Thoughts: Have you ever really given much time to the contemplating of all those things running through that perfectly created mind of yours? Do they ever stop, even for a nanosecond? Where do they all come from that they can fill our every second of our days and nights all the days of our lives? How powerful are thoughts? My dear friends, that is what we are going to give an answer to. We are going to dive into a world of words and ponder the control they have on all humanity. Words can and do play a mighty part in mankind’s life. I would like you to think on this: Back in the hippie era there was a young couple that had two sons. The couple’s last name was fail and they thought it would be funny to name one son Always and the other Never. Of course, as to their names; Always fail did just that all his life became a wonder all the days of his life. Never accomplishing much of anything. Now there was Never Fail, again did just that and became a prominent Attorney and succeeded at all that he set his hand to. I know you are saying, well that is just a story, but names are words and words come from thoughts and do create many things. A man thought about the moon and those thoughts, in time took us to that moon that man had given thought to.

I would now like to take you into the thoughts of a man that seemed to be deeply distressed with many thoughts racing through his mind as he was awoken form sleep. Yes, you are talking to that man as the burning hearts cry in his mind is being revealed. He just couldn’t stop them. He was so compelled to write them. He sat down and took paper and pen in hand and began to write it out for his eyes to see. Would you allow me to shire them with you? Now your eyes can see the cry that our Lord God Almighty has put in his heart, but I must ask you; does your heart have a burning cry also? This is that cry he had that early morning: “O’ Lord God, how my heart does cry after you to do the work that you have called me to do.” I wish to stop for just a moment to encourage you to listen ever so close to this early morning prayer and the requests that are being made and think about the thoughts going through that distressed mind early in the morning and just how deep these thoughts truly are. I will continue now: “I pray thee, O’ Lord, give me strength that I fail you not. Give me wisdom that I may understand - All - that I may do your will as only you alone have called me to do and that I may do it well that others may never fall into the hands of the evil one. Show me the way to pry the hands of Satan from them. O’ Lord, open my eyes that I may see your mind, O’ God, and open my ears that I may hear your voice clearly. Prepare me, O’ Lord that I may serve you well all the days of my life, that your joy might be in your creation of me.” I truly must interject here: Colossians 3:2 “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” Ask yourself where is his mind? Work, house, care, wife, children, food, pleasures or the things that will serve God and bring Him pleasure in the fact that He had created this man? Yes, thoughts are most important in life and do create. Is God giving you some thoughts to ponder upon? Let me continue: “I seek not after the things of this world, for how long will they remain to satisfy the hunger of mankind? O’, but for a time. How long will those on the earth be captured by their desires and the needs of the flesh?” Are these questions beginning to build thoughts in your mind? “How long will minds be absorbed in themselves that they see you not, nor hear your voice, O’ Lord God Almighty? I cry from the very depths of my heart, O’ Lord, give me strength to e that light unto those in darkness of self that they may shed the former man and be clothed in your Spirit of truth and light. I you my God, will I seek my life and find my joy. In you will I find my comfort. In you my Lord will I rejoice all the days of my life and find the fulfillment of your peace unlike that of the World, but the peace of my King where there is no other and in this will I be satisfied all the days of my life. Yes, I will rejoice as I look to the day of our marriage and this marriage is one that no man can put apart. Yes, Lord God, I do trust that you have given me the way to reach those that you have put before me that they too will be your glorious bride. Amen and Amen! I must confess, as they would say in Texas, to Ye all- that man is myself and that cry continues on from May 29,1981 at 3:15 on a Saturday morning to this very day. May this insight of my heart be an introduction to the openness of your heart to God, who is the Almighty! I pray your mind is deeply filled with thoughts on things above and not on things of this earth that just fade away. Amen.

I would like now to give more thoughts to ponder upon. How about: RELATIONSHIPS?

Quest for love and friendship. If any search for love and friendship think on this: We have so often searched for love and friendship, but the simple truth is we don’t truly know or understand the very thing we search for. Look around you, how many people call one another friend and don’t have time for each other unless it will profit them somehow. A friend is someone that is respected, but what does that word respect today truly mean? I know right about now, many of you are shaking your heads up and down saying, Boy, isn’t that the truth; having been there. It means the same that it always meant. 1. “to consider, deserving of high regard.” What is regard? 2. “To esteem: t set a high value on.” 3. “Value: the worth of the thing.” Knowing someone, calling someone, going around someone only when a lawn-mower is to be barrowed is in no way respect, regard, esteem, or truly placing any worth or value on what is called friendship, but that is what is seen in life, all too often. Is this giving you, thoughts? Hopefully it is giving you thoughts of how to show your love and friendship as Christ Jesus said: Hebrews 13:5, “…I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” O’ and I will never call you only to barrow your lawn-mower. Then by this behavior shouldn’t it be said that on the whole the world truly doesn’t know about love and friendship? Yet, it is so disparately searched for and not found. Could it be that basically mankind is not really looking for true friendship or is it that mankind in himself just doesn’t know or understand what he is searching for or how to find it? Let me ask you this can anyone give that which they have not? No! Am I beginning to stir up some thoughts to be pondered upon? Can a woman teach another woman how to make a dress, if she has never made one or knew nothing about it? I truly don’t believe so and I’m sure you don’t either. Can a man teach another man to be a mechanic if he, himself is not a mechanic or knows nothing about it? Again, the answer must be no. Than how can mankind give love and friendship when he really doesn’t know what it is? At this point, I’m sure many are saying; I believe I know what it is? Well, that is good, for you are thinking and thoughts is what this is all about, what does God have to say about that? Romans 12:3 “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought….” God said that, because all too often we, and myself, think we know something and yet found out it seemed that way and was not. Sometimes our human frailties get in the way of our true knowledge. Endure with me as I go on and I will give you even more to excite your thoughts. In Luke 6:38 it is written: “give and it shall be given unto you….” Then according to the very Word of God, you cannot have, except that you give, but then how do you give something that you do not have, so that you can have it. At this point, are you beginning to feel like you are truly in a real paradox? Are you asking yourself, how do I get out of paradox in my life? I have good news for you, with God there is no paradox. Amen. There is not one thing in life that cannot be answered in life if we turn to the Word of God and I will prove it beyond the shadow of a doubt. Bear with me, for to prove something it takes all the facts and that my friends, at times surely takes time. Let me take you to Romans 8:14 “… As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” That is very important he, because if you are not a child of God you then have nothing coming from God. Now let me present Romans 8:17 “And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint – heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him ….” Then we have learned that the children of God have begun the process of giving with only thing that we had to give. Remember, something must be given to receive? Learn this, God never ask anyone to do something, He is not willing to do, therefore it was God that first gave to mankind a free will to do what so ever he desire. When we desire to give that will to Him and Him alone, he will give us His desire. His desire is that we have the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit’s desire is that we let him control our lives, for this cause. Galatians 5:16,22,25 L.B.V. “I advise you to obey only the Holy Spirit’s instructions. He will tell you where to go and what to do, and then you won’t always be doing the wrong things your evil nature wants you to.” Now there is something to give a lot of thought to. Verse 22. “But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives he will produce this kind of fruit in us Love….” Facts: If you already had love in you it would not have had to be produced in you. Fact 2. It is impossible to have true friendship without love. Are you beginning to gather your thoughts and build an understanding? Now, step by step let me put all this in simple order. 1. God gave mankind a will. 2. Mankind now having a will, gives that will to God. 3. God gives mankind his will, the Holy Spirit. 4. Now the Holy Spirit expresses His will and gives mankind the first fruit of the Spirit, which is Love. 5. Now and only now does mankind have the ability to truly give love. KJV. Galatians 5:25 “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. That my dear friends, means a child of God will call to see how you are and not to just barrow your lawn-mower, for it is written in Galatians 5:14 “For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; THOU SHALT LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THY SELF.” Her is the truth of the matter: mankind will only fulfill their quest to truly find love and friendship by giving to God the ONLY POSSESSION he has had from his mother’s womb, that is his God given free will. If you would like to know what: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself truly means, I suggest that you find the booklet “GOD’S LOVE IS A PERFECT LOVE” That booklet will surely give you many thoughts. Most of all it will greatly open the understanding of true love as never before! Through it you will find that at no time in the history of mankind has there ever been a dictionary that could truly define the True Love of God. This understanding of God’s kind of love would truly change the entire world if mankind knew how to truly love the way Jehovah God has loved mankind. If only mankind knew how and was deeply willing to perform this love. To do that you must know first the definition of such a love. The definition will surely surprise you. Read the booklet: God’s love is a perfect love, for that will surely give you a lot to have thoughts about.

Thoughts fill our every waking moment of our life and they are even in our night as we sleep. Thoughts are inescapable and do they create and destroy lives? What are your thoughts? KJV. Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things,” I would surely say that is God’s food for thought.

Here are thoughts that bring feeling of crying in the wilderness. What are your thoughts like? I hear the cries of voices in the wilderness of a world that is blinded with self. Cries to end their wondering and they know not how. Cries that fill the stillness of agonizing nights filled with the pain of feeling separated from life and nothing to hold on to as they search to belong. Belong, in someplace, to someone, or something. The cries go on – is there even one place or one person, one thing to belong to? Is there? Truly, is there? O-o-oh, how I hear the cries to belong and to truly know they have found a home never to feel the pain of rejection again. I hear the cries in the wilderness that say: where are the hands of love to reach out to them? Where are those that will take the time required to express a love such as the of Jesus the Christ that stretched forth into the wilderness of the lost to bring them home? I look around in life and my eyes see and my ears hear the cries in humanity and the thoughts in their heart and minds. We look at the men and women living under the bridges in their tattered clothing and pushing a cart that holds all their belongs, our thoughts are how they must be searching for many things in life; and yet never finding them. My eyes see and my ears hear the cries of the wealthy as they seek for more than they need and inside their cries are yet the same as the men and women under the bridges. To belong. Belong in someplace, so they strive so very hard to create a place by obtaining wealth and status. To belong to someone, someone of wealth as themselves, but without love and live in emptiness with only their thoughts. Thoughts under the bridge or in the wealthiest place sometimes can have the same cries. That are your thoughts? I have good news for you, there is a place for you to belong. There is someone to love and be loved. There is a way to end those cries. Exodus 3:7 – 8 “And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry….” Verse 8 “And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians….” Thoughts are they your taskmasters and are they keeping you in Egypt? Think on this: The hand of Jesus stretched out without hesitation to those in need and broken hearted and the burden was never too burdensome to keep Him from expressing the fullness of His Love, for He said: “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Not ever! Where are our thoughts? What is in your heart and mind? Are we Christians – Christ like? Is the burden all too great to search with a burning desire to express love as Jesus, our Lord, did? Not doing things to become renowned among the people, but in love only. Are we being Christ like, not in Word only or in the thigs that are not too troublesome for ourselves, but in truth as Jesus surely did in all His ways and at all times. My thoughts are filled cries. My heart cries out, O-o-oh babes, come out of the wilderness and give not as the World gives, but as only the Father of our Lord Jesus, the Christ, gave that you may be the total of that, which you were created to be. How long will my heart cry for the children of God, that see not and hear not and know not the truth of their destruction as they go about looking for Love and Friendship in all the wrong places. My cries, Lord God give me the way to place before them the vision you have given me that they shall truly turn to a love for one another as you have first love us with and put my cries to rest. I write this to all those that search to hear and truly hear by the Word of my Lord God Almighty. Amen! I pray that these insights into the heart of God and man has filled you to over flowing with many deep thoughts and cause you to ponder on them day and night. Now I would like to take you into, I feel, is an even greater thing to delve into with the deepest of thoughts.

GOD’S LOVE: A love that endures forever

I look at the love of Jesus the has endured generation after generation. Think on this my dear friends. Just what has the Son of God endured? Have you truly, deeply pondered up that thought? Well then let us just do just that together. He was talked about, mocked, spit upon, He owned nothing, He had no place to call his own upon this earth, went without rest, at times went long periods without eating, and struggled daily within himself with agonizing, yes agonizing pain that all too many would never know his love or accept it. Think on this: do you agonize inside at the thought of another person; (creation of God) might not know Jehovah God? His suffering din not stop there, for he was beaten beyond all recognition and stripped before all people and nailed to a cross. I had to ask myself: “You think you suffer in life?” I have been talking about God’s food for thought, not thoughts those in the World have. Have you even given deep thought about Jesus’s nightly thoughts as he watched his disciples sleeping? Have you ever given any truly deep thought of how it must have agonized him to know what Judas was doing behind his back, or that Peter, his beloved, would deny his, not once, but three time as he is being led away? Have you sincerely given any thought to the suffering going on inside his heart as ears heard and his eyes seen the depravity yet in the earth, that mankind could hate with such passion? Have you given thought? If not, I pray this is beginning to deeply stir up some meaningful thoughts. Have you truly empathized with the strips upon his back? Have you empathized with the pain in his heart to see and hear the religious leaders mock, poke fun and his words and most of all reject him and his truth. Have you? Is this giving you something to take thought about? I surely hope so. I know, I thought deeply about it and again I had to ask myself: You think you suffer? No man has ever suffered such degradation, without a cause, and yet our Lord Jesus, continued to love us all as he cried out from the cross, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” Think on this my friends with empathy in your heart. Ask yourself, what kind of love it must have taken to think, feel, and speak such words over those that, have done, and are doing to you? How about this, was there anyone, other than Mary; His mother that knew; his greatest suffering was to be separated from His Father. Mothers surely understand the suffering there would be to carry a child in your womb for nine months and then live day in and day out for three years and suddenly that child is taken from you and you see the child no more. I know that fathers also suffer, but you didn’t give life to the child as the mother. Matthew 26:39 “…O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me.…” Have you ever asked yourself what Jesus the Son of God was thinking at this point and what was happening in his heart and mind? Yes, thoughts. Here we have Jesus in the garden asking God his Father that if it be possible, let this cup pass from me. Does that sound like the Jesus in John 5:19 who said: “…Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things so ever he doeth these also doeth the Son likewise.” Isn’t this the only time that Jesus ever questioned something the Father asked his to do? Think on this. After all his life being a life of obedience, why now? Have you ever thought of that before? Why now? Jesus came into the World to take on the sin of the world and what was that sin? How about the sin of disobedience? Could it be that he was beginning to take on the sin of the World? Now, let’s continue with the rest of the verse. “nevertheless not, as I will, but as thou wilt.” Did you ever think just how hard it must have been for him to be disobedient to his Father? Look at the struggle going on inside him. Luke 22:44 “And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.” Have you ever known anyone to sweat so profusely that it was like dripping sweet just because they were praying? I must say, I believe that is truly being in agony. Can you try to walk even a little bit in the shoes of Jesus? Let’s try to empathize with him at this time. O’ Father, I have always done whatsoever you asked of me and I have always been with you, but this thing will separate us, for you cannot look upon sin and this will make me sin. O’ Father I have never sinned. How can I separate myself from you, O’ Father there must be another way, but I know your love for me and mine is true, therefore I will forget myself totally and your will be done in me. Amen! I don’t know that it went just that way, but perhaps it would have if it were me. What are your thoughts? I pray it was food for a lot of thought. I do know that his love continued to endure all, for mankind even though mankind didn’t even know him. Are we as Christians even trying to love in such a manner? My heart cries out, O-o-oh God teach me to love as Jesus loves, that I may wear the title Christian (Christ like) well before you and all mankind that they too will love you. I ask myself, will my love endure the insults of others? Will I hide my love from those in need? Will my love be a light to those in darkness? Will my love live in the hearts of those that are call brother and sister and their love in me? Will my love take me beyond the understanding of the World? I pray it does and I pray yours will also. Are, your sitting down at the banquet table and devouring God’s food for thought? Dine on this, Jesus possess a love that endures All. That love is given freely to us, that we may be all that he created us to be. Think, do we truly know and understand just what all we are created to be? I can only continue to ask God each day, what would you have me to be and do today. This is brought to my memory: 1st. Corinthians 13:2 “…though I have the gift of prophecy and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am NOTHING. What are your thoughts at this point? It made me cry from the very depths of my heart, O-o-oh God, teach me this love, for can a man giver that which he possesses not? Yes, this is God’s food for thought, but have you ever given thought that Jesus endured all this for us only, because of his greater love for his Father and it was the Father that asked this thing of him? God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son and Abraham was will, just because he loved God more than anything. Again, Jesus loved his Father more than anything and did whatsoever, the Father asked of him. I ask you will you Give serious thought to this, should we not love the Father and Jesus the Christ, truly, more than anything? I believe the Lord Jesus’s Love endured all, because he knew how not to take offense at anything. What strength of love! Could it be that, that is why God commanded us to love Him with all our strength? There is something to give thought to. I pray with all my heart that these words, are deeply bringing many thoughts alive in you, but let me continue. Jesus knew, to be offended one must receive the offence. At that My thoughts are, that it would do myself and all mankind a lot of good to do as Jesus did. Jesus kept his eyes on that which is good, for His Father was in Him and the Father could not look upon sin. Pray this with me, if you will, Lord God Almighty, I bow my knees and beseech thee, blind me to another’s offense; that all I may see is their worth to you; that I may love them as Jesus loves me. I pray thee O’ Lord yes, in the mighty name of my Lord Jesus the Christ: May my love endure forever. Amen. and Amen!! I know that I shall find this love living in my Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Praise Jesus!

Do you have a cry deep within your heart? Have you talked it over with Jesus Christ? What are you doing about the cry? Are you trusting God to keep his word as he did with Abraham? John 16:23 “…Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.” Are you sitting at the banquet table with your hands in your lap? Lift up your fork and dig into some meat. Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.” If you ask me for something and I say, I will give it to you and just because I don’t give it to you right now and you go ask someone else for it; then you did not believe what I said I would do. That my dear friends, is surely to call me a liar. How can a man call God a liar and expect to receive anything from him? Are you sitting on your blessed assurance or are you standing on the solid Rock of assurance that your cry is truly heard? Thoughts and thoughts continually going through our minds. Here is a thought, what is on your plate? Put this on your plate and ask yourself.

Colossians 3:1-2 “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God.” 2. “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” If one’s mind is set on Christ Jesus, then surely God will be first in his life. How about some more meat on your plate? Keep your eyes and ears open around you and you will surely know God’s Word is true, for this is what he said of mankind, on the whole. Jeremiah 17:9-11 “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: Who can know it?” V. 10. “I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, (take note: his ways), and according to the fruit of his doings.” V. 11 “As the partridge sits on eggs, and hatches them not: so is he that gets riches and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.” All that a person has to do is, as I said, look around; listen to people talk and you will surely see, hear, and understand that God did indeed tell the truth about man’s heart being deceitful and desperately wicked in all their dealings. You say not so, then just listen to the news and all the deceitful things of the rich. EXAMPLE: Keep the employee working as temporary help, therefore the company does not have to pay benefits as they otherwise would, thereby saving the company millions every year and putting more money in their own pockets and they call that being a good business man. I have no doubt, God calls it cheating. You the Christian be the judge of the truth. Luke 10:7 “…The Laborer is worthy of his hire.” What thoughts are in your mind? Colossians 3:23 “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” Man continues to do himself harm in the way he chooses to cheat man and look what he is giving up by making that choice. Colossians 73: 24 “Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.” We have been talking about God’s food for thought, then give this a lot of thought. The inheritance of man is to be a joint heir With Christ. Romans 8:17 “And if children, then heirs: heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ….” Here is a thought to ponder upon, is saving some money worth the loss of inheritance with Christ? Then God was surely telling the truth when he said, “…at his end shall be a fool.” Speaking of man. That my friends, is not even being a good businessman. Luke 6:31 “And as you would that men should do to you, do you also to them likewise.” I really wonder at times what some would truly want done unto them the way they treat others. I have no doubt our minds will surely be full of thoughts at that statement. Is your mind on the Word of God in Matthew 25:40 “And the King (God) shall answer and say unto them Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, you HAVE DONE it unto Me.” I must ask Where is mankind’s mind? Does he truly think Jesus Christ, the Son of God Almighty is lying.? Does he not believe the Word of God will not return void now as it did not return void when Jesus walked the face of the earth? What will it take for mankind to accept what Jesus Christ has clearly proven in His Word to be true? That will surely keep thoughts running through your mind I am sure. God created mankind with the freedom to choose, then choose this day whom you shall serve. Remember, every action has a reaction. Think, what is in your mind and what action you’re your mind choose, and what will the reaction be? Jeremiah 17:5 Thus says the Lord; Cursed be the man that trust in man, and makers flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from the Lord. Is Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit you right arm or haver you chosen man for a right arm and cut of God? What is in your heart and mind, the ways of man, or the hope of God in Christ Jesus through His Word. James 1:8 “A double – minded man is unstable in all his ways.” Look at all the people that filled al the churches all over America the day of 9/11 looking for the protection of God and now they cannot be fund. They knew of God and now they cannot be found. The children of God cried out to God for four hundred years and after crossing the red sea and standing at the foot of God’s mountain they turned their ears to what man thought and said. Have we changed so very much since then after all these generations? I believe God would like us to take a good look at ourselves and give that a lot of thought. Don’t you think so? So very sad, they knew of God the Father, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit; but they did not know them.

James 1: 2 “…count it all joy when you fall in to divers temptations;” (3) “Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.” (4) “But let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” Here is something to put in your thoughts. Just what do those verses mean? How about this: Knowing that every situation in life only affords you the opportunity to use the Word of God and prove to your own mind that God’s Word never return void. Understanding that it will not return void you can have patience knowing that your answer is on the way. Is that on your mind or are you trying to solve things the same way mankind does. If you are then look at James 1: 4 “Let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” How would you like God to see you as perfect and entire, wanting nothing? Genesis 6:9 “…Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.” That is why God seen Noah as a perfect man in his generation. Just a thought, why not you? You may say to yourself, but I don’t know if I can do that? Let me give you more to have thoughts about. James 1:5-7 “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraids not; and it shall be given him.” (6) “but let him ask in faith, nothing wavering,” Nothing surely means just that nothing! Do you truly believe that God says what he means and means what he says? Having said that, I will finish the verse. “…for he that wavereth is lake a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.” (7) “For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.” Many people in life are driven by the system of man and tossed by the winds of opinions of others. Why is God so very strict about that? There are a number of reasons, but I share this one. Jeremiah 17:5 “Thus says the Lord; Cursed be the man that trust in man, and makes flesh his arm….” God said to love him with all your heart, for you cannot love without complete trust. Amen! Doubt is to say that God is incapable of keeping His Word or that He lied when he said: James 1:17 “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” Some say, I believe, but….! There are not buts with God and that is why it is written: Matthew 5:37 “…let your communication be, Yea, yea; nay, nay….” In other words, be direct in your communication, for in doing so there will be honesty. Singleness of mind without the shadow of turning, as God is not double minded, therefore you can trust in what he has said. Mankind say I’ll meet you at such and such and nine out of ten times it is not so. Mankind says also says, I will do such and such and I never gets done. Again, mankind says, I believe in such and such, but does not trust in what he said. That is exactly why god said don’s make man your arm to lean on. How about this to think about; one man tells you, I’ll give you a lift to work in my car, but has never changed the oil and has four bold tires and he say, don’t worry I’ll get you to work on time and safely. Another man says I’ll get you to work on time and safely and the oil is always changed and the tires are new and he has a full tank of gas. Which one are you going take up on the offer? A foolish man’s mind is filled with unstable and foolish things. God’s word is reliable all the time, for he is never changing. Just whom will you put your trust in?

The greatest gift we, as Christian’s have been given in our life time, is the ability to truly love. Not as the World loves, but to lover as Christ Jesus loved his Father; God Almighty. The excruciating pain Christ suffered at the hands of men and never uttering a word to give defense of himself is the most divine expression of love that will ever be known. Can that expression of love be shown by human beings? Let’s see the answer now: Daniel 3:16 Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, answered and said to the king: “O’ Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.” No hesitation was taken to give thought to how to answer the king. They loved God with all their heart, all their soul, and with all their strength. Thoughts fill my mind of how much strength of mind it must have taken to just walk into a fiery furnace without even a shut or word of any kind. Oh yes, God puts a lot of thoughts in my mind. How about you? Their love, was full of trust and they knew without any kind of doubt that their God whom they serve was able to deliver them, if it be so, and if not they would be with their God for eternity. Do we truly believe that being with God for eternity is so much better then here? I deeply wonder if we do. We say actions speak louder than words, don’s we? Well, what is the action when a love one dies and we know they have always loved God. Do we rejoice for their gain or cry for our loss? A person is in an automobile accident and has a chance to go be with God and we put them on life support to keep them here, when they are Christians. If they are not a Christian, I would put them on lifer support to hopefully give them more time to become one before it is too late. Who knows, maybe I am just a little strange in my thought, but I’m sure you won’t hold it against me. Thank you. Daniel loved his God with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his strength and uttered not a word to his defense. Some would call that lover worth dying for. Daniel called it love worth living for. I call it love worth striving to obtain for the pleasure of our Creator, Jehovah God! What do you call it? That give of true love is truly a person’s greatest gift. What is it worth to you? Giving all the gifts in the world can’t get you true love and all the gold, silver, precious stones, and all the money in the world connot buy love. I you have doubts about that, let me give you facts. 1st. Corinthians 13:1-3 “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.” (2) “And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing.” (3) “And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not love, it profits me nothing.” If you don’t believe that just ask a millionaire. When the money and gifts are gone all the so-called friends are also gone. But God said: in Hebrews 13:5 “…I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Look at how the love of God will never leave you. It is written: Psalm 139 : 5-12 “Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.” (6) “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.” (7) “Where shall I go from thy spirit? Or where shall I flee from thy presence?“ (8) “If I ascend up into heaven, thou art thee: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art thee.” (9) “If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;“ (10) “Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.” (11) If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.” (12) “Yea, the darkness hides not from thee; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.” What an awesome kind of love the Lord God has for mankind, that there is no place that mankind can hid from the love of God and it proves that Bod spoke the truth when He promised to never leave you nor forsake you. Isn’t it wonderful; you can count on God no matter where you may be Jehovah God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will always be right there with you? Have you ever given thought as to why a Christian cannot get away from God? The answer is in 2nd. Corinthians 6:16 “…I will Dwell In Them and Walk In Them; ….” This is what our Lord said. Can you get away from yourself? Think on this, when the Holy Spirit lives within you; it surely would be impossible to go any place without him going also. With that knowledge, just where are you taking Him and is it a placer He would like to go? Here is some food for thought. Jesus Christ loves you with all his heart, all his soul, and with all his strength, for I would surely say it took all his strength to suffer what he did just because his Father asked him to do it for all mankind. Now where will you take him?

A man spent all that he had to buy a priceless painting only to hide it in a room with himself. Day after day he would go in that room by himself for hours and hours just staring at it and saying in himself, it’s so beautiful and it’s all mine. All his friends began feeling that he no-longer cared about them and they began to stop trying to see him until he was all alone with his priceless painting. One day the man died and he was buried and the house was crushed to the ground. The painting and the man returned to the just of the earth together, all alone, for there was no-one to see him off. How priceless was that painting when there was no-one to share the beauty of it? What good is love if it is never shared? What good is it if your all alone? What good is a memory with no-one else in it and what good is another day if nothing is accomplished in it? That is why Jesus said: Love one another as I have loved you; never leaving nor forsaking the ones I have placed in your lives. Love without another, is as priceless as the painting that no-one else ever seen and was left in the ruins of the crushed house. Have you ever thought, Jesus the Christ and those he created is like a picture frame without a picture for the picture gives it meaning and purpose for it to hang on the wall? I would like to tell you a little story about a man that a son that he said he loved.

There was a man who had been poor all of his life. As a boy, he never had the things that other children took for granted. When he became a man, he vowed to himself, “I will never be poor again, nor will my children ever do without anything.” He later met a young woman, whom he married, and they had a son and a daughter. He began to work hard – night and day, he worked. All the jobs kept him away from home; and when he was home, he worked and worked until it was time to either eat or sleep. The days passed by, he and his wife grew older, and the son and daughter married and had children of their own. One day, the father received word that that his son had been hurt and was in the hospital in serious condition. If the son was to live, he would require many tests, numerous operations, and months of recuperation. As the father stood at his son’s bedside, tears formed in his eyes as he promised his son; “I dearly love you and you will have the very best of care. I will get the best doctors and will see to it that you have all that you need.” With that, he left the room and vowed to himself to work even harder to provide the money necessary to giver his son the very best that money could buy. He did work even harder, and as the bills accumulated, he paid them and knew his son was getting the very best of everything. He was not only providing the best doctors, and meeting all his son’s related expenses; he was also helping his son’s family with their living expenses and financial obligations. His work schedule increased heavily. One day, the hospital tried to reach the father at his office, but he could not be located to take the call. It was quite some time before he was located and told that his son was dying. As he dropped everything and rushed to the hospital, he thought of his deep love for his son. Regardless of all that he had given, and all of his hard work, his son was dying. Aa he entered the hospital room, he saw his son lying there with a note clutched in his hand. It read: Dear Dad, I have always loved you, and I always appreciated al of the things you had bought for me. I loved the clothes, but at night when you were not there when I needed a hug, I would take the arms of the beautiful shirt, you had bought me and wrap them around me. In the day time, I appreciated the watch you had bought me, for when I needed to hear you say: “Son, I love you.” I would just listen to the ticking of time passing us by. I remember the bright, new car you had bought for me, and the passenger seat that never felt your presence. Yes, I loved you so very much and truly appreciated a hard – working father, but the doctors were unable to determine what I needed. Dad, I never learned to tell anyone what I needed, because there was never anyone to hear my words. The doctors didn’t know how to fix a broken—empty—heart. Love Your Son Appreciative.

Jesus said: many shall say unto m Lord, Lord and I shall say; depart from me I know you not. Then shall they say, but Lord, did we not give $ 100,000.00 dollars to the church? And He said, I have no need of money for, do I not have all, and have I not created all that is? But, I appreciated it. They then said, but Lord, did we not build you the most beautiful church ever? The Lord then said, I did not need that building, for I am the corner stone of the church that is built without hands, but I appreciated it. They then asked, then why Lord do you not know us? The Lord replied, I truly appreciated all that you have done in my name, but you just forgot to learn how I needed your love. Love Your God Appreciative. Do we not also do th4e same today to all those that we say we love? We all too often give what we think is best for them, caring not enough to look close at what they are truly in need of. I pray that the love of our Lord Jesus shall forever open the eyes of mankind’s heart that mankind shall see our Lord God’s need first and then their brothers and sister’s true need that nothing e lacking unto them, in the love of Jesus the Christ. Amen and Amen!

A King Is Given

There is Kingdom ever so bright,

A Kingdom of eternal life.

No sadness, now sickness shall you find,

Just love, happiness and all that is kind.

A Kingdom I give in love to you,

For my love has always been true.

All you must do is follow this star,

No matter the struggle, no matter how

Long or how far.

So come unto me as I came unto thee,

With nothing at all but a heart full f love,

And I’ll take you home to my Kingdom above. My wish is, that these little stories and poems bless your heart and give you much to consider as your mind is filled to over flowing with thoughts. May these bring the kindest of thoughts. WHAT ARE YOU SEARCHING FOR? Could it be, A KING TO GUIDE YOU AND A KINGDOM TO CALL YOUR HOME?

In a land that had not a king to guide it, did we live. The people new not what to do from day to day. Like sheep without a shepherd gone astray, not knowing just what path to take in life. The people cried daily: How can we protect ourselves, for others come and take whatever we have and we shall surely die. Oh, to whom shall we find in all the land that has the wisdom to lead, guide, and direct things, that every person be equal in the land? More and more the cries were head in the land as there was no order in their lives and they surely became like sheep being lead in every direction and by every whim. One says the grass is greener over here and they all follow him. One man knew how to grow corn and did it well, so everyone else began to grow corn. Now there was so much corn that they began to cry, what shall we do with all this corn? One man looking at all the corn said to himself, I will build me a truck, hall it to the mill and charge to do so. When others seen him prosper they too began to do the same, but now there was not enough mills. Again, the man said to himself, I will no longer hall the grain. I will build grain mills and charge to do the milling. There again, others seen how the man prospered and they too began milling the grain, therefore the man said, I will sell my mill to them and open bakeries to make bread to sell to the people, soon thereafter he realized that the people where only following his lead and soon there would be no more corn to mill, no more need of mills to make flower and with no flower no need of a bakery. Knowing this, he sold all his bakeries and retired moving to another land. The people had no-one to lead them. Once again, they began to cry. Oh, is there not anyone in all the land that will love us all enough to teach what so ever is needed to be done and how to do it? It was upon a winters night a King was born into a clod and bitter land filled with doubt and fears. He came to us in the darkness, for we could not see in the blindness of our hearts, but he gave the brightness of a star in hopes we would find our way and walk with him in sunlit days. He came having no mansion or even a home to call his own in this land, but only a great hope and love that we would give him our very own place to dwell in. Giving us wisdom and guidance as individuals. He will never retire and go his way, but rather never leaving nor forsaking you all the days of your life if you will trust him. Yes, to those that would follow the star no matter the struggles, no matter how long or how far. Thoughts, do you ever think of how many times mankind says but, when God asks him to do something or not to do something? When that is the case, is fair to expect God to give an ear to mankind’s requests? Now what are your thoughts? Are we still thinking of our wants and desires or have I succeeded in helping you have thoughts about the heart of God and his likes and dislikes and his needs and desires? You know God does have feelings.

Thoughts are truly a powerful thing, therefore give at least some thought to this.

I woke up early with thoughts on my mind, but that sounds rather strange; for we are truly never without thoughts. The thought that kept running through my mind was: How thoughts have such an effect on our lives. Thoughts: They enable us to learn. They enable us to investigate the laws of nature, laws of physical, moral and spiritual thigs. Thoughts: they control our likes, dislikes, and our desires. Did the thoughts of affect his thinking and his actions? Genesis 6:12-13 “And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.” (13) “And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.” The actions of the people gave him thoughts, of remorse, anger and thoughts of what to do and the thoughts of God surely brought about and action. Do thoughts control actions? For example, just some small things that we have thoughts about. Do I want to go a movie? What kind of movie do I want to see? Desires: Do I desire to become successful in my work endeavors. What must I do to achieve this or that? Thoughts surround our every action throughout our every day and invade even our nights with dreams. Thoughts: Where do they come from? They enter our lives by what we see with our eyes. They enter our minds with what we hear, taste, smell, touch, etc.; which are the natural senses and they do control our lives. If you ever grabbed the handle of a hot pan, well your first thought was that surely hurt; but after that you thought: nest time I will be sure to get a potholder. Those are all the natural senses of mankind, but we were created in the image of God. Animals life by senses and we are not created in the image of an animal, then why live like one? Thoughts: They can control us or we can control our thoughts. The choice is ours, for God Almighty gave mankind the right of freewill. We can choose to believe the word of God, think it, accept it, standup it, put it in every part of our lives and control our thoughts as it is written in Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever thins are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Now that my dear friends in a lot of what so ever to have thoughts on. The choice is ours, or we can choose to live by what we see, hear, taste, smell, touch, as those without God do and live like animals. Do they life like animals? If you are not sure of that, look and compare their way and that of an animal. Facts are just facts and do cause thoughts as it did with even God and his thoughts in turn caused actions. Do you sometimes feel like you are going around in circles and getting nowhere? Could it be because, WE SEARCH AND KNOW NOT WHAT FOR?

What are you searching for? Mankind is running around searching for love and truthfully, they are looking for lust; or they wouldn’t be looking in the places they go to find it. Mankind says I need some rest, but they just won’t stop doing something just to make a little more money. Mankind says I want friends, but won’t slow down enough to take time for anyone else except themselves. I believe, that shows that mankind truly doesn’t know what they are looking for. Think, are we in the rut searching for something, but truly can’t describe what it is. Doesn’t that sound like your wife says honey are you hungry? You say kind of, but I just don’t know what I want. We search for strength in a world that tares at the very foundations of our lives. Could it be that we are just following everyone else from day to day? If that one falls into a ditch so do we fall into the same ditch. Reminds me of a time I was driving in the North during a snow storm, they call a whiteout where you can’t hardly see three feet in front of you. I started to follow the car tracks in front of me and before long they seem to be going around a curve, then suddenly there was an opening in the snow and I saw that car out in a field. I had to suddenly stop following those tracks. Following the tracks of others can sometimes get you in a lot of trouble. Jehovah God commanded us to love him with all our strength, because he knew that the more a person has lived according to the system of man the more strength it will take to tare his thoughts away from thinking and doing the way they learned from everyone else in life. Proverbs 14:12 “There is a way which seems right unto a man; but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Where are the tracks in the snow taking you in life? I look at the ways of man and my thoughts are, how very foolish mankind can be. A man wants things to be easier, so he works harder feeling that when he is older, life will be easier. Only to find that he has worn out his body in all the years of pushing it so hard and he spends the rest of his life running to the Doctor trying to get it to go again. All that he has earned with all the hard work is now making the Doctors rich. Oh, but the foolish ways of man. Man says I don’t have time, but finds more and more places to go and things to do and then complains that he is all stressed out trying to find time to complete what he had begone. Follow these tracks and you won’t end up way out in the field. Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” In closing I would like to encourage you in your thoughts to think on this: Matthew 6:24-34 “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” (25) “Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? (26) “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?” (27) “Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?” (28 “And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:” (29) “And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.” (30) “Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?” (31) “Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? Or, what shall we drink? Or, wherewithal shall we be clothed?” (32) “(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek: ) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.” (33) “But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (34) “Take therefore no thought for the marrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” My prayer is that everyone that has read this will ask our Lord God Almighty to give unto them the wisdom and strength in their will to free their thoughts from the Gentiles system of thinking and living, and serve one master, our Lord Jehovah God and His Christ Jesus. Amen!

Thoughts: Have you ever really given much time to the contemplating of all those things running through that perfectly created mind of your? Do they ever stop, even for a nanosecond? Where do they all come from that they can fill our every second of our days and nights all the days of our lives? How powerful are thoughts? So many questions and most of the time we find no answers in life, it seems. Words derive from thoughts and words can and do play a mighty part in mankind's life. We are going to look at thoughts today. God's food for thought will give you a lot to think about in your own life. Look at this and then look at your thoughts. Colossians 3:1-2 " If you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God." 2. "Set your affection things above, not on things on the earth." In all our thoughts, let's look at God's food for thought.
