It's not that the Buster gives you power, it's that it doesn't take it away. The Buster: Isn't another book that gives you advice or tells you what you should do to solve your problem. I'm sure you already have plenty of that. The outcome of which is usually disappointing or temporary in bringing about positive change. But rather, it's a process that aims to help you to remove whatever it is that has you trapped in life, so you are released to go forward once again. It aims to help you to release your own capacity to deal constructively with your life situation. It's a therapeutic process you work through. It's driven by a series of 5 unique and specifically designed techniques. It's easy to learn and to use. The Buster is ready to use. All you do, is start at the top of the process, follow the techniques and work your way through. It's as simple as that. It can be used over and over again, any time at all. As many times as you need to when you feel stuck in life, when you feel you're not moving forward. For example, when you: Feel depression, anxiety, stress, unmotivated, emerge.
