Loving the self and others is the ultimate goal of incarnation. Learn the steps to loving yourself fully, loving those around you fully, and then you will live the bliss of heaven on earth. Yeshua gives clarification on his life as master teacher Jesus. His true message was of love and freedom from oppression. Ironically today his name is being used to oppress in many factions. This book is here to shed light on love, truth, forgiveness, and learning ascension as a whole. It starts individually. It starts with you! Read on to learn how to be in connection with the creator of all that is and all his many messengers of love. I want to thank all the amazing teachers who influenced this book. Beginning with Pat Reese, and Tessa, who taught my mom, continuing through the late Dr. Wayne Dyer, Delores Cannon, and most recently Yeshua through Pamela Aaralyn, and my beloved Peter Renfro. I feel your presence with me often and I know you hold my hand as I write. I am both thankful and honored to have been chosen to do this work. I take very little credit for the content as I or another being has channeled most of it from the heavens. I simply organized it into a fashion suitable for your reading and understanding. The Hindu God Shiva represents the divine lover (consciousness and the self) while his spouse is the beloved Shakti (energy, the body, and phenomenal world). Their relationship is beautifully expressed in the following conversation:

Shakti creates a world of her own and invites Shiva inside. “Hey, I have created a world, will you come? Shiva says, “Sure, but I cannot live in it, because it is ever changing and I am never changing, so what should I do?” She replies, “If you get into everything as the center of everything, then the center never changes, only everything around it changes. You are always surrounded by eternal bliss; you remain in your bliss. Around you, I will put a network of my powers that will intermediate between you and the outside world. I do not proclaim to any religion, although I am very familiar with the stories of Buddha, the Tao, and Jesus, or Yeshua, his Hebrew name. I choose to incorporate Christ Consciousness and the peace taught by Buddha, and the Tao, along with the knowing of oneness. I explore all religions in order to understand them. I do this because, at age 5, I had the knowing that all religions had a piece of a much larger pie, none of us can fully understand in our current reality. The more I learn, the more I realize, there is so much more left to learn. It is my goal to help you become the most loving sentient being you’re capable of being, as I do so as well. It’s my goal we grow and ascend together. I was born knowing but tuned it out due to negative response from my family, chemical injections, disciplines & doctrines from the military, negative mindsets around me, and the beliefs of my culture. After a decade of spiritual study, and practice, I am now awake again and hope that it is your desire to awaken too.

My mom was very spiritual and had a reverend friend named Pat Reese who loved me dearly as a child. Pat loved humanity dearly and took it upon herself to teach my mom spiritually until she passed over. Pat passed away when I was about 4 or 5, she was brief in my life but built a strong foundation of love for my mom and I. My entire life, my mom told me that I can be anything, and all that I cherish can be mine. When I was 5, I was sometimes introduced as, “the first female President of the U.S.” by my mom, and I believed it would happen someday, I still do. I knew Hillary would never win because she doesn’t represent the divine feminine and that is what is needed in the White House. This childhood confidence lasted well into my late 20’s. Losing it and redeveloping it is where my story begins.

Losing my connection to source through bad diet, pharmaceuticals, military injections, and an unhealthy belief system put me on track to uncover the truth and heal my life. Without the pain and despair of illness, poverty, and perpetual aloneness, I would never have reunited with source in this incarnation. Pain causes movement, and the divine will inflict pain until you see the light and start walking home. It is not a punishment but a wake up call. I was fully connected until sometime in my early thirties, not even realizing it. I just had an inner voice, an intuitive sense, and I followed it. This worked well for me until it was suddenly cut off. I am not sure what exactly started the downward spiral but I do know that when I cut pharmaceuticals, completely out of my life, and stopped allowing any injections in my body, I healed. I also know that before being injected to go to Iraq, which I never did, I was very healthy, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Something changed after being injected for a deployment I never endured. I became depressed, was hospitalized for suicidal tendency, held for 3 days against my will and this struggle continued until I pulled myself together and changed everything almost a decade later. The things I did to heal can work for you too. They will work for anyone who honestly applies them and believes in them. All I did was go organic and reconnect to source. It’s so simple, anyone can do it. During Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions, it always comes out to detox all chemicals from the body and to eat natural organic food. I learned this by intuition before ever learning QHHT or becoming a practitioner.

I will explain more about QHHT later. I actually go through a session in chapter 8. This is not your typical session, in fact, it is the only one I know of, of its caliber. I included it here because it shows what living in a fear based existence can bring about in one’s life. I also discuss briefly, the normal sessions I have had for myself and that I have done for others. It is a pretty amazing technique. I knew on October 8th that Trump had won the Presidential election and I was bummed out, for I know this technique is truth at its core and I saw selfish intentions unfolding with Mr. Trump. Delores Cannon created QHHT through over forty years of practice and perfection. Anything can be cured with this technique because the mind is very powerful and can cure anything. This technique uses the mind and a theta state of being for self-healing. It gets the conscious mind out of the way so the subconscious can work its magic. My goal is that this book will open your mind and you will heal yourself without needing a session. If a session is necessary after you have done the work presented here or if you are merely curious, then, by all means, book a session. It is life changing when followed appropriately.

Hopefully, it will be very apparent for you, what will work for you, and how you can best apply it. I went through times when things weren’t going well externally for these are the areas where I was shifting or adjusting on the inside. Our outside world is always a reflection, a mirror of what we are creating in our minds. For a decade I struggled, for two years I was crazy, suicidal, and felt alone in the world. I later learned this is what is known as ascension. Ascension is the transition from 3rd-dimensional reality living into 4th then 5th-dimensional reality living. It is a painful process for many and can be cause for diagnoses such as, schizophrenia, bipolar, multiple personality disorder, and the newest versions that keep being renamed to create a new pill. Pills are not the answer, they are the problem. We are only offered the pills because everyone involved in getting them to us is getting rich. My complete breakdown and disconnect started when the VA prescribed me Lexapro and Lorazepam for anxiety.

I needed someone to talk to as my children had been taken from me behind my back by a meth-addicted family member. I freaked out for their safety and well-being. My reaction was normal until the pills put me in a state of helplessness. I then developed severe anxiety, suicidal depression, PTSD symptoms started emerging, and a couple years later, I was diagnosed Bi-Polar. I was in my late 30’s and had never had any major emotional problems despite many traumas. I tell you this so you understand, the pharmaceuticals and injections induced by the military, caused all my mental breakdowns. I was fine before the VA gave me a pill for depression, and situational anxiety.

I struggled with chronic anxiety for 4 years before learning to use yoga, meditation, and marijuana for relief. Now I can manage without marijuana but for a few years while I detoxed my body, it was a daily necessity. Without it, the pain of living was so unbearable, I was suicidal. Everything hurt emotionally and nobody understood. I felt alone in the world. I had no friends and my family wouldn’t come around, I was such a mess, they didn’t know how to be in my presence. They didn’t want to avoid me but being around me was so draining, they had no choice. I would desperately want people around but couldn’t handle them trying to love me so I too rejected them, perpetuating the aloneness further.

Marijuana is only illegal because it works so well that when pharmaceuticals were introduced, almost one hundred years ago, the general population would not trust or try them. They had been using marijuana for over 6000 years for medicinal purposes like menstrual pain, stomach problems, diarrhea, constipation, and many other uses, it worked and they trusted it. The hemp plant was used as well for textiles. The hemp plant is good for the earth as it replenishes nutrients, adds omega 3, and can even pull nuclear toxins from the soil. I am in the process of starting a hemp farm where all are welcome to live off the land, build an earth ship home, and help with the annual harvest as a way of giving back. If the land fills to capacity, we as a community will buy more land and keep growing, healing, and nurturing. As a collective, we will grow and expand as much as necessary to accommodate the waking up of humanity. I feel this is necessary to bring mother earth back into the center of living, she supports all of our needs. We can use hemp instead of trees for all paper and textile goods.

How did I go from thriving to dying, back to thriving? I remember-ed what I had forgotten. I overcame the amnesia we suffer coming through the amniotic fluid. I realized what you hopefully are reading this book to learn, and that is that you are not your body. In addition to your physical body, you also have what is known as a light body. The light body is connected to everything in the universe. The light body is the “chi” or energy of the universe. We are all connected via this energy. Our goal is to merge the physical and light bodies into one, this is known as ascension.

Negative entities do exist, however, with what you will learn in this book, you will be able to completely avoid them. You will learn how to bring your vibrational energetical field towards the 4th-dimensional awareness. The negative entities are locked into the 2nd dimension but can access us at the 3rd dimension, if we are vibrating at a low frequency. On a frequency meter, the average frequencies in a human range is between 30-100 millivolts. A light worker will range well over the 100 millivolts, as high as 250 millivolts. By eating healthy, meditating regularly, and having a positive mindset, you can achieve high vibrational frequency. This does not mean you avoid negativity, quite the opposite. You embrace it, learn from it, and grow into a space of love from it. It then becomes nonexistent in your reality for you no longer mirror it.

What causes low vibrational frequency? Fear. Whatever you think about, you bring about. If you are adding fear to this equation, you are intensifying the result. Face your fears, stand up to them. Once you start standing strong, things to be afraid of will stop presenting themselves to you, because you will have mastered them. You will have stopped creating them. The only fear we have to fear is fear itself. Stop creating, then fearing your own fear. Talk with it, accept it, acknowledge it, ask it what it needs. Stop acting afraid. Fear only has the power over you, that you give it. You can remove others negative energy from your life also. You can do this by spending less time with them and when you are with them, use your higher guidance to be in a loving state of acceptance with them. You can get more information on this from Mr. Ralph Smart. I watch him on YouTube. He is brilliant just Google him. I was happy to find out that he and Teal Swan are friends and have made a few YouTube videos together. I recommend you watch these two together and individually, as they are awesome and have a great deal of knowledge to share with you.

The name may sound silly but it’s an easy acronym for knowing what to avoid eating. You would never expect your car to run on shit, so why should your body? Shit is SCAT, it’s the bad stuff we put in our bodies. This is the system I learned two years ago after being told by an inner voice that I was developing Lymphoma and that chemo was not an option. I know it saved my life and in chapter 7, it will be confirmed by someone a bit higher than myself. Many people know that eating healthy is important. Unfortunately, most people don’t realize what healthy eating looks like. Labels are so misleading and the industry is more interested in turning a profit than in your well being. You must take it upon yourself to make the right food choices. You need to eat to live, not live to eat. Food should be as nutritionally delicious to your body as it is your taste buds.

I will first tell you what to avoid. We will then discuss what is OK in small doses and what you should eat more of. The idea is that you create what I call a no F’GG SCAT lifestyle, that fits your life. This is not a diet fad. This is a way of being, a way of living for your ultimate health. You eat what is in alignment with your higher self. Keep an open mind. You don’t have to make all the changes at once. Being aware of what you should eat and then implementing it as you are comfortable is the best way to make changing habits that will stick. Add the new healthy foods and the bad foods will naturally fall away. Your body will begin to crave the nourishing foods without an effort from you. The beginning is tough if you’re stubborn in your mind but the flow becomes natural quickly.

You want to avoid at all costs, Fluoride, Glyphosate, and GMO’s (genetically modified organisms). This is what I call F’GG the NO refers to eating natural and organic. Then there is the SCAT; Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol, and Tobacco. These are bad for you and should be avoided or used in moderation. Some of these things you are very aware of and others are probably new to you. Let me explain why each substance should be avoided or minimized.

Fluoride is a Neurotoxin. It is not good for your teeth. It was actually discovered by a dentist in Colorado Springs because of the damage it caused. After several people in the springs were afflicted with brown teeth, it was discovered that the fluoride had caused it. Later for no apparent reason, there was no proof of any benefits to do so, the decision was made that fluoride be added to water for tooth decay improvements. There are 2 problems with this action. The first is that natural fluoride has only been proven to cause damage, there is no evidence of it strengthening teeth. The second flaw is that the fluoride used in tap water, toothpaste, mouthwash, and even in dental treatments are not natural. The fluoride being used commercially is a nuerotoxic byproduct of chemical and nuclear waste. Harvard published a study proving that fluoride lowers the IQ of children. The higher the dose of fluoride the child is exposed to, the lower the IQ.

From a spiritual perspective, this makes perfect sense. Fluoride atrophies the pineal gland in the brain. This is the command center, your antenna to source. It is important that you not only believe this, but you must apply it to your life, or the concepts I will be teaching you won’t make any sense and you won’t be able to apply them. The fluoride makes you sluggish, tired and disconnected from source, the creator of all that is. It is by detoxifying and applying the next steps that I will be teaching you that you will become clairsentient in your own existence. I am waking you up to your God self. After about 2 years of being off fluoride, you will be able to have the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) experience without having to have a session. Eating right, meditating, and being organic is that powerful!

Here are some facts about fluoride. Most developed countries do not fluoridate their water. Fluoridated countries do not have less tooth decay than non-fluoridated ones. Fluoride affects many tissues in the body besides the teeth. Conspiracy theorists have long been skeptical of mass medication efforts, seeing fluoride (which has been used as a calming drug on livestock) as a form of mass mind control. Fluoridation is not a natural process. 40% of American teenagers show visible signs of fluoride over-exposure. For infants, fluoridated water provides no benefits, only risks. Swallowing fluoride provides no benefit to teeth. Economically disadvantaged communities are the most devastated by fluoridation. www.fluoridealert.org/researchers/nrc/panelists/

Avoid tap water always, look at what is happening around the world. Flint is one of many places affected by bad water. There was the Hinkley epidemic so bad, they made a movie, Erin Brockovich in southern California. Make sure your drinking water is clean. The only way to remove fluoride is extreme filtration such as reverse osmosis. You can also drink natural spring or distilled water. Alkaline waters, Fiji, and similar mineral loaded waters can help in the detoxifying process as they remove metals from the brain and body. Fiji water has been proven to prevent and even cure autism.

Glyphosate is found in wheat products and is the true reason why many beings have been diagnosed with celiac disease. It’s not actually the wheat causing the problem but the body attacks the chemicals on the wheat unable to differentiate the two. Once you have developed celiac it is difficult to tolerate wheat. Otherwise, it is OK to eat organic wheat. If you can find it, products of Italy are safe. They do not use the glyphosate in the pre-harvesting of their wheat production. In the U.S. a chemical suit is worn to apply glyphosate to the wheat. The wheat is then cut down, ground up, and served with the cancer and autism causing chemicals mixed in. Wheat is the staple of most diets and buying non-organic flour to cook at home defeats the purpose, as it is chemical laden too. With no way to know its contents due to the lack of labeling laws and the allowance of food companies purposely misleading consumers, one must eat with caution. Read your labels, if it’s not organic, ensure you know the source. Google the countries that have banned chemicals on crops. I happen to know South America, Ireland, and Italy are safe. Mexico and most of Europe have banned GMO’s. Growing your own food is the best way to ensure it is safe. Not everyone can do this now, but we can all be conscious of what it is we are eating. Do your best.

When we know better, we do better. My intention is to make you aware so you will choose healthier foods to eat. Autism, cancer, and many other diseases around bloating, stem from chemicals, especially glyphosate, on our foods. Before the addition of glyphosate to our food in the 90’s, autism was less than 400 cases annually now we see over 400,000 new cases annually and it is growing every year. Doctors are unaware of this connection because they are not taught about nutrition. It is time, that we as individuals take responsibility for our own health and well-being. Doctors are limited by their training. We have an internal guidance system to lead us to our own natural cures. Its time to take back our powers as a collective and start using them.

GMO's are deadly and caused cancer in 98% of lab rats. They were never tested on humans. The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) urges doctors to prescribe non-GMO diets for all patients. They cite animal studies showing organ damage, gastrointestinal and immune system disorders, accelerated aging, and infertility. Numerous health problems increased after GMO's were introduced in 1996. The percentage of Americans with three or more chronic illnesses jumped from 7% to 13% in just 9 years; food allergies skyrocketed, and disorders such as autism, reproductive disorders, digestive problems, and others are on the rise. Although there is not sufficient research to confirm that GMO's are a contributing factor, doctors, and groups such as the AAEM tell us not to wait before we start protecting ourselves, and especially our children who are most at risk.

There is a book called Pure, White, and Deadly. It is not referring to drugs or cocaine, it is referring to sugar. Sugar is very bad for us and has zero nutritional qualities. It is loaded with empty, disease accelerating calories and is highly addictive. In studies when lab rats were given a choice between cocaine and sugar, they always went for the sugar. It did not matter if the rats were given sugar or cocaine first, they always preferred the sugar over the highly addictive cocaine. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine!

Sugar lowers B vitamins and calcium in the body. It causes diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol and heart disease. Sugar feeds cancer so cutting it out of the diet helps to prevent cancer. It has no health benefits, is high in calories, and it has damaging effects on the body. It also accelerates aging. Cane sugar should be avoided as much as possible. High fructose corn syrup is even worse and should be avoided completely. Aspartame is the fecal matter of bacteria and also causes cancer among other things. Avoid gum, diet soda, regular soda, and many foods that contain high fructose corn syrup and aspartame. High fructose corn syrup is found in most ketchup, syrup, fast food, the condiment packages from fast food, and soda. For kids, it is like crack and causes the mental breakdowns we so often see in public. Sugar and its derivatives are bad for you, please avoid them.

I know as humans we crave sweets. You can go to the health food stores and find organic and sugar-free chocolate. They are delicious and use things like coconut palm sugar, or natural berry flavors as sweeteners. It is still a sugar but it is a healthy alternative derived from a super food. When cooking or baking at home, I have found that beat sugar, also a super food, can replace cane sugar and coconut sugar can replace brown sugar. You can add organic maple syrup, honey, monk fruit, applesauce, date sugar, dates, stevia (ensure its organic sometimes it is processed chemically), and various agave nectar’s as sweeteners. Try some different things, you will feel so amazing. I have perfected any desert using organic flours, gluten free flours, and vegan substitutions. You can create anything in the kitchen vegan, organic, and with sugar alternatives while keeping all the flavor of the bad stuff.

Caffeine is off limits if you suffer anxiety. Otherwise, you want to limit your intake to less than 16 oz of drinks per day and you want to avoid the energy drinks. They are not good for you and will cause a crash. If you’re currently consuming high amounts of caffeine start weening yourself off and adjust your levels comfortably. This will help you to avoid the headaches associated with withdrawal. Too much caffeine is unhealthy and causes illness. The central nervous system is most affected by over stimulation from caffeine including, drowsiness, thirst, anxiety, irritability, and insomnia. It can accelerate heart rate and cause frequent urination and diarrhea among other things.

Alcohol is safe in small amounts. If you are drinking several a day you should consider cutting back. If alcohol rules your life, you know who you are and can ask for help. There are many resources available to you. However, if you enjoy 1-3 beverages less than 3 times in an average week, you are probably consuming a healthy amount that won’t cause harm to your body. Small framed beings and especially females may be a slight bit less consumption but its a close guesstimate analysis for your body. You know if this is an area you struggle with, I am not here to judge, only to love and help if you need it. Alcohol should be a release, not an escape. If it has become and escape or a crutch then maybe cut back. I love you, only you can decide for you.

Tobacco carries its warnings right on its label. We all know that the chemicals added to cigarettes cause cancer. I think GMO’s, and cancer causing food products should carry the same warning labeling, they do the same damage. If you smoke, go organic and start the process to quitting. I am not judging you, I love you. Quit when it is your time but do make a plan to quit. Ascension cannot happen if the body is too toxic. There are some organic alternatives available, here in Colorado Springs we have a store called Organica, it sells anything you can imagine in the healing realm and its all herb based and much of it is grown on site. They have various herbal smoke blends to aid in quitting, cigarettes, pot, and some harder drugs, as well. Go explore your environment, there is something better than smoking for you to do.

I told you what to avoid now here’s what to fill up on. Natural vegetables should be your staple, then add fruits, grains, legumes, then meat, poultry, and dairy if you chose. Strive for veganism. I am not telling you to be vegan, I am saying cut down on the meats. Ideally, you will be vegan for ultimate light body evolution but not everyone is ready for this step. I am vegetarian, I quit eating meat over a progression. I began cutting out red meat and pork during pregnancies. It made me vomit to see raw meat. After my 2nd child, I completely quit pork, after the 3rd child, I completely became a vegetarian. I now eat an occasional piece of locally caught by hand fish, I use organic cheese, and butter, otherwise I am vegan. I rarely eat eggs, they gross me out and milk is so toxic, I only ever used it on cereal or to base my chocolate milk as a child and now I will only use organic nondairy milk; soy, coconut, and almond.

Kale, wheat grass, and all natural greens are a great staple to your diet. You can put this in a smoothie if that is easier for you to digest. It doesn’t matter how you get it in, just do it. Listen to your body. It will tell you what it needs through cravings. If you are craving something unhealthy, look at the ingredients and analyze what is healthy within it and find an alternative. Also, it helps to only eat when you are truly hungry and not just bored looking to snack. I like to keep organic potato chips and popcorn in the house. This can cure a salty craving. For sweets, I keep organic honey, hazelnut butter, and various other nut spreads and put them on toast with honey. The combination of sweet and protein will help fill you up too. You can also make cinnamon toast using beet or coconut sugar. Do what works for you. You are probably wondering what the heck KunPiYo is, right? You’ve never heard of it because I made it up. It is a combination of Kundalini Yoga and Pilates. I add a lot of upbeat dance and some neuron correcting actions to the mix. It is a fun way to connect to source, and wake up the Kundalini energy within, while strengthening the core muscles. I am sure you have heard of Pilates. It is core strengthening exercises used to create a stable posture and strengthening the whole of the being. A strong core is essential for solid foundations in life’s achievements.

Yoga is the unity of oneness. It is a direct connection to source. There are many ways to source and several of them will be taught, or uncovered here. Sometimes I channel knowledge and I am learning right along with you. I used to run and google all new knowledge, verifying it, proving it to myself before I could believe it. When you first start channeling its a little frightening, understanding how you just simply, “know”, yet nobody ever told or taught you. You just know. It will start happening more and more as you detox and start living purposefully with intention.

Kundalini, feminine energy that is all around us and within us can lie dormant at the root chakra unless properly awakened. Tesla, Jesus, Buddha and many others were familiar with the power of this energy. It can be used to align the 7 chakras. They are the root which is represented by red, the sacral represented by orange, the solar plexus represented by yellow, the heart is green, the throat is blue, the third eye indigo/purple and then there is the white light at the crown. I like to think of it as a white light shining in from heaven and the fractals of my being shatter the colors into my own personal rainbow. Your aura is a reflection of these colors as they are exhibited in the body. An aura reader can know just by looking at you what type of being you are, and many facets of your being are shown through the aura. Knowing how to keep your chakras in balance is a gift available to us all. Being able to see said aura’s is priceless and not so easily achieved, although anyone can do it with practice. We all can do anything that has ever been done and many that have yet to be discovered. We are amazing beings but many of us have forgotten. These exercises will put you back in touch with you, your whole self, most importantly it will align you with creation, the source of all that is.

Kundalini yoga incorporates repeated movements or exercises, dynamic breathing techniques, chanting, meditation and mantras. Each specific kundalini exercise, referred to as akriya, is a movement that is often repeated and is synchronized with the breath. The practice is designed to awaken the energy at the base of the spine in order to draw it upward through each of the seven chakras. Brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan, this form of yoga looks and feels quite different than any other, due to its focus on repetitive, enhanced breathing and the movement of energy through the body. I have included a few yoga poses on my YouTube for you to practice. Below are some Hypasana poses for you to learn and do as well. Eighty-four asanas were taught by Shiva. Of those, the essential four are Siddhasana, Padmasana, Simhasana and Bhadrasana – these four are the best. 15 asanas are mentioned by name: I have included them here with photo’s and a “how to” description.

BHADRASANA (The Gracious Pose)

Sit on the floor with legs stretched out. Fold both the legs and bring them close to each other. The souls of the feet must touch each other. Use the hands to hold the toes of the feet. Pull the legs towards the perineum. The legs should rest on the ground, touching the floor. This will require a good amount of flexibility in the beginning. Keep the spine straight and relax the trunk and especially the shoulders. Maintain this final pose for as long as comfortable. The breathing can be slow and rhythmic. For physical benefits, practice the final pose with awareness of breath at the nose tip. For spiritual benefit one may also practice awareness of the Mooladhara (root) chakra.

Padmasana, Lotus Position

Sit on the floor or on a mat with legs stretched out in front of you while keeping the spine erect. Bend the right knee and place your right foot on your left thigh. Make sure that the sole of the feet point upward and the heel is close to the abdomen. Now, repeat the same step with the other leg. With both the legs crossed and feet placed on opposite thighs, place your hands on the knees in mudra position. Keep the head straight and spine erect. Hold and continue with gentle long breaths in and out.

SIDDHASANA, The accomplished pose

Sit on the floor with legs close to each other. Take the left foot and place it at the perineum. The perineum is the soft tissue between the anus and the testis. For females, it is done differently. Females should place the left foot in the labia majora of the vagina. Now take the right foot and place it over the left foot. To make the posture steadier, slide the right foot toes into the space between the left calf muscles. This may require some adjustment to the position. It is like creating a lock, so that the lower body is stable for long durations of meditation. The knees should touch the floor. Now, make your spine straight. The chin can press against the chest. Gaze at the space between the eyebrows. And become aware of your breathing process. The breathing can be natural and deep. One may also practice Ujjayi breathing according to one’s meditation technique. The hands can be kept on the knees. One may assume the Chin Mudra or the Jnana Mudra with the fingers, if one wishes. Maintain this position for as long as you are comfortable.

Virasana, Hero Pose

Kneel on the floor (use a folded blanket or bolster to wedge between your calves and thighs if necessary), with your thighs perpendicular to the floor, and touch your inner knees together. Slide your feet apart, slightly wider than your hips, with the tops of the feet flat on the floor. Angle your big toes slightly in toward each other and press the top of each foot evenly on the floor. Exhale and sit back halfway, with your torso leaning slightly forward. Wedge your thumbs into the backs of your knees and draw the skin and flesh of the calf muscles toward the heels. Then sit down between your feet. If your buttocks doesn’t comfortably rest on the floor, raise them on a block or thick book placed between the feet. Make sure both sitting bones are evenly supported. Allow a thumb’s-width space between the inner heels and the outer hips. Turn your thighs inward and press the heads of the thigh bones into the floor with the bases of your palms. Then lay your hands in your lap, one on the other, palms up, or on your thighs, palms down. Firm your shoulder blades against the back ribs and lift the top of your sternum like a proud warrior. Widen the collarbones and release the shoulder blades away from the ears. Lengthen the tailbone into the floor to anchor the back torso.

At first stay in this pose from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Gradually extend your stay up to 5 minutes. To come out, press your hands against the floor and lift your buttocks up, slightly higher than the heels. Cross your ankles underneath your buttocks, sit back over the feet and onto the floor, then stretch your legs out in front of you. It may feel good to bounce your knees up and down a few times on the floor.

Simhasana, Lions Pose

Begin in vajrasana, kneeling with your toes pointed backward and your buttocks resting on your heels. Place your hands on your knees. Before you get into the pose, take a moment to breathe diaphragmatically and notice where your breath may be constricted. This will help you notice more clearly what is happening in your body during the pose. Inhale deeply through your nose. Open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue as far as possible, and exhale forcefully by quickly, strongly, and deeply contracting the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor. At the same time, roll your eyes up and focus at the center between your eyebrows. Engage your entire body by lifting slightly off your heels as you push your hands into your knees, fingers spread. As you fully engage the pose and make it come alive, you’ll find the natural momentum from the exhalation propels you forward, like a roaring lion, with spread claws, leaping on its prey. When you can’t squeeze any more energy out of the body, soften, relax, and sit back on the heels as you gently inhale. Repeat three times.

Gomukhasana, Cow Face Pose

Sit in Dandasana (Staff Pose), then bend your knees and put your feet on the floor. Slide your left foot under the right knee to the outside of the right hip. Then cross your right leg over the left, stacking the right knee on top of the left, and bring the right foot to the outside of the left hip. Try to bring the heels equal distance from the hips: with the right leg on top you’ll have to tug the right heel in closer to the left hip. Sit evenly on the sitting bones. Inhale and stretch your right arm straight out to the right, parallel to the floor. Rotate your arm inwardly; the thumb will turn first toward the floor, then point toward the wall behind you, with the palm facing the ceiling. This movement will roll your right shoulder slightly up and forward, and round your upper back. With a full exhalation, sweep the arm behind your torso and tuck the forearm in the hollow of your lower back, parallel to your waist, with the right elbow against the right side of your torso. Roll the shoulder back and down, then work the forearm up your back until it is parallel to your spine. The back of your hand will be between your shoulder blades. See that your right elbow doesn’t slip away from the right side of your torso. Now inhale and stretch your left arm straight forward, pointing toward the opposite wall, parallel to the floor. Turn the palm up and, with another inhalation, stretch the arm straight up toward the ceiling, palm turned back. Lift actively through your left arm, then with an exhalation, bend the elbow and reach down for the right hand. If possible, hook the right and left fingers. Lift the left elbow toward the ceiling and, from the back armpit, descend the right elbow toward the floor. Firm your shoulder blades against your back ribs and lift your chest. Try to keep the left arm right beside the left side of your head Stay in this pose about 1 minute. Release the arms, uncross the legs, and repeat with the arms and legs reversed for the same length of time. Remember that whichever leg is on top, the same-side arm is lower.

Mayurasana, Peacock Pose

Kneel on the floor, knees wide, and sit on your heels. Lean forward and press your palms on the floor with your fingers turned back toward your torso (thumbs pointing out to the sides). Bend your elbows slightly and touch the pinky sides of your hands and the outer forearms (up to the elbows) together. Then bend your elbows to a right angle and slide your knees to the outside of your arms and forward of your hands. Lean your front torso onto the backs of your upper arms and burrow your elbows deep into your belly at or below the navel. If your elbows slide apart, you can bind them together with a strap. Position the strap just above your elbows. If you can’t quite manage the full pose (as described in the next step), support your feet on a block (sitting on one of its sides), placed near the back end of your sticky mat. Firm your belly against the pressure of the elbows. Lower your forehead to the floor. Then, straighten your knees and stretch your legs out behind your torso, tops of your feet on the floor. Firm your buttocks and round your shoulders slightly downward. Lift your head off the floor and look forward. Lean your weight slightly forward—if your legs and buttocks are firm and active, this slight shift of weight will lever your feet off the floor. Position your torso and legs approximately parallel to the floor. Hold at first for about 10 seconds, gradually increasing your time to 30 seconds as you gain more experience with the pose. Then lower your head and feet to the floor, bend your knees, and lift your torso off your arms.

vastikasana], Auspicious Posture

Before its perversion in Nazi Germany, the swastika served as a solar symbol for good fortune. It has the same meaning in Yoga. The term is made up of the prefix su (“good”) and asti (“is”) hence, “It’s good.” ~Larry Payne & George Feuerstein. Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you; place your hands on the floor beside your hips, with your palms down and fingers pointing forward. Shake your legs up and down a few times to get the kinks out. Bend your left knee, and place the sole of your left foot against the inside of your right thigh, with your left heel close to your groin. If this step is difficult, don’t use this pose. Bend your right knee toward you, and take hold of your right foot with both hands. Grip the front of your ankle with your right hand and the ball of your big toe with your left hand; slide the little-toe side of your foot between your left thigh and calf until only your big toe is visible, and wiggle the big-toe side of your left foot up between the right thigh and calf, if you can. Rest your hands on your knees, with your arms relaxed and palms down. Lengthen your spine by stretching your back in an upward motion, balance your head over your torso, and look straight ahead.

urmasana] Sit with legs wide apart. Place the hands on the thighs. Inhaling, slightly bend the knees. Exhaling fully, bend the upper body forward from the hips. With palms facing down slide the arms under the knees from inside the legs. Slowly bend the upper body further forward until the chin and the chest touch the floor. Stretch the arms backwards as far as possible. The legs should be bent as little as possible. Breathing normally hold this position. Inhaling return to the starting position.

ajrasana], Thunderbolt Pose *This pose was added to understand the next one. Begin by placing yourself on the hands and knees with the knees & feet together. Move back and sit on the heels of the feet with the hands resting on thighs or by placing the back of the right hand inside the palm of the left hand. Be conscious of the position of the tailbone – tuck the tailbone down by pressing the sit bones onto the heels of the feet – this will release any over-arch in the lower back and straighten the back from the tailbone through to the crown of the head. Close the eyes and be consciously aware of the breath. Stay for as long as is comfortable.


Slowly go into the pose of Vajrasana. Now the back needs to be stretched from the tailbone towards the head. The back should be kept straight but not stiff. Start bending forwards and reach out for the floor and rest the head on the floor. Place the nose closer to the knees thereafter stretch out both the arms backwards to the feet. In this position the palms and the feet should rest parallel to each other and the palms must also face upwards to the ceiling. In order to revert to normal position one needs to come out slowly come back to the first or the beginning position and relax down.

Dhanurasana, Bow Pose

ie on your stomach with your feet hip-width apart and your arms by the side of your body. Fold your knees and hold your ankles. Breathing in, lift your chest off the ground and pull your legs up and back. Look straight ahead with a smile on your face. Curve your lips to match the curve of your body! Keep the pose stable while paying attention to your breath. Your body is now taut as a bow. Continue to take long deep breaths as you relax in this pose. But don’t get carried away! Do not overdo the stretch. After 15 -20 seconds, as you exhale, gently bring your legs and chest to the ground. Release the ankles and relax.

Shavasana, Corpse Pose

Lying on your back, let the arms and legs drop open, with the arms about 45 degrees from the side of your body. Make sure you are warm and comfortable, if you need to place blankets under or over your body. Close the eyes, and take slow deep breaths through the nose. Allow your whole body to become soft and heavy, letting it relax into the floor. As the body relaxes, feel the whole body rising and falling with each breath. Scan the body from the toes to the fingers to the crown of the head, looking for tension, tightness and contracted muscles. Consciously release and relax any areas that you find. If you need to, rock or wiggle part soft your body from side to side to encourage further release and control of the breath, the mind, and the body. Let your body move deeper and deeper into a state of total relaxation. Stay in Shavasana for 5 to 15 minutes. To release: slowly deepen the breath, wiggle the fingers and toes, reach the arms over your head and stretch the whole body, exhale bend the knees into the chest and roll over to one side coming into a fetal position. When you are ready, slowly inhale up to a seated position.


From Staff pose, inhale the arms up over the head and lift and lengthen up through the fingers and crown of the head. Exhale and hinging at the hips, slowly lower the torso towards the legs. Reach the hands to the toes, feet or ankles. To deepen the stretch: A) Use the arms to gently pull the head and torso closer to the legs. B) Press out through the heels and gently draw the toes towards you. Breathe and hold for 3-8 breaths. To release: A) Slowly roll up the spine back into Staff pose. B) Inhale the arms back over your head as you lift the torso back into Staff pose.


Sit in padmasana. Release the Dhyanmudra and insert the left arm between the thigh and calf of the left leg. Gradually, push the arm through the legs up to the elbow. Similarly, insert the right arm between the thigh and calf of the right leg, pushing the arm through, up to the elbow. Spread the fingers and place both hands on the floor, about 4 to 6 inches apart. With the hands on the floor, raise the body from the floor, balancing only on the hands. Gaze forward and breathe normally.

atsyendrasana, Lord of the Fishes]

For this pose, fold the right foot in toward the opposite hip. Then bend the left leg so that the foot comes to the outer right knee. The left hand comes behind the back to act as a support. How far you twist depends on you – it’s extremely important to only twist as far as feels comfortable to you. The right arm will extend toward the sky and then twist your upper body and either wrap the elbow around the left knee of bring the right elbow outside the left knee. Once again, do not over-twist! As you inhale think about making more space between each vertebrae and sitting taller; as you exhale perhaps twist a little bit deeper into this pose. Hold for about 5 long deep breaths and then repeat on the other side. Remember that if you cannot comfortably breath you are likely going too far and should back out of the pose a bit.

Finding your path, comes in many forms. This is my way, and has worked for many before me, use what works for you. Read about various modalities, if it applies to you, try it. If it doesn’t work, move on but keep trying. Something will work for you, its within you to trust and follow the guidance. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is another way to do this. It is very effective but there are self modalities you can incorporate which would possibly deem a QHHT session unnecessary. You can heal yourself, it is within you. I use hypnosis for those who want instant success or have terminal illnesses or mental impediments. Yoga is another path to wholeness, meditation yet another, and some simply sit and ponder without any intention; these are all similar ways of reaching source. Once source is reached, you will giggle at all the possible paths you will notice, that were open to you, lovingly leading you home to source. The journey is the adventure, its our whole reason for being. Our journey of self love, loving others, and reunification with source is the whole of the event. Many overlook this while chasing some big finish line. We are simply here, to be.

4 Living the laws

· The Law of Harmony: Can supersede Karma! Balance in the Universe is the first priority. This could also be called the Golden Rule, treat others as you wish to be treated. We get what we give, when you’re giving unconditional love as a state of being, you are also receiving, or allowing yourself to receive unconditional love. When a majority are living this way, we all benefit.

· Law of Karma: Stop repeating your mistakes, fix issues as they arise or they will keep coming up. The first time a lesson is presented, it is painless. Then the second time it comes around and you are still resisting it, the chaos intensives. Pain causes movement. If pain is what it takes to get you moving in the right direction, then pain is exactly what you get. For example, I needed to learn the lesson of patience. My first child slept through the night, was an easy baby, and I never had any problems with her. As each new baby came into my being, their temperaments were each more of a challenge with my own. The first baby was a breeze, the second baby too, then the third one was born, and everything changed. She got into the cupboards, my makeup, her dad’s work stuff, nothing was safe from this child. Then I had the twins. It wasn’t that they were so much work individually but there were two of them and one developed autism. He became my greatest teacher of patience. Then we’ve also done animal rescue and we chose chihuahua’s, they bark constantly. As my patience improves, fewer situations arise to test my patience. I also have been using the techniques found in this book on the entire family, myself especially, and we are all healing as a unit. I have been off fluoride 2 years, this has helped me to develop lessons quicker as I am not bogged down by chemicals in my brain.

Karma is merely a term used to name the cycle of learning. Think of a tornado funnel, the bottom lessons are small, manageable, the ones at the top are larger, messier, and require a little practice before mastery. You are given the lessons in stages. As long as you are aware of the lessons as they come, you can learn them smoothly with flow and synchronization. When you lose connection to source through various pollutions in our environment, you become destined to repeat Karma. I feel that we did not learn from WW2 so with Trump in office, we have the beginnings of WW3 on our hands. I am not the only one who is sending the man love and love based intentions for our planet. There are many spiritual teachers who are privy to the Trump plan, Hitler was the good guy in comparison to what Trump is planning. Hitler did what he did on a small scale to prevent what is now in the works on a much larger, much more technologically advanced scale. Learn to love, forgive, and live in harmony with all that is on the planet, this is how we become the Garden of Eden as a collective, once again.

· Law of Wisdom: This is to erase karma. By living the foundations of love, acceptance, and forgiveness for all that is, we create a new paradigm. A paradigm built on love, compassion, and understanding that we are all one with our creator, we are all one with creation itself, and we are all God within. We are ourselves, our higher selves, and the combination of the two always, integration is key to understanding our God self.

· Law of Grace: Allowing. Grace is a Divine dispensation of mercy. It dissolves karma, creates miracles, and can change matter. Our soul has accepted the opportunity to incarnate on this planet to learn about and experience emotions and a physical body. We also have free-will in order to create our own life in a place where every thought, word and deed manifests. We can invoke the Universal Spiritual Law of Grace to transmute our debts, change emotional feelings, heal relationships, and the physical body – however, we must be ready to receive it. We created all of our situations with our consciousness and we must learn the lessons before we ask for grace. We can offer grace to others through our compassion, mercy, empathy, forgiveness and unconditional love. Whenever we open our hearts to another, we too receive an inflow of divine love. Compassion, empathy, mercy, unconditional love, and forgiveness are divine qualities which confer grace.

· Soul Evolution: The soul is continuously growing,

expanding, and evolving. You came to earth for such evolution of the soul. The God portion of you learns directly from your experience here on earth, and mine, and all other beings in existence. This is the magnanimous fiber of creation, all that is. This all that is, is also within you.

· Bodhisattva: Ascended Masters returned, they realize, karma won’t be done until all are free from it. They are here to help others achieve enlightenment. Many souls, such as Jesus, have returned many times once they have mastered these laws of the universe. They do so, in an effort to help all who desire it, for ascension. They do not have to ever come back, they have mastered these laws, they do so, for the love they carry for humanity. They realize that loving the whole, the self, and the father is the way to ascension.

· Vibrational Attainment: This is what the Secret missed. It is true that you attract what you continuously think about but there are two more factors in the equation. If you tried the secret and it didn’t work, here’s why; it takes, feelings, emotions, and vibrational frequency to align with that which exists in the world. We are exactly as magnets, pulling toward us, whatever it is that is sharing our frequency. Yeshua comes in at 936 Hz, a light worker is over 100 Hz up to 250 Hz, and a dying person will be low under 30 Hz, or so. The human range is between 25 – 250 Hz, anything less and you’ve probably passed on or are in a vegetative state. A coma is merely an indecision to stay or let go. You are deciding if your evolutionary growth is better here or on the other side. Some need this time to love and forgive themselves before moving on.

· Free Will: Why three waves of volunteers have arrived is to wake the planets knowledge up from the inside. The reptilians were here first and they have learned to manipulate the system by manipulating free will. They do this by first making us think we have no will at all, let alone free will. The Garden of Eden is true and the snake is the representation of the true devil, or the first reptilian to deceive humanity. They have not existed peacefully ever, with anyone on this planet and they feel since they were here first, it is theirs. They were not here first, this is their false claim. The planet had been seeded and the “virus” as I’ve heard it called infiltrated. They believed the reptilians to be the most advanced species on the planet, maybe they were at the time, certainly the most advanced that would allow for an alien mutation to be formed and manifested eventually into an almost human equivalent. They can shape shift into human form and pass it off perfectly to the eye. David Icke has done some great work on this if your curious. What is lacking in all the reptilians is the space for love, compassion, and empathy. They don’t have these emotions, they only have the sentient qualities up to love, this they lack. Can they learn love? They must choose it, and few do. Love them anyway, they know not what they do, for they know not, love. Use your free will, discern information for yourself, and love, love, love. Love is all we need.

· Law of One: We are all woven of the same tapestry. Imagine that you are a piece of thread, and I a different color of thread, and we have several friends, family, and loved ones, even those we don’t know we love yet, and each of us, everyone on the planet represents one of these threads. Now imagine these threads are woven into a tapestry. We as a whole are this tapestry, we each have a color to add to its beauty. If just one of us were missing, so too would a piece of the beauty. We are all one in the eyes of the creator, we are all one, we are all connected. What we do to one, we do to the whole. If the tapestry blows in the wind, the whole will feel it, if it is burned, the whole will feel the heat, even if only part is burned. We are energetically connected at the soul, to the soul of the creator.

· Law of Manifestation: by Alison Stormwolf. What we in our hearts and minds believe or long for, becomes manifest in our reality. The Law of Attraction states that we draw to ourselves vibrationally anything that we focus on…. or “like attracts like”. So, we manifest into our reality that which we focus upon! Manifestation is where dreams become real. It is our magic key to the kingdom of achieving our dreams. We can choose to learn how to become conscious creators. There is a law operating in the universe that is SO amazing in its potential that we could be surprised to discover we are using it every day without even realizing it (although often in the wrong way, which is called creating unconsciously)!

· Law of Conscious Detachment: by Deepak Chopra. The sixth spiritual law of success is the Law of Detachment. The Law of Detachment says that in order to acquire anything in the physical universe, you have to relinquish your attachment to it. This doesn’t mean you give up the intention to create your desire. You don’t give up the intention, and you don’t give up the desire. You give up your attachment to the result. This is a very powerful thing to do. The moment you relinquish your attachment to the result, combining one-pointed intention with detachment at the same time, you will have that which you desire. Anything you want can be acquired through detachment because detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true Self.

Attachment comes from poverty consciousness because attachment is always to symbols. Detachment is synonymous with wealth consciousness because with detachment there is freedom to create. Only from detached involvement can one have joy and laughter. Then the symbols of wealth are created spontaneously and effortlessly. Without detachment, we are prisoners of helplessness, hopelessness, mundane needs, trivial concerns, quiet desperation, and seriousness, the distinctive features of everyday mediocre existence and poverty consciousness. True wealth consciousness is the ability to have anything you want, anytime you want, and with least effort. To be grounded in this experience you have to be grounded in the wisdom of uncertainty. In this uncertainty, you will find the freedom to create anything you want.

People are constantly seeking security, and you will find that seeking security is actually a very ephemeral thing. Even attachment to money is a sign of insecurity. You might say, “When I have X million dollars, then I’ll be secure, then I’ll be financially independent, and I will retire. Then I will do all the things I really want to do.” But it never happens.

Those who seek security chase it for a lifetime without ever finding it. It remains elusive and ephemeral because security can never come from money alone. Attachment to money will always create insecurity no matter how much money you have in the bank. In fact, some of the people who have the most money are the most insecure. The search for security is an illusion. In ancient wisdom traditions, the solution to this whole dilemma lies in the wisdom of insecurity, or the wisdom of uncertainty. This means that the search for security and certainty is actually an attachment to the known. And what’s the known? The known is our past. The known is nothing other than the prison of past conditioning. There’s no evolution in that, absolutely none at all. And when there is no evolution, there is stagnation, entropy, disorder, and decay. Uncertainty, on the other hand, is the fertile ground of pure creativity and freedom. Uncertainty means stepping into the unknown in every moment of our existence. The unknown is the field of all possibilities, ever fresh, ever new, always open to the creation of new manifestations. Without uncertainty and the unknown, life is just the stale repetition of outworn memories. You become the victim of the past, and your tormentor today is yourself, left over from yesterday. Relinquish your attachment to the known, step into the unknown, and you will step into the field of all possibilities. In your willingness to step into the unknown, you will have the wisdom of uncertainty factored in. This means that in every moment of your life, you will have excitement, adventure, mystery. You will experience the fun of life the magic, the celebration, the exhilaration, and the exultation of your own spirit.

· Gratitude: If you are thankful and lovingly harmonious with all that is, then all that is, is yours! From the perspective of Karma and the Law of One, the more you give, the more you will receive. The more you assist others, the more you will assist yourself. The power of this law also works in your day-to-day life.

· Law of Fellowship: When two or more people of similar vibration are gathered for a shared purpose, their combined energy directed to the attainment of that purpose is doubled, tripled, quadrupled or more. This esoteric awareness has been used by covens, esoteric religions, healing groups, and recently, worldwide meditations for world peace.

· Resistance: What you resist, persists. That which you resist you draw to you, and you will perpetuate its influence upon your life. Resistance is fear, so it is something you need to karmically resolve. The Law of Resistance assures that you let go of the fear by encountering it until you are forced to deal with it by learning conscious detachment.

· Attraction: You are a vibrational mirror/magnet. You are pulling toward you then reflecting what is within you. Want to know what is within, look without. Want to change what’s without, Look within. All the answers are within you, once you learn to discern them, first you must learn to hear them. Then you can apply them to your life. Hearing them starts with detox, and then trusting your internal guidance system.

· Reflection: Seeing yourself in others. This Law says that the traits you respond to in others, you recognize in yourself, both positive and negative. The universal mirror is so honest and accurate that your deepest secrets show up in the reflections you see of yourself. Every person and situation in your life is a mirror aspect of you “as within so without”.

· Unconditional love: The expression of unconditional love will eventually result in harmony. Unconditional love is not romantic love. It is the acceptance of others as they are without judgment or expectations. It is total acceptance of others without attempting to change them, except by our own positive example. The law of unconditional love says, “If you go out of your way to express unconditional love, you automatically rise above fear, and, as you transcend your fears, you automatically open to the expression of unconditional love”.

· Magnetic Affinities: By Astrologically choosing the time and place of your birth, you determine the nature or the effects you will experience in your life. On the other side, before we are born, we make decisions about the lifetime we will be entering into. You chose your parents, other souls to interact with you, and the astrological configurations of your birth which determine your character, personality, abilities, restrictions, and timing for strengths and weaknesses. If all of this seems too complicated to be real, be aware that you are only using five to ten percent of the capacity of your brain. And the brain-mind researchers say the human brain has 200,000 times the capacity of the greatest computer ever built. Such calculations as I’ve just described would be no problem for such a computer.

· Abundance: You have within yourself everything required to make your earthly incarnation a paradise if you choose to accept that which is your divine birthright. We live in a Universe of abundance, although the majority of those populating our planet appear to view it as a Universe of scarcity.

· Divine Order: “Thy will be done”. If you’re not actively willing your life, someone else is willing their way and you are unintentionally aligning somewhere. Be mindful of what it is you are creating in any given moment. We are all creators, all the time. Image what we could create, if we all knew this and shared in a harmonious, love based living paradigm. Love is all we need, love ourselves, and all others in existence, then act on love, as though this is truth always. For love is the only truth, love is light, light is God.

5 worthy of wealth

This next lesson comes from the work of Les Brown, my favorite motivational speaker. “Build An Email Business Around any Almost Hobby or Interest” webinar was accessed by me on 11/11/16. I took some notes and created a system for you to follow from this great work. Again, this is not the only way. I am simply giving you one way to generate income in your spare time, from home. According to Les Brown, most of us make a decision between age 0 and 5, “yes or no”. This determines our worthiness at such a young age! The following presents some ways of putting some resources together, to help you with your conflicts of money. Here’s a possible solution to your money problems.

The first attribute you must have to be successful in anything is gratitude! Without being thankful for what you already have, how could you ever expect to attract more? We also must develop, a deeper, “why?” a mission to do good, something like, curing poverty, which comes through education. Money doesn’t buy happiness but it helps. It is a tool, a resource. If you want more than just money, then you must have a deeper cause. What is your unique gift? You can make great money doing a great good. Be a voice in the world. Impact other people’s lives with positive influence, something only you can bring forward. Failing is the road to becoming an overnight success. It’s in uncovering that one great idea that one launches into success. You will not reach that one great idea unless you are exploring many ideas.

A guardian Angel appeared and said use these steps to Anik Singal presenter of this webinar, I watched it, to recreate this system here for you. Anik Singal stayed up until 3 am, passed out at the desk while working on this. What are you willing to do to ensure your success and launching to the next level? He made more money in the 6 hours sleeping after launching what the angel taught him than in any other given, one-time income influx. He learned it is possible to make money from other peoples hard work. Technology and other tools can be used to turn emails into commissions. You can have, “freedom, opportunity & a business that keeps growing . . .” What is your love? Your passion? What do you thrive at? This is your gift that only you can bring forth. As Les Brown would say, “there is greatness in you.” It is your responsibility to align with it. Time, attention and dedication to developing you are necessary along with these steps. Come with an open mind of at least 60 days. Create new habits. Take ownership over your success. 4.6 billion people have email, 66% purchased something because of an email. The average return of $44.25 is expected for every $1 spent on advertising, and etc. 72% of people prefer email contact. Many of us are not utilizing this marketing tool accurately. I hope this brief lesson will offer insight and help you on your path.

How does an email become profit? You type one email and it gets sent to 10k people. Use a great template. In the email, you recommend a product. Give a recommendation for your URL. Out of 10,000 emails approximately 5% will click the link. This is 500 visitors to your website. Now let's say that 2% of the 5% made the decision to buy. This is 10 sales in one day's work. Would your life be drastically different with 10 new leads from every day's work? Yes, again this is not the only way. I am using it as an example for you to launch your greatness, maybe even quit your day job as I have done. Your life changes when you change.

You need some type of web presence or website. This gives you an automatic 1-2% conversion. Create an Opt-in page, where you give them a book or similar free product in exchange for their email. This is how you begin to build your email list. They have already shown interest, they are already at your site. A thank you, page should then pop up. This can all be done with an auto responder, everyone in your database gets a correspondence email and you only need to create one really good email. As new subscribers sign up, they are automatically added and emails are then generated automatically. This web page will increase sales 40-60%. Traffic is important.

The first strategy is the thank you page. There are 5 steps total. Step1 is the opt-in page. It is also the thank you page. Step 2 is to offer a free gift. This is something unique that only you can give. Then step 3 is to use affiliate Url’s promoting other people’s products while building an email list and your own business simultaneously. Step 4 is to write 3 emails, (These templates are given to you if you sign up for the course.) The letters are a thank you letter, an introductory letter, and a follow-up letter. You can create them yourself by seeing what others are sending you. For example, I get letters from Nancy Levin in my email every time she launches a new product, on special occasions, and when she has a brilliant idea to share. Step 5 is to build traffic. You can use social media, set up launchpad.com, sendlane.com, and many other great online resources to create your “free” report, webinar, book or etc. Writing the emails, free gift, and etc., can all be done through launchpad. You won’t make any money if you do not promote yourself. Make the free gift so compelling, intriguing, worthy, and from the heart that those in alignment with you and your product will say, “yes”. My free gift is chapters 2 & 7 of this book. I feel that this information should be free for I found it or created it from the internet and I believe, you deserve to know the truth. This entire process can be done online in under 60 minutes once you’ve developed your strategy or product to promote. Your destiny is literally in your hands.
