[] Introduction

Why is my mind full of thoughts?

Why can I imagine vague as well as rationale things?

Does everyone think the same way?

Why are my thoughts different from others?

These are a few examples of questions that can either put you in trouble if you want to get rid of such thoughts or may uplift you into a higher plane of thinking. If you are one of the people who is curious to find out the magic behind thoughts and their effect, then this book is certainly going to help you in many ways.

This book is not a manual or simple activity sheet. It is basically a guide book on how to evolve the thought transformation on your own. This can be anything for anyone as none of us are carbon copies – even the identical twins have different fingerprints and genetic impressions. Therefore, everyone has to devise his or her own process of thought transformation, and we will help you to do this with minimal efforts and pain.

Have you ever questioned about the sequence or the continuity of your thoughts? In fact, what come into our mind one after the other during the thinking process are random and unmatched. For instance, when we are thinking about an office matter and within just a fraction of a millisecond we then imagine ourselves in the airport. This seems to be so simple and a routine of a phenomenon, but this is the basic nature of thoughts that opens the limitless possibilities of transformations that thoughts can impact.

Though it is different subject from the topic that we are about to discuss in the book, it is extremely important for us to understand the role of instincts in human and animal behavior and how it is related with the process of thinking. First of all, the very basic fact is that animals and humans are exactly the same when it comes to instinct based learning, but the only difference that segregates them is the development of “discretion” in humans. Only a man can think, act or analyze the things within set parameters and can check on his instinct based activities rather than acting on the same.

Our vision behind the book is to shed some light on the areas that are still a challenge for human and to try to evolve some of the simple activities that can be useful in taking up the challenges one has to face while adopting any of the thought transformation processes. This book is not for those who want to read yet another manual on the practices that are copied and presented as an amalgamation of the modern and classical methods of brainstorming. It doesn’t go with the ideologies that give you a list of “Do’s and Don’ts.” We are trying to captivate of the essence of thought process, the chemistry and biology behind thoughts, and the principles of transformation through thoughts along with the easy classical and modern methodologies.

Even if you are bored from the above, don’t simply put the book away, simply go on and read it randomly from any page or any chapter because no one knows what will be the trigger point that can put you on the journey where you start taking steps in the transformation through thoughts phase.

Chapter 1What [*Does Transformation Mean

There are several concepts and ideologies that prevail from ancient to modern times related to thought transformation. These are not only closely related to human development but also represent the distinct differences that one has from other living beings found in nature. Have you ever thought what sets humans apart from animals? We can see that man and animal both have the instincts that are responsible for a majority of physical activities and play an important role in the development of the stimuli and feedback that is the basic cause for the activities and reflex actions. The natural urges and the desires for food, love, shelter, and other resources are quite similar in both and act as a driving force that lets them survive and fight for their existence.

It is a subject not commonly discussed but which holds greater importance in the areas of personality development, psychological treatments, and other related areas where a human is not only treated as a subject or a body to experiment on, but considered as a person with the enormous potential to change oneself. As the meaning of the term transformation is quite straight and focused we can assume it is a process of conversion. In a finer sense, it is not only a process but is considered a very basic step in interacting with our inner self in many ways.

When it comes to the discussion of the process of thought transformation and its whole or partial impact on a person, we can conclude that all potential impacts are crucial for the onset of the transformation process as well as understanding the concept of transformation through thoughts itself. The first step in thought based transformation lies in the most widely discussed area in this field, i.e., the thought process is either a timeless or time-bound process. The majority of philosophers, psychologists, and scientists working in the role of thoughts are divided into two distinct groups. One group works on the ideology that thoughts are physical and originated from the chemical and physiological process which does not play a great role in building up psyche.

The other group favors the opinion that thoughts play an important role in the development of the personality and can be altered. These people think that by changing the thoughts, you can change the whole personality. The second point that must be considered while discussing the transformation process and its development is the truth or the myth that thought transformation is an indirect process and cannot be triggered directly by any means.

After reading a lot of books and researches about prevailing ideologies in the field of thoughts transformation and its impact on a person, we can conclude that the following points resemble the core idea behind transformation by thoughts and its various applications.

#
p<>{color:#000;}. The process and ideology of affecting a person by altering his/her thoughts

#
p<>{color:#000;}. The systematic procedure of analyzing and categorizing thoughts for changing one’s orientation

#
p<>{color:#000;}. The step-by-step guides for applying the ideology of changing thoughts for a positive outcome

This is merely the beginning and we cannot say that this is the magical formula for everything about transformation. It is largely dependent on the different tangible and intangible elements surrounding us. Therefore it must be kept in mind that transformation is a mix of the subtle and psychosomatic process that has measurable effects and can affect us by and large, irrespective of the ideologies that we follow. For example, one key concept Buddha suggests is that “letting whatever happens be okay.” [1] Needless to say, these concepts are on opposite ends of the spectrum. It is advisable that you read the book a few times until your own transformation ideas are ultimately triggered.

Chapter 2[*:*] Ancient and Modern Concepts

There are several ideologies about thoughts transformation that have been built over a span of time in the different civilizations across the globe. These can be generally categorized as either ancient or modern concepts. It can be certainly observed that a majority of the modern concepts are derived from the central ideas prevailing in the ancient ideologies about the transformation of thoughts. When searching for classical references about the transformation through thoughts, many concepts can be found in different civilizations historically, such as the Yoga based concepts like “Samadhi,” the ideas about self-realization in Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism based teachings. The core ideas behind transformation through thoughts in classical areas mostly revolve around the idea of knowing oneself. As in the Indian philosophy, the ultimate goal is to attain the “Moksha.”[2] All the efforts are leading the development of a person in “Dharma,” “Artha,” “Kama,” and the “Moksha.” In the same way, other classical theories also put the process of transformation and its objective as the process behind knowing oneself and attaining peace. In general, the ideology of transformation in classical concepts is considered as an indirect process and is deemed to initiate on its own as one person starts following the fundamental procedures depicted, rather than religious rituals.

Most of the literature on the concept reflects the ideas and procedures of writers who have lived the process on their own way – if you start reading these in an earnest manner the process of transformation can be triggered. The eightfold yoga process, along with its preamble, Yama Niyam Aasan, and many others, are quite useful in making a fundamental approach towards the process of transformation through thoughts. These classical facts are mainly confined to the much-restricted studies falling in the philosophical subjects instead of bringing them into practical developmental studies.

The existing modern concepts in this area are largely derived from one or many key ideas of the ancient concepts. For example, the mindfulness concept is derived from the Buddhism practices. This cannot be ruled out at any level because the concept and the psychosomatic process of thoughts remain the same, and whoever understands “how the thought process works” tries to evolve the steps on his own to captivate the power of thoughts. Since the basic fundamental remains the same, the action plans proposed by many existing books are essentially copies of the procedures inspired by previous findings. This book will give you a unique understanding of the fine line that describes the essence of transformation in your own way.

Chapter 3[How *Does It Affect An Individual

When it comes to getting the resources on transformation through thoughts and how it affects an individual you can find a heap of books to guide you. The online platform is also filled with enormous literature stating the facts about how transformation affects an individual. However, have you ever thought about the basic idea behind these resources? The truth is, majority of the books merely copied and discussed about the same concepts and experiences in a new jacket. This is not only a downgrade of efforts, but also a main reason behind the complexity which is creating a lot of misconception to readers about this subject. Knowing the essential elements of transformation through thoughts is the key milestone to realize the life you want.

As we all know, there is defined chemistry and physiology behind the thought process, and we can easily conclude that different mental states affect our actions and body in definitive manners. For example, when you are thinking of something or some situation afraid of, your heartbeats increases, hair follicles erect, and mouth becomes dry. How does this happen? The brain sends an impulse to our different organ systems which then create stimuli for certain situations. This is the reflex action process that is common for both the animals and humans. The distinguishing factor is the discretion that rules over instinct and helps us to understand the ideology behind transformation through thoughts.

Only humans have the potential to challenge the instinct based reflex action mechanism. We can surpass the impulse generated in a certain situation by blocking or diverting the thoughts that are triggering a certain action by reminding the subconscious mind about the past memories and making the brain perform in a certain way. This is not as easy as it seems. The process written above indicates the various phases and actions that are happening in our mind. The main essence and ideology of this book is in the development of control that helps you take over the instinct based actions, as well as evolve the methods of diverting or blocking the signals carried through thoughts.

This is the simplest possible example of describing the effects of thought in the transformation of our lives. You must be willing to put forth some sincere efforts and devote time at the same time. In the very famous classical Indian text Shrimad Bhagvat Gita, the mind, or “Mana,” is said to have the strength of more than one thousand elephants and it drives you where it wants easily. It requires patience and dedication to take control over your mind and thoughts. In this book, we will try to cover the every aspect of thoughts and transformation, highlighting simple methods to help you develop personalized practices easily.

As per the modern concepts, ourselves are reflected in various roles, and whenever we represent ourselves we are not only reflecting ourselves as an individual but also portraying the ideologies that are built on the basis of our thinking. It is said that when two people meet there are six personalities present in the room, interacting with each other. This is quite interesting and is true at a larger level in the studies related to psychology. The thoughts transformation related studies are closely associated with the study of psychology, human behavior, and intelligence. The different categories of thoughts and the basics of categorization can help us a lot in understanding the process of transformation. We will discuss this topic in coming chapters.

Chapter 4: What is Thought Process

After reading the previous chapters, you have been introduced to the basics of the process of transformation through thoughts which can be summarized as following:

*
p<>{color:#000;}. The physiologies behind thoughts

*
p<>{color:#000;}. The impact of thoughts to our life

*
p<>{color:#000;}. The prevailing ideologies that are crucial for understanding the transformation process

Now we will discuss the “thought process”, which is the basic plane where you will apply the procedures and ideologies of transformation and how they work. To help you understand the basic concept of thought process in a simply way, “thought process” is fundamentally the practice of brain thinking activities, which is briefly stated as the process of manipulating information of different concepts like problem-solving, analysis, or reaction. The process is usually categorized on the basis of the thinking activity, ranging from the calculative or reasonable process, analysis of the situation, and biological process carried out in brain.

You may have said that a thought came to your mind, or a thought came to you. What does it all mean? This is still a problem that scientists, neurologists, psychologists are trying to resolve. The concepts surrounding brain function and thought process state that thoughts are originated from the functions in the conscious and subconscious part of the brain. The classification of thoughts and the process of thinking is still a mystery. As the process is still unrevealed, the practices based on the transformation through thoughts are quite complex. Sometimes it works and sometimes it fails. Similarly, one idea that works for a person cannot always be fruitful for others.

Most of the serious scholars and thinkers in this area propose a generic set of methods that are highly customizable in nature and provide an individualistic approach towards thought management. The biggest challenge is that we cannot control the process of thought origination, but we can only control thinking through several methods. Medication for cases like obsessive compulsive disorders and other psychopathic conditions is also a method of altering the thought process. The best way to adopt the procedure of transformation through thoughts is to develop personalized methods for taking control of thoughts and learning to channel them in a desired flow. Once you evolve your own method and figure out your trigger points for controlling and diverting thoughts, you can observe the changes that you can bring to yourself simply by thinking.

Chapter 5: Ideologies and Concepts in Transformation through Thoughts

The concept of thoughts transformation, or using the thought power for betterment or attaining a higher intelligence, is not a new one and has traveled a long way from the ancient times to modern psychology labs. There are a lot of arguments prevailing in this field and most of them resemble one or the other. We cannot deny that these concepts or beliefs are not effective or just let them go because this subject is still under exploration and a long way to come. Before introducing our unique method, it is worth mentioning the existing concepts for personal transformation through thoughts. This will give you a good understanding of the ideologies that are widely discussed in the thinking procedures.

The ideologies and procedures of many different medications are largely dependent on the transformation through thoughts. These procedures include the theory of elimination as well as collecting thoughts or information. The most primitive ideology in transformation via thoughts can be considered as the prayers said in all the religions. It is a very well established fact that a person is saying a prayer to any of the external or para-physical force that is beyond their control. Through instinct based learning, a person learns that the natural or supernatural can cause them harm, and this leads them to take shelter either by praising the power or by trying to avoid calamities. It can be a bit different topic from the subject that we are discussing, but the ideology of existence or nonexistence of God and the belief that we can safeguard ourselves by praising the God via prayer and other rituals can certainly boost the morale of the person to a greater extent. The psychology behind the usage of amulets and other religious totems are basically tools to enhance a person’s self-confidence, and by wearing these items, one starts thinking in a way that now nothing is going to harm him. This is the simplest example of the psychological impact of the thinking process. The ancient references about the transformation through thoughts is found in the classical text related to Yoga and Indian philosophy that describes the characteristics of “Mana” and techniques to control it. It is correlated with control over mind and thought process.

The concepts in different ideologies like Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism are similar to these.

Confucianism is one of the ideologies widely accepted and discussed in this sphere. It is perhaps the most liberal form of adaptations that follows virtue based learning. The basic idea about transformation through thoughts in Confucianism is directly related to the act of self-realization. It is neither achieved nor practiced in a definitive manner, as rituals are given least importance over the higher moral values in this path. The Confucian thoughts are more inclined towards the development through self-realization by adopting the values that are a benefit for generalized groups, not only the individual. It is focusing on the idea that humans can be made perfect and that self-realization is attained by being perfect in practicing moral and spiritual values.

Taoism is the ideology related to the Ying and Yan energy circles and ideas commonly propagated in current times. Below are words of the famous ideologist in Taoism Chuang Tzu,

The most extensive knowledge does not necessarily know it; reasoning will not make men wise in it. The sages have decided against both these methods.”

This can be considered as the ideology of transformation that is not confined to any square or round boxes. It is described as the deep perception developed by practicing moral and spiritual virtues. The ultimate outcome of this concept is to develop intuitive wisdom by simple and positive means. It has not reduced the idea of transformation to rationale steps. The Tao ideology believes that developments in nature are the best form of development and cannot be replaced by any artificial process. Thus being one’s self in a positive way is the perfect method of transformation. We can observe that Taoism is very person-centric and doesn’t propel the generalized ideas of transformation, but it follows the similar concepts adopted by others, like subtle spiritual development for self-realization.

Lao Tzu said, “If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place.” These words are the best way to describe the ideas that are the basics of Buddhism techniques of self-realization and transformation. This is perhaps the most practical approach apart from the Yoga (Indian) ideology that describes the clear methods of taking control over one’s mind and one’s self. There are several concepts found in Buddhism based teachings that can help us in curbing the negativities around us. The concept of mindfulness meditation is one successful method that is quite effective in managing the scattered thought process and transforming a patient to a normal, healthy individual. It is widely recognized and accepted by psychologists and psychiatrists to treat patients with depression and other compulsive disorders, along with the medications. The mindfulness concept is based on learning to meditate while being in consciousness and in action. It is the best method to observe the thought process and take control of it.

The best thing is that that none of these ideologies claim to be perfect and have no issues about adopting positive methods from one another. The development of mindfulness has its roots in the older Sanskrit text based leanings. Similarly, modern concepts about thought based transformation have their base in ideas prevailing from the older times and are still evolving. As the basic process of action cannot be altered, the methodologies for taking control over the mind and thoughts cannot be changed.

If you are reading and internalizing the concepts about thoughts transformation, it can help you with a wonderful knowledge. Now we will move on to the core of the matter – how transformation through thought works.

Chapter 6: How Does it Work?

The result of transformation process is exactly the same as the effect of medicines on different persons. There are several examples that can be seen in real life that help us in understanding the processes behind the transformation. It is a subtle process and cannot be confined to measurable parameters – it can only be experienced, and every person has a different experience from the other. You might have seen that two people are taken to a hospital and are suffering from the same diseases with almost the same body structure and physique. No one can really answer why the same medicine is having a positive effect on one person, but a negative or no effect on the other one. The root cause is something that lies in our thought process – this can be considered as the beginning of transformation. It is the simplest process to understand the impact of thoughts.

We can classify thoughts in two broad categories: positive thoughts and negative thoughts. The two categories are based on the imagery that we are building on our mental plane with the thoughts associated with it. This can be easily understood by the following two examples. You will need a simple 5 minutes session for each of these examples. All it requires is a quiet and peaceful place where you can sit in a comfortable chair alone without any external disturbance. Just close your eyes and follow the examples below.

Example One: While sitting, take a few deep breaths then count backward from for ten to one. Now recall your biggest fear, anything with imaginary or a sensation that you are most afraid of. Your mind will start attracting the thoughts that are more dreadful than your fear. Concentrate and think more and more about it for next five minutes. Surprisingly, you will be highly disturbed and frightened after going through this negative thought session exercise.

Example Two: While sitting, take a few deep breaths then count backward from for ten to one. Concentrate on a pleasurable moment and let your mind attract positive thoughts. Concentrate on one of the happiest moments and imagine that you are back to the moment for 5 minutes. By doing this, you will feel relaxed and positively charged at the end of the five minutes.

These two examples will help you understand that the mind is working like a magnet and the thoughts are like units that can bind with each other in a chain. This implies that a thought can attract other similar thoughts if you put your effort to make it happen. This is in fact the starting step of transformation through thoughts.

The next step is to observe that you cannot concentrate on a single thought for a longer time. You can stick to a thought only for a fraction of a second until another thought in same domain strikes you. This is the basic function that helps in understanding the process of controlling thoughts. It is done in two steps: maximizing the interval between thoughts, and sticking to a single thought for a maximum amount of time.

This way there are three unique features of mind useful in developing the methodology for transformation. All of the prevailing methods are also based on the above mind functions. In the next chapter, we will learn about the unique 25-minute method for transformation through thoughts.

Chapter 7: The Unique 25-minute Concept In Transformation Through Thoughts

Nothing can be learned until you get your hands dirty – the same is equally true for the concept of transformation through thoughts. You cannot learn about anything important in this concept until you develop an orientation that it is a matter of extreme personalization of the efforts and procedures. The 25-minute method is a framework for channeling your mind in such a way that you can use the inherent capacities of your mind and the thought functionalities in your desired manner. Because thoughts have an impact on our physiological, psychological, and emotional self, you must put your efforts in developing a procedure for attracting and building a positive thought process and keeping our mindset in that positive orientation only. This is going to help in getting the benefits of positive thinking and allow you to experience a positive change in yourself. The process of transformation is independent of time and environmental conditions. It varies from a person to person how much time it takes to adopt the transformation process and to benefit from its results. Some can expect it to work in a very short span of time, while others may require a lot of time. The basic ideology is the keenness that you have in your efforts. Once you have developed your own methodology and adopted the 25-minute framework, things will start changing depending on the efforts put in by you.

The 25-minute Method

This method is based on old techniques prescribed by different scholars across a wide span of time. It is the combination of several practices that are framed in a tactical plan for easy implementation. The name is derived from the continued 25-minute practices that you have to adopt in order to evolve the transformation method. The 25-minute method is divided into three parts that are made for developing the environment that helps you in channeling thoughts and managing efforts in a focused manner to speed up the process of transformation. It is advisable to use the first two days for preparation and the last day of your practice for review and conclusion. There are certain pre-requisites that you have to fulfill in order to start the practice of the 25-minute method.

#
p<>{color:#000;}. Be sure to schedule 25 minutes into your daily routine, at a fixed time, for at least the next three weeks.

#
p<>{color:#000;}. Ensure that you have the basic tools – a small diary, an alarm clock, and a cool place to practice.

#
p<>{color:#000;}. Prepare a worksheet for yourself per your requirements and procedures.

#
p<>{color:#000;}. If you are using supplementary aids like Yoga, meditation practice, or any other such tools, keep them separate for first three weeks.

#
p<>{color:#000;}. Once you have evolved your own fashion of practicing, write it down and make it a regular practice.

Once you have completed the to-do list and have blank formats ready with you for the worksheet you can start on the preparation for the 25-minute method activities.

Preparation

In the first two days, you have to complete the basic preparation required for the practice. It involves the makeover of the room or corner that you will use for the practice. You can choose a room that has minimum noise and disturbances. You will need a resting chair or a comfortable recliner for practice. If you are fond of music you can make arrangements for light instrumental music. You can also use a fragrance that you like the most as it will help you in maintaining your mood in a pleasant manner. As discussed above you have to prepare the worksheets for your practice. The given scenarios are only examples and you can of course create them any way you want as long as you find appropriate.

Now you are ready

Once you are done with the pre-preparation tasks it is the time to start on the main course. The entire framework is based on the three phases that are divided into three time zones. The three main steps in this method involve: Observation, Categorization, and Orientation.

The first step is Observation. In this step, we learn about the process of thinking and analyzing the thought pattern. It is done by priority listing in different areas. This helps in understanding the category of thoughts. The focus in this phase is on observing the thoughts and the analysis of the current thought pattern. Here you will develop the process to mark the thoughts and focus on the channeled thoughts. The observation process is about knowing your thoughts and understanding their value and relevance. Once you come to know the value and relevance of the thoughts you can easily analyze what is going to help you and what is detrimental for you.

The second step is Categorization – this step prepares your own categories for putting different thoughts. Categorization includes the initial process of choosing areas where you can scale down the effects of thoughts to focus on the positive and negative thoughts for transformation. You will break down the thoughts in different areas. It helps to ascertain the point from where you need to convert your thoughts. As we all have our own perception of things we need to prepare our own categories. You can use references like business, money, love, art, sex and more. It is totally dependent on you how you are making categories. This step is required to help you get rid of unwanted thoughts easily.

The third and most important step is Orientation. This step requires diligent efforts as it plays a greater role in changing the thoughts and taking a positive move towards transformation. This is when we concentrate on developing ideologies and methods for personalized transformation plans. It includes ancient as well as modern techniques like mindfulness technique. It focuses on deciding the best process to concentrate on a single thought or extend your thoughts in desired areas.

These three steps are to be used in the three weeks practice. The time spent on observation will decrease and the time spent on orientation will increase over the three weeks; the categorization process has a fixed time frame.

First Week

Observation –15 minutes per day

Categorization – 5 minutes per day

Orientation – 5 minutes per day

Second Week

Observation –10 minutes per day

Categorization – 5 minutes per day

Orientation – 10 minutes per day

Third Week

Observation – 5 Minutes per day

Categorization – 5 minutes per day

Orientation – 15 minutes per day

Chapter 8: Adaptation of the 25-minute Concept

The adaptation of the 25-minute concept is much easier than the actual practice of the method in a fixed timeframe for three weeks. It is advised that you complete the three-week workshop on your own and then think of adaptations. These are simple yet effective measures of putting in effort in a continued manner while you are involved in other affairs. The three basic steps in the previous chapter are the modest forms of applying thought process in your daily routine. By doing that in a routine manner, you can simply observe things, actions, and behaviors of others and yourself even though you are involved in other activities. In the same manner, you can categorize things, actions, and thoughts whenever and where you want. These adaptations are useful for identifying the trigger points responsible for the onset of positive or negative thoughts and can help you in managing them without difficulty. While you are talking with your friends you can adapt on the orientation method to convince them on any points. You can devise your own way of making these steps a habit.

These can be easily understood by the following examples:

Observation while working

You can simply observe your thoughts while you are working in your office or at home. Whatever work you are doing you can observe the thought pattern – it can be something related to manufacturing of tools, the misuse of tools, or the quality of tools, and so on.

Orientation while reading or watching movie or television

You can easily find out new ideas about orientation while reading a book or watching a movie or television. Every thought or emotion has a “connect,” and this can be a helpful tool in figuring out the orientation. The concept of inspiration is quite similar. In the same way, you can find out the various methods of adapting the three steps in your life easily.

Chapter 9: Personalization and Transformation Process

All of the steps and the procedures involved in the different areas of the 25-minute method are quite personal. This is because your thoughts cannot be a carbon copy of anyone else’s. Therefore it is important that every singular aspect of transformation is personalized. This holds true with every step from Observation to Orientation.

It is important to understand that the 25-minute method is essentially a framework which provides the basic guideline about the transformation process while the entire thinking process is completed by you on your own. All the worksheets, the calendar, and schedules are designed to appeal to your taste and personal preferences. Each part plays a crucial role in transformation through thoughts. When you are practicing with this method, develop the highly personalized procedures until you are perfectly comfortable and are able to observe your thoughts with ease. Once you are pleased in observing your thoughts you can move on to the next step.

Chapter 10: Goal Setting and Action Plan

This is the area where you need to concentrate on planning your strategy, charting the implementation of that strategy, and finally executing your strategy. It is quite important for you to chart the objectives and goals you are aiming to accomplish by the transformation process. The process of goal setting is dependent on the areas you are looking to improve. This will help you complete the pre-preparation and the execution of the 25-minute process for transformation through thoughts.

It is advisable that you outline the goals based on your requirements. This helps you in reducing them to quantifiable objectives and making action plans. For example, if you want to get rid of the phobia of heights you must make the complete plan around the objectives of climbing certain heights in small to big portions – the first week you will walk on the rooftop of a five story building and so on.

This will help you in making a complete action plan for overcoming the phobia of heights with the 25-minute method transformation easily.

Benchmarks and Review

Once you are done with the goals and action plan and have practiced the 25-minute methods in a diligent manner you can start on the review and setting higher life objectives.

How to Develop Your Own Calendar

You can develop your own plan and set the goals to achieve your desired success in life. This is nothing but a roadmap to use the 25-minute method to accomplish all your goals. It is a brief strategy of what you are planning to do in the 25-minute transformation process. As stated earlier, you should make the strategic plan for adopting or practicing the 25-minute method based on your own conditions and requirements.

Conclusion

Hopefully, this book will help you in realizing the life you want through personal transformation. It is interesting to know that the famous concept of Nirvana, or Kaivalya, the foundation of Buddhism, happened when Buddha went into the process of thought transformation. The trigger element was the thought when he decided to stop practicing meditation and other activities. Understanding the meaning of thought process and adapting the personalized transformation process explained in this book in a diligent manner will help you find the hidden strength in you in just 25 minutes.

Don’t treat this like just a theory book. This is somewhat similar to the manual you receive for any learning course. The book is written in a manner such that you can easily outline your plan after reading. Remember, nobody else could tell you what can be the trigger elements that can initiate your won process of transformation.
