Within my book the pages I peel

Looking at the words that I laid still

Not just a page of empty words

But an example of my will that will be heard

I dwell where others say obscure

Outside of the box for sure

Too many others conform in their ways

In their guidelines their minds never play

These unfortunate souls will never know

How to trip the world without ever leaving to go

In person they must arrive to see with their own eyes

Lack of imagination they are just denied

Their tunnel vision eyes only seeing one way

It is so sad is all I can say

For each object my vision peeks

Shows me multiple returns is what I reap

I want to sit and probe your brain

To find an answer why we are not the same

I already know before I start

Your brain is cluttered like an old fart

We exist on two plains

But with the same dimension that wanes

A fine line is to blame

Insane or sane we live with our dismay

I pass judgment not

Yet you condemn my thought

You titter upon the fence

Yet I bathe inside my sense

So I peel back the pages of my book

If you dare to stop and take a look

I live within the words somewhat obscured

Deep within the honesty I echo your image for sure

Like drawing a picture

Your view from the outside in

The picture is not what you will be

But from that plain that you can see

Like writing a song with a beat

From deep within it comes out so sweet

You play it off as from your soul

Acting sane yet for all that hear it we know

So I peel back the pages of your book

Passing your guard I take a look

Within your plain this is what I see

I laugh out loud you’re just like me
