Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• One to two teaspoon psyllium husk powder
• 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes
• Two to three oz Colby Jack cheese
• 1 medium avocados
• 3 slices of bacon (crisped and crumbled)
• One to two medium spring onions
• One cup coconut milk
• Three eggs
• 1/8 cup flaxseed meal
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• Half to one teaspoon dried chives
• Salt and pepper
• Half teaspoon baking powder
• Two tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 to 2 tsp dried cilantro
How to prepare:
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. Beat the eggs and then mix almond flour, psyllium husk powder, flaxseed meal, coconut milk and lemon juice with it. Keep this mixture apart.
3. Now we can proceed to the subsequent most important step.
4. Start cooking the crisped bacon with butter for a minute along with diced avocado. Blend them with the egg mixture to make the cake batter.
5. Now pour the batter into 8 small mugs and cook in microwave oven for 30-32 minutes. Make sure that the cake is well set and the top is golden brown in color.

• Flour ( ¼ cup) whole wheat
• A pinch of salt
• Sugar (one-two teaspoon)
• Baking soda ( ¼ -1/2 teaspoon)
• Cheddar cheese ( ¾ cup)
• Baking powder (two tsp)
• Applesauce ( ¼ cup)
Directions

• Red vinegar (3-four tablespoon)
• Half red onion, sliced thinly
• Olive oil ( ¼-one/two cup)
• Baby spinach (one package), steamed, washed and drained
• Cheese (nine ounces), crumbled
• Roasted red pepper (two ounces), drained, cut into strips and patted
Directions
1. Assemble entire items at 1 place.
2. Mix garlic and vinegar in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add oil and stir constantly to become homogenous and steady.
4. Place in onion and spinach and blend well till coated.

• Kalamata olives ( 1 cup), seeds are removed
• Lemon juice (one-two tablespoon)
• Sea salt (1-two tsp)
• Four pitas (whole wheat, now cut within half)
• Paprika (one-two teaspoon)
• Garbanzo beans ( 1four ounces)
• Two Garlic cloves
• Tahini paste (one-2 teaspoon)
Directions
1. Assemble all the items at 1 place.
2. Blend garlic, sea salt, garbanzo beans, tahini paste, paprika, water, olives and lemon juice together in a blender and serve as a dip recipe for the pita bread.

• 1 cup almond butter or soaked almonds

What you need:
• One to two tablespoon pumpkin spice
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 to 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup almond flour
• ¼ cup pumpkin puree
• 2 to 3 tablespoon butter
• ¼ to half tsp salt
How to prepare:
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. Start by mixing the pumpkin puree with sour cream and butter and then blend the flour, spice, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl.
3. Now we can proceed to the following most important step.
4. Slowly blend in the dry mixture to the wet one and make a smooth batter.
5. Heat an iron skillet and grease it with butter.

• Two -3 cups Coconut milk
• One/two Avocado

Favorite Chocolaty Pecan Truffles Combo
As the name suggests, this is one of my favorite recipe. Actually something that involves chocolate becomes my favorite by default.
What you need:
• One cup pecans, finely ground
• ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder (zero carb)
• ⅓ cup sugar, granulated (can be replaced with Swerve)
• Sixteen pecan halves
• ¼ to half tsp vanilla extract
• Half cup butter, melted
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon caramel extract
• Four squares Lindt 85% chocolate
Method of preparation:
1. Assemble all items at 1 place.
2. Take a medium mixing bowl and put butter, protein powder and sugar in it. Mix well.
3. Combine the caramel extract followed by the vanilla extract and mix again till it forms a uniform mixture.
4. Prepare 16 uniform truffles out of it.
5. Take a plate and place a single parchment sheet above it.
6. Arrange the truffles on it.
7. Take a Ziploc packet or bag and put the Lindt chocolate in it.
8. Now we can proceed to the subsequent most important step.
9. Put this bag in the microwave for the chocolate to melt – for over a minute. Slit the edge of the bag a little and squeeze the melted chocolate with care above the truffles.
10. Place a single 1/2 pecan over each of these truffles and set them in the refrigerator.
11. Smell the aroma and now you can serve chilled.

Mind Blowing Truffles Recipe
So do you want a recipe that is not hard on your pocket? If that’s the case with you then this is one recipe you should definitely look for.
Ingredients:
For the Batter
• One to 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder (zero carb)
• Three to 4 tablespoon heavy whipped cream
• Two tbsp butter, unsalted and softened
• One cup natural (sugar free) chunky peanut butter, room temperature
• ⅓ cup sugar (granulated or may be powdered)
For the coating:
Two to three tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened) or may be 2 squares dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. Take a large mixing bowl or a food processor jar and then you should add peanut butter, protein powder along with sugar and whip.
3. Now we can proceed to the most important step.
4. You should pause and then add the unsalted butter, cream and vanilla extract to it. Continue to whip till it forms a smooth batter.
5. Form an inch sized truffles by rolling it and set it in the freezer.
6. Now only one thing remains to be done.

Historic Salmon Recipe
My friend once invited me over for lunch and prepared me this recipe. I liked it so much that I learned this recipe from him. Over the years, I perfected it according to my style and now I present before you my brand new version of this recipe.
What you need:
• One/two cup walnuts
• One-two tbsp. olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• One/four-one/2 tsp. dill
• 2 salmon fillets (three oz. every)
• One-two tbsp. dijon mustard
• Two-three tbsp. maple syrup (sugar free)
Instructions:
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. Preheat your oven to 353F.
3. Dump your syrup, mustard, and walnuts within a blender or may be food processor.
4. Pulse until you have a paste.
5. Now we can proceed to the adjacent most important step.
6. Heaten up the stovetop pan on high. Once hot, place your salmon skin side down in the pan.
7. Sear the salmon for about five minutes till the skin is crisp.
8. While searing the skin side, you should add the walnut paste to the side facing up.
9. Once done searing, shift to the oven and bake for six minutes.
Serving size: 2-3 serve.
Yummy Noodle Combo
Ingredients:
• Small bunch of parsley
• Beef, minced
• ¼ cup red pesto
• 4 medium zucchini, sliced using vegetable spiralizer
• Half-one teaspoon. pink Himalayan salt
• 1-2 tablespoon. ghee or may be butter, infused with garlic or may be herb for extra flavor
Directions:
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. Now prepare any sauce pan by greasing it with ghee.
3. After this spread or put the meat on the greased pan and cook for about seven minutes. Make sure that entire sides are browned.
4. Now you should add in the parsley and red pesto. Then keep the flame on a low level.
5. Once done, transfer to your favorite bowl.
6. Now we can proceed to the most important step.
7. Make zucchini noodles by using a spiralizer.
8. For about six minutes, using the left ghee or may be butter spread out the noodles within the pan.
9. Once done, turn off heat, blend in the meat and enjoy a healthy dinner!
Ultra Cool Bacon, Spinach & Avocado Triplex
What you need:
• Two cups fresh spinach or any greens like lettuce or chard
• 1-2 tbsp. home-made mayo
• 2 thick pastured bacon pieces
• One-two tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 avocado with pink Himalayan salt (200g/seven.1 oz.)
Directions:

Legendary Nuts & Berries
This one is quite cool recipe. My grandmother taught it to me. I used to prepare it according to my style but then she taught me another way to prepare it. Frankly speaking, her way was much better than me.
What you need:
• ¼ cup of blackberries, strawberries or may be raspberries, either frozen or may be fresh
• One/two cup of creamed coconut milk
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Handful of almonds
How to prepare:
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. In order to create a creamed coconut milk, ensure to store the can in the fridge.
3. Cool it overnight and then never rock it before you open the can.
4. Now only one thing remains to be done now.
5. Blend all items in your favorite bowl and enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast.
Tasty Chicken Awesomeness
Ingredients:
• One package chicken thighs, skinned, boneless
• Fresh full-fat cream or coconut milk
• 2 heads of small lettuce
• One/2 medium red onion
• Two cloves of garlic
• One-two tablespoon. fresh oregano
• One-two tablespoon. fresh thyme
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2-3 tbsps. ghee or butter
• ¼-one teaspoon. cayenne pepper
• One-two teaspoon. paprika
• One/two lime, juiced
Directions:
1. Assemble entire the Ingredients at one place.
2. Cut the herbs, mash the garlic, and thinly slice the onions.
3. Now cut or dice the chicken thighs.
4. Combine the chicken to the bowl of herbs, cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic.
5. Add the lemon juice to the bowl with the chicken and the rest of the Ingredients.
6. Put a skillet above medium heat. Add butter or ghee. Once it’s golden and soft, then put in the chicken pieces with all the herbs.
7. Cook for about twelve minutes or until done. Then, lower the fire and pour the cream above, let it cook for an additional 4 minutes. Blend thoroughly.
8. One thing remains to be done now.
9. Ensure to now wash the lettuce, and once cooked, scoop the chicken mixture onto every lettuce leaf.
10. Have a healthy, green, leafy dinner!
INTERESTING SHRIMP DISH
I and my friend once took part in a competition. He made this recipe and I made something else. There was close competition amongst us but eventually he won. I tasted his recipe to see what’s unique in his recipe and to my surprise his recipe was amazingly tasty. I asked him how to prepare it and he gladly told me.
What you need
• 18 ounces shrimp, peeled & deveined
• Three to four tbsps pesto sauce
• One to two tbsps olive oil
Method of preparation
1. First blend the olive oil & pesto in your giant, heavy skillet, over medium-high heat.
2. When it’s scorching, throw within the shrimp & sauté them till they’re pink.
3. Now you can serve with the pesto sauce from the skillet scraped over them.
Quantity: 4 to 5 serves
DELICIOUS HALIBUT & AWESOME SAUCE
There are no words to express this recipe. Check it on your own.
What you need
• One medium red bell pepper, sliced into rings
• 4 to 5 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil, divided 3 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
• Five to six tablespoons lemon juice
• Twenty one/four pounds (1 Kg) halibut fillets, in 4 servings, three tbsps sliced fresh chives
• Three to four tbsps chopped fresh parsley Salt & ground black pepper, to savor
Method of preparation
1. Assemble entire items at one place.
2. Preheat the broiler.
3. Place the lemon juice, four tbsps of the olive oil, the basil, & the parsley in your meals processor with the S-blade in place. Pulse till puréed.
4. Season with salt & pepper to savor.
5. Now we can proceed to the subsequent most important step.
6. Brush the halibut fillets with the left 1 to 2 tbsp oil, & season them evenly with salt & pepper.
7. Broil for about five minutes per edge, or may be till simply opaque by.

HOT TOMATO PORTOBELLO SALMON ROAST DISH
Ever wondered what makes the cooks prepare so delicious food? Well the answer is the supreme recipe they employ. This is the most subtle and definitive recipe, I’ve ever known. It is one of the most rare recipes.
Ingredients
• 8 ounces salmon fillet, in 2 items approximately the identical form 3 to four tsps olive oil, divided
• Two to three tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
• 2 to 3 tbsps boiling water
• One to two teaspoon minced fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms—portobellos, the little ones 1 ounce provolone cheese, sliced
Method of preparation
1. Assemble all the ingredients at one put it in one place.
2. Preheat oven to 353°F.
3. Pour the boiling water over your chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Allow them to sit whilst you use a pointy knife to take away the pores & skin out of your salmon if it has pores & skin.
4. Coat just a little skillet with nonstick cooking spray, & combine 2 teaspoons of the olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms till they soften & alter shade.
5. Now lay one in each of your slabs of salmon fillet on a sheet pan you’ve coated with nonstick cooking spray or may be lined with nonstick foil. Lay the provolone on the salmon fillet. Drain the surplus water off the tomatoes, & make a layer of them. Then top with the mushrooms. Now lay the second piece of salmon on sprinkle. Pierce with just a few toothpicks or may be skewers to maintain the layers mutually.
6. One thing remains to be done now.
7. Use a basting brush to brush your salmon roast with the final teaspoon of olive oil. Top it on the parsley. Now slide it into the oven for twenty two min to half-hour.
8. Slice in half by way of the layers to now you can serve.

Stunning Pumpkin Pie with Almond Meal Combo
This recipe will sizzle your taste buds.
Ingredients
• One-two teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 12 oz pure pumpkin
• One-two tsp pumpkin pie spice
• One cup Stevia or may be natural sweetener of your choice
• Salt to taste
• One- one/two cups almond meal
• One -two tsp baking powder
• One -2 tsp baking soda
• Three eggs
• 1/2-one teaspoon ground cloves

• 1 cups Colby cheese, shredded
• 4 courgettes
• 1 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
• One Italian sausage links (chicken or may be pork)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation

2. Grease the bottom of the slow Cooker with lard or ghee.
3. Layer sliced cougrettes on the bottom of the pot. top with croumbled bacon.
4. Combine the two cheeses, and top above the cougrettes and bacon.

6. Put a sliced sausage above the cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Sprinkle with few more cheese.

• 4 to 5 tablespoon coconut butter
• Salt to taste
• 2 cups almond meal
• Three eggs
• 1 to 2 teaspoon baking powder
• Two tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 to 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• One cup Stevia or may be natural sweetener of your choice
Method of preparation
1. Assemble all the items at 1 place.

This is one of the best things you could ask for. It is most subtle and definitive recipe, I’ve ever known.
Ingredients:
• 4-5 tablespoon. parmesan cheese
• 1-2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• One-two tsp. Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1-2 tbsp. psyllium husk powder
• 3-4 tablespoon. almond flour
• 3-4 oz. cheddar cheese
• 4 large eggs
• 1-2 tablespoon. butter (or bacon grease)
• 12 pepperoni slices (If you’re aiming for a classic pizza)
Directions:
1. Assemble all ingredients at one place.
2. Now you should add everything except your sauce, cheeses, and toppings to an immersion blender and blend together till thick and free of clumps.
3. Heat your waffle iron and add half your blended mixture. Many waffle irons have a handy little light that will tell you when it’s ready but if not, look for the flow of steam coming from the iron to almost disappear to indicate it is ready.
4. Now repeat step three with the rest of your mixture.
5. Now we can proceed to the following most important step.
6. Add half your tomato sauce (one/four cup) and half your cheese (one.5 oz.) to each pizza waffle.
7. Now comes the part of garnishing and toppings.
8. You should add your pepperoni, or may be any other toppings, to the pizzas.
9. Broil for a few minutes until the cheese begins to bubble and crisp. For cheddar, broiling generally takes about six minutes, but this time will vary with other cheese so keep an eye on it!
