Abstract:

The research is conducted to know how the British Management Culture influences the Indian owned businesses in London, UK. There is a detailed explanation which shows the relation between culture and management practice which is found in London and the strategy used by the Indian owned businessmen which compiles to success of Indians in UK. There is detailed information about infrastructure of Indian business which is carried on by in-depth research and analysis. There is also conclusion derived from the research with positive and negative recommendations for Indian owned businessmen and for future researchers.
