Special Banana Awesomeness

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

• One peeled and halved orange

• 2 cups of orange juice

• 2 to three peeled and halved bananas

• Twelve frozen strawberries

• Two peeled and halved kiwis

Directions

1. First place the blade assembly in the pitcher.

2. Now you should add the strawberries, bananas, orange, kiwis, and blueberries into the pitcher.

3. Then add in the 2 cups of orange juice.

4. Twist the cap on.

5. Secure the pitcher onto the base.

6. Pulse 3 times.

7. Set the speed to ten.

8. Start the blender.

9. Blend for at least forty to forty two seconds.

Ultra Cool Orange Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup coarsely sliced mint leaves

• Sugar to taste

• 1/2 cup milk

• Half cup orange juice

• 1/2 to one cup raspberries

• 1 cup ice

Steps:

1. At first, blend the leafy greens & liquids first (if there’s any) at low speed

2. Then you should add the fruits & harder chunks. Blend at slow speed

3. Move to medium speed until you see a vortex forming. Continue blending

4. Blend at high speed.

Yield: Two to three cups

Fantastic Apple Pumpkin Frape

What you need:

• Half apple preferably Fuji cored with skin on

• 1 packet of stevia to taste

• 2 to three tbsp. Dried cranberries

• 1/2 to one teaspoon cinnamon

• Ice

• One cup pumpkin puree

• 1 cup almond milk

Steps:

1. First blend the leafy greens & liquids first (if there’s any) at low speed for two min.

2. Now you should add the fruits & harder chunks. Blend at slow speed for half minute.

3. Then move to medium speed until you see a vortex forming. Continue blending for three min.

4. Blend at high speed for 2 min.

Yield: Two to three cups

Amazing Banana Smoothie with Oats

What you need

• 1/2 cup yoghurt (low fat)

• 1/2 cup skimmed milk

• One cup ice cubes

• 1 to 1 & 1/2 banana (ripe)

• Two to 3 tsp flaxseeds

• ¼ cup rolled oats

Preparation

1. First peel and then cut the banana into slices.

2. Add skimmed milk, rolled oats, banana slices, flaxseeds and yoghurt in a blending jar.

3. Blend for around thirty two seconds.

4. Now add ice cubes and blend again thoroughly.

5. Try this smoothie for breakfast.

Mind blowing Blueberry Smoothie

What you need

• Vanilla yogurt (1 cup)

• Fresh blueberries (3/4 cup, rinsed and cleaned)

• Blueberry juice cocktail (one to two cups, chilled)

Directions

1. First blend blueberries and juice cocktail in a blender or mixer and give few pulses till totally smooth.

2. Now combine yogurt and blend again until the yogurt mixes well.

Overall Time: Seven minutes

Stunning Kale Awesomeness

What you need

• Banana (1 to two cut into chunks)

• Almond milk (1 cup, or required accordingly)

• Frozen pineapple chunks (1 to two cups)

• Kale (one cup, sliced)

Directions

1. First of all, mix banana, pineapple, kale and almond milk to the blender and blend until smooth.

2. Now pour within glasses and serve.

Overall Time: 12 minutes

Refreshing Garlicky Fennel and Kale Smoothie

What you need

• Half lemon, peeled

• Two kale leaves

• One to 2 tsp celery seeds

• One cucumber, quartered

• 1/4 to half bulb fennel with greens

• One clove garlic, peeled

• Eight basil leaves

• One sprig parsley

How to prepare

1. First place entire items in a blender container. Put lid on tightly.

2. Pulse until smoothie consistency is reached.

3. Now serve in 3 chilled glasses.

Ready in about thirteen min

Serves- Two to three

Legendary Lime Green Delight

Ingredients

• 1 green bell pepper, de-stemmed

• Two lettuce leaves

• 1 cup spinach

• One carrot with greens

• Three to five kale leaves

• One lime, peeled

• 1 cucumber, quartered

Method of preparation

1. First, pulse the kale, spinach, lettuce, and lime. Then, add cucumber, pepper, and carrot.

2. If necessary, add a bit of water (approximately 1/2 of a cup).

3. Now pour within 3 glasses and then you can serve.

Ready in approximately 13-14 minutes

Servings 2 to 3

Super Mega Mixed Smoothie

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup strawberries, capped

• 1 mango, pitted and peeled

• 1/4 cup water

• 1/2 lime, peeled

• 1 avocado, pitted and peeled

• Pinch cilantro

Instructions:

1. First you should add entire items to your blender, and puree till it reaches the desired consistency.

2. Since there are no flavors to hide, you may want to leave this one a bit chunky to get the satisfaction of chewing.

Yield: Approximately two to three cups.

Magical Papaya Smoothie with Ginger

Ingredients

• 2 to three cup papaya chunks

• 1 to two teaspoon ginger, grated

• 1 cup ice cubes

• 2/3 cup yoghurt

• 22 mint leaves

• 2 lemons

• 1 to two tsp honey

Preparation

1. First add low fat yoghurt, lemon juice, grated ginger, papaya chunks and 16-18 min leaves in an electronic blending jar.

2. Blend till smooth.

3. Now you should add the ice cubes and blend again thoroughly.

4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves while serving.

5. Try this smoothie as an appetizer.

Beautiful Pumpkin Juice

Ingredients

• 1/4 avocado, pitted and peeled

• One carrot

• 1/8 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1 to two sweet potato

• Half cup pumpkin

• Half cup almond milk, soy milk, or skim milk

Directions

1. First cut the sweet potato within 1-inch pieces.

2. Juice the carrots and sweet potatoes first, followed by the pumpkin.

3. You may also enjoy adding cinnamon to this juice as well to give it a bit of spice.

Yield: approximately 3 to 4 cups.

Tasty Small Smoothie

Ingredients

• Frozen Blueberries (1/4 cup)

• Yogurt (1/4 cup)

• Rice milk (1/8 cup)

• Frozen peach pieces (3/4 cup)

• Banana (1 large)

• All fruit blueberries syrup (2 to three tablespoon)

Directions

1. Start with mixing Rice milk, frozen peach slices, blueberries syrup, yogurt, frozen blueberries and banana and blend them.

2. Then pour into glasses and serve this yummy smoothie.

Yummy Sunny Clean Smoothie

What you need:

• 3 medium broccoli florets, sliced & frozen

• Half cup fresh orange juice

• One to two apple, preferably Fuji apples cored & chopped

• 1 cup spinach

• 1/4 cup fresh carrot juice

• One cup kale shredded ribs removed

• ¼ cup cucumber, peeled deseeded & sliced

• Half to one banana, peeled, sliced, & frozen

Steps:

1. First of all, blend the leafy greens & liquids first (if there’s any) at low speed

2. Combine the fruits & harder chunks. Blend at slow speed

3. Move to medium speed until you see a vortex. Then continue blending

4. Blend at high speed

Yield: Two to three cups

Insane Sweet Potato Awesomeness

What you need

• 1/2 to one tsp cinnamon

• 1 cup almond milk

• 1/4 papaya, seeded and peeled

• One small sweet potato

• One carrot

• 1/4 to half tsp ground cloves

Steps:

1. First cut the sweet potato within 1-inch cubes.

2. Pulse the sweet potato, and papaya, carrot, then you should add the cinnamon and cloves to the juice.

3. Whisk lightly.

4. You are surely going to enjoy it!!.

Quantity: About three to four cups.

Superb Strawberry Banana Combo Delight Smoothie

What you need

• Banana (1 large)

• Ice cream (1 to 2 cup)

• Apple (one cup)

• Strawberries (1 cup, fresh)

• Milk (1/2 cup)

• Ice cubes (2 cups)

• Fresh peaches (1 cup)

Directions

1. First of all, mix all items like milk, fresh peaches, ice cubes, ice cream apple, banana and strawberries and blend them well.

2. Pour within glasses and serve.

Stunning Vegetable and Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

• One green apple, cored and quartered

• Half cup water

• Two to three kiwis, peeled

• 1 cup cabbage

• Two cups baby spinach

How to prepare

1. Combine the ingredients to your blender, two at a time, in the order of priority listed above, pulsing between additions.

2. Once all items have been added, process till smooth, stirring the mixture as necessary.

3. Divide among three glasses. Garnish with some extra kiwi slices if desired.

Delicious Sweet Potato and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

• 1/2 cucumber, quartered

• Two cups spinach

• Alfalfa sprouts for garnish

• One carrot with greens

• 1/2 to 1 sweet potato

• 1 clove garlic

• Half cup water

Instructions

1. At first, add garlic, carrot, place potato, spinach, cucumber and water in your blender.

2. Mix till smooth and uniform. Then you should add ice if needed.

3. Pour into two glasses and garnish with alfalfa sprouts if desired.

Ready in approximately twelve min

Serves-One to two

Great Pear and Yoghurt Smoothie

What you need

• One & 1/2 low fat yoghurt

• Two to three teaspoon protein powder

• ¾ cup ice cubes

• One banana

• Half to 1 cup pear

Preparation

1. First peel the banana and pear and cut them.

2. Take an electronic blending jar and mix banana, pear, low fat yoghurt and protein powder.

3. Blend on high speed so that the ingredients get pureed well.

4. Combine ice cubes and give a quick blend.

5. Make sure that the ice cubes are mixed smoothly.

6. Your smoothie is ready.

Simple Omega Cantaloupe Smoothie

What you need:

• 3 to 4 tbsps sugar or stevia,

• One cup ice

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 2 cups shredded cantaloupe

• ¼ cup cucumber, peeled deseeded & sliced

• 1/2 cup water

Steps:

1. First blend the leafy greens & liquids at low speed

2. Then combine the fruits & harder chunks. Blend at slow speed

3. Move to medium speed until you see a vortex. Then continue blending

4. Blend at high speed

Yield: Two to three cups

Fine Mango and Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

• One cup carrot juice

• Half cup ice cubes

• 1 to 2 mango (peeled and shredded)

• A pinch nutmeg powder

Preparation

1. First mix shredded mango and carrot juice in a blending jar.

2. Blend till smooth.

3. Now you should add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and ice and blend again till entire items are mixed well.

4. If you are using frozen mango, do not add ice to the smoothie.

5. Now serve it for breakfast or as an evening snack.

Uber Cool Melon smoothie

What you need

• Lime (one, juiced)

• Sugar (two to 3 tbsp)

• Cantaloupe (1/4 peeled, cubed and seeded)

• Honeydew melon (1/4 peeled, cubed and seeded)

Direction

1. First add sugar, honeydew, lime juice, cantaloupe in a blender and give it few high speed pulses until smoothie.

2. Now pour into the glasses and now serve yummy smoothie.

Overall Time: Seven minutes

Easy peasy Sea Smoothie

Ingredients

• Orange juice (1/4 cup)

• Banana (one large)

• Maple syrup (4 to 5 teaspoon)

• Yogurt (1/4 cup)

• Eggnog (one cup)

• Brown sugar (4 to 5 teaspoon)

• Ice cubes (nine)

Directions

1. First add entire items and blend for four minutes till they get wholly blend.

2. Pour into glasses and now you can serve.

Royal Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

• Fat free yogurt (1/2 cup)

• Fresh raspberries (one cup)

• Honey (1 to 2 teaspoon)

• Ice cubes (two cups)

• Banana (one large, cut into chunks)

• Orange juice (1 cup)

Directions

1. First add all the ingredients in the bowl and blend until smoothie.

2. Then pour within glasses and serve.

Overall Time: 6 minutes

Out of the world Honey Smoothie

What you need

• One cup of crushed ice

• 1/2 cup of milk

• 1 to two tablespoon Honey

• One cup of honey dew melon, cut into chunks

• Half to 1 tsp of lime juice

• 1 fresh mint leaf

How to prepare

1. Blend within blender of choice and blend until smooth.

Perfect Soy Milk Smoothie

What you need

• 2 to 3 teaspoon honey

• 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen)

• Half cup soy milk (vanilla)

• Half cup banana

• ¼ to 1/2 cup carrot juice

• 1/2 cup pineapple, cubes

• Half to one cup orange juice

Preparation

1. First of all, blend pineapple cubes, orange juice, raspberries, soy milk, banana and carrot juice in a blending jar.

2. Blend until all the items are pureed.

3. You must now serve this smoothie immediately after preparing it.

4. You may have this smoothie for your breakfast.
