Chapter 1 – Crockpot Cooking

Crockpot cooking is one of the best cooking methods out there. Get ready for an awesome journey of delicious crockpot recipes.

FANTASTIC BREAD IN A CROCKPOT

What you need:

• One tablespoon. granulated yeast

• Three cups of warm water

• 975 grams of plain flour

• One tablespoon. salt

Directions:

1. First of all, put salt, yeast and water in a container and whisk them together. Add in the flour and use a wooden spoon to combine all the ingredients.

2. Cover the container loosely with cloth and leave for two hours so that the dough can rise.

3. Sprinkle small amount of flour above the dough and place it on a sheet of baking paper.

4. Now sprinkle the top of the dough with flour and place it in the crockpot.

5. Cook on low settings for 2 hours and then serve by slicing.

Yield: approximately 1 lb. loaf

Time taken: Two hours

AMAZING CASSEROLE WITH SMOKED CHEESE

What you need:

• ¼ cup sliced parsley

• Two tbsps. Butter

• 10 cups of cubed French bread

• 1 green bell pepper (coarsely shredded

• 9 eggs

• 8 oz. chopped fresh mushrooms

• Two cups smoked cheddar cheese (shredded)

• Two cups “1/2-n-half”

• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

• One lb. bacon (thick pieces)

Method of preparation:

1. First of all, keep the oven ready by preheating at 303 degrees.

2. Now spread the bread cubes on a cookie sheet and bake them for 32 minutes until they become dry.

3. Melt butter in a skillet and keep cooking the mushrooms in it for six minutes.

4. Beat the eggs and add the pepper flakes with half-n-half.

5. Place ¾ cup of cheese aside and blend the leftover with the egg mixture and then stir in the bacon, 2 tablespoons of parsley and bell pepper into it.

6. Now, fold in the bread cubes and stir well to coat.

7. Pour the mixture within the crockpot and cook by covering it on low setting for five hours.

8. Now withdraw the cover and sprinkle the remaining parsley and reserved cheese on top of it and cook for additional twelve minutes or so. Make sure that the cheese melts.

Yield: Eight

Time taken: Five hours forty minutes

AWESOME CHEESY CASSEROLE SPECIAL WITH SAUSAGE

Ingredients:

• 32 oz. frozen hash brown

• 1 lb. ground sausage

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1half cheddar cheese

• One cup Mozzarella cheese

• 1½ cup jack cheese

• 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning

• Half tablespoon. black pepper

• Half tbsp. onion powder

• 12 eggs

• 1/2 cup sliced green onion

• Half tbsp. garlic powder

• Olive oil

How to prepare:

1. First of all, blend the seasoning blend and keep it aside.

2. Then heat up one tbsp of olive oil in a pan and start cooking the sausage with the seasoning blend for 12 minutes until the sausage is brown in color.

3. Spray the cooker with cooking spray and then make a layer of ½ portions of potatoes and top it up with the seasoning mixture.

4. Now make a layer of 1/2 portion of cooked sausage and top with cheese layer. Then repeat the layering with the leftover ingredients and make the top layer with cheese.

5. Blend the eggs with milk and left seasoning and pour over the top.

6. Cook for four hours on high setting and serve by garnishing with green onions.

Quantity: 8

Time taken: Four hours & fifteen minutes

Superb Chicken Bouillon with Tortillas

Ingredients

• 1 cans chicken broth

• 2 small rib celery

• 2 cubes chicken bouillon

• One cup sliced onion

• 2 small carrot

• Six chicken breast halves

• Two cup water

• 9 large flour tortillas

Preparation

1. First mix entire items in slow cooker except tortillas.

2. Keep cooking on low heat for 10 hours.

3. Take out chicken and remove meat from bones.

4. Then put broth on stove in large pot.

5. Now cut chicken within bite-size pieces and return to broth on stovetop.

6. Bring to a slow boil.

7. Then cut tortillas in 1/2.

8. Put strips into simmering broth.

9. Boil for 22 minutes.

10. Then blend corn-starch with water to dissolve.

Cook for another 12 minutes

Stunning Chicken Breast with Poultry Seasoning

Ingredients

• 1 cup chicken broth

• 2 can whole berry cranberry sauce

• 1/2 to one tsp poultry seasoning

• Turkey breast cutlets

• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

• One to two tablespoons butter

• Two large rib celery

• 3 to 4 tbsps finely sliced onion

• 2 apple

• One cups herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs

Preparation

1. First of all, melt the butter in a pan.

2. Now you should add the celery, onion and the diced apple.

3. Continue cooking stirring for approximately 6 minutes.

4. Blend the stuffing crumbs with the sautéed vegetable mixture, cranberry sauce, chicken broth, and the poultry seasoning.

5. Mix them well to blend.

6. Spoon a few tablespoons of stuffing mixture on a turkey breast cutlet, starting with the long end roll up.

7. Secure with toothpicks.

8. Set the rolls in the slow cooker.

9. Spoon any excess stuffing mixture around the turkey rolls.

10. Top it up with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

11. Cover and start cooking on low heat for five hours.

Superb Chicken Breasts with Butter and Thyme leaves

What you need

• 1 teaspoon salt

• Dash black pepper

• 1/3 teaspoon dried leaf thyme

• Two cups seasoned stuffing crumbs

• 2 to 3 tablespoons butter

• Two can cream of chicken with herbs soup

• 1 cup dry white wine or may be chicken broth

• 2 can cream of celery

• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

• 8 boneless chicken breast halves

Preparation

1. First of all, mix the soups, wine or may be broth, salt, parsley, thyme, and pepper together.

2. Now wash chicken and dry.

3. Then lightly grease a slow cooker.

4. Top stuffing crumbs over the bottom of the cooker.

5. Drizzle with butter.

6. Place 1/2 of the chicken on the top.

7. Then half of the left stuffing crumbs.

8. Drizzle with 1/2 of the left butter and spoon half of the soup mixture over that.

9. Repeat with remaining chicken, butter, stuffing crumbs, and soup mixture.

10. Cover and cooking on low flame for 5 hours.

Mystic Chicken Broth with Cumin Seed and White Beans

Ingredients

• 2 can chicken broth

• 1 cloves of garlic

• 1 to 2 teaspoon. dried oregano leaves

• 2 pound. chicken

• 2 sliced red

• Jalapeno chili peppers

• 1 to 2 tsp. Cumin seed

• Two cup shredded onion

• 2 -15oz cans white beans

Preparation

1. First of all mix the chicken, garlic, onions, chicken broth, cumin and oregano together in a slow cooker.

2. Start cooking on low heat for about five hours.

3. Add drained beans.

4. Combine the bell peppers and jalapeno peppers in the last hour.

5. Put shredded Monterey jack cheese on the top.

Legendary Chicken Lime Juice and Green Chile

What you need

• 2 to 3 tbsps lime juice

• Half to 1 tsp dried oregano flakes

• Two can tomatillos

• One to 2 tsp coriander seeds

• 1/2 tsp ground cumin

• Two cans great northern beans

• 1/3 can sliced green Chile peppers

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1/3 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

• 2 to three tablespoon olive oil

• Two pound boneless chicken breast

• Half cup chopped onion

• Two cloves garlic

• 2 can cooking oil spray

• Two can Ro-tell tomatoes

• Half can chicken broth

Preparation

1. At first, spray a large pan with cooking spray.

2. Now you should add olive oil and heat on medium high.

3. Then you should add diced chicken and sauté for six minutes.

4. Withdraw chicken from pan.

5. Move entire items, except Cheese, in a crockpot.

6. Cook above low heat for eight hours.

7. Put shredded cheese on the sprinkle.

8. Now serve white chicken chilli with tortilla chips, salsa or sour cream.

Mind blowing Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar and Orange Juice

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breast halves

• 1/2 cup orange juice

• Two tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• Six cloves garlic

• 2 to 3 heaping teaspoon dried leaf thyme

Preparation

1. First of all wash chicken breast halves and dry.

2. Move chicken in slow cooker.

3. Now sprinkle with garlic and thyme.

4. Then pour orange juice and vinegar above the chicken.

5. Cover and start cooking on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.

6. Remove chicken and keep warm.

7. Skim fat off juices then strain juices within a saucepan.

8. Continue to boil till it gets reduced to about one cup.

9. Now serve chicken with juices.

Mouth watering Chicken with Converted Rice and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

• One can cream of chicken soup

• 2 cups converted rice

• 1 cup diced celery

• 2 can cream of celery soup

• Two can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

1. First combine soup and rice together.

2. Place the chicken on top of the mixture.

3. Add the diced celery.

4. Keep cooking for three hours on high heat.

Beautiful Chicken with Ground Marjoram

What you need

• One to two tbsps corn-starch

• Dash garlic powder

• Half cup cold water

• 1/3 teaspoon ground marjoram

• Four ounces orange juice

• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

• Four chicken breast halves

Preparation

1. First blend thawed orange juice concentrate with the marjoram, garlic powder and ground nutmeg together.

2. Now wash chicken and dry.

3. Dip pieces within the orange juice mixture to coat totally.

4. Move in slow cooker.

5. Pour the leftover orange juice mixture above the chicken.

6. Cover and cook on low heat for seven hours.

7. Remove to serving platter.

8. Now pour the sauce that remains into a saucepan.

9. Mix the corn-starch and water and stir within the juice in pan.

10. Start cooking above medium heat.

11. Now you can serve the sauce above the chicken.

Fantastic Chicken with Hot Cooked Rice and Tomato

What you need

• 2 can sliced mushrooms

• 2 to three tablespoon lemon juice

• Two teaspoon oregano

• 2 can ripe olives

• 1 cup dry white wine

• Hot cooked rice

• Salt to taste

• 2 large can tomato sauce

• 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts

• Two small can tomato puree

• Two onion

• 2 to 3 tablespoon garlic

Preparation

1. First wash chicken and dry.

2. Mix all what you need in the slow cooker except the rice.

3. Cover and start cooking on low heat for eight hours.

4. Serve chicken and sauce above rice.

Great Chicken with Linguini and Broccoli

What you need

• 1 envelopes Good Seasons Italian Dressing

• 2 can condensed cream of chicken soup

• 1 cup water

• 2 can mushrooms

• 6 oz. frozen broccoli cuts

• 2 pkg. cream cheese

• Three boneless chicken breast halves

• 2 pound linguini

PREPARATION

1. First cut chicken in pieces and move in the crockpot.

2. Blend the salad dressing mix with the water and pour over the chicken.

3. Cover and cook on low heat for about 2 to 4 hours.

4. Crush the cream cheese and soup till it gets blended.

5. Stir in the mushrooms and now pour the mixture above the chicken.

6. Combine broccoli cuts and cook for about 2 more hour.

7. Now you can serve the chicken sauce above the hot cooked linguini.

Super Chicken with Pineapple, Fruit Juice and Carrots

Ingredients

• 2 cup of brown sugar

• Water/wine/white grape juice/orange juice etc.

• 2 large can of chunk pineapple

• Cloves

• Hot sauce to taste

• Pepper and salt to taste

• Three bell peppers roughly chopped allspice

• 2 to three tablespoon of corn-starch for every cup of liquid

• Curry powder

• 4 skinless chicken breasts

• Cinnamon

• 2 large onion roughly shredded

• 1 cup of carrot chunks

• Two cup of broccoli florets

Preparation

1. First move chicken breasts in slow cooker.

2. Now combine the onion, broccoli, peppers, and carrots.

3. Whisk together to blend well.

4. Then pour over chicken.

5. Whisk in another tbsp of corn-starch.

6. Cover and start cooking on low heat for 8 hours.

Cool Chicken with Sliced Mushrooms

What you need

• Six boneless chicken breast halves

• Paprika, pepper and salt

• 1 cup entire-purpose flour

• Two can condensed cream of mushroom soup

• 2 can or jar sliced mushrooms

Preparation

1. First rinse chicken breasts and dry.

2. Top it up salt, paprika and pepper on both sides.

3. Move chicken breasts in a crockpot.

4. Add leftover items and spoon above the chicken.

5. Cover and cook on low heat for about four to five hours.

6. Now you can serve over noodles.

MAGICAL PANCAKE IN A CROCK POT

Ingredients:

• Half teaspoon salt

• Six eggs

• Four tbsps. Melted butter

• 1 cup flour

• One cup milk

Instruction:

1. First of all, blend milk with flour, eggs and salt in a bowl.

2. Coat the slow cooker with cooking spray and melt the butter in it.

3. Now pour the batter in it and start cooking by covering the cooker for 1 hour on high setting.

4. The pancake cooks until it is puffed up.

5. Now serve with syrup of your choice.

Quantity: six

Time taken: One hour & 5 minutes

SUPER COOL SIMMERED ALMOND TEA

What you need:

• Ten cups of boiling water

• 2/3 cups of lemon juice

• One teaspoon vanilla

• One tbsp instant tea

• Six tbsp sugar

• 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:

1. First pour in the water into the Crockpot.

2. Now you should add and dissolve the tea, then the lemon juice, then the sugar, then the vanilla and lastly the almond extract.

3. Blend well.

4. Cook for 1 hour on high.

Serves: ten

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: One hour on high

Interesting Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom

What you need

• Six boneless chicken breast halves or may be boneless thighs

• Two can sliced mushrooms

• 2 can condensed cream of chicken soup

• Two package herb-seasoned stuffing blend

Preparation

1. First put butter on the bottom and sides of the slow cooker.

2. Now prepare the packaged stuffing blend with butter and liquid.

3. Layer the prepared stuffing in the bottom of the greased slow cooker.

4. Put the chicken pieces on top of the stuffing mixture.

5. Spoon the condensed cream of chicken soup above the chicken.

6. Now put mushrooms on the sprinkle.

7. Whisk the mushrooms around a little so they are coated with the soup.

8. Cover and start cooking on low heating for five to six hours.

Yummy Swiss cheese Chicken with Rosemary and Mushroom

What you need

• Four thin pieces Swiss cheese

• 1 cup flour

• 1/3 teaspoon dried rosemary

• Half cup grated Parmesan cheese

• One tsps corn-starch

• 2 to three tbsp water

• One cup chicken broth

• Half cup dry white wine

• Pepper and salt

• Four boneless chicken breast halves

• Four thin pieces ham

• Half to one teaspoon Gravy Magic

• Six ounces sliced mushrooms

Preparation

1. First put chicken breasts between sheets of wax paper.

2. Now pound to flatten.

3. Put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on every chicken breasts.

4. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

5. Dredge the chicken rolls in flour.

6. Move mushrooms in slow cooker.

7. Then place chicken rolls on the top.

8. Now add chicken broth, wine, and rosemary.

9. Then pour above chicken.

10. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.

11. Cover and start cooking on low heat for five to six hours.

12. Withdraw chicken to warm platter.

13. Mix corn-starch, water, and gravy browning sauce together.

14. Stir within chicken cooking juices and stir until thickened.

15. Combine salt and pepper to taste.

16. In the end, pour sauce above chicken rolls.

Simple Turkey Breast with Orange Marmalade

What you need

• One cup orange marmalade

• 2 small boneless turkey breast

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• Two cup fresh cranberries

• 3 to four tbsps corn-starch

• Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

1. First blend sugar and corn-starch in a pan.

2. Now whisk in marmalade and cranberries.

3. Keep cooking above medium heat.

4. Put turkey breast in slow cooker.

5. Sprinkle entire above with salt and pepper.

6. Pour the sauce over turkey.

7. Cover and cook on high flame for two hours.

8. Reduce heat to low and cooking for six to seven hours.

9. Slice turkey and serve with sauce.

Tasty Vegetables Chicken with Mushroom and Frozen Peas

What you need

• Half can regular fat reduced cream of mushroom soup

• One to 2 teaspoon dill weed

• 2 pounds chicken tenders

• 2 to 3 tbsp dried minced onion

• Seasoned pepper and salt to taste

• 2 packet mushroom gravy blend

• Two cup baby carrots

Preparation

1. Add first 8 ingredients in the slow cooker.

2. Cover and cooking on low heat for six to seven hours.

3. Now you should add frozen peas in the last hour.

4. Then serve with rice or may be mashed potatoes.

Beautiful Chicken with Tomato Sauce and Ripe Olives

What you need

• 4 boneless chicken breast halves

• Two can stewed tomatoes

• Sliced ripe olives

• Liquid to cover

• Two can sliced mushrooms

• Seasoned pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

1. First cut chicken breasts within bite-sized pieces and season.

2. Then add with leftover items in slow cooker.

3. Cover and cooking on low heat for 7 hours.

4. Serve with hot cooked rice.

Delicious Chicken with Mushroom Soup and Wine

What you need

• Pepper and salt

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• One cup sliced onions

• 1 cup white wine

• Flour

• 3 boneless chicken breast halves

Preparation

1. First cut up boneless, skinless chicken breasts in approximately 1 inch pieces.

2. Lightly flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Pour white cooking wine into Crock Pot.

4. Add chicken.

5. Now pour one can cream of mushroom soup and chopped onions.

6. Mix well.

7. Start cooking on low heat for five to 6 hours.

8. Finally you can serve over egg noodles.

SIZZLING CINNAMON-VANILLA FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

• Cooking spray or butter to grease the crockpot

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 3 to four tbsps butter, softened

• 1 cup French Vanilla creamer

• One loaf French bread, torn or may be cut in one-inch cubes

• Eight eggs

• One to 2 teaspoons vanilla

• Two to 3 teaspoons cinnamon

• 2 cups sliced walnuts or pecans

• Two cups 3% milk

Directions

1. Bake cubed bread in jelly roll pan or may be on cookie sheets at 223 degrees, for 35 to 42 minutes, until bread is dried out.

2. Transfer to pot insert

3. Set it away.

4. Crush eggs, spices and liquids; pour over bread, pushing cubes down until mixture soaks into it.

5. Combine left 3 items well; lightly fold into bread mixture.

6. Cover and start cooking on low heat for 4 hours, until middle of French toast is set but moist.

7. Then turn heat off and let it stand for twenty two minutes. Let it remain uncovered.

8. Now you can serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzled with maple syrup.

INTERESTING CROCK POT BREAKFAST RISOTTO

What you need:

• ¼ cup butter

• 3 little apples

• 1/8 tsp nutmeg

• 1/3 cup brown sugar

• 1/8 tsp cloves

• Four cups of apple juice

• One to two cups Arborio rice

• ¼ tsp kosher salt

• 1 to two tsp cinnamon

How to prepare:

1. Grease the Crockpot with butter. Slice the apples and add them in.

2. Whisk in to coat the apples with the other what you need.

3. Start cooking on high for four hours.

Servings: Three

Prep time: Fifteen minutes

Cooking time: Three-five hours on high
