If you want to prepare your body for juicing, doing a liquid fast will yield the best results.

Going on a pure water detox can be very challenging so an easy way to ease yourself in is to drink honey water. Honey is a superfood that contains all the necessary ingredients that the body needs in order to sustain life. When you ingest honey with water, it prevents you from feeling lethargic or weak while on a detox. This way, you won’t feel like you’re depriving yourself too much while cleaning your body and getting rid of all the junk.

The great thing about doing a detox before getting started on juicing is that it promotes intestinal contractions that make it easier to get rid of all the trapped waste inside the body.
