INTRODUCTION

Sharing my creative writing is something that makes me extremely content to be able to do. In this small poem book i would like to share with you many aspects of life.My process is simple, i sit down in my room or outside in a park or even on my travels and have note book that i carry just to write them down so i don’t forget my thoughts. My hope in writing these is for you to take something from them. Thank you for your valuable time in reading my work.

When Kindness Comes

There is no end without a start

You’ll find your meaning in your heart.

Just give it time and you will thrive

When kindness comes and affection stives.

In the end we all want the same

Endless love in all its name.

When in this world and feeling alone

Just find that place you feel at home.

Once you’re there don’t ever forget

That you can help those who aren’t there yet.

When you return

A tearful goodbye before we part

You’re off to study it’s a brand new start.

Go learn some more and become who you want

There is nothing you can’t achieve because you’re my son.

It’s the time to shine above the rest

However you try i’ll know it’s your best.

When you return from your your exam

I’ll bake you some scones with bread and jam.

To make 2 years youv been away

Knowing you will prosper with every passing day.

City life

Time is ticking as you rush by

No time to talk or wonder why.

City life is fast and speedy

With people on the pavement who are so needy.

Concrete blocks set heavy in stone

To make lots of money for your outstanding loan.

This shirt and tie you wear everyday

Gets you promoted while your family takes delay.

Spreadsheets and charts and meetings apart

Gets levels of stress off to a early start.

All this time your nose to the ground

With nothing to hear apart from that busy office sound.

Now knowing

I see a man on his knees

Praying for forgiveness and begging please.

Don’t take them away i love them to much

Just bring them back with your godfelt touch.

They breath on machines while i sit here and wait

My mind is so numb while my thoughts are in debate.

They are so young i don’t understand

Why they must suffer and i still stand.

Four days later they are awake

I feel so humbled my tears now break.

Now knowing i am with them to get them through

Thank you for your love since the prayers i begged of you.

Another Man

Dear child of mine where did the years go

Your twenty three now but i was gone long ago.

I chose other things to keep me away

Its was never you that couldn’t get me to stay.

It was all my fault what i decided to do

Another man i loved said he wouldn’t take me and you.

One day when you find me and i hope that you do

I can sit there and talk and give you the answers you are due.

I just hope your decisions are so better than mine

And if you have a family too that you don’t leave them like i.

The Craving

When is it right to judge without being critical

You just want to help but appear hypocritical.

The craving of baring a meaningful phrase

Has people talking of you as though you’re a disgrace.

We let illusions filter the norm

And life is distorted in erroneous form.

We think if we give we must want in return

Of something more valuable than of things we can learn.

Pretentious puppetry actions from personality to person

Feeding the fakeness to our next generation.

Remember humanity was a mark of respect

Is it social media of the internet that could make us forget.

Thank you for reading, if you liked any of these poems please take a moment to give me review on Shakespir and add my as favorite so you will not miss any other books i create.
