The official name of the project is United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015), which many in the U.S. refer to as "the Iran nuclear deal," or the JCPOA. Actually the JCPOA is only one part of the arrangement President Obama made with Iran and the leaderships of the other member States Party to the Security Council resolution. The Parties to the Obama-Iran "Deal" established a Joint Commission, with its sub-bureaucracy, the Procurement Working Group, which promotes, facilitates and expedites Iranian acquisitions of nuclear weapons associated goods, technologies and support services listed on INFCIRC/254/Rev.10/Part 2, recently updated from the previous INFCIRC/254/Rev.9/Part 2 list of nuclear weapons related inventories. In its document titled: "Information on the Procurement Channel." By that document, the Procurement Working Group actively seeks vendors world-wide to submit offers to the P.W.G. Dept. to make available offers to sell Iran nuclear weapons associated assets in combination with ballistic missile assets. These offers will be routed through the P.W.G. Dept. which with its mandate to prevent the IAEA from looking into any package associated with INFCIRC/254/Rev.10/Part 2. French President Macron didn't mention any thing about that as he approached the U.S. Congress, in late April 2018, begging in his on-the-record speech that the U.S. Government not leave the "Iran nuclear deal." Macron didn't mention a lot of things about the "deal" that would reason him out of his position; But this writing will; and not only that, I'll even talk about, and break down in analysis, the details of this hypocritical weapons monger's precious little on-record complaining. Macron was well-received speaking to the remnants of those pro-Obama deal acolyte Congresspersons so far still retaining their positions; he was well-received by those wanting to hear their own self-promoting political propaganda being supported by a foreign potentate unelected by the U.S. Citizen and only by a clear minority of the French Constituency; And although the majority in Congress opposed to his position sat by politely quietly listening; the French President clearly made no impression on the current U.S. President as Macron tried to make a mockery of the many of us U.S. Citizens who know a hell of a lot more about the "deal" that Macron dares speak about to his own constituency. The United States withdrew from the "deal" a few weeks after Macron's visit. But withdrawing from the agreement is not enough. U.S. refusal to continue to participate in the arrangement does not prevent the other Parties from routing sales to Iran through the Procurement Working Group secrecy arrangement. That approvals of sales routed through the P.W.G. department have been on-going since November 2016 is well known; that these sales have exponentially increased in the first six months of 2018 is also well known; the exact number of approved of sales in any six-month period, and the fact that the IAEA is entirely prohibited from verifying these procurement package are not being diverted to the development of nuclear weapons capacity is spelled out in Resolution 2231. The Resolution 2231 prohibition against IAEA verification that the packages are not being diverted to the development of nuclear weapons capacity can most reasonably be ruled upon by the International Court of Justice as in direct violation of Article III, Clause 1 of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. For that and for the various other menaces brought about by the "Iran nuclear deal," the issue must be brought before the Court, the only Agency Authorized to Rule the entire deal be thrown out; to open the books and have everything investigated; contracts in violation of treaty annulled; and all items acquired by Iran contrary to treaty be returned to origin; along with the many other things the Court may deem necessary to correct the situation.
