Let this notarized document serve as public notice to all, that effective this date, I, Michael Patrick Boelens, in legal accordance with the Declaration of Independence do hereby “alter” the Federal Government of the United States of America.

While many will object to the legitimacy of this action, it is allowed and even sanctioned by the Declaration of Independence, as our duty.

To provide legitimacy to this claim, I present the following passage from the Declaration of Independence for reference.

The Declaration of Independence stipulates; “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

The reasoning for my actions at this point in time:

Number 1: Our current government is fiscally irresponsible. At this time, the federal government has accumulated a debt of over $19 trillion dollars. The government also has accumulated an estimated $100 trillion in unfunded liabilities. This constitutes fiscal irresponsibility.

Number 2: The government is no longer a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. The government has become more connected with their own party’s interests, lobbyists, big business, foreign interests, and other large political contributor’s interests, above the interests of the American people. This will not stand.

Number 2 (a): No longer will the government put their wants and needs above the wants and needs of the people . The majority of Americans were against ObamaCare. Congress voted it down. However, through what can only be described as political bribery, ObamaCare was passed. This dismissal of the will of the people will not stand.

Number 3: The Federal government has gotten too big. They have assumed too much power and authority over the states and the people they are to serve. The federal government cannot police themselves, and no longer represents the will of the people. This level of arrogance and ignorance will not stand.

Number 4: The government is primarily made up of two polar opposite parties, that have for all practical purposes, torn this country apart. It is this biased partisanship that has failed the American people.

It is nice that the American people have choices. But those choices are severely limited to extreme liberalism, or extreme conservatism. The problem with that arrangement of limited choices, is that most Americans are neither extremely liberal or extremely conservative, they are somewhere in between.

At some point in time the Democratic and Republican National Committees (DNC/RNC) took over control of America. They (DNC/RNC) are unelected people and entities that set the rules as to how candidates are elected. To further undermine the VOTE of the individual American citizen, they (Democrats) have contrived “Super delegates” that consist of Senators, Congressmen, and state party officials, essentially existing to give the Democratic Party more control over their nominating process. This undermines the political process of one vote for one person. Electing a candidate is the responsibility of the people, and not the government or the DNC or RNC.

Since our government is made up of primarily conservatives and liberals, that act in their party’s best interests and not that of the American people, it is necessary to have an unbiased, non-partisan, fiscally responsible person, oversee the government, and have complete authority over the government on behalf of the people.

Number 5: The government has performed poorly in their representation of the people, jeopardizing America’s national security, for political votes, and / or foreign governments interests. This is wrong, and will not stand.

For these legitimate reasons, I, effective immediately, alter the Federal Government, by creating a new position that shall be referred to as the Supervisor General of the United States of America (SGUSA). This position will have the final say, above any and all government decisions. By government, I mean the entire government, as well as all branches of government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial). While there may be political bias and partisanship within the government to move forward liberal or conservative agendas, the Supervisor General will review and provide a response that best represents the will of the American People.

Moving forward from this date, The Supervisor General will have complete authority over this government in the best interest of the people. There will be no one (no person(s) or entity) with authority above the SGUSA. Elections will still be held. Laws will still be passed. Legal cases will still be decided. Everything shall remain as is, with the only alteration being the introduction of the newly created position of Supervisor General. The Supervisor General is necessary to keep our government in check and purpose, and will have the ultimate authority to approve, deny, or modify the actions, laws, and decisions of the government, and all three branches of the government. This is necessary simply because the government has consistently failed to act in the best interest of the people they are to serve.

Please note that the Declaration of independence predates the United States Constitution, thereby having legal dominance. The Declaration of Independence does not stipulate any specific process or procedure necessary to alter or abolish this government. But it is clear that one does not have to be elected by the people to control the government. This is clearly demonstrated by actions of the DNC and RNC. They are unelected persons and or entities that control the direction of this country, yet are “unelected” by the people. Therefore I declare publically, with authority provided by the Declaration of Independence, that I as a member of the people, do hereby alter this government as follows:

Article 1:

The Constitution stands as is. The people’s vote will count. We will continue with Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches, as originally created by our founding fathers, with one exception (See Article 2).

Article 2:

That exception is the creation of a new position known as: Supervisor General of the United States of America (SGUSA).

Article 3:

This position initially will be filled by myself. As the initial self-appointed SGUSA, I will have the authority to Approve, Deny, or Modify the decisions of all three branches of government, as well as the government itself. As the SGUSA, I do agree to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America. In other words, I have the ultimate authority to hold this government accountable to the people of these United States of America on all matters. The SGUSA, is ultimately responsible to the people, to ensure the people proper representation and governance. Having total authority over the government and all three branches of government, the SGUSA, will have the power to modify the government to better serve the people. At this time, the checks and balances established by our forefathers, not to give one branch more power than another, has fallen to the abuses of executive privilege. This will not stand.

Article 4:

No federal law shall become law unless approved by the SGUSA. The SGUSA shall have authority over the President, the Congress, the Judicial system, the Military, and all Government agencies and their personnel. This is necessary as the government has shown utter contempt for the citizens they are required to represent/serve. The people have no trust for the government. The government is out of control and incapable of policing themselves. The government has no solutions to any of our complex economic problems, they themselves created. As such, it has become necessary for me to step in and make sure that the government begins to act in the best interest of the people, and not their (government) own best interest.

Article 5:

Supreme Court decisions can be overturned by the SGUSA.

Article 6:

Executive orders by the President can be denied or modified by the SGUSA.

Article 7:

Effective immediately, I hereby disallow any other from using this authorization of the Declaration of Independence or any other document legal or otherwise to, argue, circumvent, disparage, undermine or replace this highest of all positions in government (SGUSA). Even the Supreme court, the President of the United States, or Congress itself, shall have no voice against the SGUSA. The SGUSA represents the people, and oversees and regulates the federal government, to ensure the best interests of the people are adhered to. Our government was originally established; of the people, by the people, and for the people. Over time, our government has become a biased, partisan, corrupt and failed government that has shown no real interest in addressing the needs of the people, being fiscally responsible, or protecting the security of America. Words spoken and actions taken are two different things.

Article 8:

The position of SGUSA shall be the highest office of authority in the land. No office shall command greater authority than the SGUSA. The term of the SGUSA, is indefinite. In the event of the death or retirement of the SGUSA, the original SGUSA shall have made a list of the next replacements. Those people will follow in succession. The government shall have no involvement in this decision, and will adhere to the decisions of the current SGUSA, and succeeding Supervisor Generals (SG) of the USA. Failure to adhere will constitute treason against the people and America.

Article 9:

The office of the SGUSA, is an office of the people, and represents the best interest of the people. While it oversees the government, and has complete authority over the government, it represents the people. All the people. If in the event the people are not satisfied with the actions of the SG, they may vote him/her out in a special election that can be held every 15 years from the date of this recording. 90% vote is necessary from 90% of its legal citizens to remove the SG.

Article 10:

The SGUSA, shall draw a government salary of his or her own choosing, not to exceed $250,000.00 annually, and shall be provided all the assets necessary to perform his or her duties. However, if the SGUSA presents solutions independent of the government such as the 12 Step Economic Recovery “Plan B,” that should have significant impact on the economy and the financial strength of America, he /she will receive just compensation fitting of such result, determined by the SGUSA.

Article 11:

The SG may provide solutions to create a better America for all. In other words. The SGUSA may implement unbiased, non-partisan decisions, independent of the government or the three branches of government. These programs, plans, or solutions shall be implemented by the government on behalf of the people, in accordance with the SGUSA.

Article 12:

In the event that any; group, entity, concern, body, or individual, shall attempt to conspire against the SGUSA, or object to the decisions of the SGUSA, they shall be in violation of the law, and punishable by imprisonment or other, depending on the extent of the violation. The SGUSA has no liability, and the SGUSA cannot be sued or prosecuted.

Article 13:

No person shall lobby the SGUSA in any manner. This undermines the will of the American people. Effective immediately, it is against the law to lobby any member of government for favorable considerations. In fact harsh punishments and imprisonment will result from such activity.

Article 13(a): The government and all three branches of government shall immediately acknowledge and comply with this alteration of Federal Government of the United States of America as prescribed in Article 2 of the Reclamation of Proper Governance of the United States of America, recognize and accept the authority of the position. Failure to do so will result in harsh punishment. A copy of this document is being sent to one member of the Democratic and the Republican parties. They will have the responsibility to further alert their colleagues of this alteration of the federal government of the United States.

Initial Summary (full summary to follow). This decision to alter the federal government is not made lightly. It is the result of continued abuses of power demonstrated by the government, that has led to this momentous day in history. Please know, the SGUSA, doesn’t side with the left or the right, but instead, with what is right for America.

Today, the people declare their independence from a biased and partisan government, that to this point has become too destructive to the people they are to serve. From this date forward, it is the people that will direct our government, this through the office of the SGUSA.
