The Bible’s Book of Revelation was written by Apostle John while he was exiled on the Isle of Patmos which is located near the western coast of Turkey. At the time of John’s writing that area was known as Asia. The seven churches to which John wrote those letters were closely grouped on the western part of that area. Those seven churches were: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.

Many believe these seven letters were written only for the benefit and aid of those seven churches. However, many words were given to John that totally discount this idea; those letters were actually addressed to those churches, but more importantly for churches and people who would come later; much later. A closer reading of all the words make this point clear; crystal clear, as described in Chapter 4, verse 6:

“And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.”

In coded words this suggests that those beasts could see before and behind, the future and the past, crystal clear. Of course these were not descriptions of actual beasts. John uses the metaphor of beast to describe many things throughout Revelation that would have no other description; such as a condition, an idea, or an entity. In this case he chose the metaphor of beasts. Now, let’s return to the message.

Although the letters are addressed to the seven churches, the messages in those letters serve two purposes. First is to specify and pin-point the things Christ deemed most important to all Christians and Jews. In effect, these letters acted as a table of contents. If this were not true, then why were more specific events presented in the later chapters of Revelation that described events after their time? Second, the letters were to remind everyone to pay attention; and to understand the things written, because they are very important. This admonition is given many times, beginning in the third verse of the first chapter:

“Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophesy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” Then verse 19 adds: “Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter.”

Another great clue that the Words are for all churches, and not just the specific church to which each letter is addressed, comes from Words at the end of each letter. The conclusions for each letter will be listed here individually:

Ephesus: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”

Smyrna: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.”

Pergamos: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man koweth saving he that reveiveth it.”

Thyatira: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

Sardis: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

Philadelphia: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

Laodicea: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

Although much of the information in the letters was different, that information applies to all churches, people, of today. The ending of each letter also makes it clear that these letters are written to ‘the churches’ not just to that specific church addressed.

The greatest clue that confirms the idea that these letters were not written just to these seven churches is the information presented throughout the remainder of revelation. One example is that presented in Chapter 13, verses 13-14, in describing miracles by the second beast:

“And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;”

This was a future event and time for which members of those seven churches would have no comprehension. In John’s vision, he saw aircraft and drones firing bullets and missiles from the sky. He could only describe what he saw as ‘miracles’ since he would have no cognition of anything such as an aircraft. Members of those churches would have no need for this information, since they would have no way to interpret these meanings. This information would have thoroughly confused them; those who could even read at that time.

The letters basically act as the table of contents for the main points of revelation. The main message in Revelation is that there will be a great war; and that war will be based on Satan’s challenge to God. Satan’s challenge will be initiated and performed by those identified in those letters; the basic and fundamental purpose for John’s writing of Revelation as he heard those words and described those visions.

So, who are those appointed by Satan to do his bidding to remove God from heaven, as he swore to do in Chapter 10, verse 6:

“And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer.”

This answer will be given in the next chapter. It describes those who worship a false prophet created by Satan. His name is Muhammad. Let’s identify the clues that point to this conclusion.

Chapter 1

False Faces

Satan couldn’t challenge God directly, so he had to create a plan to attack Him through subtlety, blasphemy, and falsehood. God knew of Satan’s plan, so he gave John the Words to warn the world of this coming horror. He planted these clues in those seven letters. The first begins in verse 2 in that letter to the church at Ephesus:

“I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars;”

Why was this notice written at that time; to that church at Ephesus? That was the time when Christians, especially Christ’s apostles, were being persecuted and crucified. John had been exiled to Patmos; while Paul and Timothy were sent on to Rome to be crucified and beheaded. Timothy was crucified, but Paul was not. Since Paul had been ‘Saul of Tarsus’ he was a Roman citizen; Rome didn’t crucify its citizens. It would have been very unwise at that time for someone to claim they were an apostle, who was not. It would have most certainly meant death. Therefore, this falsehood pointed to a later time; a time when Christians and Jews were protected.

The next similar caution of falseness is presented in the letter to the church at Smyrna. It’s written in verses 9-10:

“I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

Two things are referenced in these verses. First mentions the word ‘blasphemy.’ Probably the greatest blasphemy that’s ever been created or exhibited is that by Islam, through Muhammad. Muhammad claimed he was the one true prophet of God; that Jesus was not the Son of God, but only a minor prophet such as Moses. This blasphemy made Muhammad not only an antichrist; but instead ‘the’ antichrist. He gave himself that title by his words and deeds.

The falsehood is that Islam claims to be one of the Abrahamic religions; along with Jews and Christians. They claim they are descended from Abraham, through Ishmael. This has been proven to be a false claim many times, even by Muslim researchers. It’s also been proven that Muhammad was descended from people on Arab lands; not people from Jewish lands. This verse stipulates that they are liars as well as blasphemers. Information at this link below gives further evidence that Muhammad was not a descendant of Abraham or Ishmael. This is only one of many references to dispute that claim by Islam.

This article is titled ‘Is Mohammed a Descendent of Ishmael?’ written by Dr. Rafat Amari, that destroys that Muslim myth to justify its source:

“Muslims believe that Mohammed is a descendant of Ishmael. As proof of their position, Muslims refer to genealogies written around 770-775 A.D. by Ibn Ishak. (This was after the establishment of Islam.)

What he has written is simply not true. Ishmaelite tribes, especially the tribe of Nebaioth from which, according to Ibn Ishak, Mohammed is said to have come, were nomadic tribes who lived in the Sinai and Fertile Crescent deserts. These tribes disappeared after the 7th century B.C.

Mohammed’s family was a Sabaean Yemeni family, while the Ishmaelites, who lived in the deserts of the Fertile Crescent, became extinct many centuries before Mohammed’s family left Yemen.

Historians say that the family of Mohammed was a family which lived in Saba-Yemen. In the 5th century A.D., Qusayy Bin Kilab, the 8th ancestor of Mohammed, gathered an alliance of many Yemeni families forming Quraish, the tribe from which Mohammed later came. These families only came to occupy Mecca in the 5th century A.D. The city of Mecca was built by the tribe of Khuzaa’h in the 4th century A.D.

Mohammed’s family is not connected to any Ishmaelite tribe because Mohammed’s family didn’t leave Yemen until the 5th century A.D., and that’s about 1,100 years after the Ishmaelites disappeared. Mohammed’s tribe could not have lived in the same locations as the Ishmaelite tribes at any time throughout history.

The genealogy fabricated by Ibn-Ishak contradicts the sayings of Mohammed, who expressed his ignorance about his ancestors prior to his 17th ancestor.

Ibn Ishak was considered by the Muslim scholars of his time as being guilty of forgery and fabricating false genealogies.

Long before Ibn Ishak, Muslims who lived in Mohammed’s own time also fabricated genealogies in an attempt to connect Mohammed to the descendants of Ishmael. Mohammed, himself, rejected all of these false genealogies, and he put limits regarding the genealogy of his ancestors. Regarding Mohammed’s own rejection of the false genealogies, Amru bin al-As wrote:

‘Mohammed genealogized himself regarding his ancestors until he reached al-Nather bin Kinaneh, then he said, “anyone who claimed otherwise or added further ancestors, has lied.’

By this, Mohammed confessed that neither he, nor anyone else, knew about his ancestors beyond al-Nather bin Kinaneh. Nather bin Kinaneh is the 17th ancestor in the genealogy which Mohammed recognized as true. Other narrations of the customs, or sayings, of Mohammed, called Hadiths, show Mohammed refused to be genealogized prior to Maad, who some suggested was the 4th ancestor prior to al-Nather bin Kinaneh.

When we look at the ancestors of Mohammed, it’s reasonable to estimate 30 years for each generation of the 17 ancestors of Mohammed. Therefore, we can conclude that Mohammed knew about the genealogy of his tribe as far back as about 510 years. If we want to add the other four ancestors that Mohammed listed, we would go back 630 years. The truth is, nobody knew beyond such date. How, then, could Ibn Ishak and his followers reliably document a genealogy back to Ishmael, who lived in 2050 B.C.?

This gives approximately 2000 years between the 21st ancestor of Mohammed and Ishmael. How could Ibn Ishak claim the Ishmaelites lived in Mecca during this period and give details about their history when Mohammed himself said that nobody knew about his relatives prior to his 17th or 21st ancestor? Mecca was not even in existence during this period, as we have clearly demonstrated. Ibn Ishak’s genealogy contradicts Mohammed’s own claims that he did not know his ancestors farther back than al-Nather bin Kinaneh, the 17th ancestor before himself.

All the genealogies that appeared at the time of Mohammed were considered by Mohammed and his close followers to be false.

Many versions of Hadith of Mohammed coming from the followers of Mohammed all report that Mohammed opposed to be genelogized until Ishmael. All his closest contemporaries and followers considered the genealogies appearing at his time to be false. Among the people who reported Mohammed’s opposition to such genealogies were his wife, Aisheh, and his cousin, Ibn Abbas, one of the most important reporters of Mohammed’s Hadith. Ibn Ishak went against what all these people had said by creating genealogies which connect the ancestors of Mohammed with Ishmael.

Ibn Ishak altered the genealogies listed by Moses in Genesis; he inserted Arabic names from his time and contradicted the history regarding Amalek.

The fabrication went beyond this. The genealogies created by Ibn Ishak and others who came after him inserted Arabic names into the genealogies which we find in Genesis. For example, Ibn Ishak inserted the Arabic name “Ya’rab,” which comes from the word “Arab,” listing him as the son of “ Khahtan.” Ibn Ishak then replaced Khahtan for Joktan, mentioned in the book of Genesis as the son of Eber, the son of Arphaxad, and the third son of Shem, the son of Noah. We know that the term “Arab” didn’t exist until the 10th century B.C. How, then, could it be inserted into history shortly following Noah, perhaps around 5500 B.C.?

Ibn Ishak went still farther. He changed the name of Lud, the fourth son of Shem, to Luth. He then made Luth the father of Amalek, who fathered the Amalekites. He also claimed that Amalek and his tribe lived in Mecca, and he claimed that the ancient Egyptians were also descendants of Amalek. He then made Amalek’s original name “Arib,” just to connect him with the Arabs. Indirectly, through these false genealogies, Ibn Ishak claimed that Mecca existed at the time of Noah and his grandson, Lud. This directly contradicts the historical facts we examined before, showing that Mecca didn’t exist until the 4th century A.D.” End of article.

This is another article from The Encyclopedia of Islamic Myths, titled: Islam: Truth or Myth, which also provides evidence that Islamist’s claim of a Jewish heritage is false:

“The pure Arabs are those who claim to be descended from Joktan or Qahtan, whom the present Arabs regard as their principle founder…The ‘Arabu ‘l-Musta’ribah, the mixed Arabs, claim to be descended from Ishmael. they boast as much as the Jews of being reckoned the children of Abraham. This circumstance will account for the preference with which they uniformly regard this branch of their pedigree, and for the many romantic legends they have grafted upon it…The Arabs, in their version of Ishmael’s history, have mixed a great deal of romance with the narrative of Scripture.” (A Dictionary of Islam, pgs. 18-19)

“Muhammad was not informed about the family of Abraham.” (Encyclopedia of Islam) I: 184. See also pages 544-546.

“There is a prevalent notion that the Arabs, both of the south and north, are descended from Ishmael; and the passage in Gen. xvi.12, “he (Ishmael) shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren,” is often cited as if it were a prediction of that national independence which, upon the whole, the Arabs have maintained more than any other people. But this supposition is founded on a misconception of the original Hebrew, which runs literally, “he shall before the faces of all his brethren,” i.e., (according to the idiom above explained, in which “before the face” denotes the east), the habitation of his posterity shall be “to the east” of the settlements of Abraham’s’ other descendants.

These prophecies found their accomplishment in the fact of the sons of Ishmael being located, generally speaking to the east of the other descendants of Abraham, whether of Sara or of Ketuah. But the idea of the southern Arabs being of the posterity of Ishmael is entirely without foundation, and seems to have originated in the tradition invented by Arab vanity that they, as well as the Jews, are of the seed of Abraham—a vanity which, besides disfiguring and falsifying the whole history of the patriarch and his son Ishmael, has transferred the scene of it from Palestine to Mecca.” (McClintock and Strong, Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological, and Ecclesiastical Literature, (Vol. I:339)

In the Qur’an, “Gen. 21.17-21…are identified with Mecca.” (The Concise Encyclopedia of Islam, p. 193). It also states that the Southern Arabs come from Qahtan, not Ishmael (p. 48).” End of article.

This article from Billionbibles.org, titled, ‘Allah Moon God’ explains more about that religion:

“Is Allah the God of the Bible, or is Allah the moon god of ancient pagan Arabia?

While “Allah” could refer to God literally, the Allah of Islam is the moon god of ancient pagan Arabia.

The Arabic word for “god” is “ilah”, while “al” is the Arabic for “the”. Therefore, “Allah” combines “al” with “ilah” and removes the “i”, to literally mean, “the god”.

But much like “YHWH/Yahweh/Jehovah” is the personal name of the God of the Bible, “Allah” was also the personal name given to the moon god, the highest of the 360 pagan idols worshipped in Mecca, Muhammad’s home town. What evidence is there that Islam’s “Allah” is the pagan moon god of ancient Mecca?

Consider what the pagan Arabians did to worship their moon god, Allah; they prayed while bowing towards K’abah, the “house of Allah” in Mecca that houses a meteorite – a stone from space – several times a day, visited it once a year, and walked around it several times during their visit. Kabah Hajj: To worship their Allah today:

Muslims pray bowing towards the K’abah in Mecca five times a day.

About two million Muslims visit Mecca every year and walk around the K’abah (the black cube, which is 40 feet tall, on the right).

The Muslim “holy” month of Ramadan starts at the sighting of a new crescent moon.

Perched atop churches across the world is the cross, the symbol of the sacrifice made by our God. Perched atop mosques across the world is the crescent moon, the symbol of Allah whom Muhammad chose as the god of Islam.

When confronted with the details above, Muslim typically re-assert that “Allah” still means “al” + “ilah” – i.e., “the” + “god” – and is same as the God of the Bible, not the moon god of pagan Mecca. They even point out that Arabic Christian Bibles uses “Allah” to refer to God.

The “Allah” in the current Arabic Christian Bibles is literally “the God” and does refer to the God of the Bible. Advise Muslims that if this is really the “Allah” they are worshipping, then they should stop bowing down toward a meteorite five times a day and the crescent moon should neither start their “holy” month of Ramadan nor top their mosques. If the Allah they are worshipping is the God of the Bible, then they should worship Him as the Bible instructs.” End of Billionbibles.org article.

Further, let’s consider Islam’s sacred building known as the Ka’aba in Mecca. Muhammad claimed it was built by Abraham. Could that be even remotely possible? An extract from an article at Wikiislam.net titled, ‘Worship at the Ka’aba’ helps answer this question:

“According to the hadith, the Ka’aba in Mecca was a center of idol-worship, with the Ka’aba housing 360 idols. According to Abdullah bin Masud: The Prophet entered Mecca and (at that time) there were three hundred-and-sixty idols around the Ka’aba. He started stabbing the idols with a stick he had in his hand and reciting: “Truth (Islam) has come and Falsehood (disbelief) has vanished.” Sahih Bukhari 3:43:658.

Prophet Muhammad discarded the 360 idols but retained for Islam, the Ka’aba with its Black Stone, justifying it with the claim that Abraham and Ishmael originally constructed it. However, there is no historical or archaeological evidence for the existence of the Ka’aba beyond a few hundred years before Muhammad’s lifetime. In fact, Muhammad’s own words disprove any connection he was attempting to make between Abraham, Ishmael and the Ka’aba.

The Qur’an says Abraham built it: Remember We made the House a place of assembly for men and a place of safety; and take ye the station of Abraham as a place of prayer; and We covenanted with Abraham and Isma’il, that they should sanctify My House for those who compass it round, or use it as a retreat, or bow, or prostrate themselves (therein in prayer). Qur’an 2:125

Muhammed says it was built 40 years prior to the Temple at Jerusalem: Narrated Abu Dhaar: I said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Which mosque was built first?” He replied, “Al-Masjid-ul-Haram.” I asked, “Which (was built) next?” He replied, “Al-Masjid-ul-Aqs-a (i.e. Jerusalem).” I asked, “What was the period in between them? He replied, forty years. Sahih Bukhari 4:55:636

The Temple at Jerusalem was built by Solomon around 958-951 BC. This implies that if Muhammad were to be believed, the Ka’aba must have been built approximately 998-991 BC. But Abraham lived around 2000 BC and both Abraham and Ishmael would have been dead by then.

If Muhammad is correct, then the Qur’an [and therefore Allah] is wrong. But if the Qur’an is correct in stating that Abraham and Ishmael built the Ka’aba, then Muhammad and the sahih hadith is wrong.

The Ka’aba has nothing to do with Abraham or Ishmael. It has a wholly pagan heritage. Egyptian Professor and foremost authority on Arabic literature, Dr. Taha Husayn, said the following: ‘The case for this episode is very obvious because it is of recent date and came into vogue just before the rise of Islam. Islam exploited it for religious reasons.’” End of Wikiislam.net article.

The words to the church at Pergamos take a different term, but nevertheless words of code. This letter points to worshiping idols, and fornication, in Chapter 2, verse 14:

“But I have a few things aginst thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.”

This is a brief description of the relationship between Balaam and Balac, titled: Balaam and Balak. It’s taken from this site:

“Balaam, son of Beor, was a prophet from Penthor, on the Euphrates River, and Balak, son of Zippor, was a king of Moab.

When Balak realized how many Israelites were camped east of the Jordan River, and how they had conquered the Amorites, he sent messengers to Balaam to come and put a curse of the Israelites, so he could drive them out of his land. Balaam saddled his donkey and started off with the messengers. But God, who had already told Balaam not to curse the Israelites, was angry with Balaam’s eager attitude, so he sent an angel to stand in the road to stop him. The donkey could see the angel (Balaam could not) and shied away. After Balaam beat the donkey, the Lord caused the donkey to speak, rebuking Balaam for beating him. God then allowed Balaam to see the angel. (100 Prophecies by George Konig and Ray Konig)

When Balaam realized he had sinned by traveling to Moab, he offered to go back home, but the angel told him to go on to Moab, and to say what the angel told him to say. When Balaam meets Balak, he blesses the Israelites instead of cursing them. Balak went into a rage, but Balaam reminded him that he could not go beyond the words of God. Balaam then prophesies to Balak on the future destruction of Moab and other surrounding countries, by Israel. Balaam and Balak then return to their homes. Later when Moses and the Israelites fought Sihon and the other Kings of Midian, Balaam was killed in the battle.

Balaam is mentioned in 2 Peter 2:15, and Jude, verse 11, as one who would do wrong for the love of money. In Revelation 2:14, God tells the church in Pergamos that Balaam taught Balak how to ruin the people of Israel, by involving them in sexual sin, and encouraging them to go to idol feasts. The events of Balaam and Balak are found in the Bible’s book called Numbers, chapters 22-24.” End.

This is the reference story about Balaam and Balak. The future inference to fornication and idol worship will be explained later. For now, we will refer to the letter to the church at Thyatira. The letter to Thyatira is more inclusive and detailed than the other letters pertaining to falsehoods, idols and fornication. The reference begins in Chapter 2, verse 20:

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21) And I gave her space to repent of her fornication, and she repented not. 22) Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation except they repent of their deeds.”

Again, this is another false prophet (prophetess) that leads others astray from the Words of God. This information also includes admonitions against eating food sacrificed unto idols and fornication. This will be explained at the end of this chapter, but the next verse is very important and will be the topic of the next chapter. It reads:

“And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.” This death of the children, here, is the introduction of associated deaths discussed in other parts of Revelation. For now, however, let’s continue with our current topic of falsehoods.

Let’s go next to the words to the church at Philadelphia. Chapter 3, verse 9:

“Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie, behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.”

Again, this is a reminder of a falsehood; a general falsehood that’s so great it fulfills most of the words in the Book of Revelation. It’s the general theme throughout those letters, acting as the table of contents for things to come. That table of contents ends with the letter to the church at Laodicea. However, that letter is somewhat different. Let’s examine what the applicable verse; Chapter 3, verse14 says:

“And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God.”

This is the last letter in the series of seven letters. While the other letters included words of falseness and deception; this letter made the final point that the words given to John were the words from the true God, the true Christ; not one of falsehood and deception. This was the exclamation mark that said God’s voice was the one to be believed and trusted.

In conclusion, most of the book of Revelation is based on and written about the attack of this falseness against the Word of God. The seven letters were written in different context to approach this message in different ways that it might be understood.

To summarize, these related messages form a code that must be broken, and it can be broken by realizing that these letters were written to everyone and anyone who seeks understanding about salvation and having his or her name firmly attached to that book of life at the end of time. The coded words are to remain faithful to the True One, and don’t get influenced by false ones to follow those false ones that lead to and are led by Satan. By understanding this; the code of the seven churches is broken.

Although the mention of the prophetess Jezebel in one of those letters is included in that message, Jezebel has a special code of her own. That will be examined next.

Chapter 2

The Code of Jezebel

When one hears the name Jezebel, that person instinctively thinks of the woman Jezebel in the Old Testament. So, who is this woman Jezebel who attracts attention? Wikipedia gives one brief answer:

“Jezebel, also spelled Jezabel (died c. 843 bc), in the Old Testament (Kings I and II), the wife of King Ahab, who ruled the kingdom of Israel; by interfering with the exclusive worship of the Hebrew god Yahweh, disregarding the rights of the common man, and defying the great prophets Elijah and Elisha, she provoked the internecine strife that enfeebled Israel for decades. She has come to be known as an archetype of the wicked woman.”

This article from britannica.com gives a more thorough answer:

“Jezebel was the daughter of the priest-king Ethbaal, ruler of the coastal Phoenician cities of Tyre and Sidon (modern Ayda, Lebanon). When Jezebel married Ahab (ruled c. 874–c. 853), she persuaded him to introduce the worship of the Tyrian god Baal-Melkart, a nature god.

A woman of fierce energy, she tried to destroy those who opposed her; most of the prophets of Yahweh were killed at her command. These cruel and despotic actions provoked the righteous wrath of Elijah; according to I Kings 17, he accurately prophesied the onset of a severe drought as divine retribution. Some time later, Elijah had the Baal priests slain after they had lost a contest with him to see which god would heed prayers to ignite a bull offering, Baal or Yahweh. When Jezebel heard of the slaughter, she angrily swore to have Elijah killed, forcing him to flee for his life (I Kings 18:19–19:3).

The last vicious act attributed to Jezebel is recorded in I Kings 21:5–16. Adjacent to Ahab’s palace was a vineyard, which he coveted; it belonged to a commoner, Naboth of Jezreel (an ancient city at the foot of Mt. Gilboa, probably the site of the modern Israeli settlement of the same name). When Naboth refused to part with his vineyard (“the inheritance of my fathers”), Jezebel falsely charged him with blaspheming “God and the king,” which led to Naboth’s death by stoning. Elijah confronted Ahab in the vineyard, predicting that he and all his heirs would be destroyed and that dogs in Jezreel would devour Jezebel.

A few years later, Ahab perished in battle with the Syrians. Jezebel lived on for approximately another ten years. Elijah’s successor, Elisha the prophet, equally determined to end Baal worship, had a military commander named Jehu anointed to be king of Israel, an act that provoked civil war, for Jezebel’s son Jehoram (Joram) then ruled. Jehu killed Jehoram at the site of Naboth’s property and then went to Jezebel’s palace. Expecting him, she adorned herself for the occasion. Looking down from her window, she taunted him, and Jehu ordered her eunuchs to throw her out the window. Later, when he commanded that she be properly buried as a king’s daughter, it was discovered that dogs had eaten most of her body.”

Now that we know the history of the Jezebel of the Old Testament, the Jezebel most recognized, let’s go to the information about the Jezebel mentioned in Revelation. For clarity and comparison, that full reference will be cited. It begins with Chapter 2, verse 20, remembering that this information was to all churches for all time, not just to the church at Thyatira:

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21) And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22) Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23) And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. 24) But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.”

By comparing these descriptions of the two Jezebels we have broken the code that describes the purpose for using that name in Revelation; that woman who ‘calleth herself a prophetess.’ This is the first part of that code from original Jezebel’s description:

“by interfering with the exclusive worship of the Hebrew god Yahweh, disregarding the rights of the common man, and defying the great prophets Elijah and Elisha, she provoked the internecine strife that enfeebled Israel for decades.”

And, what has this new Jezebel done that compares to the old Jezebel? She also led many of God’s believers to a different god that threatened Israel for centuries. These are those words:

“to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.”

This Jezebel instead of leading followers to the god Baal, as did the original Jezebel, leads followers to Islam or to recognize Islam as a religion. Jezebel, that prophetess, is a metaphor for Islam and the ‘prophet’ who created Islam, Muhammad. But we need a code to prove that. What is that code? Actually, there are three codes to unlock this question.

First is God’s promise in verse 23: “And I will kill her children with death,” referring to Jezebel’s children. So, if we take this to mean the children of Islam, this leads us to two other different sources and descriptions. The first is in Chapter 6, beginning with verse 3, introducing that ‘second horse of the Apocalypse:’

“And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. 4) And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.”

Now, one’s first instinct is to see the picture of a real horse carrying some monster wielding a giant sword. Keeping in mind that these descriptions are only metaphors let’s search further for something that ties these metaphors together to find the answer to how God will ‘kill Jezebel’s children with death.’ Who or what is this red horse? This question takes us to Chapter 12.

Chapter 12 describes the beginning of Christianity, and Satan’s determination to destroy Christianity before it can take hold. The first two verses introduce the beginning of Christianity with the conception of Christ:

“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars; 2) And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.”

This, of course, describes the time before Jesus was born. The idea of His coming was the brightness, of the sun, that gave hope to many for real salvation; since those who worshiped God were being persecuted by the Romans, and even many leaders within the Jewish community. This was the brightness of the sun that was hope.

The word ‘woman’ is a metaphoric description of the religion. The metaphor of the ‘moon under her feet’ describes the religion of the moon god that would later evolve into the religion of Islam seven hundred years later. Her crown of twelve stars must certainly represent the twelve apostles who would later follow Jesus. But what about that red horse? The clue to that description continues next in verse 3:

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven (not a great wonder;) and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4) And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5) And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”

This ‘red dragon’ is the next clue to the identity of the red horse that carried the rider that went forth to take peace from the earth. Satan, through the actions of King Herod, stood by to kill Jesus as soon as he was delivered; ‘to devour her child.’ In this case, Herod issued an edict that all male children, two years old and younger, born within Judea were to be killed. This was to prevent the new ‘King of the Jews’ from taking his place. “And her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne” certainly identifies the Christ child.

More information explaining the danger of the red dragon continues in the following verses. Then the ending of this reference is given in verse 17:

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”

This conclusion is very clear. Satan, through his current forces of evil, Islam, continues to make war against those who follow the Words of Christ. Islam’s war against God’s Word will not cease until the end of that Great War; in which they will be totally annihilated. And, that time is growing very near. As the Words of these verses have been made very clear; also have the Words of that Great ending.

Now let’s move to the next part to reveal this clue of how and why God will kill Jezebel’s children with death. It continues in Chapter 17, beginning with the first verse in which an angel is explaining what John had seen when the ‘seven vials’ were poured upon the earth. Recalling those seven heads and ten horns from above they are repeated here to associate these identities together. It begins with the first verse:

“And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither, I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2) With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.”

Now, remember from God’s promise regarding Jezebel in Chapter 2, verses 21-22: “And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation.” Clearly, this is that same whore, Jezebel, ‘that sitteth upon many waters.’ Now, let’s move closer to discover the real identities of the woman and the red beast she rides. For that, we continue with the next verse in Chapter 17:

“So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” This is the same description as that red dragon in Chapter 12, verse 3, that had the seven heads and ten horns. This means the woman, that religion, is being carried by the scarlet (red) beast. That beast has been presented as Satan. The next verses, 5-6, in Chapter 17 explain exactly who this woman (religion) is:

“And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6) And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.”

This information refers us back to Chapter 12, verse 17, which reads: “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed.” Therefore this woman, this religion, can be none other than Islam. Who else in the whole world is fully determined in word and in writing to destroy followers of the real God and Jesus? No one; only Islam. This woman who rides the red beast now has three names. First is Jezebel. Second is Babylon the Great. Third is that religion, Islam.

But, it doesn’t end with just this conclusion. If we delve further we learn how God will kill her children with death. That begins in later verses of Chapter 17. Verse 9 explains that the seven heads are the seven mountains (continents) “on which the woman sitteth.” Verse 12 explains: “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings, one hour with the beast.” Then verses 16-17 explain how God will kill Jezebels’ children with death:

“And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore (radicals) and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh , and burn her with fire. 17) For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.”

In summary, God said He would kill Jezebel’s children with death. Then the rider of the red horse went forth to kill one another; That red horse carried only one rider which represented the total of Islam. Chapter 17 identified that rider on the scarlet beast (red) as the religion Babylon, also the same as Jezebel. That religion was drunken with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus; which could only be interpreted as the Islamic religion.

Once Islam was clearly earmarked, then the words explained how they would fulfill God’s promise to kill her children with death. Those Islamists would kill one another through the will of God.

This information not only unlocks one of the great codes within Revelation, it also demonstrates that those letters to the seven churches form the table of contents for the entirety of Revelation. The next code we will explore is the code of ‘time and times.’

Chapter 3

Time and Times

The first mention of time in Revelation is in the first chapter. Verse 3:

“Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophesy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” The next comment about time was given in verse 19, where Christ told John what to write in the Book:

“Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter.” Then the first verse in Chapter 4 repeats this comment:

“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up higher, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”

Then Chapter 4, verse 6 is written: “And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beast full of eyes before and behind.”

As described before, these entities described as beasts are not real beasts as we imagine beasts to be. These are entities or concepts that express something unseen or not understood. In this case these words express the prophesy will be explained by an entity that with eyes before and behind could see into the future and into the past. And they could see these things, these events, crystal clear. Perhaps this is the source of our common-day expression of ‘crystal clear.’

One example is that from the second beast of these four beasts. This second beast is the one who introduced the second horse, that red horse, when he said, ‘Come and see.’ Then his prophetic vision gave him the ability to see into the future to explain what the rider of the red horse would do. In summary, these are visions of the importance of time. Understanding this, there is one time given in this Revelation that reveals the time sequence of many other events. This is the best key that unlocks the key code of Revelation. That’s given in Chapter 12, verse 14:

“And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”

For a full understanding of this verse we must return to the beginning of Chapter 12. That’s where the woman was clothed with the sun with the moon under her feet. This represented the beginning of Christianity. Then the woman, Christianity, was pursued by Satan beginning with the murderous hands of King Herod. This is the concept that introduces the time of ‘time, times, and half a time.’ This gives a time clue to determine other events which set the whole time line of Revelation.

The inset clue to interpret this time, times, and half a time was verse 6: “And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.” This represented the three and a half years Jesus stayed in Egypt, after an angel warned Joseph to take him to Egypt to protect him from Herod. They returned to Nazareth at that time, instead of to Bethlehem, because Herod’s son had replaced Herod as the king. That’s why Jesus was referred to as the Nazarene.

Christians and Jews were persecuted and crucified for three hundred and fifty years after Christ appeared on earth. This persecution suddenly ended approximately 350 AD. This 350 years may be interpreted and expressed as ‘time-100 years, times-200 years, and half a time-50 years. At the end of that time, what happened to stop that persecution? That’s when the Roman Catholic Church was created under Constantine the ‘Great.’ Since Rome was symbolized by an eagle with two outstretched wings, this was the symbolism that established that point in time. It was Constantine the Great, represented by two wings of an eagle that protected Christianity. So, with this time, we can determine the next event.

Once the Roman Catholic Church was established by Constantine the Great, verse 14 says Christianity was protected for 350 years; time, times, and half a time. That brings the time line to 700 AD. What happened then? That’s the approximate time the Islamic religion was firmly established, after Muhammad died in 632 AD. The formation of Islam was the work of Satan, which reinvigorated his goal of eliminating God from heaven. This is represented by verse 17, the last verse in Chapter 12:

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”

Now, one might ask the question of why Satan had such wrath against God and His followers through the words of Jesus Christ; and how serious was this challenge. These questions are clearly answered in two references. The first reference is in Chapter 12. The second reference is in Chapter 10.

The Chapter 12 reference begins in verse 7:

And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found anymore in heaven. 9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

Obviously, Satan wanted to replace God in heaven and rule heaven and earth. But, his wicked attempt was thwarted by the angel Michael who threw Satan out of heaven. But this wasn’t the end of it. Verse 12 gives an ominous warning about Satan’s existence on earth:

“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. 13) And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.”

Now, let’s read what Satan did when he was cast out of heaven. That’s reveled in Chapter 10 beginning with the first verse:

“And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: 2) And he had in his hand a little book open; and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot upon the earth.” Then beginning in verse 5 his actions are specifically defined:

“And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, 6) And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and th earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer. 8) And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. 9) And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he (the voice from heaven) said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make they belly bitter, but it shall be in they mouth sweet as honey.” Then this is what happened when Apostle John ate the little book, verse 10:

“And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.”

Now, you might have observed that three verses in order were not included in the references above. They were omitted for a special purpose; to put the pieces together for clearer understanding. They are verses 3, 4, and 7. They will be entered here, referring to the angel that came down from heaven:

“And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roereth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4) And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. 7) But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.”

Now, what should we determine from these verses? These three verses tell much about our current time; and our understanding of God at this time. This information brings us nearer in time to the identity of those performing Satan’s task that can be identified with dates. And, when this time arrives; God should no longer be a mystery. This takes us to the information in Chapter 13, beginning with the first verse:

“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea (sea of mankind,) having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.” Verse 3 adds:

“And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death, and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.”

Later in Revelation these seven heads are described as the whole world, seven continents; and the ten crowns are described as the ten nations that formally support this beast. This beast, also known as the first beast is none other than Muhammad. Verse 5 begins this important point:

“And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given to him to continue forty and two months. 6) And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7) And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8) And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

The logical place to begin this explanation is that question of blasphemy. Muhammad performed the highest form of blasphemy by claiming he was the true prophet instead of Jesus Christ. He and the Muslims who followed him consider Jesus only a minor prophet compared to Muhammad. In a sense he made himself the ‘antichrist’ by claiming to take the place of Christ. There are many antichrists but only one is listed as ‘the’ antichrist. That is Muhammad.

There is also a historical record of his ‘wounded in the head, and his deadly wound was healed, and all the world wondered after the beast.’ This is explained with information about his Battle of Uhud on March, 625 AD. This is the reference:

“At Mount Uhud the Muslim troops passed the night, and in the morning, after offering their prayers, they advanced into the plain. The Prophet contrived to have the hill at his back, and, the better to secure his men from being surrounded, he placed fifty archers on the height in the rear, behind the troops, and gave them strict orders not to leave their posts whatever might happen.

When they came to engage, the Prophet had superiority at first. But afterward, his archers left their position for the sake of plunder, thus allowing the enemy to attack the Muslims in the rear and surround them. The Prophet lost the day and very nearly lost his life. He was struck down by a shower of stones and wounded in the face by two arrows, and one of his front teeth was broken. Of the Muslims, seventy men were killed, among whom was the Prophet’s uncle Hamza. Of the infidels, twenty two men were lost.

The Quraish were too exhausted to follow up their advantage, either by attacking Medina or by driving the Muslims from the heights of Uhud. They retreated from the Medinite territories after barbarously mutilating the corpses of their dead enemies.” End.

Muhammad was believed to be dead, and his troops abandoned the battlefield. Later, Muhammad rose and joined them in the rear.

Now let’s go back to verse 5 to understand that forty-two months, ‘and power was given to him to continue forty and two months.’ This is that time of three and a half years again. But what does it mean? It took me nearly five years to interpret this time, because Muhammad had been active far longer than three and a half years. Suddenly, that answer became very clear. The answer is at this site:

“628 AD: Poisoned at Khaybar. Immediately following the conquest of Khaybar, Muhammad and his men are served a meal of poisoned lamb by a Jewish woman named Zaynab bint al-Harith, causing him to fall ill. Muhammad questions her, and then has her executed.

632 AD: Death of Muhammad. Muhammad’s last days are spent with Aisha in her house, where he continues to issue orders and curse the Christians and Jews. Slumped against her bosom, he finally dies on the 8th of July. Ali (Muhammad’s son-in-law and cousin) reports that Muhammad’s penis was erect after his death.” End.

The word ‘continue’ is the major clue that escaped me for a long time. Finally, comparing all this information, and dates, the question solved itself. Muhammad continued for forty two months even after he was poisoned.

This leaves us with two major questions from the information above. First, what happened to that little book Satan held in his hand? Second, what happened after Muhammad’s death? We will discuss the second question first, here in this chapter. Information about that little book will be included in the next chapter.

We ended the Chapter 13 reference with verse 8. So now we move on to verse 9. Verses 9 and 10 by inference explain the death of Muhammad:

“If any man have an ear, let him hear.10) He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he tht killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.”

While most who study Revelation conclude that the ‘666 Mark of the Beast’ pertains to the antichrist, that’s not the case at all. That mark refers to the one who comes after Muhammad and worships Muhammad; that second beast. A time is not specified for this person, but a reference is given to indicate it was a much later time; even to our modern times, 1400 years after the death of Muhammad. The next verses give this information:

Verse 11: “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.” The two horns of a lamb represent Christianity, but he spoke the words of Islam for Satan. This person who rose from the masses (earth) claimed to be a Christian, but his words and deeds proved him to be under Satan’s control.

Verse 12: “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” We have already discussed Muhammad’s deadly wound that was healed, but what about all the power? Muhammad ruled a people occupying a large land area. This one who replaced him also had that same power; the leader of a nation or an area.

Verse 13: “And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.” This is the single short verse that gives the time clue. Can you imagine what Apostle John thought when he had this vision of aircraft firing bullets, missiles and rockets from the sky. At that time there were no words to describe exactly what he saw; except what he saw; ‘fire come down from heaven.’ The existence of aircraft and missiles in John’s vision indicates he saw something in our recent history; beginning in the early 1900s.

Verse 14: “And deceiveth them that dwell on te earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.” This information is more complex and requires further explanation.

This verse references two beasts; not just a beast. ‘Which he had power to do in the site of the beast’ refers to the master beast Satan. Muhammad has been dead over 1400 years, so he couldn’t perform miracles in the sight of Muhammad. The second reference identifies Muhammad, ‘that they should make an image to the beast.’ This reference is often interpreted as an image of the beast; not an image to the beast. This interpretation changes the whole meaning of this statement. This refers to the beast, Muhammad, who ‘had the wound by the sword, and did live.’ And what about that image?

This second beast caused that image to the beast, Muhammad, to be created in the Islamic area. That image to the beast is at the current time known as ISIS. By his deceptions of pretending to fight against this Islamic formation, this second beast deceived many on earth to allow that ISIS formation. Even today, it’s one of the greatest threats against reasonable humanity; guided by that master beast Satan. That image ‘to’ the beast is the growing Islamic threat in the Middle East.

Verse 15: “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” This image ‘of’ the beast is the growing danger of Islam. And, of course, those in the areas controlled by these radical groups, who do not worship as they demand, ‘should be killed.’

Verse 16: “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their forehead.” Many interpret this as an actual mark on someone that says ‘666.’ But, that’s not what it means. This is a metaphor for two things.

First, is the acceptance of Islam. That’s identified by the ‘mark in their foreheads.’ This is explained by reference in the first verse of the next chapter, Chapter 14, which says in part, ‘a Lamb having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.’ It simply means the acceptance of something. In the case of the beast, it’s the acceptance of Islam. The mark ‘in the right hand’ simply means one who uses arms to fight for that belief; as Islamic radicals do today – everyday. Now, let’s move to verse 18 to identify this person, this second beast.

Verse 18: “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (666) So let’s do exactly what this verse prescribes; let’s count that number. The only way to count that number is to add 6+6+6; which equals 18. Now, who in our world today meets most of these requirements of aircraft, fire from the sky, miracles, deceptions, and great praise for Muhammad?

He claims to be a Christian, but he speaks praises only of Muhammad and Islam. This number clearly fits only one man of our day: BARACKHUSSEINOBAMA. Furthermore, this information has a confirmation password; it’s identified in VERSE 18.

Now, let’s define that little book Satan held in his hand as he swore against God in heaven. That will be analyzed in the next chapter.

Chapter 4

Satan’s Little Book

What is the basis of Islam? How did it begin? What was the source and the beginning of that antichrist Muhammad? From history the seeds of Islam were sewn in a cave named Hira near Mecca. As reported, Muhammad spent much time in that cave contemplating events occurring in Arabia at that time. He was focused on the reality of divine guidance, social unrest, and all the useless fighting among the many tribes. While he was having one of these contemplative periods in 610 CE, he claims he was visited by the archangel Gabriel. At first he didn’t announce that it was Gabriel, but from further interactions within his family, one of which had knowledge of Christianity, he was convinced it was the angel Gabriel. This entry from Wikipedia gives that account:

“Perplexed by this new experience, Muhammad made his way to home where he was consoled by his wife Khadijah, who also took him to her Ebonite cousin Waraqah ibn Nawfal. Waraqah was familiar with Jewish and Christian scriptures. Islamic tradition holds that Waraqah, upon hearing the description, testified to Muhammad’s prophethood, and convinced Muhammad that the revelation was from God. Waraqah said: “O my nephew! What did you see?”

When Muhammad told him what had happened to him, Waraqah replied: “This is Namus (meaning Gabriel) that Allah sent to Moses. I wish I were younger. I wish I could live up to the time when your people would turn you out.” Muhammad asked: “Will they drive me out?” Waraqah answered in the affirmative and said: “Anyone who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should be alive until that day, then I would support you strongly.” A few days later Waraqah died.” End of quote.

This article taken from Wikipedia explains how and why Muhammad believed his strange visitor was the angel Gabriel. This history reveals that Muhammad’s visitor never exclaimed or announced that he was the angel Gabriel. Muhammad’s uncle who ‘had knowledge of Christianity’ decided the visitor was Gabriel. Let’s examine who Gabriel might be and if he would have any inclination or reason to appear before Muhammad as a representative of God’s Word.

Gabriel first appeared in Daniel 8:16 to explain a vision to Daniel. This was 500 years before the birth of Jesus. In his vision, Daniel saw activities of rams and goats on both sides of the river. He couldn’t understand their prophetic activities. Then, verse 16 begins to help him understand:

“And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of the Ulai which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision. 17) So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. 19) And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.” This was an important vision because it gave clues to the ‘end of time.’ Gabriel continues to explain Daniel’s vision in the next several verses.

Luke, Chapter 1, also records two visits by Gabriel to announce the births of two important people in the world of Christianity. First, was his visit to Zacharias, who was a temple priest. This visit is announced beginning in verse 11, while Zacharias is inside the temple preparing incense:

“And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the alter of incense. And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him. But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elizabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. And thy shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.” This child became John the Baptist. Then verse 15 makes a very profound statement, which reverberates even into our politics of today:

“For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.” Politically, this is one of the biblical entries that supports Christian opposition to abortion.

Other verses continue to explain Elizabeth’s reaction to her pregnancy, then in her sixth month Gabriel makes another visit. This information begins in verse 26:

“And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. And the angel came in unto her, and said, hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.” Verse 30 continues Gabriel’s message:

“And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” Gabriel emphasizes in verse 35, “Therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”

Gabriel explained other things to Mary, including the good tidings for her cousin Elizabeth. Then he ended his words in verse 37 with, “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”

Gabriel is later referred to in other writings as an archangel. This is likely taken from his comment in verse 19 that, “I am Gabriel that stand in the presence of God.” This might suggest that not all angels have that privilege to stand in His presence. The angel Michael is considered the other archangel.

Now, let’s compare this information about Gabriel’s appearances within God’s message to that of Muhammad’s and Islam’s message. While analyzing this information from writings listed in Wikipedia, please remember that ‘little book’ in Satan’s hands as John was writing from his vision. That little book was sweet in the mouth but bitter in the belly. To clarify, let’s go back to that information in Chapter 10, beginning with verse 2:

“And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot upon the earth, 3) And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4) And when th seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.”

Then verse 7 gives a clue to one of the seven thunders, that seventh angel Satan: “But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.” This suggests that this direct attack by Satan against God should make the war of evil against Good become more visible and obvious to those who watch and listen. In effect, the voices of those seven thunders created the words for that little book, Islam’s Koran. God told John not to write those words. This was Satan’s little book. Now, let’s consider what Satan did with that little book.

An article in Wikipedia begins:

“According to Islam, Muhammad’s first revelation was the event in which Muhammad was visited by the archangel Gabriel who revealed to him a verse from the Quran. (This is clearly that little book into which Christ told John not to write the words uttered by those seven thundering voices.) The event took place in a cave called Hira, located on the mountain called Jabal an-Nour, near Mecca.

According to biographies of Muhammad, while on retreat in a mountain cave near Mecca (the cave of Hira), Gabriel appears before him and commands him to recite the first lines of chapter 96 of the Quran. Muhammad’s experience is mentioned in the Quran 53:4–9:

“It is no less than inspiration sent down to him:

He was taught by one Mighty in Power,

Endued with Wisdom: for he appeared (in stately form);

While he was in the highest part of the horizon:

Then he approached and came closer,

And was at a distance of but two bow-lengths or (even) nearer;”[Quran 53:4–9]”

That Wikipedia article continues:

“Muhammad was born and raised in Mecca. When he was nearly 40, he used to spend many hours alone in prayer and speculating over the aspects of creation. He was concerned with the “ignorance of divine guidance” (Jahiliyyah), social unrest, injustice, widespread discrimination (particularly against women), fighting among tribes and abuse of tribal authorities prevalent in pre-Islamic Arabia. The moral degeneration of his fellow people, and his own quest for a true religion further lent fuel to this, with the result that he now began to withdraw periodically to a cave named Mount Hira, three miles north of Mecca, for contemplation and reflection. Islamic tradition holds that Muhammad during this period began to have dreams replete with spiritual significance which were fulfilled according to their true import; and this was the commencement of his divine revelation. This created inclination in him to engage himself in solitary worshipping.

The first revelation:

According to Islamic tradition, during one such occasion while he was in contemplation, the archangel Gabriel appeared before him in the year 610 CE and said, “Read”, upon which he replied, “I am unable to read”. Thereupon the angel caught hold of him and embraced him heavily. This happened two more times after which the angel commanded Muhammad to recite the following verses:

“Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created–Created man, out of a clot of congealed blood:

Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,–Who taught by the pen–Taught man that which he knew not.”[Quran 96:1–5]

Here’s the quotation from Ibn Ishaq on Muhammad’s first meeting with Gabriel:

“When it was the night on which God honored him with his mission and showed mercy on His servants thereby, Gabriel brought him the command of God. He came to me,” said the apostle of God, “while I was asleep, with a coverlet of brocade whereon was some writing, and said, ‘Read!’ I said, ‘What shall I read?’ He pressed me with it so tightly that I thought it was death; then he let me go and said, ‘Read!’ I said, ‘What shall I read?’ He pressed me with it again so that I thought it was death; then he let me go and said ‘Read!’ I said, ‘What shall I read?’ He pressed me with it the third time so that I thought it was death and said ‘Read!’ I said, ‘What then shall I read?’—and this I said only to deliver myself from him, lest he should do the same to me again. He said:

‘Read in the name of thy Lord who created, Who created man of blood coagulated. Read! Thy Lord is the most beneficent, Who taught by the pen, Taught that which they knew not unto men.’ So I read it, and he departed from me. And I awoke from my sleep, and it was as though these words were written on my heart.

Now none of God’s creatures was more hateful to me than an (ecstatic) poet or a man possessed: I could not even look at them. I thought, Woe is me poet or possessed—Never shall Quraysh say this of me! I will go to the top of the mountain and throw myself down that I may kill myself and gain rest. So I went forth to do so and then when I was midway on the mountain, I heard a voice from heaven saying, “O Muhammad! thou art the apostle of God and I am Gabriel.” “(Ibn Ishaq, Sirat Rasul Allah, p. 106)” End of article.

Now, many questions arise from these appearances of Gabriel. One question should arise from even the most determined Muslim to follow the tenets of Islam. That question must be: Why would the angel Gabriel visit Mary seven hundred years before he allegedly visited Muhammad; and tell Mary that her son would be called the Son of God? Then, according to Muhammad, Gabriel proclaimed him to be ‘the apostle of God?’ His mere act of proclaiming to be higher than Jesus is the highest form of blasphemy. Those are also words and announcements that proclaim himself as ‘the’ antichrist. That is the purest definition of the word ‘antichrist.’

Another important question concerns the ‘little book’ Satan held in his hand as he raised his hands to heaven and swore that God’s time in heaven would be no longer. When John heard seven thunders say words which he started to write in his book, God spoke from heaven and told him not to write those words. The only conclusion for God’s words about that little book is that it was the little book of Satan: Islam’s Koran. It’s the book that promises peace ‘sweet as honey’ but produces only death and horror ‘bitterness’ to many people. Or, as revealed in Daniel 8:24-25:

“And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many.”

So, who would visit the vulnerable Muhammad and convince him to ‘read’ passages from a book? Would it be Gabriel, who was never associated with a book in his hands; or would it be Satan who was determined to use his ‘little book?’

The situation answers the question. Satan found his tool, Muhammad and Islam, to challenge the existence of God’s time in heaven. Once Islam became established Muslims have been mercilessly killing Christians, Jews, and themselves ever since. It’s written in that little book; Islam must prevail and eliminate all other religions on earth. According to Satan’s sworn oath; God’s time in heaven must come to an end. Islam is his tool to accomplish that goal.

Gabriel told Mary her son, Jesus, would be known as the ‘Son of God.’ Then, if Muhammad proclaimed himself God’s true messenger higher than Jesus; does that mean Islam is suggesting that Gabriel has no character and should not be trusted? They can’t have it both ways; he can be trusted in one event but not in another? Islam has been deceived. But, after all, one of Satan’s names is the ‘deceiver.’ Muhammad’s Gabriel was Satan in disguise. This is strongly indicated in 2 Corinthians 11:13-14:

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”

Nothing about Islam is based on fact. But let’s consider information about that little book, the Koran, based on a Muslim view. The title is ‘The Origin of the Quran.’ This is the link to that information:

“The Quran is the holy book which Muslims recite and turn to for guidance in all aspects of their life.

It is the last testament in a series of divine revelations from God. It comprises the unaltered and direct words of God, revealed through the Angel Gibrael, to the final Prophet, Muhammad (pbuh) some 1400 years ago. Islam is a continuation of the teachings of previous Prophets, such as Noah, Abraham, David, Moses and Jesus (peace be upon them all), some of whom were also given divine books. Muslims believe that the key message brought by all Prophets was the same; to believe in One God and not to associate partners with Him, to stay away from sins and to lead a life devoted to earning Gods pleasure. All Prophets taught about life after death and gave glad tidings of paradise for those who obey God, but warned of punishment in hell for those who choose to disobey Him.

The Quran is unique because it is the only revealed book that exists today in the precise form and content in which it was originally revealed. Furthermore, it was actively recorded during the time the religion was being established. The distinctive approach of the Quran is that its spiritual message includes practical injunctions aimed at the general welfare of human beings, society and the environment in which we live. The Quran’s message is eternal and universal, transcending our differences in race, color, ethnicity and nationality. It provides guidance on every aspect of human life, from economics and the ethics of trade to marriage, divorce, gender issues, inheritance and parenting. It neither condemns nor tortures the flesh nor does it neglect the soul. It does not humanize God, nor does it deify man. The Quran describes signs of Gods existence in the universe and how everything is carefully placed in the total scheme of creation.” End of quote.

Note this quote includes the comment: “It is the last testament in a series of divine revelations from God. It comprises the unaltered and direct words of God, revealed through the Angel Gibrael.” Were these words revealed through Angel Gabriel or were they from Satan? That little book ‘bitter in the belly’ suggests that it was sent by Satan; that deceiver, that angel of light.

Let’s consider some of that bitterness from the guidance in that ‘little book.’

This site reports more information about that religion of Peace, having that little book ‘sweet in the mouth, but bitter in the belly.’ This information demonstrates a typical example of that ‘belly’ part:

“Since 9-11 there have been 29183 deadly terror attacks by Islamic terrorists.

And, for the month of August, 2016 alone: there have been 203 deadly attacks in 33 countries. Those killed number 1637; plus 1734 more injured. This number included 29 suicide blasts.”

These numbers are created by that religion of peace. The mother religion tries to disassociate itself from the radicals, but they can’t. They are all part of that same religion following their interpretations of that ‘little book.’

Of course, most are peaceful on an individual or small number basis. But, as their numbers grow in a community, their actions become less peaceful against their non-Muslim neighbors. Their little book consumes them and they must make their society pure – pure Muslim.

As Muslim influence in a community grows so does Islam’s demand for Sharia Law grow. This Sharia Law is more of that bitterness in the belly demonstrated to Apostle John by that voice from Heaven. Here is a concise description of many of the important points of Sharia detailed by:

“Sharia law is the law of Islam. The Sharia (also spelled Shariah or Shari’a) law is cast from the actions and words of Muhammad, which are called “Sunnah,” and the Quran, which he dictated. Sharia law itself cannot be altered but the interpretation of Sharia law, called “figh,” by imams is given some latitude.

Shariah law: As a legal system, Sharia law is exceptionally broad. While other legal codes regulate public behavior, Sharia law regulates public behavior, private behavior and even private beliefs. Of all legal systems in the world today, Sharia law is the most intrusive and restrictive, especially against women. According to Sharia law:

Theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand.

Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran is punishable by death.

Criticizing Muhammad or denying that he is a prophet is punishable by death.

Criticizing or denying Allah, the god of Islam is punishable by death.

A Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death.

A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death.

A non-Muslim man who marries a Muslim woman is punishable by death.

A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.

Girls’ clitoris should be cut (Muhammad’s words, Book 41, Kitab Al-Adab, Hadith 5251).

A woman can have 1 husband, who can have up to 4 wives; Muhammad can have more.

A man can beat his wife for insubordination.

A man can unilaterally divorce his wife; a woman needs her husband’s consent to divorce.

A divorced wife loses custody of all children over 6 years of age or when they exceed it.

Testimonies of four male witnesses are required to prove rape against a woman.

A woman who has been raped cannot testify in court against her rapist(s).

A woman’s testimony in court, allowed in property cases, carries ½ the weight of a man’s.

A female heir inherits half of what a male heir inherits.

A woman cannot drive a car, as it leads to fitnah (upheaval).

A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative.

Meat to eat must come from animals that have been sacrificed to Allah – i.e., be “Halal”.

Muslims should engage in Taqiyya and lie to non-Muslims to advance Islam. End of article.

And, although there are admonitions against Muslims killing Muslims, they kill of themselves, within themselves. Another chapter discusses that phenomenon.

This is a summary of that important time line that establishes Muhammad, described in Revelation as that first beast. He is identified in other parts of the Bible as The Antichrist:

Christianity was persecuted until the Roman Catholic Church was established approximately 350 A.D. That identifies the ‘time, times’ and half a time. This was instituted by Constantine the Great who won the battle at Milvian Bridge in 312. He credited the Christians’ cross for his victory. Christianity was protected for the next 350 years. That brings the time line to 700 A.D.

Muhammad rose to power in early 600 A.D. That Battle of Uhud solidified and confirmed his great power as the prophet. As a result, Islam was established as a religion approximately 700 A.D. That fulfills the time line pointing to Muhammad as being that first beast, The Antichrist.

Chapter 13, verses 9 and10 describe the death of the Beast, “If any man have an ear, let him hear. He that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.” The next verse, 11, then introduces the rise of the second beast, also known as the False Prophet.

But, how did Muhammad die? Did he die as a martyr? Was his death and resurrection the same, or similar, to the death of Christ, the person he claimed to replace as God’s prophet; the claim that made him, without question, the antichrist? The answer is no. He died as a man disgraced; not the way one would expect a real prophet would reach his end. Below is another version of how he died. It’s from:

“Muhammad died in 632 A.D. He died as a result of being poisoned following his attack upon and conquest of the Jewish settlement of Khaibar. About 2 months before his attack on Khaibar Muhammad failed in an attempt to go to Mecca. This failure resulted in the Treaty of Hudaybiyya with the Meccans. He returned humiliated in the eyes of the Meccans and in the minds of his people. To lift their defeated spirit, Muhammad told his followers that the events at Hudaybiyya were really a victory. In fact, another convenient “revelation” was given to Muhammad as proof that it really was a victory (Sura 48:1). However, Allah was not able to deliver the Meccan’s goods as booty, so Muhammad told his followers that they were going to attack and plunder the weaker Jewish settlement of Khaibar.

About 6 weeks later Muhammad led his army and attacked the Jews while they were on their way to work on their date palms. Khaibar was a settlement defended by a number of forts spread apart from each other. One by one Muhammad’s army took the forts. Finally, the last few surrendered to him. Muhammad had several of the leaders of the Jewish settlement beheaded, one leader (Kinana) was tortured to reveal where buried treasure was hidden. Then when Kinana was near death, Muhammad commanded that he be beheaded. Many of the women and children were enslaved. Muhammad even took the most beautiful woman for himself and married her (Safiyah).

Some of Khaibar’s residents made a deal with Muhammad. Instead of enslaving them, which would leave the rich orchards of Khaibar to go untended and unproductive, the Jews would give Muhammad and the Muslims a half of all of what they produced. Muhammad accepted the deal, with the stipulation that they could be expelled at his slightest whim. Years later, Umar expelled the last remaining Jews from Khaibar.

Immediately following the conquest of Khaibar, a Jewish woman prepared a dinner for Muhammad and some of his men. Unknown to the Muslims was that she had put a poison into the lamb (some say goat) that was served at dinner. Muhammad ate some of the poisoned lamb and died as a result three years later.”

These chapters have been of information in the past and to set the stage of future prophesied events. For that beginning let’s now move into a current indicator of new and current indicators of time. The next chapter will explain the meaning and reason for that great star Wormwood that fell onto the earth. It brings us to a more current time.

Chapter 5

What is the great star Wormwood? It has such significance that it’s introduced in the Bible Book of Revelation in a list of horrors that will be cast upon the earth as seven angels sounded seven trumpets to announce those horrors. The great star Wormwood was announced when the third angel sounded his trumpet. It begins in Chapter 8, verse10:

“And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11) And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.”

Now, before we proceed, it’s urgent to understand how important the falling star, Wormwood, really is during the ‘end times.’ Just for an example, let’s understand the significance of the result of the sounding of the second trumpet when blown by the second angel. That’s described in the same chapter, verses 8 and 9:

“And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.”

Likely, since all the other horrors from the seven trumpets were related to war and pestilence, it’s unlikely that this out-of-place ‘great star’ has been understood in the past. It’s different, so totally different from all the others that it seems unreasonably out of place. But, today, Wormwood does play a great part in determining the life and the sustenance of our earthly humanity, today and in the future.

Clearly, this is not a giant gaseous star falling from heaven. Instead this is simply the method of saying ‘this is something important and it represents a major event.’ This verse even calls it a great star. It’s that important. But, if it’s not an actual physical galactic star, then what does it mean? It’s not a star as we know a star to be. If that were the case, then it would never reach the earth to fall on the earth. The earth would be vaporized into a cinder before that ‘great star’ even got to the earth. So, what is it?

Almost daily for the past five years I’ve been trying to interpret different parts of Revelation. This part that mentioned wormwood had me totally lost without a single clue. Then, suddenly, a clue came out of nowhere.

My answer came from a very unusual place. Having a hurt knee, I was watching television, waiting for it to heal, and happened upon one of my favorite programs, ‘The Artful Detective,’ which is a cute little show on Ovation. The shy detective, Murdoch, was on his first date with the lady doctor, Dr. Ogden, who performs their post-mortems; it was a picnic. To help overcome their shyness, they were drinking absinthe, which they also called the green fairy. During their babble, Murdoch mentioned wormwood. Wow – did my ears perk up and I immediately headed to google. In my research I learned that wormwood is a common plant of several varieties. The plants are used for making absinthe, an alcoholic drink; and another surprise; also for making synthetic cannabis and other opioids. This is the information about wormwood offered by Wikipedia:

“Artemisia absinthium (absinthium, absinthe wormwood, wormwood, common wormwood, green ginger or grand wormwood is a species of Artemisia, native to temperate regions of Eurasia and Northern Africa and widely naturalized in Canada and the northern United States. It is grown as an ornamental plant and is used as an ingredient in the spirit absinthe as well as some other alcoholic drinks.”

With this information about wormwood, we can now interpret the meaning of verse 10, ‘upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters.’ The rivers refer to the flow of humanity; the fountains of waters refer to young people from which those rivers flow; the beginning and origins of life.

Now we know what that reference in Revelation describes. It describes the negative effects of drugs, and possibly other inhibitors such as alcohol, on humanity. It’s especially devastating to young people, the ‘fountains’ of waters. In Revelation, waters and sea are common metaphors for humanity. Now, let’s go into the first chapter and explore how this Wormwood star fits in Revelation and how devastating it really is. It also helps determine the time line of prophesy.

This great star Wormwood was introduced as part of the opening of the seventh seal. The book with these seven seals was introduced in Chapter 5, which begins:

“And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.”

This chapter further explained that there was much sorrow because no one could be found to open the seven seals. Then verse 6 reveals one who could open the seals: “And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 7) And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.” That information continues in verse 11:

“And I beheld, (John, the author of Revelation is speaking) and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands.” The next verse reveals what they said with a loud voice, “Worthy is the lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.” Not only did these ‘thousands of thousands’ praise the Lamb, Christ, for being worthy to open the seven seals, this verse reveals another important message to the followers of Christ. It not only reveals the prophesy power of Christ; it also conveys a very important message about the seven Spirits of God. It’s a very important message not often understood.

Those seven Spirits of God are never identified as ‘these are the seven Spirits of God.’ But these seven things are identified in places that make them the obvious seven Spirits. For example, these are the seven qualities, virtues, gifts or blessings listed in the previous paragraph: power, riches, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing. But how do these seven Spirits affect those of us on earth? Do these seven Spirits exist only in the body of Christ? For that answer we go back to verse 6, referenced above:

“And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.” So, what does this mean? The answer is simple as it’s expressed; those who accept Christ and his Spirit are also granted those seven Spirits of Christ; ‘sent forth into all the earth.’

One might ask how are so many of those who accept Christ not rich; as promised in one of those spirits. Christ answers this question in John’s letter to the church at Laodicea in Chapter 3, verses 17 and 18: “Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich, and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.”

Clearly this Spirit of ‘riches’ does not refer to monetary or physical things. It refers to a Spirit rich in the Spirit of Christ. As a side note; the eye salve refers to eye salve made from the oil extracted from a special black sheep raised and produced in the rich fertile area of Laodicea. Now, let’s return to contrast this star Wormwood to the other things that came forth when that seventh seal was opened.

The seventh seal was the last of the seals opened by Christ, the Lamb. Its opening gave an ominous foreboding of horrors to come upon the earth. It begins with the first verse in Chapter 8:

“And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. 2) And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. 6) And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.” As each angel sounded it offered a vision of horrible things to happen, including warfare. Verse 7 explains what happened when the first angel sounded:

“The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.” This is a metaphor of what John saw in his vision; but what does it mean?

That ominous pause of half and hour gave a clue to this horror. It’s a maximum horror; for it describes a nuclear event. Hail and fire mingled with blood describes what might happen when a nuclear bomb is dropped on large masses of people. The mushroom cloud gathers dust, water, and blood from the earth, takes it into the cold atmosphere, then returns it to earth in the form of hail. And, of course, trees and grass would be ‘burnt up’ in the zone of nuclear and heat influence. Results from the sound of the second trumpet, verse 8, amplifies this nuclear message:

“And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood. 9) And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.”

This verse seems to portray mixed events; which could have different possibilities. First, this is another description of a nuclear event. And, from reading further into Revelation, it suggests this action will be from the forces of evil; which at this time would suggest Islam; Islam will attack Israel by surprise when they don’t expect it. Israel and all who support Israel are warned to be prepared. Perhaps the greatest warning comes from the Book of Matthew. Chapter 24, beginning with verse 15, gives that warning to be prepared for a great attack:

“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16) Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains: 17) Let him which is on the house top not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18) Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19) And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20) But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day: 21) For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever will be.”

At the end of this warning to be prepared, the next verses then warn not to be deceived by false Christs and false prophets during this time of horrors. These warnings begin with verse 23: “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24) For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25) Behold, I have told you before.”

Briefly, one might imagine that false Christs and false prophets might be one and the same; but there’s an important difference. The Bible, especially Revelation, gives a clear distinction of each. Simply, a false Christ is one who claims to be Christ, or the reincarnation of Christ such as David Koresh; or Jim Jones, who didn’t deny that he was Christ when asked. Eighty followers of David Koresh’s Branch Dividian group died in a fire when their Mount Carmel compound was assaulted by government agents on April, 1993, near Waco, Texas. Their assault was prompted by accusations of firearms violations.

Jim Jones never openly claimed to be Christ to his large following; but he didn’t deny that claim when asked by his followers. His persuasion also resulted in many deaths.

David Koresh and Jim Jones are only two examples of many false Christs; but what about those false prophets? How do they compare?

The clearest understanding of false prophets comes from the seven letters to the seven churches written at the beginning of Revelation. Four of those letters caution against false prophets, false Jews, those who claim they are Jews but are not, and that false prophetess Jezebel. Accumulatively, these are included with the identification of that woman ‘riding a scarlet colored beast’ in Chapter 17. Commonality of other descriptions and identifications describes this woman as ‘Babylon the Great; the Mother of Harlots.’ Verse 6 describes this person (false ones) as ‘drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.’ In summary, through many related identifications, this woman is that false prophet Islam; Muhammad being their first proclaimed prophet on a higher order in God’s realm than Christ.

Not only was Muhammad a false prophet by claiming to be God’s Messenger, and God’s prophet; Muhammad’s followers also claim they are Jews by being descended from Abraham and Ishmael. This is a claim proven many times to be false; they are descended from those who occupied Arab lands not Jewish lands. Therefore, they are the ‘false prophets.’ Matthew’s words regarding false prophets were written to warn against being led astray by the false claims of Islam. Matthew’s words also mention the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place, referencing words from Daniel. Let’s get more understanding from Daniel’s words.

The introduction of a person begins in Chapter 8, verse 23. This likely refers to the influence Muhammad had upon his followers as that first beast, the antichrist:

“And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. 24) And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. 25) And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many; he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.”

These words are very cryptic, but could be interpreted to mean this person had great power to influence others to do his bidding; as those who follow the words of Muhammad do Muhammad’s bidding. And, Muhammad was not killed by a sword, not ‘without hand;’ but by poison from a woman’s hand. Muhammad also killed many holy people in his time; as his followers continue to kill and annihilate the mighty and holy people today; Jews, Christians, and everyone not of the Islamic religion. They even kill one another when there is no one else to kill. It’s that ‘religion of peace’ that continues to slaughter God’s people on earth.

And how did Muhammad ‘stand up against the Prince of princes’? He disavowed Christ and claimed to take his place in the presence of God. But, how is this information associated with that abomination of desolation? It involves another false claim by Islam. It’s their claim of a sacred site in Jerusalem. Could that ‘Dome of the Rock’ be that abomination placed in Jerusalem? This is the description of that site, according to Wikipedia:

The most famous Islamic site in Jerusalem is the Dome of the Rock (Qubbat as-Sakhrah). An impressive and beautiful edifice, the Dome of the Rock can be seen from all over Jerusalem. It is the crowning glory of the Haram es-Sharif (“Noble Sanctuary”), or Temple Mount.

The Dome of the Rock is not a mosque, but a Muslim shrine. Like the Ka’ba in Mecca, it is built over a sacred stone. This stone is believed to be the place from which the Prophet Muhammad ascended into heaven during his Night Journey to heaven.

The Dome of the Rock is the oldest Islamic monument that stands today and certainly one of the most beautiful. It also boasts the oldest surviving mihrab (niche indicating the direction of Mecca) in the world.

History of the Dome of the Rock

The sacred rock over which the Dome of the Rock is built was considered holy before the arrival of Islam. Jews believed, and still believe, the rock to be the very place where Abraham prepared to sacrifice Isaac (an event which Muslims place in Mecca). In addition, the Dome of the Rock (or the adjacent Dome of the Chain) is believed by many to stand directly over the site of the Holy of Holies of both Solomon’s Temple and Herod’s Temple.

The Dome of the Rock was built by the Umayyad caliph Abd al-Malik from 688 to 691 AD. (Author note: Muhammad died in 632 AD.) It was not intended to be a mosque, but a shrine for pilgrims. According to tradition, the Dome of the Rock was built to commemorate Muhammad’s ascension into heaven after his night journey to Jerusalem (Qur’an 17). But there seems to have been more to it than this, since the Dome of the Ascension was later built nearby.

Actually, according to the Oxford Archaeological Guide to the Holy Land, “Abd al-Malik’s purpose was more complex and subtle.” He wished to erect a beautiful Muslim building that could compete with the majestic churches of Christendom and would be a symbolic statement to both Jews and Christians of the superiority of the new faith of Islam. “His building spoke to Jews by its location, to Christians by its interior decoration.”

In the 10th century, the Jerusalem visitor Mukaddasi wrote of the magnificent structure:

By the 11th century, several legends had developed concerning the Dome of the Rock and its sacred stone, including the following:

In the Middle Ages, Christians and Muslims both believed the dome to be the biblical Temple of Solomon. The Knights Templar made their headquarters there during the Crusades and later patterned their churches after its design.

The exterior mosaics that once adorned the Dome of the Rock suffered from exposure to Jerusalem winters. They were repaired in the Mamluk period, and then completely replaced with tiles by Sulieman the Magnificent in 1545. At the same time, he created the parapet wall with its intricate inscription by filling up the thirteen small arches that originally topped each facade. The windows of the Dome of the Rock date from this period as well. The tiling was completely replaced in the last major restoration in 1956-62. End of Article.

Now let’s get Daniel’s words about that abomination of desolation that sits or will sit in Jerusalem. This begins in Chapter 9, verse 25:

“Know therefore and understand that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks; the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.”

This seems to suggest that a rebuilding project will begin in Jerusalem, scheduled for 69 weeks, but at the end of 62 weeks that project will be halted by an attack from Islam; that attack from ‘people of the prince.’ (The lower case p represents Satan. The upper case P represents Christ.) Then verse 27 gives the precondition that allows this attack to occur:

“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week (seven years): and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

This ‘midst of the week’ of seven years would suggest a time of three and a half years. Now let’s go to verse 11 in Daniel, Chapter 12 to see if that three and a half years has any meaning:

“And from that time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days (Three and a half years). 12) Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.”

In summary, the sounding of this second trumpet seems to suggest another phase of that nuclear event, and includes associated time frames. In this case this information suggests that a covenant (agreement) will be made for seven years; some say ten years, then in the midst it will be rejected. This will allow that attack on Jerusalem approximately three and a half years after it was agreed by ‘many.’ The date of the Iran Nuclear Agreement by seven nations was July, 2015. A recent determination by the United Nations stipulated that Israel does not own that land surrounding the Temple Mount. Barack Obama allowed this determination to happen.

Is this the beginning of that abomination of desolation that will result in the final attack against Israel? Will Barack Obama, himself, one day soon, become that abomination in Jerusalem under the guise of ‘bringing people together’ or by his promotion of fighting ‘climate change?’ Or, is that Dome of the Rock the abomination already in place?

The third trumpet sounded next. This was the announcement of the great star Wormwood, that seems out of place; inserted among the others that announce warfare and other physical disasters.

This wormwood was described and explained earlier in this writing. Briefly, it represents the horror, not an actual star, that’s fallen upon the earth. It announces the great affects of drugs and other inhibitors that destroy the actions and abilities of mankind. Mankind is referred to as waters and rivers. The youth of our world is referred to as fountains of waters.

Although this mention of wormwood might seem out of place in the sequence of events; it is nevertheless an important entry. Not only are the results of these inhibitors disastrous; the growing horror seems to be inserted as part of the time line. Perhaps as that Dome of the Rock was placed in Jerusalem to announce the time of horrors, called tribulation, is getting closer; perhaps this influence of wormwood is to announce that time is growing even closer. Let’s consider how dangerous this star has become.

Before we discuss the devastating affects of drugs on our society, let’s interpret one of the seemingly minor parts of that verse which describes Wormwood. In that verse it describes the star as ‘burning as it were a lamp,’ Ordinarily, this description would seem to be connected to a star that burns. Of course a star burns, but would it be as a lamp? In this case, this reference is to fire, or a way on using drugs. The current and common term of this lamp would be a bong. Wikipedia describes a bong as: ‘A filtration device generally used for smoking cannabis, tobacco or other herbal substances.’ But, what about its usage? How widespread is the use of drugs? Let’s begin with drug usage in the United States.

This article is titled, ‘U.S. Has Highest Levels of Illegal Drug Use’ and is reported by:

The article begins, Drug Use Increasing Worldwide, Survey Finds. Updated August 05, 2015:

“In spite of the most stringent drug policies and punitive laws in the world, the United States also has the highest levels of lifetime illegal cocaine and marijuana use, according to a study of more than 54,000 people in 17 countries.

The United States also has the highest rate of lifetime tobacco use but comes in third in alcohol use, behind the Ukraine and Germany. The study, by Louisa Degenhardt of the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia) and colleagues, is based on the World Health Organization’s Composite International Diagnostic Interview (CIDI).

Cocaine and Marijuana Use

The survey which asked participants about their lifetime cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and tobacco use found that 16.2% of people in the United States have used cocaine at some point during their lives. This rate was almost four times the rate of the second-place country, New Zealand, where 4.3% said they had tried cocaine.

The researchers also found that 42.4% of people in the United States reported marijuana use during their lifetime. New Zealand was second with 41.9%, but the two countries were far ahead of the other 15 in lifetime marijuana use.

Drug Policies Are Not Enough

“Drug use is related to income, but does not appear to be simply related to drug policy, since countries with more stringent policies towards illegal drug use did not have lower levels of such drug use than countries with more liberal policies,” Degenhardt and her colleagues write.

“The United States, which has been driving much of the world’s drug research and drug policy agenda, stands out with higher levels of use of alcohol, cocaine and cannabis, despite punitive illegal drug policies, as well as (in many U.S. states) a higher minimum legal alcohol drinking age than many comparable developed countries,” the authors report.

“The Netherlands, with a less criminally punitive approach to cannabis use than the United States, has experienced lower levels of use, particularly among younger adults,” the report says.

“Clearly, by itself, a punitive policy towards possession and use accounts for limited variation in nation-level rates of illegal drug use.”

Drug Use Rates Higher Among Younger Participants

Here are some of the other key findings of the study:

Males were more likely to have used all drug types, but that gender gap is closing among the youngest participants.

Younger adults were more likely to have used all the drugs in the study than the older adults.

Those who were never married or previously married had higher rates of tobacco, cocaine and marijuana use, but not alcohol use.

Higher income was associated with higher rates of both illegal and legal drug use.

Tobacco use is more prevalent among people who have been previously married but less likely among those never married.

Alcohol use by age 15 was much more common among Europeans than in the Middle East or Africa.

Survey Results Not Static

“There was greater drug involvement among younger than older adults in all countries, suggesting that drug use has and may continue to change over historical time,” the authors write.

“Interestingly, there was also evidence to suggest that male-female differences in risk of initiating drug use may be changing in more recent birth cohorts.

“This change was a consistent finding across countries, suggesting that a general shift may be occurring with respect to the traditional sex differences so often documented with drug use.”

Degenhardt L, et al. (2008) “Toward a Global View of Alcohol, Tobacco, Cannabis, and Cocaine Use: Findings from the WHO World Mental Health Surveys.“PLoS Medicine1 July 2008

This is another article explaining drug use world-wide. It’s titled, ‘Illegal Drug Use Around the World – 5 Things You Need to Know.’ It’s from Audrey Yoo at twitter .com. It begins, ‘Much of the increase in illegal drug use worldwide will take place in developing countries.’

“ Global illegal drug use is expected to rise by 25% over the next few decades as rapid urbanization, industrialization, and population growth in developing countries fuel the demand for illegal substances, the UN’s anti-drug agency said in its new ERLINK"http://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/data-and-nalysis/WDR-2012.html"\t"_blank" this week. The report by the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC), which underlines the fight against drug abuse with data on the consumption and production of illegal substances, also projects that developing countries will shoulder the burden of the global drug problem in the coming decades.

Here are the highlights of the UN findings:

1. Roughly 230 million people have used an illegal drug at least once in 2010.

In 2010, 5% of the world adult population aged 15-64 used illegal drugs at least once. Problem drug users, who mainly depend on cocaine and heroin, make up an estimated 0.6% of the world adult population, amounting to roughly 27 million. Every year, approximately 200,000 people worldwide die from drug abuse.

2. The global number of illegal drug users will go up by 25% by 2050.

If the annual prevalence of illegal drug use stays stable at 5% of the adult population over the next few decades, demographic trends indicate that the total number of illicit drug users will increase by a quarter by 2050, which is in proportion to world population growth. Although the current rate of 5% might appear like a small proportion of the world’s adult population, if this rate continues, there may be some extra 65 million illegal drug users by 2050 compared to 2009-2010.

3. The increase in illicit drug use will be most pronounced in developing countries.

Drug use is linked to urbanization. With the urban population of developing countries expected to double between 2011 and 2050, they will see a marked increase in the demand for drugs. In other words, the burden of the global drug problem will shift to countries that are relatively ill-equipped to deal with it, explains Yury Fedotov, the UN anti-drugs chief. In addition, developing countries’ higher projected population growth and younger populations, the main consumers of drugs, will raise the demand for illicit drugs in those nations.

4. Two of the world’s most popular illegal drugs are cannabis (marijuana) and amphetamine-type stimulants (ATS).

There are an estimated 119-224 million marijuana users globally, making it the most popular illegal substance in the world. Amphetamine-type stimulants, such as methamphetamine (but excluding ecstasy), come in second with around 14-52.5 million users worldwide. As of now there are no signs that marijuana will lose its status as the illegal drug of choice, says the report.

5. More women will use illicit drugs.

While men who take illegal drugs still greatly outnumber women, the gender gap, especially in developing countries, will narrow as conservative, sociocultural barriers break down and as gender equality improves. End of article.

After the pause to announce the star Wormwood, the story then returns to that nuclear and other war activity. That will be continued in the next chapter.

Chapter 6

Trumpets and Woes

Chapter 8, verse 12: “And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.”

This darkness was most certainly a result of nuclear fallout and other dust and debris placed in the atmosphere. And, as described earlier, this worst activity will be limited to the Middle East and possibly other local surrounding areas. Then the next verse introduces an angel making an unusual announcement:

“And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!” These three trumpets, voices, and woes will be explained next.

The next two trumpets are sounded in Chapter 9. These two trumpets sounded the beginnings of two great battles. The first woe is described beginning with the first verse:

“And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2) And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3) And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4) And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.”

This was the beginning of a major battle scene involving both ground forces and air power. Although John used strange metaphors to describe the war equipment and armor, with just a little military background these metaphors are relatively easy to interpret. Let’s continue with the next verses, understanding that John had no way to know the names of armored tanks, helicopters, and aircraft. It continues in verse 5:

“And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. 6) And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.” Before we go further, let’s first pause to understand how and why those men shall seek death. In Islam thought, the only way martyrs can get to their heaven and be rewarded with seventy-two virgins is to be martyred in battle. It’s their faith, so it should be no surprise this is the course many Muslims try to achieve.

Let’s continue with more of these warfare metaphors before we pause to define them. Continuing with verse 7:

“And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. 8) And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9) And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. 10) And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.” Before we go to the next verse, let’s first pause and understand the descriptions of these metaphors.

Most who give their ideas of these descriptions of horrible beasts seem to visualize some monster with great teeth and long spike-pointed tails like dragons. And, perhaps when John first saw these visions, it was also his interpretations of monsters he had never seen. Instead, let’s imagine our interpretation of these things if we had never been exposed to them. What if John saw one of our modern-day war movies? My time while in the military, in Vietnam in 1966-67, offered me that great comparison.

While watching a modern war movie, John would have seen many airplanes on the horizon that, as they became visible, would seem similar to a large swarm of locusts. He would have visualized helicopters which bear a close resemblance to the shape of scorpions; their stings in their tails being firepower from the tails of those helicopters. Their breastplates that looked like iron was actually the iron that surrounded the vehicles and artillery pieces, which the operators stood behind to fire their shells and rockets.

The faces of men were real faces of men he saw behind the windshields of vehicles and aircraft. ‘And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.’ Could this not represent women who actually are in many of our combat positions today; and the armor with teeth of lions could easily be interpreted from armored vehicle grills. John saw these things but had no way to know what they were or any other way to describe them. Anyone who has seen battle scenes for real, or in movies, would recognize these metaphors without much thoughtful interpretation. These things John described are not beasts with long fangs, sharp claws, and red pointed tails. John saw things of today over two thousand years ago. In summary, Christ was telling us through John’s visions that those battles and tribulations would be well into the future; into our generation.

These were descriptions of weaponry that was to be used on the battlefield of the pending battle. The next verse, verse 11, describes one who is the leader of this formidable battle group going forth to the battlefield for five months. It gives a name to the star that ‘fell from heaven and was given the key to the bottomless pit.’

“And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name as Apollyon.” Most interpreters imagine this person is Satan, or one in support of Satan. This link below offers a typical example of this person, this star, or this unseen force:

[+ Dictionaries – Baker’s Evangelical Dictionary of Biblical Theology – Abaddon+]

“In the Book of Revelation ( [+ 9:1-11+] ), when John sees his vision of the fifth trumpet blowing, a vast horde of demonic horsemen is seen arising from the newly opened abyss. They are sent forth to torment the unfortunate inhabitants of earth, but not to kill them. They have a ruler over them, called a king (basileia [basileiva]), the angel of the abyss, whose name is given in both Hebrew and Greek. In Hebrew it is Abaddon and in Greek Apollyon, both words meaning Destroyer or Destruction.

The word only occurs once in the New Testament ( Rev 9:11 ) and five times in the Old Testament ( Job 26:6 ; 28:22 ; 31:12 ; Psalm 88:11 ; Prov 15:11 ). In Psalm 88:11 Destruction is parallel to the grave; in Job 26:6 and Proverbs 26:6 it is parallel to Sheol; in Job 28:22 it is parallel to Death. job 31:12 says sin is a fire that burns to destruction. So in the Old Testament Abaddon means the place of utter ruin, death, desolation, or destruction.

The angel of the abyss is called Destruction or Destroyer because his task is to oversee the devastation of the inhabitants of the earth, although it is curious that his minions are allowed only to torture and not to kill. His identity is a matter of dispute. Some make him Satan himself, while others take him to be only one of Satan’s many evil subordinates.”

Elwell, Walter A. “Entry for ‘Abaddon’”. “Evangelical Dictionary of Theology”. 1997. End.

Although these names of Abaddon and Apollyon are normally and systematically applied to Satan or his forces of evil, in this case this person, this star from heaven, is on God’s side. This star is either Christ or one of His angel followers. To have this much power over evil, this star must be Christ Himself. There are two key points that support this interpretation.

Verse 4 is the first clue, which in the last part reads: “but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.” This star from heaven was the leader against those who did not worship God. Therefore, it couldn’t be Satan; since Satan and his forces do not worship God. Satan would not try to destroy his own forces. Furthermore, Satan would not be concerned about creating damage to grass, any green thing, or trees. Satan does as Satan does with the sole intent to destroy God in Heaven. The second clue comes from Chapter 20, beginning with the first verse:

“And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2) And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3) And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.” (This thousand years is commonly known as the Millennium.)

In conclusion, this ‘angel of the bottomless pit’ in Chapter 9 is the same angel who has the ‘key to the bottomless pit’ in Chapter 20. This is also the same angel who locked Satan away in the bottomless pit for a thousand years. This angel, this king (9:11) named Abaddon and Apollyon can be none other than Christ.

Chapter 9 describes the actions Christ will take against Satan and his great followers; those radical children of Jezebel and Babylon the Great – Muslims. This is not a description of Satan’s forces going forth to attack the good citizens of the earth. This describes Christ going forth with His army to destroy Satan’s army who plans evil upon the earth; in the form of Islam.

This is perhaps the greatest misinterpretation of the Book of Revelation. Without this understanding, the full intent of Revelation cannot be accurately interpreted.

Then verse 12 describes the end of that first woe: “One woe is past; and, behold there come two woes more hereafter. 13) And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden alter which is before God, 14) Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.” (This likely represents those forces that must cross water to arrive at the battle zone; this includes oceans.)

The remainder of Chapter 9 explains the beginning of the first actual battle and the time of the battle, beginning with verse 15:”

“And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. (This refers to the large and growing group of deep Muslims in those countries. This includes those many Iranian Shiite Muslims who will initiate a ground attack against Israel after they drop the first nuclear bomb.) 16) And the number of the army of horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.”

At this time, it’s important to understand the difference in the two major branches of Islam. They include the Sunni and the Shiite. Their differences are similar to the difference between Jews and Christians; and likely were copied from these religions; as many Islamic ideas and concepts are copied from the two real Abrahamic religions. They also claim to be one of the Abrahamic religions, fulfilling that prophesy of ‘false Jews.’

The Sunni believe as the Jews that their Messiah, known as the Mahdi, has not yet arrived on earth to save them and their religion. The Shiite copied the concept of the Christians; that the Mahdi has already arrived.

The Shiite believe their Mahdi is waiting in Occultation. This means he is hiding somewhere on earth waiting for the right opportunity to come forth, show himself, and lead Islam to final conquest and world peace. From this concept, the Shiite are very anxious to make something happen to bring the Mahdi forth to lead them. In the view of the most extreme, a major war against Jews or Christians would make their Mahdi come forth to lead them. This explains Iran’s radical determination to attack Israel; and wipe Israel off the face of the earth. Understanding this concept; can anyone in their right mind believe Iran will fully comply with that Nuclear Agreement arranged by Barack Obama?

Verse 17 then gives another metaphoric description of the battle equipment, mostly armored tanks; ‘and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.” Then verse 20 begins the description of those killed and those to be killed:

“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: 21) Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”

Again, this describes Islam. Muslims worship a meteorite rock in Mecca that’s housed in a cube building made of wood and stone, and adorned with gold and silver; and this building ‘cannot walk.’ And, speaking of fornication; can there be a greater fornication than grown men marrying little girls – many little girls, as many Muslims do? Even after this great battle where many were killed ‘they repented not.’ So the great battle continued.

“And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.” This earthquake likely represented another nuclear event in the great city against those who had killed God’s prophets located there. Verse 14 concludes: “The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.” Then the third woe was announced in the next verse:

“And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” Then the last two verses in Chapter 11 suggested another great battle was to occur.

Verse 18: “And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. 19) And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament; and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake and great hail.”

These things: lightnings, thunderings, earthquakes and great hail were things of warfare prepared to be thrown against Satan’s forces of evil. But, one might ask how hail could be a weapon of war? This question is answered in Chapter 16, verse 21: “And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.”

The weight of a talent, a unit of measurement at that time, was approximately seventy-five pounds. This would strongly support the idea that the hail mentioned in these two verses are rocket, mortar, and artillery shells falling from the sky. A heavy bombardment of these shells falling upon an enemy would be ‘exceeding great.’ These were the weapons prepared for that great battle.

There is a written warning before that great and final battle. It begins in Chapter 16, verse 15:

“Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.” This is the warning to be prepared for that great and final battle to follow. The next verse explains that preparation:

“And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. 17) And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. 18) And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. 19) And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon (Jezebel and Islam) came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. 20) And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. 21) And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent; and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail for the plague thereof was exceeding great.” Another view; and the conclusion of that battle is explained in Chapter 19, beginning with verse 11:

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12) His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14) And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15) And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.” After more descriptions in the next verses, the results of the battle became clear; verse 20:

“And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21) And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.”

This beast was identified in Chapter 13 as the first beast. Other parts of Revelation coded this person as the antichrist, Muhammad. The false prophet was identified as the second beast. This could well be Barack Obama; who supported the words and religion of the first beast, Muhammad. He allowed an image to Muhammad to be built in the Middle East in the form of a dangerous Islamic group called ISIS. This metaphor suggests that the live souls of these two were cast into the lake of fire after that battle. Then Chapter 20, beginning with the first verse, explains what happened to their leader, Satan:

“And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2) And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3) And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.”

This last action ended the results of the seven trumpets, of which the last three were the three woes. Of course, this is a condensed version of the full story, but it gives a concise picture to ask the question presented earlier in this writing. That question is: why is the sounding of the third trumpet that introduced Wormwood so different from the other trumpets. The sounds of the other trumpets produced information related to war activity. Wormwood contained not words of war or warfare. It explained only the disasters caused by the great star Wormwood; which was the influence of drugs. Why would it give only this information? Because wormwood, drugs, is one of the greatest problems with our world today.

This represents the time is near for those final battles and atrocities to begin. Wormwood is only one of that list of time line that tells us when to expect those horrors to begin. It’s the last warning; time is very near. We are warned many times in Revelation to be prepared; do not be surprised when Satan begins his deadly attack through the hands of Islam. But, how should we prepare? Some suggestions are offered next in the conclusion.

Wormwood is the exclamation mark on that timeline by saying this great disaster will create itself within the time period Islam will begin its attack on the world. Barack Obama has assisted toward this great disaster by allowing Iran the freedom to create the nuclear bomb after a period of time; and by giving Iran billions of dollars in cash before he left office as president of the United States. That nuclear agreement was made in July, 2015. Beware: Words in Daniel state that the abomination of desolation, the attack on Israel, will happen ‘in the midst of that covenant.’ That covenant described in Daniel is for seven years. That puts us back into ‘time, times, and half a time.’ Perhaps 2019?

Two other purposes of Revelation are to assure Christians that God and His forces will win in the end; to hold fast and not get discouraged. In the end, nations will still exist and will be healed by ‘leaves’ from the tree of life. But, during the tribulation period before that ending there will be great times and hardships to endure.

These will include death by the sword, starvation, thirst and pestilence. We are warned to ‘prepare’ and not be surprised or embarrassed by our nakedness of not being ready when those tribulations begin. That tribulation period will begin in the midst of that covenant affecting Israel. It’s that covenant promoted by that false prophet, Barack Hussein Obama. It’s the covenant that will be abandoned by Iran ‘in the midst of that covenant,’ and Israel will be savagely attacked.

‘In the midst’ is not a definitive time. If that means ‘in the middle’ then it would begin three and a half years (a time, times, and half a time) after the covenant was accepted by many (seven.) However, ‘in the midst’ could mean anytime within that seven year period. We must assume, to prepare, it will be at the midpoint. But, we know we must prepare for those four designated threats to our safety and well-being. Other events also occur at that three and a half year time, so this is most likely that time determined. How should that preparation begin?

By reading the entirety of Revelation, and parts of Matthew, it seems the worst of the horror will be in the Middle East. Most if not all of those oil-producing nations will be totally devastated. Chapter 18, beginning with verse 21 offers that conclusion:

“And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea (of humanity,) saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. 22) And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee. 23) And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee.”

This would certainly suggest that Islam Babylon will be totally destroyed, never to recover. But what about the rest of the world; our United States in particular? It seems our greatest disasters will not necessarily be war oriented. But, the great legacy Obama will have left our nation will be our greatest hardship. He has limited and restricted the full development of our own natural resources to maintain ourselves during these great disasters in other parts of the world.

Although we have overly abundant oil and gas under our own feet, Obama has not allowed us to fully develop those resources to become fully independent. This has helped his Islamic friends maintain a higher price for their oil, thereby providing them with more power to attack the entire world; and Israel in the near future. Our horrors will be different.

Our perils will be caused by globalization, world trade, economics, transportation and attacks on our power grid. Our transportation system to transport repair parts, food, and other survival items such as medicines and tonics will be crippled. Things that we need from other parts of the world, because of world trade and globalization, will not be available to us because enough ships will not be on the ocean, and cargo planes will not be in the air. Our survival will be as that of medieval or frontier days; our nation is no longer prepared for that basic survival. Understanding these challenges to come, let’s begin to prepare.

Protect Yourself – Own A Weapon

The most expedient preparation is to own a defensive weapon. If you don’t own one now, then this should be your first priority. It doesn’t matter if you agree with gun ownership or not – get a weapon, unless you desire to die ‘by the sword’ as indicated above. You must not be naked and without defense; especially if you have a family. If you won’t protect them in times of hardship; who will? If every qualified person in America owns a weapon, and our enemies know it, then we likely would never have to fire those weapons. A hostile enemy will not attack a target they know will kill them. We must let every Islamic terrorist know they will die if they attack us. Even if they have suicide bombers, they will soon run out of volunteers. But, Islamic killers are not the only great danger that might arise.

There’s a serious consideration, however, before you buy that weapon. That is, to make sure you buy ammunition for it at the same time; otherwise you might own a weapon that’s useless. There’s a shortage of some ammunition now, and it’s likely to get worse in the future. It will be easier and simpler for a despotic leader to disarm people by eliminating the availability of ammunition. Millions of weapons have been handed down from generation to generation, and are therefore unaccountable. The government has no tracer information on these weapons. Most likely, any weapon purchased within the past few years is now recorded at the new NSA center in Bluffdale, Utah. Also, be aware that any new ammunition purchases, especially with a credit card or a check, will also be recorded at that site. Don’t be surprised if sometime in the future certain items may be restricted from cash purchasing. Do it now!

Also, there’s another danger that lurks closer to home. It’s described as ‘Wormwood.’ Wormwood is a great star that fell from heaven when the third angel blew the trumpet, announcing horrible things would happen. This was not a star of course, but something that affected citizens of the earth. The word condition might have been used to describe it instead of a star falling. But the word ‘great’ gave the condition great significance. It’s an unusual event included with the other great events in this chapter, including war and natural disasters. (Revelation 8:11)

In effect, this is a description of the great impact of drugs upon our society; so great in fact that it will become a danger during the time of tribulation. The word ‘wormwood’ describes a family of plants that grow in the wild. The plant is mostly a source of absinthe and opiates, but one variety produces a product that’s considered artificial marijuana. In general, however, it describes the increased use of drugs; so much increase that it becomes a serious danger.

Just imagine what desperate and extreme measures users might do in their attempts to get more drugs. During this time of tribulation, would they invade your home, kill everyone, then plunder your belongings to trade or sell for more drugs? Perhaps you might consider your disdain of owning a weapon. Perhaps you might no longer believe the arguments of those gun-haters. To comply with their ideas might get you and your family killed. Then it’s too late to consider owning one. Christ cautioned many times in Revelation to be prepared; don’t be caught naked. And, to be prepared means to have food, or a way to grow food.

Prepare Not to Starve

According to Revelation, and mentioned in three places, hunger will be one of the greatest hardships during the tribulation period. Each person or each family must decide how to prepare for this horrible event. One way, and of course the most obvious way, is to prepare to grow your own food during this period. This is a simple answer for farmers who have acreage and are trained in the techniques of farming.

Most farmers with large gardens also know how to can their produce for the more austere times. However, those who have no acreage or space enough to grow a garden must have other alternatives. It’s uncertain if farmers can produce enough to provide for the massive hunger that will occur. Probably not; and shipping and transportation will be greatly reduced if not totally eliminated to move produce long distances. So, other options must be explored before the need arises. You must be prepared.

One option growing in popularity is to accumulate large stocks of those meals with a long life span, some up to twenty or twenty-five years. Presently, there are two major advertisers of these products, but likely there are more. For some, this is not the best option and for two reasons. First is the cost. They are more expensive than comparable meals. Second is that they require water to prepare the meal. ‘Just add water and heat’ the ads say. But what if you don’t have water or heat?

Another reasonable alternative is to buy canned food; and it’s certainly the least expensive for those on a limited budget. One might ask ‘why not stock frozen food?’ The answer is simple; likely there will be little or no electricity during the worst times of the tribulation. Canned food offers another great advantage. All canned foods include water and liquids in the cans. This could be one source of liquid to prevent severe thirst. Hunger and thirst are two of the four horrors described to happen during the tribulation period. But, one might be concerned about the cost, and loss through ‘best by’ dates on the cans.

To counter the cost of canned food one must remember the main objective during the tribulation period is survival. Therefore, quality food and the ‘food you like’ are not that important. The most important thing to consider is cost per unit (ounce) and ‘best by’ dates. For examples: most food stores and supermarkets have rotating special prices on their canned vegetables. Some cans normally priced above a dollar are put on special prices such as half that to draw customers to the store. That’s the time to buy that product in quantity; as many as the store will allow. And, there’s another option that might even be better; the dollar discount store.

Almost all canned food products at the ‘dollar stores’ are priced at a dollar. However, many of those canned items contain more than twice as much as those priced less at regular supermarkets. It’s not unusual to find three times the volume at the same or lower price. In either case the ‘best by’ date must be considered. Since this year is 2016, the beginning stock of food should begin with dates of 2018 and beyond. Some ‘best by’ dates now reach as far as 2021. How much should you buy and preposition? That depends on the size of your family and those you intend to support during those trying times. It also depends on your space availability for storage. Once stored, however, those dates become important. To manage the dates, keep them stocked separately by year.

Rotation is the answer. Once you have the sufficient stock on hand then future purchases become normal purchases for the current time. And for those items nearing the ‘best by’ dates that haven’t been used there’s another good answer. Simply donate them to local ‘food pantries’ and other charities that offer food to the needy. But, don’t consider it a loss; instead consider it another tool of God’s influence upon humans helping humans. And in some cases it might even be the source of a tax deduction.

Two other alternatives regarding a food source might also be considered. First, don’t forget to have a large supply of fish hooks, fishing line, and other auxiliary fishing equipment. Fish and crustaceans are usually available in most bodies of water. Even crayfish exist is small streams. Second, powerful air rifles are now on the market for shooting small game; and some have silencers, which is an advantage if you are trying to remain safely and quietly in the background.

Have a Water Source

According to the words, during tribulation many will die from: the sword, hunger, thirst, and beasts, so one must also plan for a water source. For the many who live near a water source such as rivers, lakes, and natural springs that will not be a great problem; except possibly for the purity of the water. This problem may be countered by using a water purification system (personal ones are available for about twenty dollars; often called a straw) or by boiling the water. There are also other methods of purification including the use of certain tablets. Regarding ‘boiling water’ perhaps this is the best place to discuss fire and heat.

Okay, I realize I should avoid references in this conclusion, but there’s one that’s too important to ignore. It’s Revelation 7:4 which cautions against hurting the ‘trees.’ Trees are also mentioned in Chapter 9; which might suggest we not destroy too many of our trees during this time of tribulation; when we are likely to be without sources of fire and heat. Can you imagine how many trees would be destroyed as a source of heat for billions of people on the earth trying to stay warm for three to seven years? Trees once were the major source of heat, but the earth had many less inhabitants. Even so, at that time many of our forests were devastated. But today there’s an alternative – solar cookers and ovens.

There are several types of solar ovens, some simple and some more complex. At the present time they are somewhat expensive; the better ones in the three-hundred dollar range. However, considering their utility during difficult times that extra cost might be well worth the expense, especially if you are not in an area where wood is available; dry wood. Once a tree is cut it has to dry before it can be used for fuel. I know, because in my youth my family and many families used wood for the stove and the fireplace. We didn’t have electricity until I was twelve years old.

Those solar cookers will work when there is even medium sunshine, so using them wouldn’t be hassle free, but it’s certainly a reasonable alternative when the sun is shining. Most, at this time, are not mass produced which means if there’s a sudden demand for them they might not be available. And, there are also optional solar tubes for heating water. These are less expensive and can also be used for cooking like a stove, with the addition of an insert tray. But, what about those times when the sun isn’t adequate to make those solar cookers effective? The other alternative, of course, is firewood; which likely will be the primary source for most survivors. This brings a question of how to start that fire without a match.

A large stock of matches or cigarette lighters or other fuel lighters might be the most obvious answer of how to start a fire. And, there are two alternative ways, just in case matches don’t work and fuel is exhausted.

The first alternative is the camp-style striker method. There are several interpretations of the striker, where a rod is scraped against a starter producing sparks to start a fire tender. There’s another alternative, however, that most people never consider. And, when the sun is shining it’s definitely the most effective – the common magnifying glass. Using the sun, a magnifying glass focused to a fine point on paper or other tender will start a fire.

A very strong magnifying glass is always more effective, but a weaker magnifier will work well during the hottest times of day. The best news about the magnifying glass is that water doesn’t hurt it, and the fuel never runs out. I have four strong ones pre-positioned for emergencies. Once prepared for these three threats, there’s still one to consider. It’s introduced as beasts, which most certainly would mean organisms, diseases, and pestilence.

Prepare for Health Disasters

If this tribulation time is as horrendous as written in the Bible, then many people will die from communicable diseases and maladies that are somewhat controllable today. Today, we have medicines and immunizations to prevent and combat things such as flu and pneumonia. Just imagine what would happen if these protections were not available for five to seven years. In large groups, these horrors would spread like wildfire, and only the healthiest and hardiest would survive, especially if complicated without heat to ease the freezing and wet nights. Without proper medications the only defense would be to wear masks and avoid large groups during these periods of epidemics. But, these maladies are not the only threats to survival.

Two other serious threats will be ticks and mosquitoes. These have been serious problems throughout history. In our modern day, and in our modern societies, repellants ordinarily repel these malicious enemies; but will repellants be available during the tribulation period? Likely not. One possibility is to try to anticipate the beginning time and have as much on hand as possible. If you have too much, your friends and family might need help. And, if you spend any time at all outdoors, especially in warmer times, always check every inch of your skin for ticks. They are very small until they gorge themselves with your blood; then it might be too late. If your home is not perfectly sealed, don’t forget to sleep under netting at night.

Another common problem often arises when in survival mode; especially outdoors. That’s the problem of infection from scratches and other wounds. Briars, thorns, and broken sharp sticks abound everywhere in the outdoors, even in the safety of your enclosed yard. If an infection occurs from one of these pricks, scratches, or cuts there likely will not be medical aid nearby to help you. Of course, the logical answer to defend yourself against these ‘beasts’ is to have an adequate stock of antiseptics and antibiotics on hand to last the duration. These beasts will kill people as surely as guns, hunger, and thirst; and often with long-lasting pain. Be Prepared.

My daily research for over five years strongly convinces me that Barack Hussein Obama is that second beast identified in Revelation, Chapter 13, as the False Prophet. That False Prophet claims to be a Christian, but he speaks and praises only Muhammad and Islam. “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast (Muhammad – a national leader,) and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”

During Obama’s administration he took no direct military action to implement the policies of that first beast, but his words and actions caused many Islamic principles to grow and be acknowledged in the United States and throughout the world. His actions (inactions) caused that image to the beast, that caliphate in the Middle East, to be built.

And, as he leaves office as President of the United States, his charge from Satan will not be lessened. He will take no direct actions against any nation, but his persuasive and deceptive blasphemy will cause others to be the hands of Satan to fulfill his oath to remove God from heaven. His deceptions and lying wonders will continue to cause a divided and confused nation; a nation in which within that confusion many will not recognize God’s promise of everlasting salvation.

Barack Obama will not go quietly and remain in the background as a loyal supporter of the United States of America: One nation under God. As Chapter 13 reveals; he will cause things of Satan to happen. Through his efforts, words and deeds, many of his followers will willingly accept that ‘mark of the beast’ to be placed on their foreheads.

Although he will not be a formal part of our government administration at the end of his presidential term, he will continue to use words and actions outside the government to create strong divisions within our government. To fulfill Satan’s plan he must continue to create division within our nation so as not to allow our nation to come together as a nation united under God.

And so here we are today; the world still under attack by Satan and his evil Islamic beast. It’s a beast so evil it kills everyone in its path; even its relatives and kinsmen. It’s an evil so great not even total power would satisfy itself. There are no limits to the breadth or time of its horror; but its primary and sworn aim is to destroy God in heaven. This explains why God will turn his wrath against this horrible beast that has challenged Him. Islam has spread to the seven heads (those seven continents) and threatens to unleash even more horror against those who worship God.

Within the Words, God has acknowledged that challenging sworn threat from Satan. When the time prophesied arrives he will totally destroy that evil; for at least a thousand years when Satan will escape from the burning pit to spread evil once again. The question of our time, however, is what will happen to our generation when our Apocalypse begins. Will our world still exist as it is? Chapters 21 and 22 answer this question:

Chapter 21, Verse 24 reads, “And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: (referring to the new city of Jerusalem) and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.”

Chapter 22, Verse 2, “In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” Verse 4 adds, “And they that see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.” Verse 12 warns, “And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according to his work shall be.”

According to the Words the physical world will continue to exist even after the great tribulation; there is hope for humanity. In the end, according to the last verses in the Bible, it will be a better world without the presence of that strange god to wreak evil upon the earth.

God bless America, and protect Israel.

Prepare now.
