Fundamentals of Success

The Psychology of Success

From my early age, I admired great people and concluded that they were born genius, it is easy to reach the same conclusion when we witness their accomplishments and compare them to our daily routines or current situations, we may even believe that they are special.

However, we often forget that we have already mastered the most difficult tasks of life: learning to walk and talk. If you observe babies, they never decide “It’s too hard” or “not worth the effort,” they don’t worry about making mistakes or embarrassing themselves, they walk, they fall, get up again and keep doing it until they achieve their goal.

Some of us keep learning in a similar way, but most of us, once we grow and learn to evaluate ourselves, we start being afraid of challenges or not being smart.

Successful people learn, but unfortunate people try to prove themselves.

Most people always try to prove to others that they are right, every argument they go into must make sure of that even though, it may not be the case, and when they start losing the argument, they have to justify themselves in any possible way.

They say “I am right, not because of what I say, but because I am so and so,” that’s the mindset of unsuccessful people.

But what the wise person is going to say “I don’t have to prove myself to anyone, I just need to keep learning,” I learn from anybody. I can be wrong. I still can learn!

Successful people keep getting smarter; defeated people pretend to be smart.

In school during the class, most of the students who don’t get something, they keep quiet because they are worried of what others will think of them. They have this kind of mentality, “If I ask something, people will know that I did not understand. Therefore they qualify me as dumb,” regrettably most people act in a similar way.

Successful people don’t waste time pretending to be smart; they understand that no one is born smart or genius and people get smarter by learning, so they are most likely will ask if they don’t understand something.

Successful people seek for challenges to improve themselves, immature people look for weak to show of themselves.

If we are comfortable to do something in a certain way, we will stick to it for the rest of our life, and if ever try something new, the moment we face challenges, we think “Oh that’s not for me”.

We cannot even spend 20 minutes a day to read a book to stay mentally active, like a book on how to be successful.

Understanding Success

A researcher argues that a study gap in understanding failure skews how we understand success.

If you want to learn the secrets of success, to study successful people and organizations is entirely reasonable. But the research of Jerker Denrell, an associate professor of organizational behavior, suggests that studying successes without looking at failures tends to create a misleading, if not an entirely wrong picture of what it takes to succeed.

Success is a lifelong path, not a goal, but a journey.

Desire and Passion[

To achieve success, you need to seek for the opportunities to carry out the one consuming fascination of your life, a burning desire to become what you want, to reach your goals and objectives.

It is not a hope, and it is not a wish! It is an intense, pulsating desire, a passion that transcends everything else. It is inevitable as if your life depended on it!

In the year 334 BC, at the age of 22, Alexander the Great (King Alexander III of Macedon) faced a circumstance which made it essential for him to make a determination which insured his success against the mighty of the Persian army. He was about to send his 35,000 soldiers against a lot more powerful enemy, whose men were about 200,000. He was outnumbered six to one!

They sailed to Persia, unloaded soldiers and equipment, then Alexander ordered to burn his ships. Addressing his troops before the first battle, he made a speech that still resonates today after 2,300 years, “You see the boats going up in smoke. That means that we cannot leave these shores alive unless we win! We now have no choice; we win, or we perish! They won.

Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to burn his ships and cut all sources of retreat. Only by so doing can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a burning desire to win, the passion essential to success.

Every person being who reaches the age of understanding of the purpose of money wishes for it. Wishing will not bring riches. But desiring wealth with such a passion that becomes an obsession, and planning intelligently to acquire those riches, and supporting those plans with persistence which does not recognize failure, will bring the wealth you seek.

Understanding Yourself

  • Self-assessment
  • Likes and Dislikes
  • Strengths and Challenges
  • Goals
  • Education and Training
  • Living Arrangements
  • Recreation and Leisure
  • Stereotypes
  • What re my disabilities and limitations?

Research has consistently shown that people with the greatest self-awareness tend to be stronger performers in the workplace and better leaders. It’s not just about knowing your strengths and weaknesses; someone with true self-awareness understands their personality and how it drives their behavior.

They are aware of how it helps them in certain situations, and how it hinders them in others.

Someone with self-awareness has the information they need to interact with and lead others in a way that makes the most of their unique personal strengths and reduces any negative or unwelcome impact from their behavior.

Take Responsibility

Getting over failure and finding success begins with taking one hundred percent responsibility for your life, you have to give up your excuses and drop all the reasons why you cannot succeed or have not succeeded so far.

It is a challenge, but if you want to get ahead, you have to take complete responsibility for everything you experience in your life.

When we have setbacks and get sidetracked with excuses, we give away the power of personal responsibility. You can change that, when something does not turn out right, you can ask yourself, how did I create that situation? What did I say or not say? How did I make the other person to act that way? You may think you cannot control other people’s actions and you are right! You cannot, but we have a part in everything that happens.

What if you hear the people say something bad about you, maybe it is not even true, but you can think back and see your part in it, maybe you have criticized them or others in the past without having all the information. These actions affect people in ways we can never imagine.

Ask yourself the question “What will I do differently next time to get the result I want?”. It is great to know what you did to contribute to your difficulties, but it is useless if you do not put that knowledge to work.

Decide What You Want

Many people have a challenging time making a decision and therefore they stay stuck in the same routine, same habits, relationships, health problems and so on. People are afraid to make decisions because they are afraid of making a mistake. Others get confused by just having too many choices that can be overwhelming and some people just cannot figure out what they want, maybe as a child, they were not given the opportunity to decide and make choices and so they do not have that practice.

Give yourself permission to get clear on what it is that you want and then to determine what you are going to do from now on!

Now this can be scary if you do not have practice with it, but is within anyone; it is inside you, so if you have an inner voice telling if you want something that is an opportunity to make a decision. Give yourself permission to make that decision, and in doing so, you will become more resourceful and gain more confidence now if it was a mistake or if it results turn out in a way you do not want, you can always learn from the experience and of course correct them along the way. Be sure that the result is not going to be tragic and it is not going to be a disaster, it is just going to be the next step in the process to success.

Do You Want to Sell?

Those who have never operated in sales may rightly wonder what it is like to work in a sales career. Pending how happy sales people look at work every day, those who are not a sales people may wonder what it is that they are missing. A sales career has many goods for those who have the desire to succeed in life, and the personal and economic benefits can be enormous. These are just some of the advantages that a sales career can offer.

A Sales Career Has Virtually Unlimited Opportunity

People who are happy in sales have unparalleled possibilities to develop new skills, meet new people, and try new challenges. Every day in sales is unique, and targets that move from week to week mean that a sales person’s work can never be boring; this offers sales people opportunities to uncover new opportunities continually. Advancement in sales is also plentiful, although unlike in other industries sales people are seldom pressured to move into areas that are not a fit. In truth, many of the most successful salespeople would rather be out selling than doing anything else, and their companies are happy to see the continued results.

A Sales Career Lets You Be Yourself

It seldom seems as if some professions encourage people to adopt habits and personalities that do not match up with their natural inclinations. In a sales job, the reverse is true because sales people have to be themselves with their professional associations to build trust and reach success; this allows sales people to display their personalities and prove initiative on a daily basis.

A Sales Career Offers Unmatched Job Security

A successful sales person who can deliver reliable results is infrequently in danger of having their position outsourced or eliminated. Salespeople are in a better situation because sales are the foundation of a business’s success, the sales department unusually faces the same budget cuts in adverse economic conditions as other departments do. The talents and abilities that sales people develop in their day to day job and training are transferable to other sales positions, including positions that offer advancement. When openings arise, a sales person is well equipped to take the next step in his or her career. Companies always seek these talented individuals (and make offers like this one www.hits1k.com/sales-division/help-wanted/).

Continuous Learning And Professional Growth

A sales career offers not only a limitless earning potential but also many tremendous learning opportunities. Because of the number of people you interact with every day along with other factors like fluctuations in the economy and changes in technology that affects the sales industry you will rarely have an uneventful day in a sales career.

One of the best things that many sales experts like about a career in sales is that they have a direct influence on the amount of money they could earn. On top of a great income, you might have the potential to make top dollars with additional commissions. The high paid individuals in sales are the ones that work smart, work hard, continually sharpen their sales skills, build lasting relationships and gain precious experience that can be used to command a high paying income.

A Sales Career Offers Accomplishment

It is one of the few professions that consistently allows professionals to point to concrete achievements. The results of a salesperson’s efforts are precisely measurable, and the benefits that a sales person brings to an organization is evident because everything that a sales person does can be assigned a value. The number of proposals made, the positions of candidates reached, and the total sales achieved are always known quantities; this allows salespeople to feel accomplished in their work and have those accomplishments perceived by others, which is one of the most rewarding feelings any career professional can have.

Flexible Working Hours

Unlike other careers where you are required to follow a strict and structured schedule, a career in sales allows you to have more flexibility in your working hours. You have the freedom to manage your own time and arrange your schedule for the day indifferent of whether you are in the office or off to meet clients.

You Will Broaden Your Professional Network

A career in sales provides you the chance to encounter people from different walks of life. You get to meet VIP’s, product developers, business owners and suppliers. Interacting with a variety of individuals each day gives you the opportunity to learn a thing or two from them. On top of that meeting, new people helps you expand your career network that will provide excellent career opportunities.

A Sales Career Is Fun

The secret that successful salespeople share shouldn’t be a secret at all: A sales job is fun. Sellers love what they do and look forward to doing it each day. The people and the work are varied; this brings a further sense of delight to people working in a sales career. The flexible hours and economic rewards also contribute to the feeling of satisfaction that sales people have on the job.

How many of you can correctly say you have fun at work? Salespeople usually can. The atmosphere is tense but very energetic and diverse. There’s nothing like the excitement of a deal that’s close to closing or the deep satisfaction of bringing in a huge one. It’s a kick, and it’s a good one at that.

The sale is a constant hurdle, and there’s nothing like meeting a goal. Furthermore, as a salesperson, you’re an expert, and your job is to help people. I can think of no greater joy than doing that every day.

Take Action

We all sell many times in our lives, each time we apply for a job, we sell our talents and expertise, the one who gets the job is the one who sold it better. Every time we enter a negotiation, we sell the outcome we want. Even in childhood when we desired something, we needed to convince our parents to fulfill our wants.

If you are pondering if a career in sales is best for you and thinking that now might be the appropriate time to make the change, contact an expert sales recruiter for help with the transition. Believe It’s Possible

There are champions; there are losers, and there are people who have not learned how to prevail. All they needed some help and guidance, just a little assistance, some insight or different approach or plan of action to make some modifications that will open up the key to an entirely new future for them that will give them access to the unlimited power that they have within themselves.

Think about something you want to you that is real for you; that is meaningful for you, that will give your life some unique meaning.

Even when you face tremendous setbacks, it will require a little effort to keep you in the game, to keep you moving forward to experimenting and adjusting your strategy, changing your plan of operation continuously, seeking for new ways to win.

If you have got an idea and wanted to develop, perhaps might not have the money, the education, the support or the resources you need.

What is that something that can keep us going, that will enable us to act on our dreams?

What is that something that will begin to help us to discover the secrets to reaching our goals?

Look at your desire, say to yourself every day “it is possible,” repeat it continuously, every day and see how it begins to change your belief system, which is how our minds operate.

Work out of a larger image of yourself, see yourself doing what you want to do, experiencing what you want to experience, run out of your imagination, not from your memory because your creativity will take you where you want to go.

When something happens to most people, they begin to believe that is the way it is; how it has always been, and they cannot see the possibility of being different.

Before 1954 the common universal belief was that humans were not physically capable of breaking the four-minute barrier, that they could not run a mile in less than four minutes. Because it never happen before, but here is what followed, Roger Bannister broke the four-minute barrier, now what is significant is that since that time up to this day over 20,000 people have done it including high school kids, what changed? A new belief, those 20,000 people got into the race, believing, knowing in their heart that it is possible, and they did it!

When you begin to look at where you want to go, starting to embrace what is possible. You can bounce back from any adversity, regardless of where you are, things can get better, it is possible.

Two men, they were successful with a similar background, education, they worked for a company for several years, and they were some of the many people that were laid off. The two are very diverse; they were looking for a job for several weeks along with the other, and they face disappointment and rejection again and again and again. They could not find any work which is the story of many people across this country. One of them stopped, he became discouraged, he stopped, stayed at home looking at television became very argumentative with his wife, drinking beer getting on the phone talking to other negative unemployed friends and he just gave up. The other person kept looking for jobs everywhere could go, every time he could get an opportunity kept asking people networking. Checking the newspapers every day kept going everywhere he could try to find a job, you have too much education you are overqualified, you will not be here long enough, he kept going and going.

If you cannot hire me, I know you can use my talents abilities and skills. I do not want to sit home and do nothing just let me do some volunteer work, you do not have to give me anything at all, I just want to work, I want to be busy, I do not expect anything it is okay.

He came in and worked with the first one there, the last one to leave, with the best worker. About four weeks later one of the managers resigned, they were looking for a replacement, they selected this volunteer who was giving all his time, he got the job.

What was the difference between the two men? Eyesight and mind! Eyesight is judging on what you see changing according to appearances, but hindsight is how you interpret what you see. One man said it is not possible; it is over, I cannot do it! I cannot make it. I am not going anymore; there are no jobs out there.

Believe in Yourself

Surround yourself with prominence. The people who you encircle yourself with in your life are important.

When you surround yourself with individuals who make you stronger, make thou grow, that challenge thou to be better, you are going to become great.

On the other hand, when you surround yourself with people who just tear you down, who tell you all the reasons why it will not work; who say to you that you are not good enough, “the little man” is going to make you little.

They listen to their friends; they listen to the world that was currently available to them, these people can never be successful because they believe everything is impossible.

Your heart and your passion can create something, can create a new reality that did not exist before. You want to do things because it is the right thing to do because you are meant to do, you feel it.

That comes from your heart. Not need to make logical sense to do it. You can always find an excuse why you cannot do anything, and you can say I will wait for the circumstances to be perfect then I’ll do it. The situations are never perfect. If you wait for the appropriate moment to make your dream a reality, then you are going to be dreaming your dream for the rest of your life.

If You Want Something, Go And Acquire It!

Any new skill you are trying to comprehend now, any new talent you are attempting to learn, it begins in stages, it is hard and frustrating, and it sucks, but do not give up, keep on training, you are going to get better and better and better.

And soon it will not hurt as much, you will not fall as much, you will not make as many mistakes. It is going to be easier, and you will see more results.

Ignore the non-believers! If you have an idea, you are going to have people in your life who are doubters who do not believe in what your goals. Who will tell you to do the safe thing, the smart thing and to go and get employment. That say your dream is just not possible. It is a stupid idea. You may have a lot of people like these in your life.

This true specially if you have a big idea. All you get hit with is negativity. People saying “No,” and telling you all the reasons why it is not going to work out.

It is very dangerous. Because you have some doubt yourself and if all you hear is “No.” And see is darkness around you, is when lots of people fall, and lots of ideas die on the table.

Because what happens is, You start believing in other people and what they are saying, more than you believe in yourself. You start thinking, these guys know what they are talking about, maybe I am crazy. Maybe I do not know what I am doing. Maybe this idea is stupid, and you end up quitting.

And then you see a little while later somebody else making money from your idea and you kick yourself and you say: That should have been me, I knew this was a good idea, that should have been me.

It is when you stopped believing in yourself, and you started regarding the doubters.

Goal Setting

Think of your biggest personal goal. Imagine deciding right now that you are going to do it. Imagine telling someone that you meet today what you are going to do. Imagine the congratulations, and their high opinion of you. Doesn’t it feel good to speak it out loud? Don’t you feel one step closer now, like it is already becoming part of your identity?

That great feeling now will make you less inclined to do it. The many psychological tests have proven that telling somebody your goal makes it less likely to occur. Anytime you set a goal; you should know that there are some actions that thou need to do, some work that will allow you to achieve it. Ideally, you would not be satisfied until you have done the work. But when you show someone your plans, and they acknowledge it, psychologists have found that it becomes real. It is called a “social reality.” Your mind gets the feeling that the job is complete. And then because you have felt that satisfaction, you are less motivated to do the actual hard work necessary.

This goes against established wisdom that we should tell our friends, our goals, right? So they hold us to it.

Here some proof: In 1926: Kurt Lewin, the originator of social psychology, named this “substitution.” In 1933: Wera Mahler found when others recognize the project, it felt authentic in mind. Also in 1982, Peter Gollwitzer wrote a book about the same findings, and in 2009, he published some new tests.

Tests: 163 people across four different tests. Everyone recorded their personal goal. Then half of them proclaimed their commitment to this goal to the room, and half did not. Then all the participants work for 45 minutes on their intent, knowing that they could stop at any time. Those who kept did not announce their projects worked the entire 45 minutes on average, they felt that they had still a long way to go to achieve their goal. In contrast, those who had disclosed it quit only after 33 minutes, on average, and when asked, they said that they felt much closer to achieving their goal.

Well, what can we do? You could resist the temptation to disclose your intention. You can delay the gratification that the universal acknowledgment brings, and you can know that your mind mistakes the talking for the doing. But if you do need to talk about something, you can state it in a way that gives you no satisfaction

So reader, next time you are tempted to tell someone your goal, what will you say? Nothing!

Persistence is the sustained effort necessary to induce faith; it is indispensable in the process of transforming desire into success. The basis of this tenacity is the power of will.

Your capacity to set goals and to make plans for their accomplishment is the master skill of success; this ability developed to practice will do more to assure your eventual success than anything else.

You may need to snap out of your mental inertia, moving gently at first, then build up your speed, until you completely control your will. Be persistent no matter how slowly you may, at first, have to move. With persistence will come success.

There is no substitute for persistence! You cannot replace it with any other quality!

The first ten percent of the time that you spend planning and organizing will often account for ninety percent of the value of the entire process so here is a powerful but simple method for setting and achieving goals that experts have learned over the years.

1. Decide what you want clarity is the starting point of great success.

2. Record it in detail and set a deadline, set some sub-deadlines if necessary.

3. Determine the additional knowledge, skills, and abilities you will need to achieve your goal and how you are going to acquire them.

4. Ascertain the obstacles and difficulties that you will have to overcome to achieve your goal and organize them in the order of size and importance.

5. Determine the people and groups and associations whose help you will need and decide what you will have to do for them to gain their support.

6. Make a detailed plan broken down by activity and organized by priority and sequence what is more important what you need to do first before something else.

7. Perhaps the most important are to take action on your plan immediately, do something every day start with the most important goal and keep going continuously as your daily routine.

When you encounter the need to make new choices and to set new goals, concentrate and think through them using the outlined seven steps. Always think on paper and always be willing to improve your plans when you get new information, keep working on your projects until complete.

Those who have perfected the habit of persistence enjoy insurance for success. Without consideration of how many times they fail, they finally reach their goals. Those who pull themselves up after a defeat and keep on trying, arrive. Those who can’t take it, only do not make the grade.

Those who can take it rip the rewards of their persistence. They receive, as their compensation, the goals they were pursuing. But there is more! They receive something unbelievably more important than material compensation, the knowledge that every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage.

Persistence is a state of mind. Therefore it can be cultivated. So you need to:

1. Keep a definiteness of purpose. Know what you want.

2. Desire, intensely!

3. Self-reliance. Trust your abilities.

4. Definiteness of plans.

5. Accurate knowledge. Based on experience and observation.

6. Co-operation.

7. Will, power, concentration.

8. Habit.

Be Vigilant For These Symptoms Of Lack Of Persistence:

1. Failure to understand and to clearly describe what you want.

2. Procrastination, excuses.

3. Lack of interest in obtaining specialized knowledge.

4. Indecision, instead of facing issues promptly.

5. The habit of making excuses instead of solving the problems.

6. Self-satisfaction.

7. Indifference, unwillingness to fight opposition

8. The habit of blaming others

9. The weakness of desire, no action.

10. Wanting to quit at the first defeat.

11. Lack of organized plans.

12. The habit of neglecting opportunities.

13. Talk instead of action.

14. Accepting poverty.

15. The absence of ambition.

16. Searching for short-cuts.

17. Fear of criticism.

18. Failure to create plans.

19. Lack of action.

A study followed 30,000 adults in the United States for eight years, and they began by asking them, “How much stress have you encountered in the last year?” They also asked, “Do you think that stress is detrimental to your health?” And then they revised public death records to find out who died.

People who endured a lot of stress in the preceding year had a 43 percent high risk of dying. But this result was only valid for the ones who also believed that stress is harmful to their health.

People who underwent a lot of stress, but did not view stress as detrimental were no more disposed to die. In fact, they had the minimum risk of dying of all the people in the study, including the participants who had little stress.

The researchers calculated that over this time, the eight years they were following these deaths, 182,000 Americans died early, not from stress, but the belief, the idea that stress is bad for you.

That is thousands and thousands of deaths a year. It would make believing that stress is detrimental to you the 15th largest cause of death in the United States, together with skin cancer, HIV/AIDS, and homicide.

Can changing how you believe about stress make you healthier? In this case, the science says yes. When you change your mindset about stress, you can adjust your body’s response to stress.

If you had participated in this study, you’d probably be a little stressed out. Your heart might be pounding, and you might be breathing faster, maybe starting to sweat. And frequently, we interpret these physical signs as anxiety or signs that we aren’t coping well with the pressure and stress.

But what if you saw them instead as signs that your body was stimulated and fortified, was preparing you to engage the challenge? That is what the researchers told the subjects, in a study conducted at Harvard University. Before they experimented the social stress test, they were prepared to rethink their stress response as beneficial. That pounding heart is getting you ready for action. If you are breathing faster, it is no problem. It is getting more oxygen to your brain and other organs. These participants who got to view the stress response as healthy for their performance, they were less stressed out, less anxious, more enthusiastic and confident, now the interesting finding was how their physical stress response changed.

In a regular stress response, your heart rate increases, and your blood vessels constrict, this is one of the judgments why doctors associate chronic stress with cardiovascular disease. It is not healthy to be in this state all the time. But in this study, when the subjects viewed their stress response as healthy, their blood vessels stayed relaxed. Even with their hearts still accelerated, but with a much healthier cardiovascular profile. It looks a lot like what occurs in moments of positive feelings like joy and courage. Of course, over extended periods with stressful experiences, this one physiological change could be the contrast between a heart attack caused by stress at age 50 and living longer into your 90s. The new science of stress reveals; that’s how you think about stress matters.

Next time your heart accelerate from stress or otherwise, you are going to remember the science, and you are going to think, this is my body helping me rise to this difficulty. When you think stress in that way, your body accepts your belief, and your stress response becomes healthier. To experience this side of the pressure, we need to learn about a hormone, oxytocin, it even has its cute nickname, the cuddle hormone, because it is released when you hug someone. It is important to notice that there is a lot more situations where oxytocin is an active stimulant.

Oxytocin is a neurohormone. It adjusts your brain’s social instincts. It stimulates you to do things that strengthen close relationships. Oxytocin makes you crave physical contact with your close family and friends. It makes you more compassionate, ready to help and support others close to you. Some people have even suggested we should snort oxytocin to become more compassionate and caring. But oxytocin is also a stress hormone. Your pituitary gland pumps this hormone as part of the stress response. It is as much a part of your stress response as the adrenaline that makes your heart pound. And when your body releases oxytocin during the stress response, it is motivating you to solicit support. Your biological stress response is pushing you to tell someone how you feel, instead of keeping it inside. Your stress response is to make sure you discern when someone else in your life is struggling so that you can help each other. When life is difficult, your stress response wants you to be circled by people who will help you.

How is it that knowing this side of anxiety is going to make your health better? Oxytocin doesn’t only act on your brain, but also on your body, and one of these roles in your organism is to protect your cardiovascular system from the effects of stress. It is a natural anti-inflammatory and also helps your blood vessels stay relaxed during stress. There are receptors for this hormone in your heart, and oxytocin helps heart cells regenerate and heal from any damage induced by the situation. This hormone strengthens your heart.

The cool thing is that also contact and social support enhances all of these healthy benefits of oxytocin. When you seek out others under stress, either to find support or to help someone else, you release more of this Oxytocin; your stress response becomes healthier, and you recover faster from stress. It is amazing that your stress response has a built-in mechanism for stress resilience, and that mechanism is the human connection.

This study could also save your life. It tracked about 1,000 adults in the United States, the range of the subjects ranged in age from 34 to 93, and the some of the questions were, “How much stress have you experienced in the last year?” And, “How much time have you spent helping out friends, neighbors, people in your community?” And then they used public records for the next five years to find out who died.

For every major stressful life event, like financial difficulties or family crisis, that increased the risk of dying by 30 percent. Of course, that wasn’t true for everyone. For example, people who spent time caring for others showed absolutely no stress-related increase in dying. Caring protected these people from this risk.

And so we see again and again that the effects of stress on your health are under your control. How you believe and how you act can change your experience of stress. When you decide to view your stress response as helpful, you produce the biology of courage. And when you connect with others under stress, you create resilience. These pressures give us access to our emotions. The compassionate heart that finds joy and meaningful content in connecting with others, and yes, your physical heart pounding and working so hard to supply you with strength and energy. And when you prefer to view stress in this light, you are not just getting better at stress, but you are making a pretty profound statement. You are saying that you can trust yourself to handle life’s challenges. Remember that you do not have to face them alone.

The Key to Success

Everyone is looking for the magic secret to success, the one key ingredient, the one single key to success.

There is not just one key; there are many and you have the keys, and you have the locks.

You just have to do the work; the key is hard work!

The key is believing in myself even when no one else does!

The key is in my fascination with reaching success, my passion with reaching my target!

The key is working on my goal!

The key is sacrificing today for a better tomorrow!

The key is getting out of my comfort zone and pushing myself past my perceived limitations!

The key is sticking to it when with times are tough!

The key is being tougher than bad things!

The key is using my pain as a tool to drive me to success!

The key is making my goal, so big that it scares small minds!

The key is in my vision that keeps getting bigger every time!

The key is to take responsibility for my life, no matter what happens, no matter what test life throws my way!

The key is doing whatever it takes!

The key is inside me!

Take Action

Some decisions are major decisions, there are a lot of small decisions that we do not make but they drain out energy they create a lot of anxiety and nervousness and mental torment because we do not take care of them, we decide not to decide, to act is a significant objection for all of us at different points in different areas of our lives and there are things that happen to us along the way, experiences that we have, that prevent us from working through the mental block us of acting up, of doing those things that we know we ought to do.

What you should think about is the need to take action on what you want to do, however for some reason or another you don’t, just take action. If we are going to get ourselves to do it; we need to make sure that we push ourselves through it by making the decision. The point in which change happens is the decision. Every change in your life you want the will that comes from a simple decision a particular purpose that must be followed by a definite plan of action. You have to have a purpose; you have to have a method and you have to start putting that plan into action!

We are powerful beyond measure, if you cannot stop believing in yourself no matter what anybody says, no matter what anybody tells you, it is beyond knowing it, it is a feeling that is deep down inside you that will not allow you to let go, it will keep you going when you cannot even keep yourself going, it is a dream that takes on the belief for you because you cannot do it by yourself.

The primary difference between winners and losers is that the winners do it, and they do it and do it and do it continuously until the job gets done!

Take full responsibility for your life, accept where you are and the responsibilities that you want to take, where you want to go. We all have two basic choices in life we can either accept conditions as they exist or we can take the responsibility to change them.

Act in Spite of Fear

Fear, doubt, and worry are among our greatest obstacles not only to success but their happiness as well. Therefore the biggest differences between rich people and poor people and middle-class people are that successful people are willing to act in the presence of fear and most other people let fear stop them. One of the greatest mistakes most people make is waiting for the feeling to disappear to subside and go away before they are willing to act, these people usually wait forever!

Tame the fear, don’t kill the fear, don’t run away from it, it is not necessary to try to get rid of fear to succeed, like everybody else, successful people have fear, doubts, and worries, they simply do not let those feelings stop them.

We are creatures of habit and therefore the secret is to practice, practice acting in spite of fear, practice acting even in uncertainty, practice acting even if it is an inconvenience, practice acting in spite of discomfort. Just do it!

Pay the Price

The real secret on your way to achieving success is to embrace your suffering, all you want in life, every goal, every prize you want to get, every dream you want to manifest comes with a price tag. You must pay for it with your efforts, sweat, and tears; there is not another way to achieve any goal you must select the suffering that is right for you.

Choose and you must live with the consequences of that decision when you decide not to continue to pay the price for success is the moment when you accept to suffer the consequences of failure, this is the worst kind of suffering.

The price of success is better, because if you suffer because you have to discipline yourself in spending and investing habits well, you get to enjoy peace of mind that comes with success. If you suffer because of daily exercise, then you get to enjoy a good health and exceptional quality of life. If you are doing the extra mile for your clients, then you will enjoy bigger commissions and increase better opportunities in life. The price of success is temporal, the price of failure is permanent, chose to pay the price of victory or pay the consequences!

Don’t let rejection get to you or put you down. You need to realize this: rejection is a natural part of life, and it is always going to occur.

When anyone rejects you, your idea or project, ask why, request more information, converse, maybe they just did not understand, or do they need more information? Is it in your presentation? Your appearance? Try to get to the real reason and learn from the experience.

You need to be able to discard rejection because the people who do, go far in this life. You need to realize that rejection will occur every day and more of the times this will discourage people, you cannot let it put you off because it will always happen and if you keep going and going beyond every rejection, you’re going to get the yes or get the acceptance you seek.

If someone turns you down, say “next,” forget the rejection and move on. That is a critical success principle.

We can divide feedback into two types, the one you can solicit it and voluntary or unsolicited. Unsolicited feedback can be in the form of criticism, joke, sarcasm, this last one is the most common, it could be in good humor. But really as candid as they may be, you should listen to them and understand the meaning, the reason behind such unsolicited feedback, make a conversation with them, request more information.

Solicited feedback is the one you request. When we ask for feedback from our partner, coworkers, clients and everybody, we must do it with an open mind and willingness to learn, it can be very beneficial because you now are getting information from an external source, ideas, and conclusions that you have not yet figure out, always solicit feedback from people, at the situation in your life, your business, your goal, etc.

You should study that information, analyze the comments and take any corrections, you consider beneficial to you, use your intuition and common sense, record and track all feedback plan on the data and use it to improve and use it as a gauge of the quality of your relationships.

Give yourself a chance to improve and live better, to be inspired by the feedback that others so graciously give you, and always be thankful for it.

Commit yourself to permanent and never ending improvement. The Japanese philosophy to always make things better made Japan an international powerhouse in the world economy and helped them become a very wealthy and prosperous country.

You should always improve and do more, it is all about the journey, not a destination, not about reaching that goal, it is about doing everything you can on the way reaching your goal. Improvement is about making those enhancements to the machinery, your employees, your training system and so on so forth, all those little tweaks and things you must do to make your business run better.

It is not about reaching a goal of perfection but striving for perfection, mastering all the tiny little things you have to do along the way to achieve greatness. You need these strategies:

  1. At least every three months, review your business plan and systems.
  2. Your automation. Delegate and review what gets done.
  3. Examine the progress you have made you know what is working, what is not working.
  4. Always improve your business processes.
  5. Look at your marketing.
  6. Your financial management.
  7. Your hiring procedures.
  8. Get your partners and employees involved.
  9. Get feedback from anyone who does business with you.
  10. Improve constantly.
  11. Never Give Up!

You don’t have to be great to begin, but you have to begin to be great! Success stories in reality only happen after years of dedicated effort and many, many failed attempts, we rarely observe what happened in between the start and the success; it’s like a black box in between that hides the whole process from us.

If we pop the lid off the box and look inside, is when we understand that success is anything but a straight line. it is more like a tangled maze of twists and turns, and ups and downs and a whole lot of backtracking from the dance of things, tries, and failures and only when you realize all of that, when you can see what was involved. It becomes apparent that the real key to success persistence.

Successful people don’t give up, they don’t view failure as a final condition, they see it as just another twist in the maze. They learn whatever they can from it, and then they move on and try again and again and again!

They don’t let despair, frustration, fear or wounded pride give them an excuse to quit! Successful people, in other words, are willing to make mistakes and they are willing to persistently drive themselves out of their comfort zones if they believe, so it will help them get closer to where they want to be.

Exceed Expectations

The biggest impact in life, the things that matter, the things we remember are those where expectations are exceeded!

Success comes to people who consistently exceed expectations.

Is there anything you are now doing that you could do better? Is there any task that you know you can improve, but you simply don’t want to? Have you completed your obligations as you should? Do you usually refuse to go the extra mile? Do you let others take the lead to achieve greatness?

Successful people are not normal, they are not common, they are exceptional! They take every task as a challenge, as an opportunity to excel, to shine, they force themselves to the habit of excellence!

Successful people do above and beyond everyone else expect from them, they do more than what is required, if a business always goes the extra mile, earns respect, loyalty, and referrals of their customers.

The cream always rises to the top. Instead of focusing on how to get more, focus on how you can give more. Serve, provide value to your clients, and be sure that money follows!

Transform Yourself

Self-Awareness is very important because it is the foundation for personal growth and success, we need to understand how to become self-aware ask yourself “Who am I?”, take a brave look at your life, where it is as you move forward?

Take a personal inventory, what has brought you here? Did you get out of life what you want to achieve? Are you attaining the goals you set for yourself?

Decide, many of us won’t be able to move forward because we don’t have the actual inventory of our lives, as you understand your emotional spiritual and intellectual development, how many books did you read? How many seminars did you attend? How many classes did you take to develop yourself your profession, to improve your craft or your skill?

Self-awareness is the process of understanding ourselves, it means being able to assess realistically our own self several dimensions, it is about knowing what our strengths are, the things we can do well. Knowing our weaknesses, our present limitations, it is about knowing what we want, and furthermore it is about knowing what we don’t want as well how many new things you learn. What is your philosophy of life? Your beliefs? Your feelings? You need to reexamine them and perhaps get them out of your life. Many of the things we’re doing, we do without thinking them, because we learned them somewhere in life.

Authentic leadership comes from who we are, the authentic self, but we cannot be authentic if we imitate someone else. Yes, we learn from others, have to, but we cannot be somebody else, by only being authentic, we can be an inspiration to others, we then may become leaders able to motivate and guide other people towards achieving goals and visions.

So how can we know ourselves? How do we understand ourselves? It is hard to accomplish, prioritize some aspects, focus your energies, your attention, your workload. Time manage, time is becoming a scarce resource, dedicate your efforts to work with people, show your passions and persistence, get partners, seek counsel, ask questions, ask yourself, ask others, ask for help. Welcome feedback and reflect, listen, listen with empathy, listen with attention, learn to improve, get to transform and serve, serve the people, serve humanity, serve your country.

Knowing ourselves makes us happy, makes us free, empowered, self-confident, at peace, this inner peace inside of us that we do lock out many times, makes us feel fulfilled, secure, self-confident and motivated. The positive side is this, you can develop self-awareness or know yourself, this skill is and talent that we need to learn and master to be able to create a more favorable environment, that provides us with opportunities and enables us to be the person we want to be!

Examine your profession, your career, what is it you need to begin? To upgrade your skills? Your knowledge to continue for you? To be competitive in the marketplace?

The more you pay attention to yourself and answer some of these questions and discover the things you are good at. Are you living your passion? Are you living your dream? What do you regard as your greatest personal achievement? Is there any one thing that can make you most happy? If you had one year to live and guaranteed success in anything you did? What would it be?

As you analyze your life what would your life be? How would your life be like if you decided not to care what people thought of you? What would it be like if you decided to give up some of your fears? How would your life be if you decided to become courageous?

It takes courage to live, but most people go through life not allowing themselves to step out because they don’t want to let go. They don’t want to take the risk, they don’t want to face the swirling wind of contradictions.

Have the courage to love yourself, the courage to take a chance, the courage to be who you are!

Finding Your Direction

When was the last time that you examine your career, do you enjoy what you’re doing? Or do you feel that there is another career path that might suit you better? All of us have unique skills and strengths and when we are using them regularly at work our happiness and productivity sores, but how do you find a career that matches these talents so you can enjoy your personal and professional satisfaction you deserve? This process often takes lots of analysis, but it can finally lead to rewarding and exciting work.

You need to ask yourself three questions to find the right career:

Who am I? This is an incredibly broad and complicated question, but it’s important for you to identify your capabilities and strengths, which of your talents do people respect most and which abilities have led to the greatest achievements? Write down your best three skills next use your findings to create a “Who I am—statement” that lists your key strengths in the pursuits you most enjoy.

You need to ask yourself “What do I want to do?” Analyze your “Who I am—statement” what kind of functions or businesses would best suit your abilities and strengths. Whichever of these also match your values, then look at the occupation you’re in, how can you modify your role to fit your talents better, are there any other opportunities in your organization that would allow you to use your strengths? Try to understand what you enjoy most about your current role.

Question yourself “How do I make a move?” Begin by writing the actions you must take to get into this new domain, will you need additional qualifications? Can you work or volunteer in another department to get some valuable expertise? Set short-term goals to keep yourself on track and start working toward achieving them.

Take inventory

It is very important for you to understand where your strengths are. They are going to give you job satisfaction in life, meaning and purpose. What will help you to get career satisfaction, allowing you to spend your time on a worthy cause, there are few questions you can use to help you understand where your strengths are.

Let’s start with your resume, you don’t have to write this in great detail, you can abbreviate but get a general picture of the different tasks in the different work activities thou regularly perform, whether it’s your current work or you’ve done for past employers and here is where we will start:

What is my initial response when I have to do this task, this project, this activity? Is this something you like doing?

If not, this is a good sign that your strength does not lie here, on the other hand, if you like this activity, if this is something you get excited about if you wish you could spend your whole day doing this task then probably it is a strength. (Do the same with each task).

Do I enjoy performing this activity? Does this energize me? Do I get energized and excited when performing the activity?

Focus on those activities you’re excited about, that energize you because you enjoy doing and you can do all day, think about the satisfaction you would have in life.

Not to say that there’s never any hard work and there’s never any trouble or never any trials that come and work surely there is but they disappear when you’re working in the sweet spot in the majority of your workflow you are spending your energy and time invested into things that either come easily and naturally or that you enjoy.

Look Back

A thousand mile journey begins with one step. Do you remember when you started? Your first step? Look back now, how large is your path? How many steps are there? How many mistakes did they make? How many lessons learned? How many have been successes?

How much closer to our goals, think about your accomplishments, all those little and not so little steps you already achieved, all those goals you reached and that have brought you here, you made them possible, remember those tasks that were so hard and impossible? You accomplished them nevertheless! You and only you did them, see how much easier it is today for you to keep on succeeding.

Focus on your positive experiences, but do not forget the lessons learned from your mistakes. Allow your spirit to be lifted by carefully remembering your successes and enjoy them, remember the feelings of satisfaction and use them to keep you assertive and optimistic in your future endeavors.

Just remember that it is not possible to go forward while looking back. Be positive and optimistic in everything you do!

Keep Your Eye on the Prize

I know people say “Keep your eyes on the prize,” but I disagree. When you have your eyes only on the prize, you’re going to keep stumbling and crashing into things. If you want to get winning, you’ve got to keep your eyes focused on the path.

Life isn’t all the time euphoric energetic and positive, thereupon a critical element for producing and enjoying a successful personal and business life is able to preserve a belief and emotional outlook on life.

Keeping your eye on the prize in your life and business, living is much nicer when you’re moving forward.

Do you recall when as a youngster you couldn’t wait for the holidays, you calculated the days, and as they edged closer, you got, even more, worked up, it is the same way as a grown-up as well.

Decide your goals and have something significant and meaningful to look forward into your daily goals. Direct your enthusiasm in favorable ways towards the future.

A positive individual centers on what can be and not on what might have been!

Keep your mind developing learning and producing positive experiences, a person with the positive attitude excitedly looks ahead to learning more about the possibilities of life, confident individuals believe they’re never too old for discovering fresh things or receiving new opportunities, center on the positives and the time to come is a strong mindset.

Learn from the authorities in your field of interest; it’s up to you to take charge of your education, there are available new, fresh and energizing skills as close as your computer, library and bookshop. How about switching off the car radio and turning on those informational and motivational CDs? Envision, affirm and center on a positive, happy and rich future.

Focus on the favorable, happy things in life affirm and envision regularly, every day, invest in materials or go to the library check out positive, motivational and inspirational CDs and books.

Listen and read at least one hour a day, switch out the television fill your brain with the confident education, continue discovering and growing intellectually, emotionally and spiritually and your friends cautiously rule out the negatives and the vitality zappers, if ruling out isn’t possible, limit the time you spend with them.

Correct Your Mistakes

A life spent making mistakes is not only more distinguished but more useful than a life spent doing nothing. But a man must be big enough to admit his mistakes, smart enough to profit from them, and strong enough to correct them.

Acknowledging your mistakes also has its pluses, but we often don’t have trouble recalling or mulling over those. The point is, if you don’t recognize your successes the same way you accept your mistakes, you’re certain to have a memory full of errors.

Humans are going to make mistakes. It’s a human characteristic, and most of the time, the most effective way of learning a lesson from a mistake. All of us make mistakes. The key is to acknowledge them, learn, correct what we can and continue. The real sin is ignoring mistakes, or worse, seeking to hide them.

Make your mistakes become the chemistry for your miracles. Let your tests become your testimonies. Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep. Experience is the name we give to our mistakes. Failure is a great teacher, and when you commit errors and recover from them, and you remember them as valuable learning experiences, then you’ve got something to share.

Forgive yourself for your faults and mistakes and continue to grow a mental resilience, a powerful mind, pay for your mistakes. Ask for forgiveness, and you will realize soon enough that it wasn’t until you started doing good and doing right, by other people and yourself, that you’ll start to feel that guilt go away.

Don’t believe in regrets. There are some things you should do differently, but you can’t go back in time and redo them. We cannot change history. All you can do is acquire the experience from past mistakes, correct what you can and move forward.

If you live long enough, you’ll make mistakes. But if you learn from them, you’ll be a better person. It’s how you handle adversity, not how it affects you. The main thing is never quit, never quit, never quit.

The highest form of self-respect is to admit our errors and mistakes and make amends for them. To make a mistake is only human nature, but to adhere to it once you find the error is of weak character.

Learn from your mistakes and build on your successes. Life is all about evolution. What looks like a mistake to others has been a milestone in life. Mistakes are always excusable if one has the courage to admit them. Mistakes are the best teachers. One does not learn from success. It is desirable to learn from other people’s failures, but the pain produced by your own are lessons you will always remember. Mistakes are, the foundations of truth, and if a man does not know what a the thing is, at least an increase in his knowledge if he knows what it is not.

No man ever became great or good except through many and great mistakes. When you accept that we’re all imperfect, then you can go around making mistakes learning from and correcting them.

Sometimes it’s difficult to recognize your mistakes and to accept them, but we must. Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them as soon as possible and get on with improving your other innovations.

Success depends on and results from action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit. They take chances and make mistakes. That’s how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage.

The higher you get, the more mistakes you made. Right at the top, if you make enough of them, it’s considered your style. A wise man will learn and profit from his mistakes.

There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to the truth; not going all the way and not starting. Learn and try again in a different way.

Embrace Change

It is easy to play the victim or to blame outside circumstances for you not being happy and successful, in getting what you want life, it’s easy to blame your spouse, the company the person working for you, it’s easy to blame the economy, politics for you not being happy and fruitful.

It’s tough to take responsibility for your success and happiness, yet that is exactly what we need to do and it all depends on the choices you make, you can stop life from throwing stuff at you, you cannot stop the unexpected from interfering with your goals and dreams, but you can always choose how to respond once confronted with decision, your entire life depends on the choices you make. For every decision you take, there is always a consequence.

The world is changing more than ever before; the changes come from all directions, are you accepting a challenge? You must adapt your business, yourself, change becomes your guide to new horizons your opportunity to grow in new, different and exciting ways, each change creates opportunity, demands innovation, favors companies and people that embrace change.

To the entrepreneur these are typical changes, do you see them as threats or treats? This is the moment, the time is now, anticipate the needs, live up to your expectations, embrace change!

The Subconscious Mind

It the part of the cognizance, in which every impulse of thought that reaches the brain through any of the five senses, is analyzed and stored, and made available when needed.

Your brain receives, and records, sense impressions or ideas, regardless of their nature. You can also intentionally plant in your subconscious mind any idea, thought, or purpose that you desire beneficial. The subconscious controls your desires that you have mixed with feeling, such as faith.

The subconsciousness runs all the time if you awake or sleeping. You cannot completely control your subconscious mind, but you can voluntarily stimulate it with any plan, knowledge, desire, or autosuggestion.

The potential for creative effort connected with the subconscious mind is immense and breathtaking. Hence the importance to make your wishes clear, and to reduce them to writing its repetition and application with persistence.

The subconscious mind does not remain idle! If you fail to stimulate with plans and desires, it will feed upon the ideas that reach it, both negative and positive, as the result of your negligence.

Once you understand this, you have the key that unlocks the door to your subconscious mind. Furthermore, you will control that door so well, that no undesirable idea can influence your subconscious mind anymore.

Everything that humans produce starts as an idea. They can create nothing that first did not conceive in mind. With the aid of imagination, ideas can convert to plans. This intelligence under your control will allow you to create systems and project that will bring you to success.

The subconscious mind is easier to influence if your ideas combine with feelings and emotion than by those based only on reasoning. In fact, the evidence demonstrates, those solely emotionalized thoughts have any influence on the subconscious mind. It is a fact that emotion or feeling rules the majority of people actions.

Limiting Beliefs

Beliefs that limit us are those which constrain us in any way. Just by believing them, we are not thinking, doing or saying the things that they inhibit. And in doing so, we impoverish our lives.

We may have beliefs about rights, duties, abilities, permissions and many others. Limiting beliefs are often about ourselves and our self-identity. The beliefs may also be about other people and the world in general. About what is possible or not. They always limit us.

Your limiting beliefs do not inspire me, I’m fascinated by what makes you limitless! You begin to fly when you let go of self-limiting beliefs and allow your mind and aspirations to rise to greater heights. Never let the weaknesses or insecurities of others limit what is possible for you.

All it takes is one person in any generation to heal a family’s limiting beliefs. That person is you! One of the first things is to ask yourself this question, “Do I want to keep this one? Is it limiting me? Does it not fit me? Is it holding me back?” Chronic self-doubt is a manifestation of the core belief, “I’m not good enough.” We adopt these types of limiting beliefs in response to our family and childhood experiences, and they become rooted in the subconscious, but we have the ability to override it!

Become aware of your beliefs and automatic default settings. Bring them into the light of your adult knowledge and understanding. Gently acknowledge they are what they are. Then accept that they constitute what you’ve believed until now and that you can transform them into beliefs that allow you to realize your full potential. Without judgment, patiently begin working to change your subconscious and limiting beliefs into real expressions of your authentic self.

We all get what we tolerate. Stop tolerating excuses in yourself, limiting beliefs of the past and fearful states. Use your body as a tool to snap yourself into a place of sheer will, determination and commitment. Face your challenges head on with the core belief that problems are just speeding bumps on the road to your dreams. And from that place, when you take massive action with an effective and proven strategy, you will rewrite your history.

Do the things that make you uncomfortable. Become comfortable with these acts. Prove to yourself that your limiting beliefs die a quick death if you will simply do what you feel uncomfortable doing.

An investment in education pays the best interest. And without any risk! You always win when you educate yourself. The only investors who shouldn’t diversify are those that are right all the time. The trouble for most people is they don’t decide to get wealthy; they only dream about it.

Education is to teach you to think with intensity and constructive criticism. Intelligence plus character is the goal of real education. Education is the most powerful tool you can use to improve the world! It is not preparation for life; education is life itself. An educated mind can entertain a thought without accepting it. Education allows you to move from darkness to light.

The educated person is the one who has learned how to gain knowledge and improve. Intellectual growth should begin at birth and cease only at death. Education is the best friend. An educated person is respected everywhere. Education surpasses the beauty and the youth.

The great aim of learning is not a theory but action. Envision developing a passion for lifelong learning. If you do, you will never stop to grow. The education’s purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one; a capacity that will guide you to success!

Stay Motivated

Do something you completely love, so it is certainly easy to get motivated. Enjoy life, enjoy what you do! Life takes on meaning when you become motivated, set goals and charge after them in an unstoppable manner. Successful people aren’t the ones who are motivated; they have consistency in their motivation!

There’s always a new challenge to keep you motivated. Keep yourself motivated. You need to be motivated; you need to wake up every day and understand what that day is about; you need personal goals: short-term goals, intermediate goals, and long-term goals. Be flexible in making to your goals, remember that if you do not have goals, you will not achieve them.

If your motivation is the goals that are important to you, by the dreams you want to realize, or by the love you need to express, then you actually enjoy life. There’s nothing like living a little closer to the edge that gets you motivated to make sure you get the credentials you need to succeed.

If we don’t have a very motivated workers, it starts to affect the dynamics of the economy. If working class are disenchanted and disenfranchised, productivity losses will go along with that. Motivation is simple; drop those who are not motivated. That is the future for the unmotivated, is that you?

Passion and Enthusiasm

Success is the series of failed actions you do with enthusiasm. The real secret to success is enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is excitement with inspiration, motivation, and creativity. An idea that generates enthusiasm, even if mediocre will go further than a great one that inspires no one.

Enthusiasm is the propellant that makes your hopes shine to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle of life, the smile on your face. The power of your actions, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas.

You need passion no matter what you want to do with your life. Passion is a powerful, compelling emotion or feeling, a strong affection or enthusiasm to reach your goals and dreams. There is no passion in playing small goals or in settling for a life that is less than the one you can live. Passion is energy and fervor. Taste the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.

If passion drives you, let reason hold the reins. A good leader has the vision and the passion necessary to achieve his goals and is not afraid to tackle any problem. Instead, he should know how to defeat it with integrity. Follow your passion and be prepared to work hard and sacrifice, and, above all, let no one limit your dreams.

Positive Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is how we value ourselves; it is how we perceive our value to the world and how valuable we think we are to others. Learning to Like Yourself

How can you raise low self-esteem? Feelings of low self-esteem often build up over a lifetime, and letting go of ingrained feelings and behaviors is not an easy task. It may take time, hard work, and it may need professional counseling. But simple, positive thinking techniques that can help improve self-esteem. These are affirmations. Using affirmations to stop negative self-talk is a simple, positive way to help increase self-esteem.

Affirmations are encouraging messages we can give ourselves every day until they become part of our feelings and beliefs. Affirmations work best when a person is resting. But since people are often under pressure, they are giving themselves negative stimulus, they may need to counter negative messages with positive ones.

For example, replace the message “I made a stupid mistake, and I am no good at this job,” with “Yes, I made a mistake but I have learned from it, and now I can a better job.” Begin each day by looking in the mirror and giving yourself a positive message. The following affirmations can help you to work toward a positive self-image:

I respect myself and others

I am lovable and likable

I look great

Life is good, and I like being a part of it

I am confident, and it shows

I am creating loving, healthy relationships

I am a good friend to myself and others

I accept myself as I am

Positive Thinking

Become a Positive Person

A positive attitude will let you do everything better than a negative will. Pessimism leads to weakness, optimism to power. Positive thinking is more than a say. It changes the way we behave. And you are positive, it not only makes you better, but it also makes those around you better. Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier.

We often read or hear negative news, negative perspectives, and comments from pessimistic people. Instead of getting negative, turn to those who are habitually optimistic, people who understand how to see the brighter side of life and stay positive so you can learn to do the same.

Let us rise and be thankful. Because if today we didn’t learn much, at least we learned a little. And if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick. And if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so be thankful. This ancient oriental teaching has proven right over many generations, countries, cultures and languages! As long as you are alive you shall be positive.

We cannot change the past, but we have many opportunities to win or lose the future. Once you learn to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, positive results will follow. Affirmative action results from a positive vision. Only you have the power to change.

Work hard for what you want because it won’t come easy to you, you have to be robust and courageous and thou can do anything you put in your mind. Keep on believing in yourself and turn everything into something positive even if somebody puts you down or criticizes you.

No matter what problems you are going through, light is at the end of the tunnel and even hard to get it you can if you keep working to reach your goals and find the positive side of things. Your attitude is like a box of crayons that color your world. Your picture will always be bleak if you color your picture gray. Adding bright colors to the picture, including responsibility, service, humor, consideration, respect, love; your picture lightens.

Avoid Negative Thoughts

Negative thoughts are the greatest obstruction to success. It is easy to become a victim of circumstances and continue feeling sad, scared or angry; or instead, we could deal with injustice humanely and break the chains of negative thoughts and energies, and not let ourselves sink into it.

There are simple and universal truths. The mind moves the body, and the body follows the mind. Then, negative thought patterns harm not only the mind but also the body.

What we do builds up to affect the subconscious mind and affects the conscious mind and all reactions. You can’t imagine just how much having negative thoughts is affecting your life until you stop.

Avoid being held captive by the negative thoughts around by learning to forgive others. Ge away from dull people who are not passionate about life because they will bore you with reasons for not living.

Liberate your mind from negative thoughts, dismiss negative ideas and people as soon as they appear into your mind and life. Learn to recognize and get rid of them.

The Imagination is the workshop where humans think the plans they create. Where the impulse, the urge to create, and execution through the aid of the imaginative faculty of the mind.

We know that humans can create anything that they can imagine. Of all human civilization, this is the most favorable for the development of the products of imagination, because we are in an age of rapid change.

Through the aid of his imaginative faculty, man has discovered, and harnessed, more of nature’s forces during the last years than during the entire history of species, previous to that time.

He has conquered the air so completely, that now the birds are a poor match for him in flying. He has harnessed control over matter and made it serve as a means of instantaneous communication with any part of the world.

He has analyzed, and measured stars at a distance of trillions of miles, and has discovered, with the help of our imagination, the elements of which they consist. He has increased the speed of travel, until he may now move at a speed of thousands of miles an hour trough very considerable distances in space.

Man’s only restriction, within reason, lies in his expansion and use of his imagination. He has not yet reached the summit of development in the use of his imaginative capacity. He has merely learned that he has an imagination, and has started to use it in a very simple way.

Forms of Imagination

Synthetic imagination allows us to arrange old concepts, ideas, or plans into new combinations. This faculty creates nothing. It merely works with the material of experience, education, and observation of past ideas or projects. It is the faculty used most by an inventor, except when he cannot solve his problem through synthetic imagination.

Creative imagination is the faculty through hunches and inspirations creates new ideas. This creative faculty that becomes more alert, more receptive to develop new things, ideas, concepts, objects, and projects.

The great leaders of business, industry, finance, art, music, poetry and writers became prominent because they developed the capacity for creative imagination.

Both types of creativity become more alert with use, just as any muscle or organ of the body improves through use.

Desire is only a thought, an impulse. It is vague and ephemeral. It is abstract, and of little value, until we transform it into its physical counterpart.

While the synthetic imagination is the one that will be used most frequently, in the process of remodeling the impulse of desire into the realization of your goals, you must remember the fact, that you may face conditions and situations that demand the use of the creative imagination.

Your creative faculty may have become weak through inaction. It can be revived and made alert through practice. This talent does not die, though it may become dormant due to lack of use.

You can build a fortune with the aid of laws which are perpetual. You just must become intimate with them, and learn to practice them. Repetition and by applying these principles from every conceivable angle, this is the secret that every successful people practice. So here it is, the “secret” is not a secret. History, itself, advertises it in the experiences of many personalities who reached their goals, many of them against all the odds and with much fewer resources, so easily available to us today.

Understanding Motivation

Motivation is the method that begins, guides and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. It causes humans to realize any action, eat, get educated, work, reach our goals, and succeed. It involves the biological, emotional, social and cognitive forces to activate our behavior. Motivation is why a person does something.

Anyone who has ever had a goal recognizes that having the wish to do something is not enough. Achieving your goal requires the ability to persist through obstacles and endurance to keep going even through many difficulties.

Motivation Needs:

The decision to start a behavior.

Persistence and the continued effort toward achieving your goal using a significant investment in time, energy, resources and through obstacles and difficulties.

Concentration and vigor to pursue your goal with great passion and intensity.

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life, think of it, ponder of it, live on that idea. Let your brain, and every part of your body, muscles, and nerves be full of that idea and leave every other one alone; this is how you attain success.

If you always do the same, you will always get the same. If we have the courage to pursue our dreams they will come true, remember good things come to people who wait, but better things come to those who go out and get them.

Recharge Your Motivation

Even the most energetic and inspired people will go through a time when their motivation fails, due to negative feedback, harsh criticism, discouragement, and failures. We can be our hardest critics. Just as a big win can fill you with energy and enthusiasm, a big mistake can dismay your motivation.

Routines can make it easy to lose sight of why you started doing them in the first place. Motivation isn’t permanent, you need to keep on doing it. Stress and frustration can reduce your motivation so you need to recharge it every day. Analyze and examine all of your goals, review your progress and planning for the future. The effect on your motivation and enthusiasm can be incredible.

Analyze solvable problems, fix them. Avoid impossible problems, the ones that can’t be solved, or aren’t worth the effort to do so. Listen to motivational audio tapes because they can build your enthusiasm. Review your goals and make corrections. Spend time with people that motivate and make you good about yourself. Being around people who are positive and can get your ideas flowing again can boost you out of a motivation deficit. Avoid negative people. Sometimes the best way to restore your motivation is to achieve something meaningful. It can rebuild the faith you have in your abilities and talents.

Faith is the complete trust and conviction in you and your ability to do anything you set your mind to do.

You may induce or create this confidence in your mind by affirmation and repetitive instructions into your subconscious mind, through the principle of auto-suggestion.

You can convince yourself that you will receive what thou ask for, and your mind will act upon that belief, your subconscious mind passes back to you this faith, followed by specific plans for obtaining what you desire.

Faith is a disposition of mind which you can develop at will, after you have mastered these principles, because it is a state of mind that develops voluntarily, through application and use of this system.

Repetition or affirmation of instructions to your subconscious mind producing the emotion of faith.

Any impulse of thought which is frequently and regularly passed on to the subconscious mind is, and finally, accepted and acted upon by it, which proceeds to interpret that impulse into its physical equivalent, by the most efficient procedure available.

All emotionalized thoughts associated with faith, begin immediately to translate themselves into their physical equivalent or counterpart.

Today doctors call it the placebo effect or the placebo response. And they recognize it as a remarkable phenomenon in which a fake treatment, an inactive substance like distilled water, with sugar, or saline solution can improve a patient’s condition because the person has the expectation or faith that it will be helpful. This expectation or confidence to plays an influential role in the placebo effect. The more a person believes or, the greater their belief, the more probable it is that they will experience a benefit.

Not only thought impulses that mix with faith, but those ideas that combine with any emotions influence the subconscious mind.

Most people who consider themselves doomed to poverty and failure, because of some strange force over which they just assume they have no control. They are the creators of their calamities, because of this negative feeling, that is picked up by their subconscious mind, and translated into its physical equivalent.

You can benefit from these facts, by passing on to your subconscious mind, any request that you wish translated into its physical equivalent, in a state of expectancy or feeling that the transmutation will happen. Your faith is the element which determines the action of your subconscious mind. There is nothing to hinder you from training your subconscious mind when giving it instructions through autosuggestion.

Act as you would, if you already got what thou seek, when you call upon your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind will transmute into its physical equivalent, by the most direct and practical media available, any order you gave to it in a state of faith, or belief that the order will be carried out.

A mind controlled by positive emotions becomes a pleasant dwelling for the state of mind known as faith. A mind so managed may, at will, give the subconscious mind instructions, which it will accept and act upon immediately.

All through history, the religious leaders have admonished the struggling humanity to have faith in the dogmas and creeds, proving that faith is a state of mind and that it is induced by suggestion, self or otherwise.

Self Suggestion

Auto-suggestion is a term that applies to every suggestion and all self-administered stimuli that reach your mind through the five senses. Said in another way, auto-suggestion is self-suggestion. It is the means of communication between that part of the brain where conscious thought happens, and that which serves as the foundation of an action for the subconscious mind.

Through the dominating thoughts which one permits to remain in the conscious mind, the principle of auto-suggestion deliberately reaches the subconscious mind and controls it with these ideas.

Plain, unemotional words do not influence the inner mind. You will get no significant results until you learn to reach your subconscious mind with ideas, or spoken words which have emotion and belief.

Do not become pessimistic, if you cannot control and direct your emotions the first time you try. The ability to reach, and influence your inner mind has a price. You cannot cheat. The cost of the capacity to control your inner mind is everlasting endurance in applying the principles described here. You must determine whether or not the reward for which you are striving, is worth the effort.

Wisdom and ingenuity alone, will not attract and retain your goals except in a few very rare situations, where the law of averages favors the performance to success through these sources. The method of reaching your goals described here does not depend upon the law of averages. Furthermore, the method plays no favorites. It will work for one person as efficiently as it will for any other. Where it fails, it is the person, not the method, who has failed. If you fail, make another effort, and still, another, until you succeed.

The inner mind takes any orders given it in a spirit of absolute belief, and acts upon those orders, while the orders often have to be presented over and over again, in constant repetition, before the subconscious mind understands and accepts them. Consider playing a trick on your subconscious mind, by making it believe, because you believe it, that you require the amount of money you are visualizing, that these funds are already anticipating your claim, that the subliminal mind must hand you over solid plans for acquiring the money that is yours. And see what your creativity can, or will do, to create practical plans for the growth of money through the transmutation of your desire.

These instructions may, at first, seem theoretical. Do not let this trouble you. Follow the instructions, no matter how obscure or impractical they may, at first, appear to be. The time will soon arrive, if you do as you are learning, in spirit as well as in act, when a whole new set of powers unfolds for you.

Control Procrastination

A study among over 25,000 men and women who had experienced failure, disclosed the fact that absence of decision was near the top of the list of the 30 of the most significant causes of failure. It is not a mere statement or theory; it is a fact.

Procrastination, the inverse of a decision, is a common enemy that practically every person must conquer.

Analysis of hundreds of successful people revealed the fact that every one of them had the habit of taking decisions quickly, and of changing these decisions slowly, if at all. Unsuccessful individuals, without exception, have the habit of not reaching decisions, or very slowly, and of changing these decisions quickly and often.

Opinions of others easily influence procrastinators. They allow the newspapers and the gossiping acquaintances to do their thinking for them. Opinions are the poorest commodities on earth. Everyone has a flock of judgments ready to be wished upon anybody who will accept them. If you are motivated by opinions when you reach decisions, you will fail in any undertaking.

Keep your direction, by following your personal decisions. Take no one into your trust, except the members of your mastermind group, and be very careful with your selection of this group, choose only those who will be in complete harmony with your goals.

Close friends and relatives, while well intended, often can handicap you with opinions and sometimes with funny jokes. Millions of people carry inferiority complexes with them all through life, because of some well-meaning, but ignorant people destroyed their confidence through opinions or ridicule.

You have a mind of your own. Apply it, and make your individual decisions. If you need facts or knowledge from other people, to enable you to reach decisions, you can acquire these facts without disclosing your purpose.

Genuine wisdom manifests itself through modesty and silence. Make your first decision be a quiet mouth and very attentive ears and eyes.

The Value Of Decisions

The value of determinations depends upon the courage required to execute them. The decisions that are the foundation of human civilization were reached by assuming high risks, which often meant the possibility of life and death.

Thought backed by strong desire, has a tendency to transform itself into its physical equivalent. In your search for the secret of success, do not look for a miracle, because you will not find it. You will find only the immutable laws of nature. These rules are available to all of us who has the conviction and the endurance to use them. They may be used to accumulate wealth, or even to bring freedom to a nation. Take the time necessary to understand and use them.

Those who make decisions promptly and positively, know what they want, and get it. The leaders in every walk of life decide quickly, and firmly. That is the primary reason why they are leaders. The world has the habit of making room for the man whose words and actions show that he knows where he is going.

Indecision is a pattern which usually begins in youth. The habit takes on permanency as the child goes through school, and even through college, without definiteness of meaning. The main deficiency of all educational systems is that they neither teach nor encourage the habit of a concrete decision.

It would be advantageous if no college would sanction the enrollment of any student, unless and until the student declared his primary purpose in his or her education. It would be even better if every student who enters the graded schools are educated in the habit of making decisions, and have to pass and approve this subject before continuing to advance in the grades.

The habit of indecision acquired because of these deficiencies of most school systems goes with the student trough live and into the occupation he chooses if, in fact, he chooses his profession. In most cases, the youth just out of school seeks any job that he or she can find. He or she takes the first place available because of the habit of indecision. Most people working for wages today are in the positions they hold because they lacked the definiteness of decision to plan a career and the knowledge of how to choose it.

Definiteness of decision always requires resolution, sometimes very great courage. The fifty-six men who created and signed the declaration of independence risked their lives on the decision to attach their signatures to that document. The person who reaches a decision to procure any job risks his economic freedom. Monetary independence, wealth, desirable business and professional conditions are not within the scope of the person who forgets or refuses to expect, plan and demand these things. The person who desires riches in the same spirit that Samuel Adams craved freedom for the colonies, is sure to succeed.

Your Success Team

Focus On Your Strengths

Working on what you love can get better over time, but your ability to work on a craft can get swallowed up by the other things that take up your life, understanding your talents can be a very powerful motivator to keep going.

It is natural for your mind to wander around because it is how we kept ourselves safe long ago. We needed to pay attention to everything happening around us, not anymore, today things are less about survival and more about pleasure or addiction.

Focus on your priorities, be selective where you spend your time and energy, if you focus, you will go beyond your talent, figure out what is most important to you and filter everything you do through your main priorities.

Many people never use their natural gifts, we all have natural talents we enjoy. Find your talents.

To manage your weaknesses, design a support system that will stop you from worrying about a weakness so you can spend more time thinking about how to refine your strengths, find a partner to handle the areas that are not strengths for you.

Build An Effective Team

Teams are an essential ingredient for building a successful business, the true power of teamwork comes from the group’s cohesion and joint energies focused on a common goal.

Effective team leaders build their relationships of trust and loyalty, prove your leadership with each team member, earn their respect by rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty putting people first.

Get the right people, once you’ve defined your goals, and identified the roles that you need to fill in, make a list of the of people that you want on your team, of course, experience and suitable qualifications are important, choose people for your team who, together, will provide a broad perspective of your project.

Consider each employee’s ideas as valuable, be aware of employees’ unspoken feelings by being open with employees and sensitive, act as a harmonizing influence, encourage listening and brainstorming, be true to your word.

Be careful to clarify directives, encourage trust and cooperation between employees on your team and to share information, delegate some problem-solving tasks to the team, and ease the communication.

Set the team values and goals; evaluate team performance, make sure that you have a clear idea of what you need to do, use consensus, set objectives, solve problems, and plan for action, try to let the team solve its own challenges and help them resolve them if they prove challenging.

Delegate the authority and access the team needs to complete the project; industrious, energetic, and creative people will become frustrated very quickly if they do not get the freedom, access to tools, and other resources they need to complete their work.

Your Time

Most everyone would be more efficient if they spend less time doing the things that are not enjoyable and more on the things that bring satisfaction, happiness, and profit. Follow these techniques that efficient people use to gain that freedom.

Many people trick themselves into believing they are good at multitasking, very few can focus on more than one or two things at the same time, unless they do not need focus and depth so stop multitasking.

Efficient people are remarkably good at delegating tasks to others who will do them better, they know how to empower others to contribute effort so they can choose the jobs that fit their talents better, delegate.

Communicate efficiently, poor communication is a huge time-waster, make your information clear and compelling, use exact language, craft your messages for others to understand, with excellent communication everyone can move confidently.

The more you control the calendar, the easier to make room for the unexpected, use all the available scheduling and productivity tools, but do not assume they are simple, program, craft and revise them continuously.

Give everything a proper place, organize everything, documents, objects, materials, electronics, etc., in a way that you can easily find what you are seeking.

Log your time on conversations and daily activities, then spend time setting specific times for comparable activities and work to decrease the times with the same results.

Make sure your team members get rest and recuperation for they to work at their peak, let the team relax and become top performers.

You must take the time to research and break down a project into basic steps to achieve success consistently, plan your projects to decrease mistakes.

Say No!

The difference between successful people and truly successful people is that the most successful people say no to almost everything; this is a famous phrase from Warren Buffet as you can see very successful people are absurdly selective.

Learn to be selective and say “No” is important because you relieve yourself from unnecessary pressure and put you back in charge of your life, to dedicate time to the things that matter to you.

Saying no is also about being willing to choose between one amazing opportunity or another, not an easy task because we hate to leave an exciting opportunity wasted.

Life today is fast and full of opportunity, we believe we need to do everything. As a result, we end up being pulled into endless distractions without reflecting. We should choose, separate what is essential, from the rest and design a life that matters.

Rest well so you can be at your peak performance.

Be selective.

Play and enjoyable time are essential for creativity.

Become a great listener, but filter the feedback you get.

Focus on what you can do well.

Develop meaningful and mature relationships.

Say “No” to superficial networking, build relationships instead.

Say “No” to people who drag you down.

Say “No” to becoming a workaholic.

Say “No” to laziness as much as you can.

Eat well, after all, you are what you eat.

Go after your priorities, one at a time.

Replace motivation with habits.

Steve Jobs said: People think focus means agreeing with the thing you’ve got to focus on, but it is not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas, you have to pick carefully. I’m as proud of the things we haven’t done as the things I have done; innovation is saying “No” to thousands of things.

Your Team to Success

Create positive personal impact by becoming an outstanding performer, and a dynamic communicator to build strong, permanent, mutually beneficial relationships with the important people in your life.

Find a group of people with ideas and goals like yours; assertive individuals who want to succeed in their careers and lives, and who are willing to help you achieve in return for you helping them.

The power of the group is far greater than of the individuals who commit themselves to it, meet regularly and often, allow only loving support, no ill intentions. Attitude differences like cynicism, arrogance, and irritability all contribute to an attitude of negativity.

Identify your and everyone’s else uniqueness, and come to the table in the spirit of giving, establish a regular time, format, and ongoing support you will come to rely on, everyone has a part to play.

Deal with people individually, don’t manage with a one-size-fits-all approach, tailor your help and direction according to every member’s talents, keep an open mind and look for innovative ways to improve your team. Very important, keep in mind that you’re dealing with human beings.

The Mastermind

According to N. Hill, the mastermind is the driving force; to achieve success, you require this power.

Plans are dormant and useless, without the adequate power to turn them into action.

He defines power as the “organized and intelligently managed knowledge.” It enables you to convert desire into success. It is the coordinated effort of two or more people, who work together to achieve the same goals.

This mastermind is the source of:

Superior intelligence or the combined knowledge and imagination.

Accumulated experience, organized and recorded; quickly available.

Experiment and research in every discipline related to your goals.

These principles clearly show us the importance of your team to success to provide you with fabulous intelligence and an enormous discerning power unavailable to any single individual.

Successful Relationships

Defining Your Aim.

A well-written strategy statement will help every interested party and the organization to understand their roles when executing the procedure. The purpose of the policy statement is to make sure that entire team clearly understands the goals and plan of action.

One Part At A Time.

Plan an attack, focus on the present and the how to put everything else in the background, make a list of the things that are pressing on your mind.

Control The Situation.

You use your mind in almost everything you do, and you appreciate your mind is focused. You have been in situations when distractions took over and desired that your mind was more focused.

Complete Your Work.

Complete your tasks and finish what you start, is an essential part of your character building, the development of this habit is necessary for long-term success.

There are several benefits from learning how to concentrate; it means the ability to stay on a task until complete.

Tell The Truth Faster

Some people avoid telling the truth because it’s uncomfortable maybe because they’re afraid of the consequences or making others feel uncomfortable, hurting their feelings, or risking their anger. So, when we don’t tell the truth, and others do the same to us, we can’t deal with matters this way.

The truth allows us to be free to deal with reality, not the way we aspire them to be or expect they will be, the truth also frees up our energy because it takes energy to withhold the truth, to keep a secret, or maintain an act.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind, truthfulness has proven to be a more successful life strategy than lying.

There are many deeper physical and philosophical reasons for telling the truth, but you don’t need to go there to realize that it’s in your best interests to confine yourself to being as truthful as possible as often as possible.

Be Impeccable

Words are powerful; they can destroy relationships, lose sales and start wars. Words can just as easily be used to build self-esteem and self-confidence, nurture relationships and turn dreams into reality.

Stop to think about what you are about to say, master your words, be conscious of your thoughts and the words you speak, about yourself and others.

Speak from your highest self, with intention, and with integrity, align them with what you want to produce, your vision and your dreams.

During a regular day, you express in a multitude of ways and being impeccable with your word applies to all of them, pay attention to all the moments of the day.

Being impeccable requires that you increase your awareness not just to the words you say, but to the emotions thou express, the attitude people perceive, your actions, and where you show the power of your belief, it is an art requiring constant vigilance.

Apply yourself to the practice of doing your best to be impeccable, and you will discover that it has incredible rewards.

Be Sure

Labels can be deceiving, information incomplete, concepts erroneous and to complete the perfect condition, you are just human, don’t waste time assuming or wondering, seek an answer, ask!

Don’t think you understand what the other person intent is. Check out your assumptions because it improves your communication, minimizes your number of errors, better your relationships, and your success and productivity.

There is not a substitute for hard facts, put your finger on the issues and carefully explore them, don’t allow uncertainty to go unresolved or harden into error and ignorance.

Be gentle and patient with yourself, old patterns and habits can take a long time to change, remember that time will not make the changes; you have to take proactive steps each day, even if just baby steps.

So, are you waiting for anything? When in doubt—check it out!

Gratitude And Appreciation

Master the art of appreciation, do whatever it takes until it becomes an unconscious habit. When you sincerely appreciate others, you are in one of the highest emotional states possible.

Appreciation is the Secret of Success.

When you are in a state of gratitude, the more you will attract, and even more, to be grateful for, it just keeps getting better and better.

It doesn’t matter if you are an entrepreneur, teacher, parent, manager, coach or simply a friend, if you want to be satisfied with other people, you must master the art of appreciation.

Appreciation and gratitude leave you focused on what you have and what you have received; when you give people the kind word, most likely they will be grateful and give it to you back.

Appreciate someone in your life, starting today!

Your Agreements

One important way to build and maintain trust and strong relationships is to ensure that you keep your agreements, breaking even small ones can have a negative impact on your life.

Make a commitment only if you know you can realistically keep it, and make sure to remember, schedule it on your calendar, so you avoid the most common reason to fail on your promise.

Sometimes things, priorities and circumstances change, renegotiate commitments you can’t keep.

Learn to say no more often.

Make contracts that you intend to keep.

Write down all the compromises you make.

Communicate any broken contract at the first appropriate time.

Be a Class Act

The class is easy to recognize but much harder to define and its absence is easy to detect, and it is a serious flaw for anyone who aspires to be successful.

People who have class carry themselves elegantly, respectable and gracious. They keep calm and don’t lose their temper, always respectful and use good manners. They don’t use crude language, criticize, complain in public or interrupt others.

We should not be afraid to step out of our comfort zone and push ourselves beyond our limits to see how successful we can become.

They have the high standards and refuse to lower them to their adversaries’ level. They don’t have to apologize for their troubled words because they know better than to react in the heat of the moment. They have the ability to make others feel included and respected for their individual contributions especially during difficult times. They make everyone else feel good about themselves and appreciated.

Be regarded as outstanding, elegant in quality and performance, have a behavior that others admire and try to imitate. Be a Class Act.

You got the gift of love; it is like a precious plant. You can’t just accept it and leave it in the cabinet or just think it’s going to get on by itself. You’ve got to take care of it. You must nurture it.

We don’t develop courage by being content every day. We develop it by surviving difficult times, challenges and adversity.

Effective communication is when the listener clearly understands the message that you intended to send.

It sounds simple to say what you mean. But very often, what we try to communicate gets lost in translation despite our best intentions. We say one thing, but the listener hears something else, and misunderstandings, frustration, and conflicts follow.

Effective communication is an important interpersonal ability and learning how we can improve our interaction has many benefits.

If appropriate, suggest your personal perspective clearly and honestly to avoid confusion. Bear in mind that some subjects might too emotional or stressful for others to discuss.

Take the make time for direct contact

Keep a good sense of humor

Be positive

Listen before you speak

Money Management

There are five habits of financially successful people that you can easily copy and apply. There are no instantaneous tricks or magic formulas for achieving economic success. Successful people recognize the difference between wants and needs and how to design clear financial goals for achieving wealth.

1. Dream big, think outside the box, develop clear financial goals and priorities that are worth the effort because great passions bring powerful results. Write down your economic intentions. Then, set realistic target dates for each goal.

2. Have a plan. Developing a long-term economic plan that supports your financial goals provides a clear understanding of direction. You should include a realistic allowance and budget plan that meets your personal lifestyle and prioritizes the details subsequently.

3. Understand money and credit, incorporating your credit report, interest rates, and how to protect yourself from fraud, are fundamental elements of success.

4. Learn the value of saving. Capital saved for a rainy day, an emergency, or even the holiday shopping season will guard your budget and credit card balances against any temporary setbacks. Possessing savings for the future will also help you develop healthy financial spending habits.

5. Be confident. Don’t get discouraged by temporary difficulties. Success is a state of mind; you must think you’ll be successful to become one. Your plan to financial freedom doesn’t have to be perfect. You can always ‘try again’ as many times as you need to.

Building a healthy economic future is arduous work, but the payoff is true freedom. Work hard and make all the necessary efforts to become a financially successful person.

Success and Money

Positive Money Awareness

To solve a problem you need to acknowledge it. Realize and admit that you may have a negative attitude towards money and that it is undermining your progress to wealth.

Outline your experiences with money, beginning with your parents to when you started managing your money. Write everything, the good and the bad, be as precise as possible.

Why do you want to be wealthy? Does money signify freedom to you or maybe happiness and security? Having a compelling impulse for a goal you want to achieve will urge you to take action.

Practice positive declarations. Like your subconscious mind received negative perspectives about wealth, you can develop new concepts, positive affirmations and, continuously, your mind will accept them as authentic.

Positive programming is a powerful tool for success; possibly the most important to accomplish wealth. It can help you to achieve your dreams, and it can also assist you in gaining the resources you want. You cannot reach means when your mind is struggling. You must identify, eliminate, and replace confining beliefs about money to see an advancement in your economic situation.

Focus On What You Want

If you want your circumstances to get better, you have to begin by changing your focus to what is better.

Forget all those who have mistreated you, forgive everyone for everything. Do it for you.

This forgiveness will free you up to receive all the new, happy, amazing things that you want to come to you. Focus on what you enjoy, be happy and grateful for those and attract more incredible things.

Your thoughts become a reality, with practice, it becomes easy and manageable for you to examine what is important to you and others before you say or do anything. Try it, and you will notice the impact this has on the outcome you will achieve since you are focused, educated, and proactive instead of reactive. Note how motivated and strengthened you become.

Concentrate on what you desire, not what you don’t want; this is the real secret of success!

Pay Yourself First

To pay yourself first means, set aside a portion of your income to save, before you buy groceries, pay your bills, or anything else. The first bill you pay each month should be to yourself.

The earlier you begin, the better you are. You’ll ensure that your economic goals are becoming funded before anything happens. Do it before an emergency or layoff could get you off track.

All wealthy people pay themselves first. Learn that you are a preferred receiver of your money.

Poor people spend all their money, then have nothing left to save. Wealthy people spend what they have left after paying themselves.

You should be able to keep the money you have earned.

As your capital increases, so does your confidence. Get into the habit of seeing money grow in your account. It is very rewarding. It is an example of the greatest ways to start making financial progress. Now it becomes easy to practice financial discipline.

The Spending Game

You don’t to spend like wealthy individual to live like one. In fact, many rich people shop at bargain stores, purchase discounted items, and even exchange for goods and services.

Virtually everything is negotiable if you speak with the individual who has authority to make a deal, saving money on quality commodities is almost like a game.

Stop financing anything.

Pay off credit card debt.

Star with the smallest debts.

Increase debt payments as much as you can.

Pay off your mortgage.

As you shift your focus from spending and consuming to enjoying the things you already have and saving, you’ll experience almost unthinkable improvement. Once you commit to a debt reduction and savings plan, you’ll be surprised at your ability to manage and achieve your financial goals faster than expected.

See your values and priorities change and measure your success as you pay off your debts and increase your savings rather than purchases. Keep it up, and the wonder of focus on spending less money will accelerate to your goal of financial success.

To Spend More…

…First Make More! Some people feel obligated to imitate others. New toys for the kids, for the spouse, or a night out with friends, even when they can’t afford to say yes. Just say NO!

Buying that new car proves you are somebody, right? For some people spending makes them feel like they are worth something to others. It doesn’t!

Whether trying to make up for poverty as a child, the need to consume immediately or a lack of financial understanding, being needy as a child is an often used excuse for the overspending of adults.

Most people increase their expenses as soon as they grow their income. But once we get used to a particular lifestyle, it’s hard to cut back, even if their financial situation turns bad.

Advertising of immediate gratification surrounds us. “Fast food,” “on-demand video,” “buy now, pay later.” We’re too accustomed to getting what we want now, even if we don’t need it or budget for it.

The experience of giving over a card that you get back is just not the same as delivering over some cash and watching it disappear. It’s common to spend more when using credit cards rather than cash.

Give More to Get More

The paradox of life is that the more you generous you are, the more you receive. You find your life by losing it. You win by losing.

When you live generously, it feels like everything is coming undone. It’s stretching and uncomfortable. But soon enough you realize that there’s more to life than what you own and can have.

The more generous you are with your energy, time, and expertise the more comfortable it will be to accomplish your personal goals.

There’s a common misunderstanding that to get ahead in business; you have to lie, steal, cheat, and otherwise step on other people on the way up.

The more value you provide, the more you’re worth, the more your clients appreciate you. So focus your energies on helping other people, and your businesses will succeed.

Find a Way to Serve

Phenomenal things happen when we do what we can to find a way to serve. Be assured of one thing. The only ones who will ever be absolutely happy are those who have discovered a way to serve.

The highest change in most of our lives will take place when we decide to make ourselves radically available to help. The moment that we transfer from the question “What’s in it for me?” to the question “How can I serve?” we move in the direction of actually discovering our mission in life. If we don’t, it is impossible to embrace our mission, and tremendous achievements will unquestionably hide from us.

Research proves that those who volunteered for generous reasons had lower mortality rates than people who did not (Study conducted in 2008 – Participants: 2,384. Results: 4.3 percent of the non-volunteers were deceased just four years later, balanced with only 1.6 percent of selfless volunteers).

Another review, which included 40 studies revealed that volunteers profited by lowering their rates of depression and increasing their life satisfaction (Printed by BMC Public Health).

Those who help others have:

Improved physical and mental health

Greater functional ability

Lower rates of despair and depression

Lower death rates

People who volunteer also do better financially.

Success Starts Now

Start Now…Just Do It!

Starting is an essential part of success, don’t waste your energies wondering about how things will turn out, or you may lose sight of the path ahead. If you worry about failing or problems along the way, this can stop you from even starting. All of that is imaginary because you only know what will happen after you start your project and find these challenges.

When it looks impossible, and you let those feelings grow, they can create the worse obstacle, and that just add hopelessness to your goal. Remember any situation that seemed impossible at first, but you eventually accomplished it to success.

If you’re afraid to fail you won’t make any progress; there’s no standing still. You’re going forward, or you’re moving backward. You always need to keep forward momentum, even if that involves making mistakes. You’ll learn from the experience and be able to apply that to future challenges, potentially avoiding future worse errors. When you don’t attempt something for fear, you don’t move forward; and you end up contracting into a version of yourself that does not express your real potential.

Don’t just talk about what you’re going to do instead of talk about what you’re doing. It’s better to get the work done and be able to speak about that rather than just about all of the things you are planning.

Focus on those areas for some time and put all your inspired action behind them instead of talk and see the rewards come your way.

The only time you have complete control of is right now, so now is the best time to do all of the things you’ve wanted to do but have not yet done. If your project is worth doing, you should do it now, stop procrastinating. Put your plans into motion and see where it leads. You may discover that your actions bring your goals and dreams faster than you ever thought possible. Just do it!

Empower Others…

To Empower Yourself! One of the easiest ways to inspire and promote others is to simply be your best self and be an example of someone who accomplishes your goals with integrity.

Take the time to praise people on their achievements and their best qualities. It is a huge confidence boost when others recognize the work we do and stimulates us to continue our goals. It also makes us feel good about yourself that no matter what is going on in our life, we can take the time to congratulate someone else and put a smile on their face eliminating any insecurities we may have.

Be endlessly curious. Just as importantly, be meaningfully interested, that is, inquiring about the things that matter most to you.

Help can come in so many ways, which can include being a listening ear, showing up at events or proclaiming the word about someone’s business or cause.

Create a dream so compelling it will have you working until late into the night and then get you started early in the morning.

It is evident that empowering others is easy, especially if you can empower yourself and living your truth. Moreover, you empower yourself by being in a compelling and inspiring circle.

Gratitude will open your mind and your spirit to the value that exists in every situation.

Don’t waste your time or drain your energy by making excuses or assigning blame. Take responsibility.

Organized Planning

You are interested in an undertaking of major significance to you. To be sure of success, you must have plans which are impeccable.

You have the advantage of the experience, education, native ability and imagination of other minds. You are familiar with the methods followed by every successful person.

You have engaged the cooperation of other people, your team to success.

If the first plan which you adopt does not succeed, replace it with a new one, if this new plan fails to work, create a new one, in turn with still another, and so on, until you find a system works. Here is the point at which the majority of people meet with failure, because of their lack of persistence in creating new methods to take the place of those that fail.

Thomas A. Edison had failed thousands of times before he perfected the incandescent electric light bulb. That is he had met with temporary defeat thousands of times before his efforts irremediably succeeded.

Your accomplishment can be no greater than your systems are sound. That may seem to be an obvious statement, but it is true.

“Temporary failure.” When defeat comes, endure it as a signal that your plans are not sound, recreate those systems, and continue again toward your goal. If you give up sooner than you reach your goal, you are a “quitter.” A quitter never wins, but a winner never quits.

Yours and Other’s

The brilliance in your head is glowing so much that it’s threatening to blind everyone else. But what can you do with your great ideas and inventions? Before you start blabbing about your creation to a person or company, you need to do one thing: Protect it, a patent or even asking a potential investor or partner to sign a nondisclosure agreement before hand can help.

You Have An Excellent Idea. What Do You Do Next?

Most people have no desire to commence business, but they want to profit from their inspiration. Here are some alternatives for doing just that.

You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to have an idea for business. And you don’t need to create a business to profit from an idea.

Social Media

Big investors may be reading your posts. What’s the best way to make Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and other social-media work for you?

Inspiration can happen to anybody; it occurs all the time. Someone is coping with a chore around the house and thinks of a gadget or process that would be a big help. Or maybe they’re rooting around for complicated information online and realize an app could do an easier and better job.

The next step is originating a startup, right? Not necessarily.

There are lots of alternatives for people who have a good idea but don’t want to take on the obligations of starting and running a company. Either they want an immediate payday or a recurring income, either they keep a firm hand on the idea or want to sign it away, there are simpler and less daunting alternatives than becoming a full-blown entrepreneur.

Here Are Some Of Those Steps

Taking A Quick Payoff

It’s the simplest setup possible: Someone signs over all the rights to the idea and get a payout if the inventor is looking for a quick cash infusion without any headaches; money to support him while searching for work, or for an early retirement.

It also helps to bolster the case, and potentially increase the sale price; by making a prototype or proof of consumer demand. Survey data benefits, but letters of intent from potential customers are much better.

A good way to start is to investigate the market top leaders in the industry. People can access the company websites and look for information or other material that describe outside products or similar ideas they’ve purchased. In recent years, many big businesses have acquired inventions from third parties to boost their innovation efforts. Professional groups, Alumni Associations, and contacts from trade shows can facilitate an introduction.

Universities often have a technology-transfer office, which keeps in touch with venture capitalists about business-worthy patents that staffers develop. Consider that these agencies may want the school to hold the copyright, not the creator because they will take a big part of the payout and other caveats for any you to remember. Approaching multiple companies in the hopes of making a deal may be negative since buyers want exclusivity. Also if the creator has a day job, the employer may hold rights to the idea if it’s in their same field and if the inventor worked on it during business hours.

There are also other questions to consider. If an idea gets rejected frequently, or if the sale price is higher than expected, the creator may end up resentful about the whole experience. On the other hand, originators may feel remorse if the idea turns out to be a successful startup and they get shut out of the glory.

Signing On for Steady Income

But maybe a quick payoff is not OK. For example, an inventor created an idea that seems destined to have a long time viability the creator may want to get a piece of the sales instead of just a single check. It is licensing the idea instead of selling it. Specify in the license agreement a minimum level of production, and that the company will provide you with copies of sales reports to ensure that the royalties calculations are correct.

Keeping Long-Term Relationships

If you, the creator can’t follow up on an idea yourself but want to stay associated with it, in an advisory role, with influence on things like the product price or how the brand should grow, there are a couple of strategies to take. First, they could find partners, or an existing company, to connect. The partners provide the funding for the enterprise and manage the daily operations, while the inventor sticks to the big picture.

Of course, there’s a trade-off here. Since the originators aren’t putting up any money to get the business going, they might have to forfeit the payment and consider it the cost of getting a bigger stake and continuing role. At the inception, they can also expect to spend more time assisting with everyday things like recruiting efforts and ensuring the patent filing correctly before moving into a behind-the-scenes role.

Originators who go this route run the risk of getting set aside as the company grows and more people come on board. Be sure to reach an agreement that spells out their title and role.

The other option for keeping long-term tabs on an idea: Instead of finding partners who fund the venture, you, the inventor provides the capital and hires employees who run the nuts and bolts of the business. The creator owns the company and directs the strategies, and the workers do everything else.

Consider that inventors that put up money and find people to hire, and they risk losing their cash if the business fails. But if they do it correctly, they have a much stronger hold over their idea that otherwise would if partners pay for everything, but they don’t put the time and effort that small-business founders usually face.

Giving the Idea Away

This option can be appealing to people who care about the idea more than the money, like an educational or medical product that will help lots of people, or merely a concept that passionate the inventor.

Inventors are the best steward of their creation, even if they aren’t willing to build a company around it at this moment. No one else has the passion that you have for the business, who originally conceived the idea.

With time, involuntary entrepreneurs might be able to figure out what’s stopping them from launching the company. Waiting for the kids to finish college, maybe? Are they hesitant because they need to correct any problems with it? Once identified the obstacles, they can decide a timeline to work them out.

Note that there’s a time limit for anyone seeking to protect an idea through a patent. Also, someone else may come up with the same concept in the meantime. And, not every idea gets better with age and may become obsolete, or the problem it solves may disappear.

All these principles apply to your ideas and the ideas generated by other’s who are not interested in pursuing them.

The Science

Artificial intelligence or AI is the intelligence manifested by machines. The field of AI research describes itself as the study of “intelligent agents”: any mechanism that recognizes its environment and realizes operations that maximize its likelihood of success at some goal. The term “artificial intelligence” is applied when a machine simulates “cognitive” functions that humans correlate with other human minds, such as “learning” and “problem-solving” (known as Machine Learning). As machines become increasingly capable, mental facilities once thought to require intelligence no longer apply. For example, optical character recognition (OCR) is no longer part of the field of “artificial intelligence,” having become a conventional technology. Capacities currently classified as AI are the understanding of human speech, competing at a high level in strategic game systems like Chess and Go, self-driving cars, intelligent routing in content delivery networks, and interpreting complex data.

AI research divides into fields that focus on specific problems or specific approaches or the use of a particular tool or to satisfy individual applications.

The fundamental problems of AI research include learning, reasoning, planning, knowledge, natural language processing, perception and the ability to control and manipulate objects. General intelligence is one of the field’s long-term goals. Approaches include statistical methods, computational intelligence, and traditional illustrative AI.

AI is composed of many tools, including search and mathematics, logic, probability, and economics. The AI field originates from computer science, mathematics, psychology, linguistics, philosophy, neuroscience and artificial psychology.

The field originated on the claim that “we understand human intelligence so precisely that a machine can be made to simulate it.” The philosophical arguments about the nature of our mind and the ethics of creating artificial entities capable of human-like intelligence, issues which have been explored by myth, fiction and philosophy for ages. Some people also think AI is a danger to humanity if it progresses uncontrollably. Attempts to create artificial intelligence have encountered many setbacks, including the ALPAC report of 1966, the abandonment of perceptrons in 1970, the Lighthill Report of 1973, the second AI winter 1987–1993 and the collapse of the Lisp market in 1987.

In the twenty-first century, AI techniques, both “hard” and “soft,” have experienced a resurgence following concurrent advances in computer power, sizes of training sets, and theoretical understanding, and AI techniques have become an essential part of the technology industry, helping to solve many challenging problems in computer science.

Many researchers believe that all this will eventually be incorporated into a machine with artificial general intelligence, combining all the skills above and exceeding human abilities at most or all of them. A few believe that anthropomorphic features like artificial consciousness or an artificial brain may be necessary for such a project.

Many problems require the full development of general intelligence. For example, even a straightforward, specific task like machine translation requires that the machine read and write in both languages, follow the author’s reasoning, know what the topic is, and faithfully reproduce the author’s intention human-like social intelligence; this is an example of “AI-complete.” To reach human-level performance for machines, one must solve all the problems.

Online marketing with artificial intelligence allows us to drive better results through more quantified and automated strategies. More companies than ever; Google, Facebook, a little crafting business are turning to AI to improve their trade and marketing tactics.

AI technology works across all industries. Not too long ago, everyone was talking about how to collect big data. Businesses projections to have more information about the industry, customers, and employee performance like never before.

While piles of data are impressive, creating hypotheses, understanding, and creating algorithms to sort that data is a difficult and human-dependent job. A good mathematician can model one set of data per week, but AI technology can model thousands every day, seven days a week!

By now, most industries have the means of collecting customer data and are just starting to use AI to streamline their processes.

For example, in the medical field, patients answer questions about their health, and a robot analyzes their history, symptoms, and external conditions to provide a very accurate list of likely diagnoses. It also provides the calculated probability of each diagnosis, describing steps that the doctor should take to confirm it. Health-care enterprises plan to spend more than $6 billion on AI development through 2021.

Tech Giants Are Investing in AI. Companies like Facebook and Google are using similar robots to the ones in the health-care industry. Google’s RankBrain AI uses machine learning to determine what search results you want. Facebook uses AI to create customer service chat bots in its Messenger platform.

Of course, AI is cheaper than hiring individual developers and mathematicians in the long run and achieve a better user experience increases traffic and thus advertising dollars.

What do customers have to say about businesses’ harnessing their data and using AI to help their experience? Not much.

This is a partial list of current applications of AI in Internet marketing:

  • Recommendations and content curation
  • Search engines
  • Preventing fraud and data breaches
  • Social semantics
  • Website design
  • Product pricing
  • Predictive customer service
  • Ad targeting
  • Speech recognition
  • Language recognition
  • Customer Segmentation
  • Sales forecasting
  • Image recognition
  • Content generation
  • Bots, and messengers

Google, Microsoft’s Cortana, Apple’s Siri, and all the search algorithms out there today prove that robots are the first point of contact for marketers trying to reach consumers. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be a marketer’s best allied. Robots, unlike people, are consistent. They are good at tracking and delivering high-quality results that save us time, money and effort. Robots ultimately answer to us, making them able helpers upon which we can increasingly rely.

You can find these video presentations (www.hits1k.com/products-and-services/what-do-we-do/) that explain the principles of how AI can produce a significant number of leads for any business.

The Product

Nowadays most businesses need to have a website to be competitive, including bricks and mortar businesses. Unhappily, many of them have no idea what they need to have on their website to improve their business and increase their sales.

An Easy-To-Find Site

There’s no purpose in having a website if no one can find it. You can spend all your time and money building a professional site, but if you aren’t doing anything to advertise it, then it’s just a waste. The initial step in creating an easy-to-find website is to choose a domain name that makes sense. Don’t try to be too clever, just use your business name because that’s what people will search for, you also need to put your website address on business cards, signs, ads, uniforms, email signatures, etc.; to inform people about it.

The next thing is to get your site in the search engines, so when people search using keywords related to your business, they find you. You’ll need to put these keywords throughout the content of your site and work on building back links to move your site up the listings. A different way to make your site visible is to display on search engines like Google’s Pay-Per-Click advertising (Google’s system is called Adwords, but it can be quite expensive). This cost-effective system displays your ad when someone searches for a related keyword, and you only pay for space if they click on your link and visit your website.

Bring people from your advertising and promotions directly to your site, and entice further attention to your offers to increase its effectiveness.

Ways To Capture Details Of Leads

Somebody that browses your site is just a visitor, but if you can obtain their contact information and add them to your database, they convert to lead that you can hopefully turn into a customer. What are you doing to catch the particulars of these visitors? You need to be doing different things to get them to give you their information. You will have to give them something in return for their name and email address; no one gives out their data over the internet for free anymore. Something that is relevant and valuable to them, and it is prominent on your website so they can find it. Here are some ideas:

Everyone loves an opportunity to win something for free, so organize a contest on your site with a prize that will attract them to submit their name and email address to enter.

Write an ebook on a topic you master, then make it available for download on your website in exchange for the name and email address.

Newsletters are an effective way to build your database, place an eye-catching newsletter sign-up form on all the pages of your website for visitors to fill in their details and join your mailing list.

Opportunities To Demonstrate Your Expertise:

People are more inclined to become customers of your company if they believe you are an expert in your industry. You need to prove your talents, expertise, and knowledge on your websites so you can attract people and convert them to paying customers with your reputation and know-how. Well-written content is a great start, but it’s not enough; you need something that will make you shine from the crowd. Here are some tactics:

Tips and “did you know”: displaying interesting facts and helpful tips around your website can be a wonderful way to engage your visitors and keep them reading your site; this is also a very effective strategy for putting yourself as an expert and educating them on what you offer.

Articles: you probably have a vast industry knowledge and fabulous ideas in your head, put some of them into articles to educate and help your customers. Writing regular items and displaying them on your site or in your newsletters will demonstrate that you know your stuff and like to help people at the same time.

Testimonials: people love buying from people, so putting stories from real customers on your site is an outstanding way to show how good your business is and that you are the expert. Testimonials work well in your shopping cart area where prospects are making a purchase decision, prominently if they are specific about how you or your business helped the customer.

Run free workshops to educate your potential clients in your area of expertise through informative seminars is a very powerful strategy. Send out an email that makes it easy for your customers to book online.

Podcasts, video and audio recordings of information to demonstrate your expertise further; this is a great strategy if your target market is technologically savvy.

Blogs: run a diary, with frequent updates of information and news, they are also effective to bring people back to your site and increase your traffic.

A New Way To Share Your Success Stories

Testimonials are an excellent tool for showing how great your business is. However, it can sometimes be difficult to get positive testimonials from your customers so you might end up with lots of repetitive messages like “I’m so happy with your products” testimonials which aren’t too useful. A great way around this is that you write the success anecdotes about your customers yourself and then get them to approve them. By writing a story, you can concentrate on what the client’s problem was and explain in-depth how you provided a solution for them. You can make it fascinating using pictures and quotes and even link the page directly to the products that the client used, making it a great sales tool. People love to read about other individuals or businesses similar to theirs and can easily associate it with your services in the form of a story.

Something To Make People Return To Your Site Often

Most visitors won’t buy right away; it may take several exposures to a business before a person buys from them. Implement strategies that will draw people back to your site regularly so you can work on converting them into customers. For people to return to your site, it needs to be interesting, engaging, and offer something more than just knowledge about your products. You need to keep yourself at the top of their mind with promotions. Here are some ideas to get people coming for more:

Blog: these days, everyone from celebrities to children has a blog. A blog is just an online diary where the owner can write anything they choose, and readers can leave comments. A successful business blog includes information that will help the readers, news about your firm is good, but people won’t return to read it except if there’s something in it for them. Try writing advice, articles, how-to guides and business information about your area of expertise and knowledge.

A forum is an excellent way for you to interact with you clients and also for them to interact with each other. Post stories, ideas, and advice once a week and encourage the members to discuss it? If the content is compelling enough, people will keep coming back.

Newsletters are a regular way of putting your business in front of your prospects, rather than relying on them to get back to your website themselves. Just the newsletter itself will put your business at the top of their mind, but if you place lots of links to your site throughout the bulletin, you can push traffic there. A great tactic is to have a short snippet of articles in the actual email, then a link to your website to “read more.”

RSS Feeds are a way for your customers and prospects to keep up-to-date with your business. They subscribe to the feed of your blog and articles to get notified every time you add new content and can come to your site to read it.

Increase The Value For Your Clients

The reason why seven out of the ten clients left your business because they believed you didn’t care, it costs 6-8 times more to attract new customers than it does to keep your current patrons, so it is important to look at how you can retain your buyers and keep them happy.

Communicate with them often, news, industry updates, and advice that interest them; individual messages on their birthdays and anniversaries; ask them what they think of your services and products with surveys; invite them to special events. All these strategies will keep your business at the top of their mind and improve your relationship with them.

Make it easy for them to trade with you. Set up a secure client back-end area to your site that they access via a customer login, with standard forms, tips, and forums that make it easy for them to log in and obtain the information they need. Create a client-only ordering system that shows your products and prices, set up a ticketing system to manage your queries.

A Way To Facilitate Sales

The primary goal of any enterprise is to sell. Your website can be an excellent tool for this, even if your products sell offline. If you can sell your product over the internet, you need a shopping cart on your site that is professional and accounts for a pleasant experience. Many shopping carts come with inventory control systems to make it hassle-free for you to sell online.

But if you are a bricks and mortar business, you can facilitate sales using your website like appointments and information to make it easy for them to contact and find you! Put your address, a map, phone numbers, and an email form to facilitate the connection, have an online order form if that is feasible in your case, and have lots of calls-to-action to motivate people to make the step from “visitor” to “buyer.” Showcase some of your best products to entice them to come in. Keep a special “web only” deals, where prospects can print a voucher or coupon and get a discount or reward when they come into your store.

Technology To The Rescue

Our current level of technology enables us to, if not do it all, do most of these tasks millions of times faster and assist you with the small number you will still need to perform to make them quicker and better.

Technology, particularly the availability of big data coupled with artificial intelligence and a wide variety of digital marketing channels, offers substantial opportunity to make you a fantastic marketing professional.

Other technologies in online marketing like smartphones, CRM systems, and social media can aid marketers in reaching new and existing customers massively with minor effort.

Technology makes selling faster and more efficient by enabling businesses to promote products and broadcast messages to larger audiences faster. Technology transcends traditional boundaries to businesses and markets like geographical location and physical presence. Organizations once relied on friends, communities, and neighbors to purchase products and promote business, but technologies like computers, phones, and mobile electronic devices perform the same duties in shorter periods of time for much less money.

Technology facilitates marketing efforts for large but especially for small companies with smaller budgets that are local or international. Information technology enables businesses to market their goods and services globally, often faster, it takes to promote products via word of mouth or any traditional method. The AI science in this area may include the Internet, big data, engagement, lead capture, email, mailing lists and social media. The Internet being a globally interconnected computer network provides businesses, marketers, and marketing departments with a fast and cost-effective system of conducting business and completing sales transactions. With the Internet, the marketing activities of companies can be logged, tracked and researched, allowing departments to analyze trends and make nearly immediate improvements to productivity. With email, businesses can send mass messages to customers, promoting products and advertising sales, events, etc. Email reaches more buyers in a shorter period than traditional mail, making it an attractive option for promoting business growth, especially when AI system make them avoid the spam traps and read your messages.

Opportunity Details

You can start with no money!

Sure it is a lot easier if you have some capital to start your business, but with this company you don’t need to, you can start even if you do not have any money!

How did you ask? With sweat equity. Sweat equity is the ownership interest or increases in value generated as a direct result of your hard work. It is the preferred mode of building equity for cash-limited businesspeople in their start-up ventures, since they may be unable to contribute much financial capital to their enterprise.

Let’s talk after you study the entire chapter “Case Study.”
