Factors Respnsible For Acne
Testosterone or estrogen level or another hormonal imbalance is responsible for acne or pimples in men and women.
Although men have more testosterone level than women but the fluctuations in these type of hormones are responsible for acne in both genders.
Only hormones are not responsible for acne, it also causes by bacteria oils and even dead skin cells which keep on growing into our skins.
Now first talk about hormonal acne
the main hormones responsible for acne in the hormonal case is due to the fluctuations of androgens,
testosterone, DHEF and DHT. Even teenagers during their puberty also face hormonal acne it is due to the reason of hormonal imbalance caused during the teen stage.

Now let’s discuss food to avoid acne:
It might seem usual to take dairy foods while growing, but the truth is you should avoid eating dairy foods when you see the signs of acne, these dairy foods cause hormonal imbalance, especially during puberty age and it enhances the growth of acne. So stop eating dairy foods like milk cheese etc.
Anything from doughnuts, cookies, cakes contains sugar and it is also responsible for hormonal imbalance in our body. Sugar-containing foods greatly influence our hormonal fluctuation and which results in acne. When we consume more sugar our blood sugar level increases dramatically, then our pancreas starts producing more insulin in order to reduce the blood sugar level in our blood. Also, when we consume sugar in large quantity it stimulates the estrogen which causes hormonal imbalance which results in acne.
So avoid sugar in your diet and it maintains hormone level in our body.
Foods like pizza, cereal, bread contain flour all these things should be reduced in our diet. All these foods have the similar effect as sugar does it also causes hormonal imbalance in our body which causes acne. Choose wholely grained products instead of refined.
4 Processed food
Pastries, chips, frozen foods, or canned foods are all come under this category and it should be avoided. Try eating natural foods instead of processed foods.

Foods to Eat to Cure Acene:
1 Vegetables :
Eat vegetables as much as you can because it is natural and organic and can be easily digested in our body. Foods like spinach contain chlorophyll, which cleanses bacteria and toxins from the digestive tract and blood stream. Spinach has lots of vitamin A which act as anti-acne agent. Any green leafy vegetable will work fine but it should be fresh.
Nuts contain selenium, vitamin E, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium and iron, which are all essential for healthy skin deficiency in this type of minerals causes acne enhancement.
3. Brown Rice
It contains vitamin B, protein, magnesium, and several antioxidants, vitamin B acts as a skin fighter and helps in maintaining the hormonal level in our body. It will help in prevention of breakouts and is very helpful to reduce acne.
It is a natural food which kills off many harmful bacteria and viruses our body fight for.Garlic also helps in fighting inflammation.
Broccoli contains vitamins A, B complex, C, E, and K. These antioxidants fight radical damage which will assist with the luminosity of our skin.
