands-on healing and hands-off healing.

The central image-metaphor of a hologram proves to be a lens for insights into big ideas about:

- Our holographic universe and the nature of personal perception,

- Our personal psyche as a hologram,

- Our habit body as a hologram—on three levels and five categories of habits,

- Your constellation of healthy habits as a hologram of your health,

- Each holistic health career modality as a hologram of characteristic techniques and methods.

Finally, your Healing Toolbox is defined as a unique set of Tools That Heal, chosen by you, tools you personally are comfortable with. These are the Tools you will use for self-healing and possibly with clients.

A useful survey overview of holistic health careers is provided with slideshow.

A summary of how holistic health literature is organized is provided.

Course Objectives ~

Orientation is given to several topics significant to ALL holistic health activity.  All material here developed in 2011 so not yet found in other places, to our knowledge:

- Students are oriented to the hologram as a central metaphor-image-paradigm applicable to ALL holistic health care modes and careers, the latest language for the holistic paradigm applied to human health.  No other such books on this can be found, in the instructor’s search.

- Students are exposed to some of the professional and ethical issues at stake.

- Students will be equipped to make more informed decisions as consumers of health care; and, empowered to engage in more intelligent conversations with practitioners hired for your health needs,

- Students will ask and learn answers to questions about conventional versus holistic health care,

- Students will be exposed to the wide range of holistic health, techniques, methods and modalities;

- Students will be directed to assessment tools for your own talents and career interests,

- Students will be prepared to make a better informed choice of career study based on their interests, exposed to how different brains works in different jobs, and modes of health care available,

- Students will listen to annual salary indications for holistic occupations from 2008, the latest figures available in 2011.

- Students will be provided context to navigate other people’s diverse and sometimes conflicting definitions of the ill-defined terms: Holistic Healthcare, Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Energy Medicine, hands-on healing and hands-off healing.

- Students will be provided with language for a middle road of thinking and speaking between several conversations now current in health care:

a. Conventional M.D.s are gods never to be questioned—or materialistic greedy devils;

b. Holistic practitioners are angelic saints—or utterly incompetent and inconsequential;

c. The seriousness of current economic change, how it will shape health care in the next ten years,

- Students are encouraged to participate in the conversation on the most advanced thinking on the nature of our holographic universe and the latest insights on the nature of personal perception, Bruce Lipton and even further to his left,

- Students will be exposed to the concept of a habit body and its significance in health; and, to the categories of disturbances practitioners encounter in the human habit body,

- Students will be exposed to language useful for encouraging clients to take responsibility for their own health, in gentle, non-confrontational terms,

- Students will be exposed to a Theory of Radical Cellular Wellness especially applicable to women, the first coherent and comprehensive theory of wellness and prevention to our knowledge.  Hint:  it starts from cellular wellness…,

- Students will be exposed to the Law of Gentleness for Health Care Practitioners.

Welcome to careers in holistic healthcare and Eenrgy Medicine

You are probably here right now because you enjoy assisting people with their goals, dreams and passions.

Maybe you are also the kind of person who enjoys returning people to wellness.

Maybe you are the kind of person who likes to understand what makes things tick and you want to understand some health aspect or system so you can explain it to others so they can work their own health better.

Some of you will be changing careers into health or from one health modality to another.

And some of you also won’t mind working on the physical body in the most physical of ways, with needles, knives and so on.

It’s common for practitioners to augment and/or switch to entirely different techniques according to their own inner prompting and personal needs for growth. Keep this in mind on your journey: if your health modality works for you, keep using it; if it stops working, have the wit to try one that may work better. Believe it or not, the Earth experience is the LEAST costly place to try new things and explore new behaviors.

Legal purchased copy of music Underwander and written permission from Joey Fehrenbach to use this material. Thankyou for buying Joey’s music.

In support of Anne Teachworth’s topic and book. A clear explanation of her ideas and intro to her method. Her book and YouTube videos are featured.

This topic dovetails with Healing Toolbox topics of Habit Body, healing unresolved, unconscious disturbances, the inner child and increasing understanding of the UNconsicous one-third of our waking psyche.

Not your mother’s or your father’s psychic-metaphysical topics. What’s timely now is to approach all growth topics with ‘God as your Partner.’ Let’s each and all of us ask for Love & Guidance to fill, surround, protect and guide us.

Why? Because the more time we spend working with invisible and unconscious energy, the better our psychic and spiritual protection needs to be. This is a next step in Practical Spirituality.

Goethean Holistic Science _[_and the Three Sciences We Use Everyday for Holistic Practitioners and Self-Healers]

Subtitle: Chapters 19-20 from Balance on All Levels-PACME+Soul Plus Related Essays

Book description: 19,900 words – 103 6×9” pages of new material

Your Habit Body; An Owner’s Manual, 2bd Ed.

Your Habit Body; An Owner’s Manual; Gut-brain Axis 2.0 ~ Best Practices in Energy Medicine Series #5

Second revised edition of Your Habit Body; An Owner’s Manual

A habit is one or more learned behaviors, conditioned to repeat.

Unconscious Patterns in the Light of the Inner Child and NLP

What makes us human is primarily invisible. What makes us TRULY human is ALTOGETHER invisible: honesty, compassion, love, willingness to serve our self and others.

Most readers grew up learning our psyche is a locked “black box.” We were taught the contents of our psyche are unknown, probably unknowable. Now we know better. Building with NLP, the Inner Child and Energy Medicine methods matured since 1990, many Unconscious Patterns have been uncovered and documented.

The big Aha! for most people is our unconscious is highly patterned and you can understand these patterns. We simply need to play the Blind Detective Game. How much of our psyche is patterning? Up to 95%. Only 5% of us is NOT patterned, the 5% of us where active, deliberate, conscious choice occurs. Soul is choice.

Hundreds, maybe millions of UPs exist. What this book can so is:

- Show Unconscious Patterns are worthwhile, if psychology is your beat,

- Show UPs are worth learning if your purpose is self-healing and/or work with clients,

- Show NLP Metaprograms was Day One of this, only the start,

- Outline some major and minor categories.

The more aware you are of these patterns, the less likely you are to be run by them. The more aware of them, the more likely you are to “be at choice.” Soul is choice.

Rudolf Steiner’s Fifth Gospel in Story Form

One of the wonderful experiences of my Waldorf teacher training was in a comfy living room, with a group of friends, reading aloud Rudolf Steiner’s Fifth Gospel transcripts, round-robin style, a paragraph at a time. We read a chapter each night over the 12 Days of Christmas. If you’ve done this, maybe you also felt the pull to draw closer to this material. I certainly did.

Dr. Steiner’s aim was to update the biography of Jesus of Nazareth, in light of the expanded psychological understanding of karma and reincarnation flourishing in the West between 1880 and 1920.

The imaginative capacity of humankind, our increased ability to process metaphor, demonstrated by Depth Psychology and Carl Jung, made possible this portrait of Jesus of Nazareth and what he transformed into. RS’s Fifth Gospel remains the most psychologically astute portrait of Jesus of Nazareth this author is aware of.

An unexpected function of this material is it can support people who have lost the thread of connection with their own internal Christ spark, our immortal-eternal soul. Steiner’s Fifth Gospel is an opportunity to pick up the thread of their own connection again. RS’s ideas can be very healing to many conventional ideas about Jesus of Nazareth.

What Steiner found in the Akashic Records, regarding the life of Jesus of Nazareth, was a series of “story book images.” These are apparently quite closely and faithfully approximated by both children’s Sunday School images of the life of Christ; and also by, traditional stained glass windows of the Stations of the Cross.

If you know him, you won’t be surprised to hear Steiner dove into and behind these images to penetrate their inner reality; and then, articulate it in modern language for modern minds.

Steiner’s verbatim lecture transcripts of his investigations were published in a book called The Fifth Gospel, but his basic clairvoyant research was never compiled nor edited; nor, was any attention paid to building a mood.
