How to get feedback on ideas and decisions

  1. Clear the Panic

In this eBook, I want to show you how it is possible to stop living with panic attacks once and for all. I lived with panic attacks for years that would cause me to feel like I couldn’t breathe well and it was hell. I went to healers, practitioners, saw a doctor, and while those things benefited me, they did not get rid of my panic attacks.

If you struggle to get out of bed every morning because you have to face another anxiety filled day doing something you hate to make money, I’ve been there. If you feel like you can’t do anything fun because you’re always one step away from a panic attack, that was me. It’s ruined time with friends and vacations.

My best advice to you is stop trying to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you learn how to, not just get your life back, but get a better one than you ever imagined. I’m also here to shorten your learning curve.

First, you need two things: a reliable clearing tool that works for you and the ability to muscle test to help you make the best decisions that are right for you.

I tried so many things like Reiki (great modality, just not for Empaths), EFT (which I still love by the way), meditation, medication and nothing was able to completely stop them. One day, I received an email in my inbox for coaching with someone who was familiar with these symptoms and, through her program, I was led to something that changed everything.

It wasn’t a cover up. It was permanently gone. That’s what I want for you too. But first, I’d like to give you a little background on my story.

My name is Katie Galloway and, by using muscle testing to access my intuition, I was able to find out the root cause of my panic attacks and clear them for good. I discovered that my panic came from a minor car accident that I was in.

I found out what was causing my panic was something called trapped emotions and they were stuck in my body from that accident. I found eleven of them trapped in my body. Once I was able to clear them away, my symptoms were gone. It was amazing.

The number one cause of panic attacks is trapped emotions and they can come from anything. That’s why you have to learn how to access your intuition through muscle testing so that you can reliably find them.

The easiest way to access your intuition is through sway testing, although there are other ways to do this if this method doesn’t work for you.

First, you need to learn to sway test. Then you need to check it for accuracy. Then you can use it to get the information you need.

To sway test, stand up straight with your arms by your side and relax a little bit. Then, ask out loud “Is my name (your name)”? You should feel a gentle pull to sway either forward or backward. The answer to that question should be an obvious yes.

If it isn’t, several things could be happening:

  • Are you hydrated? Not drinking enough water can interfere with muscle testing.
  • If you are a sensitive person or an empath like me and have had any interactions with other people before sway testing, it’s possible you may be corded to someone. It’s nothing to be scared of, but it can keep you from getting accurate reads. To fix this, simply make a few karate chop motions in front of your belly button while saying out loud “cutting all chords.” That should fix it.

Now that you’ve gotten a yes on that question, you have checked your testing for accuracy.

Accessing your intuition through muscle testing serves two purposes: It can help find trapped emotions in the body and it can also help you understand yourself better, such as what is serving you and what is not, etc.

Muscle testing has changed my life. Through muscle testing, I’ve gotten reliable answers that helped me tremendously.

To get even faster answers, and get them more discreetly when you’re in public, you can use finger testing. With your left hand, form a ring with your middle finger and you thumb. Now take your right hand and do the same thing but make the middle finger and thumb meet through the ring. When you ask yes and no questions this way, the idea is that you gently attempt to pass the right ring through the left ring so that the fingertips either stop each other from pulling apart or they pull apart easily.

When you have a no answer, there will be some resistance with opening your left ring. If they open easily, it’s a no. This can make your muscle testing faster and it’s easier to do this in public than sway testing.

Note: Muscle testing is not 100% accurate all of the time and different styles work for different people. If this technique does not work for you, there may be another one that will.

Now back to the clearing tool I recommend. It’s called the Emotion Code and you can download the book and its charts for free at emotioncodeoffer.com. With the Emotion Code, I discovered I had trapped emotions from a car accident that were causing my panic attacks.

I discovered I had eleven trapped emotions from the car accident. So just what is a trapped emotion? It happens when you feel an uncomfortable emotion strongly and it doesn’t naturally just leave your body like other emotions. They can cause all kinds of symptoms. I had trapped emotions that ranged from fear, shock and horror to dread, terror and wishy washy. Once I was able to clear these trapped emotions, one by one (and not all in one day) my panic attacks were cleared for good.

  1. Discover Your Life Purpose

You may also be dealing with a consistent sense of anxiety. This may or may not be indicator that something is out of alignment in your life. One of the biggest reasons for being out of alignment in your life is by not knowing and living your life purpose.

I’m not talking about the career that you took several “tests” to figure out if it was a good match for you. I’m talking about the life purpose that makes you light up from the inside out. It makes you excited every morning to do and it gives you levels of fulfillment, joy and even income that you may not even know was possible.

You can even have more than one life purpose. I have three. I have Creative Expression, Innovator and School of Peace. I love writing music, which is my Creative Expression, and I have a healing business, which is my School of Peace. I also have gift markings that indicate I have a gift for writing and coaching. It’s pretty cool.

I would consider there is probably about 3 steps it took me to explore my life purpose. Number one was learning what my life purpose, gifts and gift marking were. Life purposes come with life lessons. I also discovered my life school, which is the overall theme of your life. I discovered this information using muscle testing and hand analysis data. I also learned how to use muscle testing with card reading to confirm some of my answers.

A gift marking is a gift that comes with an accountability program from the Universe. What that means is when you’re not using your gift marking, or not using them enough, things can get complicated or challenges can arise in your life that can show you “Hey, use your gift marking more.”

The point of the accountability program is to keep you on track because gift markings are usually gifts that you may or may not be excited about. They’re not bad or anything. Gift Markings can be things like you’re good at speaking or talking, coaching, writing, etc. They’re good things but sometimes they’re things that you enjoy but you don’t always remember automatically or you’re not inclined to do enough naturally. The point of issues coming from not using a gift marking is to remind you to use them more.

Gift are just that. Gifts are things that come easy to you and you use them whenever you want and they don’t have issues when you don’t use them. The irony is that it’s probably easier for you to use your gifts so the reminders from the Universe aren’t necessary. However, when you don’t know your life purpose or gifts, you can feel it because your career lacks passion, you aren’t excited about what you’re doing in life and you know something’s missing. By doing your life purpose and using your gifts and gift markings, you become more passionate, fulfilled and sometimes even attract more money or business.

Innovator is one of my life purposes and I used that to create my own charts to use with muscle testing compiled from all of the knowledge that I’ve acquired and through my own experiences. Because, let’s face it, going through all of the stuff that is available to use about spirituality and healing in the past 2 years, the information about who you are, what you’re passionate about and what you can get paid well to do, is kind of a maze, so I needed to make a system out of it.

I use my intuition, gifts and gift markings to help me understand more about my clients’ life purposes. I put the most cutting edge stuff I could find in these charts so that I would know when issues happen, with the use of muscle testing and talking to my Angels, how to find solutions, and I add to these charts a lot.

I’ve use this information a lot to help my friends and family with great results. When I give my clients readings and email coaching, I ask them to throw something out if it doesn’t resonate. I have learned that when I get information that makes me feel bad or weighs me down, I’m either missing some very important piece or my reading needs tweaking. The point of a reading or email coaching is to improve your life, give you new ideas and make you feel better than you came.

I also have learned about Human Design and Numerology, which can sometimes be beneficial in my readings. I use muscle testing to see if the client needs that information.

  1. How to Use Muscle Testing to Make Better Decisions

Now comes the interesting part: the questions. The way you phrase questions is important. Not because you will get fake answers otherwise but because the information gets more and more accurate the better and better you get at understanding how to phrase your questions. We can ask simple questions and we can ask questions with options.

Yes or no questions do not work for everything. In fact, I find most questions need to be worded differently because the answers are not absolutes. If you ask question with a yes/no format that would work better worded differently, your answers are likely to be inaccurate.

Examples of questions that have no absolutes:

Futuristic questions like “Will ____ happen?” or “Should I do this?”

Better questions would be “Is this in my best interest?” or “Is this a wise decision?”

However, I find the best way to get even better, more accurate answers, is to use a scale of 1-10, which I’ll explain in a minute.

Would this shirt compliment my body? (Notice I didn’t ask “does this look good on me” because beauty is subjective. If your question relies on somebody’s else’s opinion, you won’t get an accurate answer.)

Would ___ benefit me in any way, shape or form?

Do I like this song?

Do I like this color?

Would I enjoy going to ___?

Here are examples of questions that don’t work for me:

Starting a question with should I.

Asking if an idea is good. (See below for how to get feedback on ideas and decisions)

Is this bad for me? (a better question to ask would be is this beneficial to me?)

Will ___ happen if I (again, no questions about predicting the future unless you possess that ability)

How to get feedback on ideas and decisions

This information doesn’t work well with a yes or no format, so here is one of my favorite new tools. Instead of asking if something is a good idea or if you should make a certain decision, you can ask:

One a scale of 1-10, 10 being most beneficial and 1 being not beneficial at all, what number would my idea of ___ be, or what number would the decision to do ___ be?

Then, say each number (1 out of 10, 2 out of 10), and you’ll keep getting a yes until you’ve said its rating. The last number that is a yes is the rating.

Also, before you ask any question, it’s important to ask these two questions first.

Am I allowed to know the answer to this question?

Is there a combination of solutions involved?

Which benefits me most out of the decision to (or idea of) ___, (state first choice) and (state second choice)?

(State choice 1)

See if you get a yes or no.

(State choice 2)

See if you get a yes or no.

I don’t recommend asking about the future with this tool because you will probably get inaccurate answers. However, if you naturally have the ability to know things about the future, then maybe using this will serve that purpose. That’s not one of my gifts, so I don’t know.

Another thing I’ve learned is that when it comes to trying out new solutions for an issue, such as an EFT video or a free download of something, or a meditation or even a hypnosis download or Paraliminal, just because the technique or modality works, doesn’t mean that everything you come across using that modality or solution is in your best interest to use.

For example, I love Brad Yates’s EFT videos. I have done some videos that gave me clarity and helped me with an issue. I have also done some videos that triggered crap for me, caused people around me to be more stressed and didn’t see the benefit of it.

I find that, for me, this means doing that video or listening to that mp3 is not in my best interest. Because of this, I learned a new question to ask.

Whenever you want to try anything, ask this question:

“Would this ____ (name of video, name of meditation, etc) be beneficial for me?”

This has been helpful with doing only the things that will benefit me and help me or improve a situation. I will ask “Is the Brad Yates video called ____ beneficial for me?” or “Is the ____ Flowdream beneficial for me?”

Not only does it help you to avoid doing something unpleasant, it saves your time and energy for doing things that are only beneficial for you.
